They are overpriced and there work is terrible A 5 year old can do a better job than them They need to get better tattoo artists who knows what they’re doing and knows how to actually do artwork And charging $160 for a one word basic tattoo is outrageous Then they get mad when you walk away Hello that price is insane I paid $200 in my home state for a flower cover up and it came out neat and beautiful Do not let these ppl touch you or you’re going to have a permanent mistake that’s gone cost more to fix it Go somewhere else and check their portfolio This place is not it they just need to shut down These are artists who are trying to make a quick buck there’s no passion whatsoever GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Adam is absolutely phenomenal and has done multiple piercings for me (nostril, naval, and septum) but DO NOT go to Camie. The only piercings she has given me (double helix) are hell. They will not heal and she struggled so much to even get the ball on one of them that it was super irritated before I ever left. I have never had a piercing bump for a single other piercing out of the 13 I have.

Ive had piercings by Adam and a tattoo by Savannah. Ive been to 2 other piercing and tattoo shops and by far Little Chicago is the cleanest. They also offer excellent customer service- Ive called multiple times, and Adam once helped me with a piercing I was struggling with for free. Savannah is trustworthy and kind and very talented and I look forward designing the rest of my body art with her. This place is a gem for Johnson City.

Absolutely a rip off I went in and asked for Two Words on my chest I specifically asked not for thin line lettering and it looked terrible sitting on my chest I have 15+ tattoos and have never had a problem I had to go to another shop to get it fixed after they wanted to charge me the price of the tattoo to fix it

I got a tattoo here the other day and had a great experience! The store is super cute and well managed and the tattoo artists are very nice and good at what they do. I got a medium sized tattoo on my arm and paid $100 for it, I would say thats a steal. The service is great and the prices unmatched, definitely recommend getting a tattoo done at Little Chicago Tattoo Company.

Got my tattoo this morning Jordan was fantastic she said it would take 2-3 hours and she got it done in a hour and a half I hate needles and and she talked the whole time to keep my mind off of what she was doing the shop was clean as a whistle and she also gave me a after care sheet I cannot brag on her enough she is simply amazing

I made my appointment for a tattoo after having a great experience bringing my son in to get his lip pierced. I had an absolutely wonderful time with Sam, she did a fantastic job and was super friendly. I couldn’t be happier with my tattoo!

Such an amazing place! Got a tattoo (my first) of the logo on my hat here and not only were the staff super friendly, but super professional too. Absolutely loved my artist and he did a wonderful job :) Ill definitely be coming back for my next one soon!

Have a very small Hanson tattoo on my arm that I needed to get touched up before the Hanson concert tomorrow. Had never been to this studio before, and immediately felt comfortable when I walked in. Its very clean and the staff were so nice! The artist agreed to do the touch up for me at a really good price, considering the fact that he has a $100 minimum on any tattoo. But he made an exception for me since it was so small. It only took him about 10-15 minutes, but I enjoyed chatting with him about music. I will definitely be going back to Little Chicago for my next tatt!

Little Chicago Tattoo is amazing! I’m in love with my new tattoo!!! I first heard about them from my partner who got there septum pierced there. The staff is so nice and welcoming, and right away they were upfront to say they only taking cash at the moment and I really appreciated that. My artist was Sam and she is badass!! I told her I wanted a DnD themed semi colon tattoo for my left wrist, black and white something small, I gave her total freedom to come up with something. $100 Minimum, good price. We set the appointment and it was less than a weeks wait. Come the day of the appointment and she shows me the design and I loved it, and she said she wanted to have the red and black mix together and I was like “YEEEEEZZZZ!” Sam got it done fairly quickly. Line work great and love how the red and black comes together. I definitely recommend Sam, and I will definitely be going back to her for all my other tattoo’s. Thank you Little Chicago for a great tattoo and a great experience.

I went there just to ask someone if my belly button was healing normally, although I did not have it pierced at this shop. The man who helped me was so sweet, he let me know it’s just healing and looks good. He was very kind and welcoming, didn’t make me feel like an idiot.

I have been to this shop multiple times since 2019. The staff is very kind and they do a good job of making you feel welcome. Sadly, I did have a bad experience the last time I went. The female piercer on staff gave me a surface piercing instead of a bellybutton piercing, even after I had mentioned my fear of this happening. I am aware now that I do not have the anatomy, but I wish that this information was told to me beforehand, and I would have picked something else.However, I called the shop and explain my circumstances and told them about my piercing rejecting from my stomach. They offered to not only help me with it, but also offered me a free piercing to replace the one I lost. This just goes to show that being kind during a frustrating time can be very helpful. Thank you Little Chicago!

I cant speak for the other artists but the guy who did my work, i think steven is his name, older white dudebut this work is horriblepics taken 5 days after it was done and its one step away from a jail house stick and pokeit sketched me out a bit when mid session he offered free touch ups after healing but with work this poor i wont go back to him even for free

To start this off, I got a septum piercing by a male here that healed beautifully and had zero healing issues. However, upon going back for this shop, I was pierced by someone different—a female. I asked if an industrial was doable and she said yes upon seeing my anatomy, but she proceeded to pierce it with 2 different pieces of curved jewelry. I followed her advice and just went with it all though because she was the piercer. She explained that 2 pieces of jewelry would give the skin room to swell and heal naturally. I did everything that I was supposed to—I didn’t sleep on that side, I kept it clean with the salt rinse solution that was sold there, and kept my hair pulled away from it so it couldn’t get snagged or yanked. I knew it would swell up and such after it being pierced—that’s just natural for a piercing. But after a while of it being quite swelled and red, I became a bit suspicious though because the jewelry I was pierced with was curved and there was no way the holes could align upon healing. I did my research about the 2 pieces of jewelry for an industrial and found out that it was definitely not a common practice for industrials. It’s actually a last resort for people who want an industrial but the piercing keeps rejecting.That piercing was so painful and it was swelled up so intensely all the time that I had to take out the jewelry altogether and let everything heal and calm down. I still have scars there from it. I don’t think I’m gonna be coming back here anytime soon in all honesty unfortunately for piercings. If you do get pierced here, definitely be pierced by the male there—he’s very kind and is very knowledgeable about the piercings he gives.

I got a tattoo with Shanoah of my parents holding each other at my big brother’s viewing. I have always wanted to get a tattoo of it but I was nervous because it would be my first tattoo. She was so professional and the space was very clean. She made the whole experience very easy and calming. Not only that but how perfect is this tattoo?

Absolutely the best experience Ive had getting a tattoo. Elizabeth Ross was absolutely amazing! Not only did she fix the issue I had with the one on my collarbone she also created a brand new one on my forearm. Definitely happy with the finished tattoo!

Great experience here. I’m awful with names, but my piercer was a female and she was wonderful! They let the apprentice (also a female) mark my n!ps. She seriously did them twice to make sure they were perfect. They were both very kind and professional. You could tell they actually cared about their clients and their work. Thank you both! I was a walk in today for my septum piercing. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile and the whole experience was great. The shop itself was very nice. Really fantastic experience here getting nostril piercings. Adam is a very talented piercer who obviously knows what hes doing and is very professional while making you feel at home. Got my Medusa piercing here a couple of years ago and had a ton of issues with it. It was awful quality jewelry, it got infected, and wouldnt heal. Took it out, waited a few weeks, went to another lady at a different shop, got the Medusa re-done, healed amazingly. No issues. Went back last month thinking maybe my experience would be different.... Not quite. Got my septum pierced. It is crooked and, again, poor quality jewelry. Extremely inflamed, irritated, infected. Once more I went to the other lady at a different shop. She suggested I change the jewelry out and so I did. Almost immediately I felt relief. No irritation, no more inflammation, and its healing great. Pretty sure their cheap a** jewelry contains nickel which Im allergic to. Would make sense on why I had issues both times going there. Still doesnt help that its crooked but that just guaranteed I will NEVER step foot in that shop again. I wouldnt send my worst enemy here. If you want a good quality piercing, dont go here. Go see Pink at Sacred Ink in Bristol VA located in exit 5. Shes the best.

The shop was super clean and nice. The girl who pierced my ears was awesome- super nice and did a great job. The earrings they put in were pretty and good quality. They also gave me great aftercare instructions and supplies. If I get anything pierced again, I would definitely come here

Took my niece to get information for a piercing. The gentleman was very nice but stern with her as to what she needed to bring (she is 13). It was nice to see they were on top of parental consent. She will definitely be back for said piercing.

I had my nose pierced here today, and also took my 14 year old to have hers done. From the moment you walk in, everything feels extremely clean and professional. The shop is spic and span and trendy. The check in process was thorough but easy. After reading reviews, I called ahead to make sure Adam was available because all the reviews said he was THE BEST. That was the truth!I’ve had 9 piercings before this, and this was by far the easiest, most pain free piercing I have ever had done. I had heard from someone that recommended this place that it would be quick and easy, but still expected some pain because it’s my nose. My husband and daughter said I didn’t even flinch or stop smiling. Part of it was because Adam put me so much at ease. He was such a calming presence and walked me through every single step he was doing. I didn’t have to wonder or guess what he was doing or what was coming next. He explained it all so thoroughly and calmly and was so kind. Also, the piercing area was thoroughly sanitized between my daughter and I switching places.The piercing was done SO WELL, I had not even the slightest pink or redness anywhere. There has been no swelling. It doesn’t even look like any piercing I’ve ever seen on day one. Cleaning it doesn’t hurt at all and isn’t even uncomfortable. I completely attribute that to the piercers skill and experience.The photo I posted is 5 minutes after it was done. It looks like it’s always been there.My 14 year old also had a great experience. When she wanted a piercing, I thought letting her get this might deter her from wanting a lot of future piercings because of the pain, but now I’m afraid it will be the opposite because it was so easy and painless 🤦🏻‍♀️I want to make a note about minors, if you come here, to save you from having to call and ask, you do have to take their birth certificate and show your photo ID and they pierce noses 12+.If you’ve read this far, and you’re questioning whether or not to go get your piercing done here, I highly recommend it and I’m not one to leave reviews. I would also request Adam if you go. He really is the best. For anyone wondering about pricing, they have it on their Facebook page, but as of August 2021, it was $20 for the piercing, $8 for the aftercare which is top of the line and comparably priced to Amazon, and the nose ring is included. We called all the piercing shops in Johnson City and it was the best or same price as everywhere else. I won’t hesitate to come back here and will be recommending them to everyone I know!

Great experience taking my 9 year old for ear piercing. Clean, very kind and professional staff. A few notes... its cash only but they have an ATM on site. No additional people allowed in the piercing room, but I could watch through the window. Provided cleaning spray and care directions.

Ive had several piercings done here and a number of tattoos and I would highly recommend them. Ive had a different piercer ever time, but each has been very good and Ive never had any complications. Ive worked with a couple different artists now and theyve all been excellent when listening to my ideas /reference photos and then executing those ideas. Overall a friendly, clean, well-priced shop.

Was a little pricey..$30.00 to get my nose done. They use to do any piercing for $10.00 but they are extremely nice and professional. Id definitely refer friends to them. The whole building was spotless, very clean professional people. This was an easy 5+ review. Thanks guys Ill be back

Tanner did a poor job on my tattoo, he was very nice but obviously not super talented as an artist. A bit too pricey for the work I received as well. Tattoo was taken good care of but is now blown out, uneven, and the line work looks awful 2-3 months later.

Got my middle daughter septum pierced at this awesome location. My middle daughter is only 16 years old (will be 17 in less than 2 months), but I love the fact that this place is thorough and by the book when it comes to minors. We were required to have a birth certificate and my drivers license before they would consider doing anything. They also did a superb job on my daughters septum piercing along with giving her all the necessary solutions and directions needed to take care of her piercing. Thanks to the employees for answering so many of our questions and for being honest.

My first ever visit here was to get my septum pierced. I was nervous going in because I had a bad experience with my nostril piercing. My friend and I walked in and were immediately greeted and were shown what to do to get registered in their system. Then I spoke directly to the peircer about pricing, jewelry and given some aftercare instruction. Getting the piercing itself was probably the least painful one Ive had thus far. I am very appreciate of my peircers quick and effective skill as well as the care that went into such a quick encounter. My time at Little Chicago may have been brief but it was a wonderful experience.

Went here for a daith piercing this evening and it was the easiest piercing experience Ive ever had! They were super nice and professional. Very clean place and the guy was great about explaining everything he was doing and when. Love how everything was private and calm in there. Its nice to have the undivided attention if the person working on you and I had it here. Will definitely go here for all my future piercing needs!

I took my son here to get snake bites. They werent exactly even and the lady told us to come back and she would fix it. Great customer service and very helpful! I highly recommend that you come here for your next piercing or tattoo!

I love this place. By far the only place I get piercings. Ive had my nostrils done here, 2nd lobes, and a helix, all by Adam. The piercers are kind and reputable and the place is clean. I always feel comfortable here! You can also buy jewelry here and they will even put it in for you.As with tattoos, my mom got a tattoo here by Ross. He knew exactly what he was doing and was very helpful! Recommend 10/10.update: they have gotten really pricey and force you to buy a 10$ saline solution. Its like 30 for a piercing, plus the solution? yeah no, there are other reputable piercers in Johnson city who have a more reasonable price. I recommend House of Ink if your looking for a new reasonably priced place.

First, I loved the cozy setting. The receptionist was knowledgeable and friend. The lady who pierced my daughters nose was very nice. She helped ease that pre piercing jitter she had going on. She did really well. Everyone was VERY nice. Gotta say also how much I appreciate how clean and sanitary they are. I watched how they cleaned up and sanitized in between each and every single client. I took my 11 year old daughter there to get an ear piercing- if you take a minor there make sure you bring birth certificate/ID/etc and your own. They were incredible to my daughter. It made me feel very comfortable. The piercer was the sweetest man! 💕 This is an immaculately clean shop, very stylish inside, and the staff is amazing.

Myself and two friends went to get piercings and Kay was amazing!! She was so knowledgeable and the piercing was almost painless. Prices are amazing too! I will definitely be returning in the future if I get another piercing :)

Ive gotten 4 piercings done there so far and theyve all healed very nicely. They make sure to send you home with the right type of cleaner for your piercing. The workers are very nice and get things done efficiently.

Took my kid to have her ears pierced and was impressed by the professionalism of this place. Clean, organized, strict and up to date Covid guidelines. She has had almost no pain from the process, very pleased with the results.

Kammy did both of my piercings and did a fantastic job! All of the staff was so nice and they so answered my questions I had and were very knowledgeable. Kammy was so sweet! I will definitely be coming back for and other piercings if I have any in mind. Also, they are cash only and piercings are $20 now. Plus $7 for aftercare I believe. I have had 4 other piercings here before and they were great. Go to little Chicago, you won’t be disappointed!

Dont get me wrong they are super clean amazing staff and great with tattoos and piercings. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because I find it ridiculous that u have to have a parent/ guardians signature for a simple ear piercing. You can go to Walmart without that nonsense AND pay less. I understand they are following the rules and not trying to get sued or whatever but COME ON. A ear piercing?? Call me a Karen. Really don’t care. It’s my opinion. Do better little Chicago!!

I didnt get any services at this visit, I was there to support two of my friends getting piercings. It was a great place though, and I would go back for myself! We just happened across it from a Google search. Staff was super nice which can be hard to find at tattoo shops sometimes, and it was very clean!

I came to Little Chicago after a botched piercing at a different shop. They were so caring and professional, and wanted to do whatever they could to help. Total night and day difference. They put me at ease and made me feel so much better about the situation. I will definitely be going to Little Chicago from now on and would highly recommend to anyone!

I can not say enough good things about the piercer, Adam. He has done several of my piercings and he is exceptionally talented. All of my piercings have healed well and he is so good at talking things through with you while doing what he is doing.With that being said, I am not happy with how the studio is changing their policies. I understand the policy changes regarding covid. What upsets me is they have started requiring you to purchase the H2Ocean aftercare, and it is a big bottle of it. It doesnt matter if you go today to get pierced and come back the next day, they require you to buy it each time. It is a $10 bottle of aftercare. It is a 4 oz bottle of H2Ocean, which will last a very long time. I dont believe Ill be back, which really is unfortunate because Ive come here several times and really like the piercer.

This is the only place we go to get piercings and stuff and last time we went I got 4 piercings the only problem was my tongue ring was way to far back and my mom got her ear pierced I don’t remember which one but this was like 4 or 5 months ago and it keeps getting effected but it has its day I will still continue to come here I’m actually going today to repierced my nose

I had never been to Little Chicago, but decided to stop in today for a piercing. Everyone was so nice! Adam talked with me about which piercing I should get because of my other piercings. We decided to go with the forward helix. He was very professional and so informative of every move he made while doing my piercing!

I absolutely loved this shop. Got my first tattoo here and it was done by Dave the owner. He was a really nice guy plus he was excellent about keeping good conversation and was crazy polite. Plus has some commonality with me so that made it easier. This shop is really friendly and Id recommend it to anyone I know. Swing by their and just talk to them if youre thinking about a tattoo.

The woman who pierced me was so sweet and very clean, but I have found out that she pierced me in the totally wrong place! I went to House Of Ink to get the other side of my lip pierced so I could complete my snake bites and the male told me that whoever pierced me didnt do it right. He said the piercing that was done was way too close to the top of my lip. Besides that, the piercing she did is healing very well.

I moved to Tennessee a little over a year ago, hadnt been to a tattoo place here yet..i actually interviewed for the front desk position once here, and even though i didnt get the job i loved the atmosphere and the owner seemed really great and all of the reviews online were great, so today on a whim i decided to get a tattoo and check this place out again..and i was extremely pleased! You guys have a great atmosphere and every artist/piercer i have come into contact with have been really amazing and nice and professional and great! Tanner was my artist today and i will most definitely go back to him and recommend your guys shop to anyone!

Im very frustrated i got my ears peirced here 1-2 weeks ago i paid 50 plus 60 for the earrings 120 all together the peircer was great i was really happy with the peircings but when i went to clean the earring on the left ear i found that the top came off the earring without me knowing about im very frustrated because i spent 30 dollars on that earring and i had to take it out because the top came off.

Have never been tattooed here but have got all my piercings at Little Chicago for the past 5 or 6 years. Never had ANY problems after a piercing. Super clean & tidy. Friendly & knowledgeable piercer. Wouldnt go anywhere else for my piercings.

Got my tongue pierced and the guy who pierced it pierced it too far back and didn’t put the right size bar for swelling. so i couldn’t eat or drink anything. will not go here ever again and it used to be a place i went to for all my piercings.

Took my 6 year old to get hers ears pierced and they were amazing with her. I wish I knew the young mans name that pierced because I had to stand at the door and it looked like he was talking her through everything so it didnt scare her. My daughter and I are both happy :)

My wife and I love this tattoo shop. The atmosphere is relaxed and the work is top notch. We have both had work done by Dave and Chase, and have never been unhappy with the work we received. Wont ever go to another shop again! Thanks for all the awesome art work Little Chicago Tattoo!

I took my mom to have her daith pierced in each ear and while we were there had mine done too we figure since we both get migraines it would be worth a try if nothing else they will be cute! I also had my left nostril periced and had my septum redone. It was very clean professional and fast they had beautiful jewelry to choose from (some of which we had to snag). We are excited to be going back for a little ink therapy as our next scheduled appointment!

Very clean. Very professional. And cheap. I live in Asheville and drive almost an HR to come here. I got my septum Pierced here. I waited 10 min. max. The lady who was piercing was awesome. There was 3 people in front of me and it took her no time to get them done, and I had my kids with me 6, 8.I got there sign a paper. Waited for my name to be called. Paid the lady 10bucks. You sit back down in waiting room for a moment. Im guessing to get everything ready. You go in get pierced and thats it....

My experience here was actually very welcoming! I got a piercing here from Adam he was amazing he made it fun and 100% comfortable! He was really sweet and professional! I RECOMMEN Adam if you want any piercings!

Wow!!! After our 4th visit with our 8 year old twins changing their minds about getting their ears pierced, we were able to get it done with Adam and Mel today. They are both AMAZING!! They were so patient, relaxed and encouraging.Don’t take your kids to a “knock off mall store”. Little Chicago is reviewed by the health department and their employees follow the strictest health guidelines (even during COVID!). I cannot speak highly enough of this business.

I had a chest piece cover-up by Dave at Little Chicago in Johnson City, TN. I also had a few piercings done there as well. Every experience was amazing! I wish I didnt have to give any stars... but one is more than your worth!We went to this place for the first time. We waited almost 30 mins for someone to greet us. Nobody even approached us. Finally, when we asked to speak to someone who appeared to have artistic capabilities ... his name was Tanner. We seriously just started to advise on what we wanted, within seconds he laughed in our face and said it couldnt happen, ... not possible. He was acting like he didnt have time for us and didnt want to work with us at all.. maybe because we are lesbains... However, I would like to think they arent that shallow but none the less, Tanner had the inability to have any creativity and foresight to see the tattoo we were requesting...sooooo we went to Brad at Inkazoid Tattoo and he nailed it... The tatto looks so sweet! If you want something tattooed AND to be respected as a customer.. I highly recommend Inkazoid Tattoo!

I had my daiths pierced. The lady (Miss Sam) is absolutely amazing. All of the staff that I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and nice. Ill be going back and strongly suggest that you go there as well.

I am visiting from Texas and my girlfriend wanted to get tattoos. We booked an appointment with this tattoo shop and paid a $110 deposit. We go in to get our tattoos and they wouldn’t let us watch each other get their tattoo. I have been to a lot of different tattoo shops and have never heard of this before and was surprised. They blamed the health department, so I called around and every tattoo parlors in the area said they have never heard that before and said we could watch each other without issue. They even referred to this place as the Walmart of tattoo shops. I said I was no longer interested in getting our tattoo because we wanted the experience of a couples tattoo. They refused to give my deposit back which other tattoo shops that was pretty scandalous. I wasn’t impressed by their work so maybe I dodged a bullet.

Loved it. Had 3 piercings done here and i wouldnt go anywhere else! Jewelry was great. Still have the nose ring in from a year ago and it still looks great! Super clean and friendly. And they answered all the questions i have. And they also talked me out of a piercing that would have left a bad scar bc of my body type.

Over all decent just not so much the actual piercings....She was very professional about it. Went by the book. Made sure I liked the placement and it was very clean. But when it come down to the actual piercing..I got 2 dermals on the back of my neck and one fell out the second day of having it and the other one isnt in all the way. Then I had to wait two days to go back Cus they were closed(so this should be fun) going back today to HOPEFULLY get them fixed

Totally unprofessional. Went in everything was alright talked to the artist, paid my deposit made the appointment 8 days out. Sent him an email 4 days out about what we talked about. Less than 24 hours before my tattoo Im called and told he is now overbooked. I say so he cant do it? It wasnt even the artist calling to fix it. He says we can do it Tues or Thurs or next Sat which do you prefer.... Like he is trying to close a deal. Which makes me totally believe I was bumped and they are cherry picking their higher paying customers after deposits and appointments are made. That may or may not be accurate however I will never get it done there or recommend anyone go. So funny my friends and I talked about this for literally 2 years. So I guess for the next 2 years I will be sharing my experience with my friends here.

I had my septum pierced here, and it was such an easy experience. No one else can go in the room with you for the piercing, which I think is a great way to keep people more calm and helps the piercer stay focused. I’ll be back!

The first day I went it was okay, it has changed ALOT, they have raised their prices for piercings, nothing added just raised prices, I had seen a post that their jewelry was not like it use to be, that is true, Ive had several piercings there needless to say will not go back. I had lost a ball went back the very next day very rude this time and was fussing about having to put another ball on after having to wait for 40 minutes just to be fussed at for doing what I was suppose to cant help faulty jewelry

I recently got my conch pierced here, and everyone was so knowledgeable and kind. I didnt feel pressured or intimidated, and they took their time to figure out the best fit and location for my ear. IM IN LOVE with my piercing. Not to mention that for the quality of the piercing, it is SO REASONABLE. This experience cannot be beat. Im definitely coming back to Little Chicago for my next one.

Piercing: very clean, very informative, friendly and efficient bedside manner. I didnt feel rushed and she answered all of my questions, made sure I was okay with the alignment before piercing. Best part: only $10 each! Dont forget to tip though.

Sent this afternoon and got a helix piercing. I was nervous about a first piercing. Sam, I think was her name, was very understanding when I told her I may pass out. She was done with the piercing before I even felt it. I couldnt remember what size jewelry she used, so I messaged them on Facebook. They replied within a couple hours, if that long. Very pleased with the service at little Chicago.

Had a piercing done by Adam, VERY professional and even though i was quite nervous, he managed to make me feel comfortable. I will recommend this shop to anyone and everyone I know who may want a piercing!!! Great job guys and thank you!!!

The girls who do the piercings here a great! They have always done a great job and i totally trust them with what they do. On the other hand the big dude that works up front is a prick! Being rude to people is not the way to get customers to come back including me.. yall need to hire someone else to do his job I will not step foot back in this place as long as he is working here!

Staff was very rude. I got my belly button pierced, and the woman who pierced it was quite rude in the first place, but the piercing was crooked, and I had to gauge my belly button to a 14 seeing as how they pierced it at a 16. It later got very infected, it rejected the piercing. While I do not blame them for this, due to it being quite common, I do not advise going here because it is cheaper than other tattoo shops.

First experience and tattoo went pretty good, relaxed atmosphere,clean and affordable..fast forward two years later, return for a forearm tattoo. Shop changed, seemed more professional. The tattoo I got looked great at first but once healed noticed like 7 spots of lettering were missing lines of ink. Had to get it touched up elsewhere. Prob wont return due to that.

Adam did an amazing job on my lip. Swelling wasn’t bad at all. No pain with the actual piercing, just the clamps. Thank you so much. Defiantly coming back for more.

Got my daughters ear pierced! Our piercer was very professional and it was a great bday gift!

1st the staff was very nice. The shop is clean and all the art I personally seen was very nice. I gave 3 stars because of the experience my wife and I had. We got matching tattoos in late July 2018. They looked great and we were happy with them. Withing 3 weeks to a month and a half I noticed both of our tattos either faded where the saturation wasnt good and or the lettering was broken. That wasnt a big deal to me until we wnt back to ask about getting them fixed and were told since we didnt buy the after care kit it would be 50 dollars to touch up. If I didnt already have 15 other tattoos and my wife has 4 that never required their after care kit to turn out just fine I wouldnt be disappointed. Its only been 2 months. I am very rehersed in aftercare. So their work is nice in general our experience wasnt overall good. If they were a littl more vocal about the policy maybe I could understand. Once again 1 out of 16 tattoos looks like ink didnt take and my wifes lettering is broken. I was just expecting a different outcome since both tattoos were in need of completing after consciously taking care of these. Artwork is great, staff is great. Customer service in my humble opinion is off. Sincerely Justin Ward

Told me that if i ask to take any jewelry out of the case to look at it i would have to pay for it. doesn’t make much sense because it is not sterile in the case..? not very good instillation, one of the tops of my piercing fell out and one of the rings was not shut all the way, so my hair kept getting caught in it. if you want cheap piercings this is your place i guess but i don’t trust 10 dollar piercings.

I have gotten all three of my nose rings (septum and two nostrils) and my lip piercing done here. Adam is an amazing piercer and i always enjoy my time at little chicago.

Honestly this place is so unprofessional. If you want a cheap piercing that is done fairly well then this is a good place, but aftercare? dont go here. jewelry change? nope. My cousin came here to change her conch stud to a hoop and the man behind the counter including the piercer gave her the wrong size and basically had the jewelry cut into her circulation in her ear. She called twice due to swelling and severe pain only to have them say its okay and to give it time (swelling goes down after a week MAXIMUM). Then she physically went to show them that this jewelry is cutting into her ear and she needs to change it but they continued to say that it was still getting use to the jewelry. She finally got it changed a week ago and they literally asked her if her previous piercer pierced her conch with the ring, YOU CHANGED IT AND SHE CAME IN A FEW WEEKS AGO. I was furious. Her ear looks completely grotesque and I will make sure she never stops by again.

I got my septum pierced here. Not only did the piercist not take time to review my anatomy and decide proper placement, but she ended up piercing it much too far back for a traditional septum piercing, which I requested. It was pierced through cartilage and I will be unable to stretch it like I planned to and will have to get it repierced in the future so that I can do so. It is also very crooked, thankfully not in a very visible way when looking at me head on but from underneath the crookedness is extremely apparent. I am very disappointed with my septum piercing. Save your money and go to a different shop. I will add pictures when I can get to my computer.

I went here recently and goodness was ot worth it. The staff is very knowledgeable on piercing and tattoos. If you are getting pierced just make sure you have time as they are very popular and can have a wait time, but once called you are in and out easy!

I went Friday to get my daith pierced and the lady to done it just shoved the piercing through without checking it or anything, the next day I am in the hospital for a ruptured vessel in the same spot, after horrible migraines and jaw pain and 15-20 blood clots later I have a huge doctor bill! I will never come here again! May be calling here soon

Adam and Camie are the best piercers ,Ive went to Adam for some of my piercings and the others was done by camie, both camie and Adam are amazing very hygienic ,today i got my third lobe piercings done there by camie she was willing to answer any questions I had and was very informative about everything, she did the piercing so well and it was so quick .

I got my tongue re-pierced here last week and had to take it out instantly. The piercer did try to go thru the original piercings scar tissue, but missed completely. When he saw it was not centered he says, its a little off the blue dot but its okay. It was not okay. It was too far forward and in the hole diagonally leaning to the left. When I would straighten it i could feel pull/stretching, indicating that it was not pierced straight. So I just took it out, I took the piercing out in the parking lot. Wasted $10. And will have to wait another 6 weeks or so to heal before I can repierce... again. Please view the picture!

I loved the atmosphere in there. Tanner did my tattoo and I’m in love with it. He really paid attention to the references picture and made the perfect stencil. The prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.

Decent price for peircings. $20 for me to get my ears done. They made me feel comfortable when getting them done and it didnt hurt a bit. However, I had heard many bad things about percings becoming infected after getting them done here. I gave the benefit of a doubt. I did everything I was supposed to, even bought H2Ocean from them, kept it clean, kept in the original percings for way longer than they said. I had to take them out because of a messy infection that would not go away. I even took the percings out and let them soak in some peroxide to kill any thing there and let my ears breath for a day, and the infection went away. When I put the percings back in the infection came back. The only way this is possible for me is if it has traces of nickel in the metal, and I was told there was none.So not a bad price but Im out $20 because I had to let them grow up because the infection was unbearable.

The younger kid, I think his name is Chase did an FANTASTIC job on a cross/name/anchor for me a couple weeks ago. How do I reach him to discuss future work since Id be driving from Charlotte to see him again? The kid is AMAZING! Ive had 6 tats done in approx 2 weeks and his stands above all of them. His imagination and talent is phenomenal!!

It was very sanitary and the staff seemed very nice and knowledgeable. The only concern was that it might have been a little pricey and they would only let one person at a time be with the person getting tattooed or peirced. You also had to stand back to see the tattoo so I can see that being for safety reasons which is good but it also ruins some if the fun

I got two tattoos here, both of them had some deficiencies. The first one I got was a triangle tattoo, i got it by the most requested artist. I didn’t think much about it till one of my friends point it out that one of the lines was bent. A tattoo artist that can’t tattoo a straight line, she is probably in the wrong business. The next one I got was a cherub by a guy, I showed him what I wanted. He said he was going to the back to draw it. He came back with some details I didn’t want, said he couldn’t do what I asked for. I had already paid for the deposit, so I just went with it, looking at it know, I wish I had saved the rest and gone somewhere else. The tattoos here are cheap, there is a reason why they are so cheap. JC has proven to not have many good artist. If you want a good tattoo, spend the money and go somewhere else.

Dave has done a gorgeous memorial tattoo that takes up the upper part of my back. It is incredible! The shading and realistic features just blow me away! Treated all my kids to tats for Christmas. Definitely use Little Chicago. You will not be disappointed!Elizabeth has done my most recent piece. Wow! Just as incredible an artist! It is really intense to see the difference in the two artists. The solemn nature of the memorial tattoo (Dave) versus the whimsical colorful interpretation of the new Cheshire Cat(Elizabeth) pulling water color swirls of color relating to the original Disney character is such a striking contrast. Little Chicago really takes care of their clients!

Walked in and got incredible service! They did such a great job on a wonderful, freehand tattoo and piercing for my mom! Would very highly recommend to anyone thinking about having a tattoo or piercing!

I took myself and three of my girls to get there tongues done and we had a really good experiace the first time . one of my daughters lost her tongue ring and it closed up so I waited 4 weeks and went back to get it done again and I had the worst experience I have ever had . I will never go back there again. I had to sign to get my daughters done because they are 16 17 and almost 18 and the guy at the register was really rude by saying that if I didnt have legal custody of them that repercussions will be taken out on me like they wasnt my girls I also spent over 2 in a half hours there because they was slow then my tongue ring was crooked and she hit a vain so it was bleeding and within a couple of hours I couldnt talk and was in a lot of pain so I took it out . I will never ever go back there it was a bad experience all the way around also she peirced the nose two times because she missed the first time .

Great place to get pericings done, however I hate how they gave me a stud instead of a ring for a starter jewelry. Price was great for 2! 48$ for two piercings is a great deal!

Poor attitudes, doesnt respect clients, doesnt explain pricing on piercings. Over all unacceptable environment, went two times and still had problems with the employees being very rude. I wont be going back and I recommend anyone getting piercings or tattoos to go to ink dreams in morristown, better place to go.

If I could give negative stars, I would. so got my nose pierced in March and I loved it. When I went to another tattoo shop, they physically cringed at the size of the piercing in my nose. Today I learned that if i want a piercing, I will not go back to Little Chicago.

I visited the shop several times with concerns about my piercing being irritated and the employees were very dismissive and didnt even look at the piercing site. I visited an actual APP piercer today and he told me not only did they use the wrong size and shape jewelry, but the location of my piercing was dangerous.

Absolutely the worst dirtiest tattoo shop ever. 1st time we went my wife wanted a heart and star,it turned out mangled and I had to tell the artist that they were uneven and not even colored in all the way. The 2nd time they told my wife that the tattoo she wanted looks like crap they can draw a better one. We then went to look at the so called better one and I swear my 7 year old son could write better cursive. I WOULD NOT RECOMENED OR EVER GO BACK

The food was good, the service was good. Dont really need to say anything else.It was a bit chilly inside so maybe bring a jacket with you, but you can expect nice, courteous service ready to help you when you need it.

Travelled an hour and a half because someone claimed I could be fit in just to be turned away when I get there. I’m sure they do fine tattoos and piercings but unless you’re very close to them I wouldn’t recommend going out of your way even if they say it’s cool

I took my 17 year old daughter to get her belly button pierced and they told me I had to have her birth certificate to prove I was her parent so I could sign to give permission. Really? Thats absurd! Not to mention, it was also not disclosed on their website, advertising, etc. So we drove an hour to get there to be turned away by this arcane policy--who carries a copy of their birth certificate around? Thanks Little Chicago, but no thanks--well go elsewhere!

Don’t go on Sunday/Monday if you are getting a piercing because the woman was very rude and disrespectful. The other piercers are wonderful but I was extremely unsatisfied with her service.

They are very professional, excellent artists, and have amazing imagination for their free hand designs. Ive gotten all but my very first tattoo here and I wont go anywhere else.

I was very disappointed when I went to the studio after hearing about the $10 piercings and seeing it on the website that all piercings are $10 (yes we mean ALL) and SPECIFICALLY seeing an advertisement on their front desk for $10 dermals that included wrist, cleavage, and teardrop and was told they arent offering them at the time! No where on anything did it say only able to get at or during a certain time!!! AND YES I READ THE SMALL PRINT!! Would love to hear back from them doubt I will, but to me seems like false advertisement and thats very bad for business! So every one knows its March 24th 2017 and it was around 4 or 5 when I was there just a little heads up for people that are expecting one.

I’ve had my nose pierced here and it was overall good, the staff was nice and made me feel comfortable.
