I got my daiths pierced by Zach, he was knowledgable and professional. I would definitely recommend him if you’re wanting piercings.But if you want absolutely amazing tattoos, Emily will kill it! She is so talented! Honestly all the artists are amazing! This shop feels like you are hanging out with friends! Also Emily is way cooler than Zach! 😉

My bestie got her nipples pierced here today. Very nice people clean and it was fast. She had an appointment but I bet we wasnt there 15min. I would definitely recommend.

Got a lotus flower on my wrist done by Courtney and Im VERY happy with it! The lines are perfect and super clean! 10/10, will be going to her again.Overall environment is very clean and professional but also very comfortable. :)

Kelvin at Brickhaus did an amazing job on my tattoo made us laugh and listened to me when I asked for any adjustments. Zach did great on my piercing. It was quick and minimal pain and moved the location of my flat helix to exactly what I wanted.

I recently got a tattoo from abbey, she’s an amazing artist and I couldn’t be more happy with the design she created. I’ve also gotten a few piercings from Zach, he was very knowledgeable and fast. I was in and out with little to no wait. I will definitely be returning to Brickhaus again.

Ive had two tattoos done by apprentices here and they both turned out great. Jessica and Courtney both did great jobs. Jessica did my Bible verse tattoo and she was very friendly and worked with me to pick out the font I wanted. The tattoo healed well and looks good after 6 months. Courtney did the flash tattoos my aunt and I had done together and she was so sweet and did an amazing job.

Overall a good experience. Would have liked some care instructions for our piercings but I guess that what google is for. Very quick, in and out experience.

Just completed my fourth tattoo. One more and Ive completed my sleeve. This flag in this picture was done without stenciling. Brian French is amazing. He is the only artist involved with the whole sleeve.

Got tattooed by Amber here today. Place is very clean, relaxed atmosphere and professional. I was happy with the pricing, liked the way you could use Paypal to pay hold your appointment. Had the bear added near my sons name and the flower and my daughters name added.

This was my 1st visit to Brickhaus but I will be back for sure. Courtney and Abby were a lot of fun.

Brought my 14 year old here to get her ears pierced. Walk in and a lady said to fill out a forma. Then a man comes out and tells my daughter to follow him so he can clean and mark her ears. No introduction or anything. I had a question regarding the piercing and when I asked it I felt completely disregarded and blew off. He does the piercing extremely quickly and seemed like he could care less about it. My daughter was pretty nervous and his demeanor did not make things better. She has been looking forward to getting her ears done for a long time and this experience was just awful. I would definitely go somewhere else especially if youre taking a child or teen for anything.

Came here to get my bridge and septum done. My bridge was done at a slight angle, which not THAT big of a deal convinced myself it gave it a little uniqueness, BUT what was a big deal was the fact that he put it too shallow. Which I shouldve known he had no idea what he was doing when he said my knows was illusive (i have a very average nose), but it started to reject and when I sent them a pic of it they just said oh its probably acne, but if it continues come in and well take it out. Yall knew what the issue was but didnt want to admit fault. Then on top of that for my septum put a nose ring in that way too small that I have still YET to be able to get out. If you want piercings go to Body Accents, Ive seen first hand the quality of their work after my experience at Brickhause and will definitely be going to them here on out.

Got my nipples (re)pierced here. The original shop I went to was very unprofessional despite having many positive reviews and it seemed like the people piercing me did not care or even really want to be doing the piercing. I came here and my piercer already saw the error that the original shop made and reassured that it was a fixable issue (piercings to deep and lopsided). Very professional and friendly environment! Very reasonable prices and they always seem to have some kind of deal! 10/10 recommend!!!

Got my son’s girlfriend in last minute through their Facebook page. She got her tongue and Monroe pierced. She was in and out in about 15 minutes!! They had a 2 for 1 special. Highly recommend. Very professional. Clean place.

I got my eyebrow pierced here this past winter. The first couple months it was healing ok and then out of nowhere I got a sore next to it. The sore would heal and come back worse than before. I finally had to take out the jewelry to let it heal a couple days ago. The sore already looks way better. I’m not sure if it was the jewelry or what it was. I’m not very happy though.

Pircer was wonderful. Went for the BOGO 50% off. He did an excellent job even though I bled a bunch due to fasting. Sorry about all the blood lol! Will definitely come back for tattoos in the future

DO NOT GO HERE!!! i had an appointment this weekend with Zach to get my tongue pierced. It was the worst experience i’ve ever had. First he was extremely rude to my friends and i. Completely insensitive and made us even more uncomfortable than we already were. He didn’t mark my tongue or even allow me to look into a mirror before he was shoving the needle through it. afterwards there were no mirrors for me to even see what it had looked like after i got it done. i got in my car and looked in my mirror to see that it was completely diagonal and done horribly. I have had my tongue pierced before so i knew that it was done incorrectly right off the bat. i immediately drove to another piercing place to have it looked at because i could barely move my tongue. They felt awful for me and were concerned for my safety. they took it out immediately. If i had seen it before i left the building Zach definitely would not have gotten paid. If i could select zero stars i would. horrible experience. i really feel like he took advantage of my friends and i because we are young teenage girls. and i do not want any children or teens going to this man and getting traumatized like i was.

The man that owns this is horrible with children 😔 doesnt explain how to care after a piercing. Will never go back

Abbey is the best! I’m currently working on an Alice in wonderland tattoo sleeve and she is KILLING it! It’s not always easy when some pieces are from a different artist and you gotta try to match the vibe but she’s right on. I tell her what I want but to design whatever she thinks is a match and she’s never failed. She’s a great distraction as well from the pain and is a great conversationalist! I’ve got multiple compliments already. Really clean studio too! Can’t wait for my next appointment!

I had scheduled a tattoo appointment with Abbey Shaw on March 22nd for June 6th. I had accidentally read the email wrong and thought my appointment started at 10:30 but it started at 10:00. I got to the shop at 10:25 and was told Abbey left due to me being late. I do believe it was my fault on the times but when I emailed her she said her books were very full and I would have to reschedule for a later date, after waiting three months for this tattoo, I do find it unprofessional for her to leave after only 25 minutes and she never once tried to get in touch with me. I ended up leaving and she kept my deposit because I did not reschedule with her.

Scheduled and paid a deposit with Zoey in January for my daughters 18th birthday present tattoo in April. Showed up on time to appointment with my daughter and she said she was double booked and couldnt do it. My daughter was so.upset. She didnt apologize. My daughter was about to cry so I asked, youre not even going to apologize? Zoey shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Please dont waste your time or money at this business. Extremely disappointing to be treated so poorly.

Very professional and super clean. Brian is an absolutely amazing artist with the best attention to detail which makes his work the best in town (in my opinion). Every single artist in this shop is top notch. Ive been in multiple times to get work done and, while there, Ive seen so many people walk out with gorgeous artwork!

I got my nose pierced here today and it was quick and easy. i love it!! im not sure the guys name but he put the mark exactly where i had visioned it in my head. recommend if you wanna get your piercings done and over with fast!!

Was kinda sketched out at first when I saw a dude was gonna be doing my nipple piercings BUT was pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism. Very comfortable environment and Zach was very respectful, made sure I had privacy and did an excellent job piercing. Would definitely recommend :)

I have to say it was the best experience Ive had at a tattoo studio! Plus all the staff are super talented, by far some of the most talented artist around, hands down! Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had with a human being. The man who runs this shop is extremely insensitive and rude and clearly has lost touch with any sort of professionalism or empathy for humans. We arrived 30 mins early for our appt and he began rushing us through our paperwork because he had a big group coming. My 8 year old was so excited to get her ears pierced, but I began shaking trying to rush for this man who obviously was not interested in piercing us and just wanted us out. He stood over me staring as I started to panic getting it done even though it wasnt even our appt time yet! I let him know I was feeling rushed and triggered and he kept saying well youre really going to feel rushed once all these people start showing up and being loud and rowdy. I felt extremely triggered by his overpowering insensitive ego and he didnt even blink an eye when I started crying. He humiliated, degraded and belittled me. Absolute emotional abuse and I do not recommend him at all whatsoever!!!! The lady in there tattooing was so sweet. I wish she was piercing my daughter. I feel extremely traumatized by this man. This is not the man you want to give your business to. What a horrible human 😔😥

Our young teen daughters got their ears pierced again. Impressed by time the piercer took to explain everything. Environment was very clean and professional. Will definitely return!

Brian is a great artist, but he lacks in scheduling and consistency with his clientele. I understand everyone has situations or emergencies, and that things happen, this was the excuse I would get more than once when it came time for our scheduled sessions. He would try to make up for it by adding more time for the next session but the next session was always booked out months ahead, we had to schedule in advance because he was booked out so far for his talents, which is understandable even though it was frustrating after the third attempt. I eventually gave up and got my tattoo done at Black List by Jordan Murray. She was just as great with her talents and fair with her pricing as well as scheduling.

The workers were really nice. They got me in really quick(same day). I have no idea the name of the tattoo artist who done my tattoo. She didn’t tell me her name. I will never use a female artist ever again. They want to do what they want and not what you want. I asked for a specific writing style for my tattoo and when I changed my mind she got snooty with me. (Well the tattoo is going on my skin forever, I just wanted it to be what I wanted). The writing is slanted and not straight. For such a small tattoo and it only took her 5 minutes I can’t believe she charged me $100 and I am most definitely positive she was JUST an apprentice. I thought everyone there (except her) was very very nice and really cool. The place is really awesome and the atmosphere is great! But, they really need to teach their tattoo artists (especially the women) that the customer get what they ask for. And take your prices down a notch, good grief🙄 you all are good but NOT that good.

This place was a little hard to find and they arent taking calls at the moment, you have to get ahold of them thru messenger, but they were quick with responses. The guy that did my piercing was super nice. He was gentle with the process, and quick. I would definitely recommend him for any piercing!!!

Brickhauss hourly rate is low for the area, and the facilities are extremely clean. Abbey only plays bangers during her appointments. Abbey also happens to be the best tattoo artist in the area and has wonderful artistic vision. Better get a tattoo from her while you can still afford it!

Ive been looking for a new artist for 4 years and could not be happier with them! Becky is very professional, personable, and gentle. I had no problem getting ahold of them to set an appointment. Good artists like these are well worth the wait! And for great, sought after tattoo artists nowadays, clients should expect to wait and be patient in order to receive quality work.

Got my snake eyes and Medusa done there it was fast, easy, clean, and overall an amazing experience. He was very kind and made me feel relaxed and not so scared. Definitely recommend

Zach did an exceptional job on my teens first piercing. It was a quick an easy experience, and he even wiped away her tears without ruining her eyeliner. We will definitely be going back there for any future piercings.

Very unknowledgeable staff. Not willing to communicate, do not recommend. Drove my little brother to get his first piercing. He was excited and nervous and wanted me with him as I had been before. Unfortunately, they denied me due to a disability and having a cardiac alert service dog. First, their excuse was it was not sterile. Legally, a service dog cannot be anywhere in an operating room or a burn unit, but they most certainly can be in a tattoo shop, doctors offices, dentist office, IV clinics. My point is, other sterile places allow service animals and they have to as well. If you do not have to scrub down and change clothes like you would for a surgery, then it is legal for the service animal to accompany the handler, for example, getting tattoos, piercings, blood draws, IVs, getting stitches, all of these things a service dog is legally entitled to accompany the handler. After I left a review on Facebook, they changed their excuse and said it was because someone had an allergy, which you also cannot legally deny someone’s service dog for an allergy. A service dog is there as medical equipment for the handler with a disability.

Great guys, great environment! Kevin, Brian, Silver and I believe a chick I havent met, and Zach are all great artists. This is a place I want to go for a long session. Not some run down joint. Keep it up I highly, highly recommend these guys for your tattoo and peircing needs!

My previous experience at another place i had was awful and i was really nervous about getting something done again, before meetingthese guys. I went in to get my nose pierced again and they did a fantastic job! In and out, super friendly, not sketchy, and just really personable people! Definitely would recommend 12/10 place!

Got a spider bite lip piercing done today by Zac Black and it was by far the best piercing experience I have ever had. He knew what I needed to accommodate the swelling in my lip that no other piercer would listen to me about. Overall great experience and I will never again go to another piercer but Zac!

Dont go here for daith piercings.....he pierced one wrong and blamed my ear anatomy as to why it was hurting worse and the earing didnt lay flat, and he pierced with a 18g which is incorrect. So the 60 he charged ended up being for 1 ear after the other had to be pried out of a extremely swollen after a week hole. He did fine on my daughters nose, its healing just fine. Oh and finding out that the poor job would have made my migraines worse....yeah thanks.

Got a tattoo here about a year ago, and it is very poorly done. At first, I thought it was because it was still healing but, after looking into it, it seems the artist just didn’t know what she was doing entirely. I have blowouts and scarring where she put the needle in too far and it is very blurry and raised. Although this was my first tattoo and on my ribs (I now know that is a BIG YIKES), I wish she would’ve advised me to either put it somewhere else or get something different. This could be my fault because it was very uncomfortable and I was moving a bit, but it is the entire piece not just sections. She did offer numbing spray in between passes because it was very painful, but also took a smoke break in between which I thought was pretty unprofessional.Overall, the place and management is very clean and nice, maybe I just had a bad experience.

You guys get a BIG thumbs down from me... I know this day in age so much communication is done thru technology. But Tattoos are personal and permanent and I dont think Tattoo artists or Tattoo business should be so opposed to talking to someone in person. If your artists are to busy to talk to people in person then It really makes you guys look like your just a Tattoo factory spitting people out on some kind of assembly line.

Highly unprofessional studio. Tried to call, voicemail said they dont answer the phone or return voicemails, but to message them on Facebook. My wife and I both sent separate messages, received no reply, and appear to have been blocked with no explanation. I can only assume they treat clients with the same lack of professionalism.

I paid 6mo in advance and because I was late 20 min after driving 2hrs through a storm Im told by Brian French(the owner) that he was done and would not be refunding my money. I WILL BE FILING SUIT AGAINST THIS LITTLE SHOP TO GET MY MONEY BACK. There are a lot of honest shops that do great work that wont try and steal your money. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!

I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the customer service recieved. My husband recieved work late 2017 & highly complementing Brian Frenchs work. (This was after we had booked our first appointment 2months out, arrived the day of his appt to find out Brian had wrote it on the wrong day in his calendar). We live 2hrs away. The 2nd appt went well, got Brian lunch, we all arrived anytime after 10am. This 3rd appt was book 6 months out with payment up front in January. We mostly agreed to meet around 10am via messenger. On our travel it began to storm really bad, people pulled over, & 3 wrecks. We arrived at 1027. Brian was not there. My husband contacted him at which point Brian stated he didnt have time for this & time is money in then offering a refund. THESE ARE 8HR SESSIONS. I was set to begin my first shoulder piece as well during this appt. Brian is now refusing to provide the refund of which he offered & rightfully should provide. I would not want to get permanent work done by someone with such a negative heart. He was not Lee this when we began working with him. DO NOT GIVE HIM CASH. You never stated none refundable & exact times stipulation when you accepted the money. You dont get to change the rules at your convenience. We also told you that we would be arriving around 10am and you gave us a thumbs up to that message. I know we all have our troubles, but patience & grace with one another is priceless in our efforts to ease them. Not hate, anger, & pride. (7hr & 30m of work would have been better vs nothing & keeping our money)

This place is extremely rude. Asked a question and rather than saying sorry we are booked that day I get told read the message which was generic and unclear. Cleanup your messages and learn how to be polite. If a day isnt available on the special you are running any longer then dont even list it as an option on there still rather you include what daya are still being accepted or not. Never been to a place to get a piercing done and sure wont go to this place.

Brickhaus Tattoo Studio, is not like most other studios. Its by appointment only, very client focused, and very relaxing. One of the coolest tattoo experiences I have had. You can get ahold of Becky Ashcraft, and Brian French on Facebook. They are booked out a few months, but well worth the wait.
