The lady at the front was very rude and not helpful at all. We ended up going to BOUNDLESS TATTOO COMPANY where they were so nice and where we were greeted with a smile. Do not go here.

Fantastic artists! Very clean, and sanitary shop. Professional and friendly. They make you feel very comfortable throughout the tattoo and deliver incredible unique tattoos. I love that they customize their tattoo designs to make each tattoo an original no one else has. Highly recommend!

Brought my mom and grandma to get their ears repierced, and the whole staff was really friendly, and Julia, the piercer, was especially awesome! very kind, quick, and just awesome! 10/10, thank you guys for the best experience!

Jackie is amazing for piercings. Super friendly people. Jackie did my rook and Dusty did my Daith piercing and a different girl did my tragus. I recommend them both. They thoroughly explain and make sure you understand how to clean your piercing and take care of it.

I went in today for a Medusa and first impressions were that everyone was very nice and friendly! Very positive atmosphere, unlike a lot of other shops. My piercer, Jordan, was incredibly sweet and friendly. My Medusa barley even hurt and I really appreciate that she was chatting with me while piercing. She made me feel so comfortable and welcome, as I was a bit nervous. Will exclusively get all my piercings done by her! Thank you for the awesome experience today, Jordan!!!

Just got a piercing done here today. It was honestly super easy and a really quick process. Not only that, but the piercer, Jordan, was super nice and easy to talk to, and she explained everything to us. The other staff members were nice as well when we walked in, which helped ease my nerves.Both my brother and I got a piercing done and both went really well and look great. Thanks for the service and saving us a trip to Claire’s instead.

We were fortunate enough to have the tattoo done by a visiting artist from Chile. He did an awesome job on it and added his special touch (after asking if it was okay).The prices were good and the piercing lady was great and hilarious.Nice establishment and good people.The desk manager guy was also great and very funny.

Im in love....with my tattoo. My artist Eddie gave me the best tattoo. I finally found an artist that understood my needs and he free handed the design on me as well. He was prepared and started at a reasonable time. He focused his attention on me and was easy to talk to; as well as soft on the eyes. But besides that, his light touch with presence of firm hands put me at ease from my nervousness. This tattoo shop actually came as a recommendation from a client of mine who is from the health department and recommended this location due to its cleanliness. Eddie is very personable, experienced and does an excellent job. Ill definitely be back. The front desk staff is personable as well.

I love Wolfs. Everyone is very talented at what they do. Ive been going there for 3 to 4 yrs and will continue to go there. The piercer Jordan is very patient with her customers ESPECIALLY me. She explains everything from start to end. Shes very knowledgeable at what she does. I trust no one else with my piercings. If you havent tried Wolfs then do it...you wont be disappointed!

I love these guys, I’ve gotten my septum, conch and a helix pierced here with Jordan. She is super awesome and makes it an experience for you. And as someone that doesn’t like needles, I appreciate that she doesn’t count down for me, mostly because the would make me fidget. You can call them and they answer on the first ring most times.

Always wanted my nose pierced but was too scared to do it but I just sucked it up and went for it. Jordan and the other young lady at the counter were extremely helpful and nice. What I thought to be a painful bloody event turned out to be the opposite. The pain was minimal, almost like a bee sting, and no blood. It was all due to Jordans skill as a piercer. She was awesome! Im so happy with my experience at Wolfs and glad I did it!

Eddie was absolutely amazing! The talent this man has is outstanding. He did a cover up on my wrist and definitely exceed my expectations! Will absolutely be going back!! Hopefully sooner than later!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! AVOID IF YOU CAN!!!! My family and I walked in expecting a great experience based off of the reviews only to be treated POORLY. The artists were extremely rude. Instead of aiding and directing a PAYING customer, they had horrible attitudes and were very judgmental. I will NEVER come here again and will tell others to stay away as well!!! If I could give negative stars, I would! This shop does not even deserve the one star I’m giving them!

My daughter went in for a piercing. The process went smoothly and actually quick. Once paperwork and ID check was completed she went right over to the young lady that does the piercings. She was friendly, great personality, clean, steralized the area. She was amazing and did a wonderful job.

I had gotten my first industrial piercing and was super excited about it on 9-30-21 and kept up with cleaning and turning it. A few months later I had to get a MRI and Wolfs did not have a retainer to put in place of my rod so I had gone to a different place that sold retainers. When the piercer looked at my ear he had said it was done completely wrong and he doesn’t not want to put a retainer in and he wanted to take it out immediately. I let him remove it and he said after a few months I would have to get it redone. I was super upset and now have to get it redone. I did not notice it was done incorrectly because it was my first major piercing, very upsetting.however I did love the people there they were respectful just worried to go get it redone there again so the same thing does not happen.

I got my nose pierced and it healed perfectly! The ball on the piercing fell out at one point and they fixed it for free. Great prices too, many places charge way more. Just got a tattoo done by Chad yesterday. Very professional. Took the time to find perfect placement for tattoo, and went back to fix any lines I thought needed work, very patient with me!!! Def recommend .

If I could rate this shop a 0/5 I would. When I walked in everything went smooth. I told them I wanted a tragus piercing so they got it all ready. After the lady pierced it I looked and it was a hoop earring. They pierced it like that without letting me know. When any other tattoo shops Pierce with studs. After they pierced it they also did not clean it so there was blood dripping all over when I left!! 6 weeks go by so I wanted to change the hoop cause that’s not what I wanted. When I went to constable to get it changed to a stud the guy told me they shouldn’t of done a hoop cause the hole isn’t straight. As he was changing it the ring didn’t go all the way through the back!! So now I have to wait 8 weeks to get it re-pierced. I do not recommend coming here for piercings. Not sure how tattoos are but if they can’t successfully pierce an ear not sure if I’d want to get a Permanent tattoo

Jordan was super nice and helped me and my friend with our lobe piercings. We were both pretty nervous and she made the experience a lot more welcoming. Will definitely be coming back if i decide to get more piercings!

It’s soo frustrating and hard to find a permanent tattoo / piercing shop. Great customer service across the board . It’s a pretty long hike but it’s worth the drive and I will be going back for more service !

So Veterans and 1st responders beware. Looked up the place because it’s close to my business. They had good reviews overall. Picked Christian because I liked his work that was displayed and he had decent reviews. I noticed they support Veterans and First Responders, which I’m a member of. Met up with Christian wanted a cover up. Showed him the tattoo I wanted covered, gave him my ideas. He said he could do it. Scheduled an appointment to have it done. $60 deposit non refundable. I had faith, gave $100. Emailed him some additional ideas and pics. No response. Went for my appointment for him to tell me he couldn’t do it. Ok, tried to work with him. Came up with some other ideas, simpler. He said he could do it. He said give him a couple of days, gave him almost 2 weeks. No response. Called for a refund because it’s not working out. Of course the young lady said no refund. Oh well, you live and learn hopefully. No trying to bash the place. Just saying if you realize you can’t do it just be real and say you can’t and also communicate with the client.

Me and my partner came in.Everyone was nice and pleasant.Jordan pierced my eyebrow 2 times.I had them not lined up correctly by others.She was very kind,professional,and listened to my concerns.She aligned them perfectly and took her time and I have ocd so I can be a bit picky.She worked with me the whole way through🤗She was amazing the whole way through! I will only get piercings by her now.Everyone go see Jordan she’s the best!

The team at Wolfs Fine Line is such a great group of people! they are hilarious!! Jordan (I believe that is her name) did an excellent job on both my nose piercings. Excellent service and a great all-around business. Had a nagging problem with a previous tattoo and the artist I consulted set my fears to rest. Trust an expert, it’s what makes them experts. Also worked with me on a tattoo that I’d planned on getting for a long time and were able to fit me in the same day with little notice. My request was a simple matter so your experience will vary based on the intricacies and size, but if you want fresh ink or a fix or even just a consult, these are my go-to guys from now on! I love everything about this place!!! I’ve been to most shops in the area but I always come back to wolf’s…they’re my go to place for piercings n tatts. Jordan has done almost all of my piercings and she’s even helped me with ones she didn’t do. Everyone that works there are all around friendly people that genuinely care about their customers. I got a piercing here early this year (the piercer was great that time too) and the other day I was having issues getting the jewelry in so I came in asking for some help. She couldnt get them in because I asked her to stop (couldnt handle the pain) but she was super understanding and gave me a bunch of tips. I was able to get them in later at home using the smaller barbells she sent me home with. Ill definitely come back for any work I need in the future.

I went here to get my nose pierced, note I had the other side pierced about 4 years ago. Never once did I have a problem changing jewelry or keeping the piercing clean. But coming into this shop and getting the other side pierced seems to have gone wrong. Ofcourse I wanted the new piercing to be even with my existing piercing. Let me tell you, it is EXTREMELY uneven. The lady who was piercing it reassured me that it was even and that she knew what she was doing. I’ve had it pierced now for about 6-7 months and am still in pain every time I touch it. Changing the piercing feels as if I’m re-piercing it every time. For the first 4 months I cleaned it about twice a day, note I’ve had the other side pierced for years and NEVER had problems. I don’t know if she used a different gauge or hit something but as of now I’m ready to take it out. So many people have noticed how uneven they are and it’s embarrassing. I would post a picture but googles not allowing me to attach one. Just, beware.

Have gotten 2 tattoos and one piercing done here. I got my first tattoo 2 years ago done by Adam; he was patient and kept me calm to make my first tattoo experience pleasant, its been 2 years and my tattoo still looks good and healed great. My second tattoo was done recently by Dusty; he was professional and my tattoo is healing good and looks amazing! I really recommend this place.

I was there 3 days ago and Jackie was my piercer. She was awesome! Totally down to earth, funny, and very sweet. She was clean and professional, and my piercings went super fast. I would for sure recommend this place for piercings!!

Dusty did my first tattoo and I felt no pain and I just loved it. Dusty will now I be my guy when I need ink. I recommend this place and dust for any work done. He is amazing. I finally got my tattoo. Lot my friends was skeptical due to they say they really have not seen a lot of African American get tattoo at Wolf. Well I love my piercer Jordan so I will love my artist. You get what you pay for. My artist was on time. Polite and made sure I was satisfied and detail oriented.

I got my belly button piercing here in august with my friend and both of ours got infected. It was okay at first I went back to go get it changed because I bought a ring from them and they said they’d put it in for me and I’ve had trouble with it since I cleaned it everyday and so did my friend. Also it was very off centered but I know everyone’s body is different so that might not have been their fault. Front desk lady was not nice the piercing girl was very nice and personable but idk.. can’t help but think it must be their piercings. Also when they pierce it they give you his really ugly hoop thing like a nose piercing in ur belly button.

Went in for an anti eyebrow piercing yesterday. Their piercer is the sweetest and coolest woman ive met in the body mad/ tattoo buisness. Shes down to earth and puts you to ease. Her work is excellent and ive only ever had wonderfull experiences with her piercing me. The anti eyebrow is a piercing on the upper cheek bone and can become swollen or bruised but she is such an amazing piercer there is no swelling or bruising at the piercing site AT ALL. She works quickly and it was done before I even knew it! Would recommend to everyone!

Waited almost an hour after my scheduled appointment. Then they decided to not specify that the cost was per tattoo not all inclusive in the price. Workmanship was on par with what you expect. I personally will not do business with them again. But to each his own.

As much as I love the people at Wolfs, Ive learned recently that they use fairly low quality jewelry. Jewelry is externally threaded, and piecing is done in the open. I feel bad for negating my previously positive review. I would recommend going to a place that pierced with internally threaded titanium jewelry.

Never will I go there again. I don’t mind paying the money for good work. Definitely not what I got. They didn’t even read the paperwork I had to fill out. I’m allergic to latex. Colors that were not agreed on. My first tattoo, nervous. Had it put on my side. I didn’t realize that the shape would be very different because my arm was stretched over my head. He should have known this. It’s been five months and I have to get it redone. Staying in the lines doesn’t seem to be important there either.

I went several places most of them were dirty and if I showed them pictures they would tell me why they couldnt do it. Then I went to wolfs. From the minute I walked into the place everyone was friendly. The place was clean.I told the receptionist that I wanted a Freemason tattoo and that I had a few pictures of what I wanted. She told me that she would go and get one of the artists. Chuy the tattoo artist came out shook my hand, he didnt make me feel like an idiot since this was my first tattoo. He asked me what I was looking for. Over the next week I sent him about 15 pictures. When I got there for my appointment he had not one, but two awesome drawings. I picked one. He did an amazing job. This Place Just Basically Robbed Me Of $60...Waited A Full 1 1/2 Hours For A Tattoo Artist To Show Up Just To Tell Me He Couldnt Do Anything. I Understand That One Pic Needed To Be Drawn Up But I Had 4 Other Pictures That Were Ready. He Told Me The Pic He Had To Draw Should Be Ready Friday(It Was Thursday). The Guy Was Rude When I Told Him How I Wanted a The Tattoo Done And Was Told Im The Artist, You Let Me Worry About The Drawing. Nevertheless, Since I Was Referred By A Friend, I Put Down The $60 Deposit(They Told Me Its For The Drawing) And They Told Me To Come Back With The Deposit Slip When I Make An Appt. I Called To Make An Appt And Was Told That The Tattoo Artist Was No Longer There. I Was Told That The Deposit Was None Refundable And There Was Nothing They Could Do. I Asked For The Drawing And Was Told I Couldnt Have The Artist Drawings. I Gave HIM The Pics For The Concept I Wanted So I Basically Paid Him For A New Idea.STAY FAR AWAYYY

This place is a joke. Have gone here three separate times to get a tattoo and each time they tell me that the tattoo is too small. They will only do work on you if you are getting a large tattoo that will cost hundreds of dollars. Don’t waste your time going here

Went with a friend to get a tatt and when we walked in it smelled as if someone had been smoking in there for years.. definitely didnt smell clean at all... chick at the front desk seemed annoyed that our appointment was cancelled.... sorry that it was an inconvenience for HER to have to have our appointment canceled.... wont be returning.
