Earrings are overpriced and very basic, they have better ones on the website but they don’t price match and the staff wasn’t helpful, I didn’t like their energy. Took my babygirl to Claire’s in the mall much cheaper and better choice of earrings. And phenomenal customer service there….. GO TO CLAIRE’S

From my own experience, Id like to say this establishment is one of the finest in the Joliet area. Not only is their Store Manager, Suzy, really helpful, but her Assistant Manager, Alisa, is another one. When you want professionalism, this is the best place to go. Both ladies are extremely helpful and they both know their stuff! I happen to take pride in all of the jewelry that I own from here. I highly recommend going to them! They will fill all of your jewelry and piercing needs. 😁

I have been buying Jewelry for years from this establishment. I have bought many earrings. Because my daughter loose them all the time..The last four ear piercing was done there as well. I have always had a pleasant experiences. But the last time there the store manager Millie(??)was very nasty. Not sure why, maybe she was having a bad day. I had earrings that I need to exchange. Isnt that why youre paying insurance for! As I was trying to descalate the situation I put my hand up(not in her face) just for her to stop. So I could figure out what I could do. Granted yes,I dont own a car and I didnt have the receipt. I asked Mac Nasty could I call the Customer service to see how they could help me. Mac Nasty got really upset. Mind you the other ladies that worked there acted as if they were scared of her. Customer service called the store to give her the info, n she refused to service me. The other ladies there didnt want to go against her in fear when it came to the earrings. But looky,looky... they didnt have any reservations helping me buy 3 anklets. Customer service claim to have taken a complaint and said I was going to get a gift certificate. As well as get a call back to investigate what happened. NONE, of that has happened as of yet.(2 weeks later)😡😡
Experience went great. I had brought my 6 month old daughter in to get her ears pierced. They were very patient, marked her with the a few times to where we were satisfied. The only problem was I wished the place was a little more secluded instead of being right there in the wide open. Other than that everything else was fine.
Suzanne the store manager is the ultimate professional and is highly expertised at what she does and takes her clients needs very seriously. The selection is awesome and great prices so go visit her for your jewelry needs and youll be happy you did.💯
Love this place! Personnel here is great, all the women here are kind, approachable and courteous. Nothing to pricey as well as nothing cheaply made. Fair prices and a good selection of jewelry to buy. Warranties available, discounts and a sale going a lot of times as well. I recommend you stop by. Manager there is Amazing!!If I were her boss I would give her a Huge raise!! They do ear piercings too, which is hard to come by at a lot of places. Overall if youre looking to get your lil ones ears pierced, pick up something nice for the wife/Gf or for mom, your tía o abuela, I would stop by here. Nice on the pockets and has great deals during the holidays both real and hallmark.
I had bought a rose gold necklace chain in October 2019 and bought warranty for it. It snapped recently, however I did not have the receipt. I had told the employee my situation, and instead of helping me figure it out, he said there was no way of looking up my information in their system because it “resets.” I also had my transaction from my bank showing the date I had purchased. $80 chain and it broke in 3 months of wearing it? Bad quality and worse customer service.

We went to get my daughters ears pierced because we looked up on their website that the baby has to be 8 weeks old. We show up to this location and the lady told us that she had to be 3 months. I dont recommend this place because they dont follow their rules and guidelines. Great job Pagoda, hire someone else rather than this terrible service. P.S. dont be calling your customers hun.

I have never seen anyone so rude as that fat lady, that was rude with us and with our 2 y old baby. That lady is such a bad worked, that needs to be fired!!!

They use piercing guns, which are horrible for you. If a place uses piercing guns rather than needles, they are not professional nor are they high quality in the slightest. Use high quality materials because YOU are high quality.
Got earings not even a week ago and they are already coming apart. Cheap cheap quality. Wouldnt recommend. Claires is way better
