I am happy with the piercings, but the staff member wasnt particularly friendly. She almost acted if it was burden for her to do them. I almost changed my mind because of this, alone.Also, the upselling tactic is a real thing. Show only the gold side of the piercing case as a strong suggestion and add all the add ons and act like its a must do instead of discuss and give the customer the choice. I could have easily turned some of the stuff down and saved some money. If I wasnt in a rush, I would have booked with a private body piercer and saved a bunch of money.

The customer services is not good at all when you call the one 800 number. I will never buy nothing online again. The shipping that they used lost my package and I stopped everything to make sure I was home and it did not come because the package was lost for two days. I will go to the store and buy for them not online the people are very rude.

Oh I warn you now DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. The quality is garbage and they refuse to do returns. To sum the story I got a necklace on June 14th and I ended up changing my mind by the 15th of June but had lost the card I paid with. Despite the fact I have the receipt and have a statement from Wells Fargo stating that I lost X card and will be getting a new one but because it is not the EXACT same card number they refuse to offer ANY refund and the manager Zephora is the rudest and most sole human being that I have ever encountered in customer service. This place steals your money and leaves you feeling like garbage with all the trash they talk and sell!

I had a pretty pair of earring break accidentally and the local store replaced them with no problem. It was sad to break my new earring but even better to get a new pair because it was still in the 60 day return policy!

Went to the mall tonight to purchase earrings for my wife and daughters picked out the ones that we wanted to purchase then the girl rang them up and the total was much more than the ticketed prices for her to only tell us that the prices on them were all higher than the ticketed prices so I asked her if they were going to honor the ticketed prices and she then told me no absolutely not then she blew us off to continue talking with a boy that had been standing their talking with her for more than 30 plus minutes also acting as if we were bothering her we sure will not be returning to this store again and the only reason we are giving a star is so that we can leave this post

No a good place to get your daughters first earrings. Not everyone who pierces there are experienced. One person did their job, the other almost ripped my daughters earring out of her ear lobe. Thankfully my daughter managed only because I was holding her. We also asked for a refund or discount but we didn’t receive anything.If you’re considering to have your daughters ears pierced, got to experience professionals. Maybe even a tattoo and piercing shop. It’s much cleaner and probably way more experienced than this place.
