It was a wonderful experience! I had wanted a septum for so long and they quoted me right away! I came in, filled out some paper work, and my friend came in to help support me. My piercer was really sweet and casual! She made sure I had the sweet spot and let me know I had a slightly deviated septum. I didnt mind a small amount of crookedness since I had played with fake ones to make sure I wanted it. And once it was done, she made sure I was okay and didnt pass out, keeping me talking and my mind busy. Wonderful lady! Would go back again!

My daughter got her ears pierced today, we went to a tattoo shop, because they use super sharp needles that easily pierce the ear, rather than a pointy ear ring tip loaded in a gun that punctures and rips through the ear. It was so painless, she didnt even flinch. She sat perfectly still, and there is zero redness or swelling! Plus, the lady at Body Accents was super nice, and got them perfectly placed. I totally recommend a place like this, over Walmart or the mall.

Was a great experience! The lady that peirced me was very pleasant and explained everything she was doing and gave aftercare instructions! Ill be back for more piercings :)

I don’t remember my piercers name but she was very kind to me and my sister and was very quick , I got my first ever facial piercing done here and was scared to get a bad piercer and risking it rejecting or being in the wrong place but it healed great and was placed perfectly , same with my sister’s conch piercing , again very nice and quick and would definitely recommend if you’re new to being pierced and are anxious and/or a quick and amazing job

Great place to stop and get yourself a new tattoo or piercing. The staff is friendly and helpful with any questions I had. I got a tattoo and chest dermal. They were professional and did a great job. Will definitely be going back.

Got our daughters belly button pierced today and from the time we walked in until the time we left the staff especially Mandy was absolutely fantastic!! Shr made my daughter feel so comfortable and treated her like she had known her for years and even said that if she wasnt sure about changing for the first time to come back in and she will help her so she knows how...truly amazing place to go!! Not sure the name of the woman who did my septum piercing today, but they didn’t skip a beat. It was quick, easy, and painless. I got it two hours ago and already I can’t feel it. ☺️☺️I was very happy with the results and the process in general

They did absolutely amazing me and a friend went there and got our septum piercings done. We ended up have a little scare in the middle that they were made aware of before hand so they knew what to watch for and they payed close attention And did what they needed to do to make our experience the best they could honestly I will always go back to this place for any other piercing. They were not only absolutely amazing and friendly but they did amazing work and were very understanding and friendly I rate them 100/100

I just got a couple of piercings done here. I believe Mandy was the one that did them if I’m not mistaken (didn’t really catch her name but I remember her from a previous piercing I got ab 5 years ago). All I have to say is, she was absolutely wonderful! She made me feel comfortable, gave me the hype and reassurance I needed it and was insanely professional ab it! Loved the experience I had w her! Definitely recommend her if you want any piercings done! ☺️Not only that, but I went in, was greeted right away by another guy as well as her and I was in and out of there within 20 minutes IF that! Overall had a great experience and this is definitely my go to for piercings!

Had a great experience.Mandy was AMAZING because I was so nervous about getting a piercing.Due to the fact that Route 66 blowing my ear out when I had an industrial piercing done in 2017 unfortunately I had to have surgery in 2019 on my right ear..She was very understanding and she made me feel alot better because she reassured me that everything would be fine.I 100% recommend Mandy

Miss Mandy is wonderful and so friendly, she did an awesome job. She explains detail about the types of piercings and cares youll need after. I have an industrial piercing for the first time and she was very helpful. Ill be going back for my other ear done soon as my current one heals up. Around 1.5 years ago i got my cartilage pierced at body accents. it looks and has healed great, as the piercer was nice and did her job right. this time i went back to get my belly button pierced and this was a different piercer. i was skeptical when i saw she looks like a chucky doll…. anyways i decided not to judge and trusted her. she was rude to everyone in the room for asking her to remark the piercing. i wanted her to stop so i told her the second marking was fine. i should’ve just left. she basically pierced my stomach. she didn’t clamp it either. just grabbed and stabbed.

Even with how full they were; they were extremely nice, patient, and caring. Love my nose piercing and truly appreciate the person who did it for being quick and making sure I was okay (I got really lightheaded for a second) before letting me leave.

I had gotten my bellybutton pierced about 2 years ago and it turned out perfect and the piercer was so nice! My friend got her bellybutton pierced with a different piercer and she was very rude towards everyone in the room. Her piercing was not a bellybutton piercing, but more of a stomach piercing. She was not happy with how it looked. The piercer did not use a clamp either, but maybe they don’t use those anymore?

Completely worth it. This was my first tattoo and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My artist was Savanna and she did an amazing job. She took her time and designed a tattoo that my sisters and I absolutely love. Would 100% recommend to anyone considering getting a tattoo.

Wonderful staff all with large portfolios of great work they have done. My mom and sister got tattoos from Alex, and he did an amazing job on their tattoos!!I had gotten a tattoo from a guy named Sketch, about 5 years ago. And it still looks good! I highly recommend you go talk to these people for any tattoo needs

I came to get my first tattoo here last year, and off course I didnt know how to take care of it. Sketch did a great job first time around and today he retouch it, now it looks like new again. I definitely recommend this place, great staff and great artist. Im definitely getting me a second one soon.

Jade did great on my piercing! We went in at about 3 and waited for 2 others to get pierced and then i got in at about 3:30 and my belly button looks great! Also had a tattoo appointment at four, however this experience wasnt as great. We were supposed to have Sketch and he decided to start working on a friend, or another customer, not sure which it was, at around 3 when we got there, maybe before, not sure, and they had a much bigger piece than what i wanted. We waited there for an hour and a half after our appointment time and still didnt get any service all the while Sketch and his, friend, customer, whatever they were, went out for THREE smoke breaks all about 10 minutes long. When we asked him if it would be a while for the current person he said oh yeah in a nonchalant tone, we kindly told him that our appointment was at 4 and that we were leaving and he said oh okay. sorry guys yet again in a nonchalant, non-caring tone. Disrespectful. I got told over the phone it was better to make an appointment for a tattoo instead of walk in, but what good is an appointment if you have to wait 2+ hours after the time you should be there? Highly recommend to come and get your belly button pierced by Jade, But recommend getting a different artist or going somewhere else for your tattoo. Horrible service from Sketch. Very, very disappointed.

Savanna is absolutely amazing! My tattoo was quite simple, but she took her time & ensured everything looked the way I wanted it to. She also made me feel very comfortable & was super fun to talk to! Her skills with lettering tattoos are phenomenal, I am very pleased! I would recommend her & Body Accents to anyone.

Mandy has done my nose, my orbital, my daith, my rook, and my nipples. She is very quick and i hardly have any pain. She gives great after care tips and will forever be the person I will go to for piercings! I havent yet gotten a tattoo from there but from the interactions i HAVE had from the piercers they are very nice

I got 5 piercings (septum, nostril, both lobes, and a conch) in one sitting done by Mandy. She was super sweet and funny and made sure everything made me comfortable and was to my liking. This is my second time coming here and I recommend this place for every piercing possible!

I got my daith pierced today. My piercer (I forgot her name, sorry) did fantastic. She was really good about answering my questions honestly and being supportive during the whole process. I will 100% go there again and will definitely recommend to my friends!

Had an appointment for a tattoo scheduled yesterday. I walked in to schedule it over a week ago. The service from the lady at the front desk was very subpar. Seemed to have ZERO interest in scheduling me, as there was 2 artists in a room behind her doing nothing and they could have assisted. I was told to send my ideas in via email, to which I did that evening. I was never contacted by email or by phone before my appointment. My scheduled appointment came and went. I wouldnt suggest this place to anyone. Not the cleanest looking place Ive been to and Im glad Ive scheduled elsewhere. Steer clear if you expect to actually be treated like a valued paying customer.

Awesome place! Got my nose pierced today. I had one daughter get her bellybutton done and my other daughter got her ears. I also plan on coming back to get a tattoo

I have been here numerous times, spread out over a few years. I dont understand the bad reviews, as my experiences have all been positive. I see Savanna and she does an amazing job! Young talent, and one to watch for! I do look forward to her creations in the future!

Workers were amazing. I got my industrial done and the piercer was very nice and calm and helped me through it only thing I have bad to say was I did not like how the wrong length of a bar was used my ear had no room to swell and it was very uncomfortable later that night but other than that it was a nice placeNever going back I called multiple times and I was very calm with them needing help because no matter how good I cared for my industrial it wasnt getting any better in the end no help and had to take it out was very upset make sure you leave with a good sized bar so when it swells it has room if not than you wasted your time and money

Was really excited tonight after a consultation with Drew last Saturday. I made an appointment for what I thought was my tattoo and was told he would have to draw in on arm since it is a cover up. Anytime I have had one drawn on I also had it done that day. I showed up early for my appointment and was told he was with another client and it shouldnt be long the girl at the desk left at 8 and we waited till after 9 and I asked Drew if he knew how much loner it would be my appointment was at 7:40. He said he didnt know and asked what I wanted to do because he was only going to draw it on me and then ask me to come back another time to redraw it and then tattoo it. He was made aware that I live 40 minutes from the shop. I want going to make 3 or 4 trips for a tattoo that should only take an hour or so to do. So I left. I was also not impressed that he took a smoke break during the other tattoo and when he returned he did not wash his hands he put his gloves on and continued tattooing her. I will not recommended this shop to anyone or be returning myself. I was hoping to make this my new shop since I am now 2 hours from old one. But I will be making the trip to Springfield to have the rest of mine done they know customers service, I have never had to wait that long or make multiple trips for a small tattoo. Thank you for wasting my time and getting my hopes up for the new work I wanted!

Had a walk-in nostril piercing done. So quick and easy. I was terrified about getting it, and they made it a breeze. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Paperwork took longer than the actually piercing. 10/10

Im pretty squeamish when it comes to piercings but Mandy pierced my nose & she did SO GOOD! she was so kind and got me a sprite and laid me back a bit & gave me a towel. she was very informative and definitely took care of me. efficient, timely, kind, and would 100% recommend!!! thanks so much mandy!

My daughter and I went Sunday, she got her belly button pierced and I got a tattoo, first one ever!! Anyway, my daughter is prone to having seizures, well the piercing set one off. The staff was so amazing! They were calm and so helpful they were flat out on it. We can not get over how great they were. Thank you!!

I love it here. Me and my cousin got our second lobe peircings here and it was great. The place looks a little run down, but never judge a book by its cover. And our peircer was lucy and she did amazing. And we were worried about 2 things for me: i have uneven first peircings, and ive had them peirced before in the second lobe position. Lucy helped us work through that and bareley peirce through scar tussue. I will be going back for a third and requesting lucy.

If I could give y’all 0 stars, I would. My friend got her nipples pierced here and has warned me of their rude attitudes.

My friend got her nose pierced here and it went well, she had Jade. My cousin, a friend, and I all got variations of a matching tattoo and the artist Drew took a lot of artistic liberty that wasnt warranted and none of our tattoos turned out how we designed/wanted them to be, but 2/3 of us still liked our results. I got another one done by Drew on a later occasion and it turned out well and Im very happy with it. Both of my tattoos I got here need significantly touched up. My cousins husband got one done by another guy whos name I didnt catch and it was just some triangles and all of the lines are jacked up and the angles are all wrong.

I got my nose pierced here, it was pretty quick to get in. the staff were very nice and the environment was clean and nice. i’m very happy with my piercing and the experience. the girl who pierced my nose was very sweet and helpful.

Had a great experience the first time I got my tattoo and belly button pierced here. However I went in to get a tattoo touch up recently & my name wasnt even on the schedule after I had scheduled it a month in advance. I waited almost an hour for my tattoo artist to get there. Never arrived. After about an hour of waiting I was finally informed he wouldnt be able to make it in today.

My piercer was so patient with me, I was super nervous for my tongue piercing and I was super squirmy but she was patient and super fast with it, and it’s super clean in there too

I can’t say enough about Mandy. My daughter wanted 6 piercings (3 in each ear and 2 of them being Cartledge). Mandy was so professional and walked my daughter through everything to make her feel at ease. Thank you Mandy for making her day!

The piercer was amazing! She was quick, very nice, and understanding. She told us all the information we needed to know and the after care was clear. Unfortunately, my friend and I both had to take ours out; i took mine out due to the pain still lasting through, so much that i got light headed and puked. My friend took hers out because it was still bleeding, all the way up to 24 hours later, bleeding a LOT. She gets light headed easily, so she took hers out because she couldn’t handle it. We loved the piercer and would recommend her for anything. Only 3 stars because we both wasted $80 each lol.

Excellent customer service!!!! All of the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter and I were pierced by Jade. She did an amazing job. Jade made us feel extremely comfortable and shes quick.

This was the 4th tattoo shop I wanted to get a quote by. Walked in and said $250-$300 for the price range of what I wanted (which was same as everyone else said). I wanted to get something like my other tattoo that I have for my first son, like the same but a little different. I was told an artist Alex was finishing up with someone else and it would be an hour then he could get to me. This was the first place that had same day I could get in. I came back an hour later and waited, I was told Alex went to the store for lunch and would be right back, almost 2 hours later Chico took me on as his customer (he was with another client and finished with them so took me on since this Alex guy just didn’t seem to be coming back -never met him but due to this I don’t suggest him). He asked what I was quoted for what I wanted and told him, he charged $200. He left the concept open for me to do color later on as I wasn’t sure I wanted color or not. He did exactly what I was looking for, charged me less than quoted, was extremely professional, very friendly, and had over 20years of experience. Chico thank you so much! Recommend him 100% (4 stars because of me having to wait for Alex, other than my wait for him it would’ve been a 5 star)

The last two times I have been pierced/handled by Jade I have been treated as through Im an inconveinence even though Im a paying customer during her shift. If it was just once I wouldnt be as upset, but this has now happened multiple times. I was pierced by jade a few months back and had an awful experience while she gave me a double cartilage piercing. She kept dropping her materials and was overall quite short with me and very huffy towards me. Today, I went in to get my nose ring changed because the tiny ball is too hard for me to clamp in myself, and Ive been told that its no problem for me to come in for a jewelry change since I was pierced at the shop. Immediately when my friend and I entered she cursed under her breath because god forbid someone come in for a jewelry change while shes working. Long story short, she tried multiple times to jam jewelry into my face, causing me to bleed, until I told her I would put the ring in if she would just clamp the ball in. After I couldnt get it in its correct position, she grew impatient and decided she would just stick the needle through again and slide the jewelry in after. She ended up poking me a second hole on the inside of my nose, claiming it had already closed up even though I had just slipped the jewelry in seconds before. I now basically have a new nose piercing that I didnt ask for, and was all in all treated like an inconvenience the entire time. I will never go to body accents again because of my horrible experience today. Jade is extremely unprofessional and should probably not have a job there in the first place. Amanda, or Mandy, on the other hand is a wonderful piercer and has always treated me with respect and done a great job. As much as I would like to have her poke me again, Im afraid she would have to switch shops because I refuse to go to body accents ever again.

So i got my piercing done in march of 2021and it’s done great till about a week ago. i called and asked to speak to the piercer and was told she was busy. fine, i call back when he told me to. he answers and says she’s still busy then when i ask when she’ll be available to speak he says “i don’t know i’m smoking a cigarette” ok and? i ask to take my number down and he says she will “for sure” call me but i guess i should’ve known they wouldn’t. had to call another place to find out what to do about my piercing because it hurts terribly bad. i like this place, but that really upset me.

Made an appointment, showed up 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork. When the girl finally came out to talk to me she tells me she might be able to do some of the line work but wont be able to finish the tattoo because she has kids and she didnt know the image I had was the tattoo I wanted. Even though I had told the 2 people whonset upbthe appointment exactly what I wanted and emailed the image hours in advance. The girl then tells me she has to run an errand but will be back. After almost an hour and no one else even acknowledging me, there were several other employees there, I took my paperwork and left. Worst experience Ive ever had. Thwy dont even deserve the one star. Very unprofessional.

For whatever reason, Ive always known about Body Accents but had never gone there until recently. When I decided to get my nose pierced I did some research and decided Body Accents was the best local option. The shop is very clean, the staff are all very pleasant and helpful, their prices are very competitive, and the quality of their work is fantastic. I was so pleased with my initial trip to their shop that I returned the following weekend for some ear piercings. Based on my experiences I will definitely go back and would highly recommend Body Accents to my friends.

Jade was AMAZING! I had previously had my septum pierced a few years ago by other place and had to take it out immediately because it was crooked. Went to Body Accents last night and Jade was quick and it came out perfect plus I barely felt anything. So glad I came here and I will be coming back for other piercings in the future and so will my husband.

Ive gone here for many years, so many that I dont usually do reviews but, I think Sketch deserves a shout out! He is amazing not only in his art but as a person, definitely hit this guy up if youre needing ink!

When we came in at like 7:20 to get a piercing we had to wait in the lobby for 20 some minuets and no one greeted us when we first got there, mind you. and there was a sticky note that said no piercing after 8 pm, and so after we finally got greeted she had told us there were no more piercings for the night and that they stopped at 7. ridiculous, and the waiting place was not very clean to begin with.

I had to come in to get a piercing tapered. Mandy was an absolute dream! She was compassionate, funny, and very knowledgeable. So thankful I got it fixed by her!

My Cousin and myself planned on getting a wrist bracelet tatoo. We drove from Kansas and after talking to Chico the Artist we were told we would have to make appointment, okay we made one for 5:00PM. That day. We had lunch, went flea marketing, ect. Then returned at 4:00 PM went in at 4:30 to do paperwork. Shortly before 5:00 two younger guys come in and Chico our Artist took them in his room. After asking His Co-Worker informed us his scheduled had been messed up, ok we figured it wouldnt be long or SOMEONE would say something.Finally at 8 I went to ask and he told me to call and reschedule. So I called next day talked with Chico and made new appointment sent a revised picture of art. Then I called back talked to him again and he agreed the art was ok and would see us next week at 12:30 Wednesday. So we drove back to Missouri redid paperwork other had been thrown away. It was our turn we were told NO we could not go in together... but why the two that took our appointment week before did??? I go first and I can tell it is not correct, I say something to him he sternly says just give me a chance it will be right. I said NO that is not the design I sent you! He got upset threw copy in trash, said, this is getting to be more work than its worth. Left room. I go out to talk to Cousin and tell her he is very upset. We decide with all the negative remarks be best for us and him to just leave. When I go to talk to him he was drawing correct design, but I cant bring myself to let him take a needle to us after getting sooo upset about wrong design. 😢 I appoligize for wasting his time and ours but we felt it was in everyones best interest. To leave. He said he could do it but. . We had already been there 45 min minutes it was best to move on. Glad we did we checked out some other parlors joplin and they were so nice, friendly and CLEAN . SHOP AROUND GO IN AND SEE THE PLACE BEFORE MAKING A CHOICE...NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, he may have been having a bad day but that place is soooo dirty. Think about it!!!

Went to get my septum, filled out the form, got back pretty quickly and she (sorry didnt catch her name) was very friendly, informative, and speedy at piercing. I love my septum its snug against my septum just how I always wanted and will be back for more piercings and hopefully tats as well

My best friend and I decided to commemorate our mini vacation together by getting nose piercings. We’re a couple months in and they were just not healing. Mine got a bright red bump and hurt. Finally decided to get it checked by a local piercer and was informed that the piercing was not done perpendicularly and will not heal properly. Finally had to take it out because I don’t want it to form a permanent keloid. Very disappointed. My friend is having to remove hers as well because it’s starting to get a bump. And trust, we followed all proper cleaning instructions and cared for them well.

Mandy made me feel very comfortable and did a awesome job on my belly button piercing highly recommend her for any peircing !

I went in at 7 pm today and was turned away for a piercing??? They close at 8 and she said she took her last one at 6. There wasnt anyone else in the shop. Bad for business in my opinion. Ive always gone here and been a loyal customer. Now I may go somewhere else.

We were in Monday, my daughter got her 2nd ear piercing and I got an industrial, Mandy was very nice and took the time to go over care with my daughter and myself, and just made us both feel comfortable. I definitely recommend Mandy for your piercings.

I read about this place and i kind like it at first but when i got there first no body ask if we were helped yet we spend like 40 min waiting on some body latter we ask for the price and i was like its a little to expensive but ok.. When i got the tattoo done didnt pay exact change and the guy didnt even return my change backHe was rude like you can go now my boyfriend ask about the price on another tattoo he said the price and i have no more time i just did yours in a hurry..Really bad experience i guess it was just me.Never coming back againAnd this are not just words you can see the picture things in a hurry just dont work.

Leaving a rating for cleanliness, & professionalism of staff. Went in, with my wife, considering a tattoo to cover up some scars from her surgeries, & Sketch was very helpful in providing information. It will be some time, yet, before her skin is in condition for a tattoo - but they are high on the list to return to.

I love the staff, friendly and quick and the price was reasonable. But I am not very happy about my tattoo, theres not one clean line and it looks like I got tattooed by an amature... This tattoo meant alot to me and it pisses me off when I look at it!!!!

I do not remember the tattoo artist that I had, but he was very heavy-handed, did not draw the tattoo out exactly as requested (did not notice until later, as the tattoo is on the back of my neck), and appeared to be on meth. He talked so much during the two 2x2 tattoos that we got, that it took 2.5 hours to complete! He kept stopping to talk, rather than tattooing while he talked. I just wanted him to shut up, honestly. He was nice, but would not ask for him again.

I have gotten my nose pierced, my eyebrow, and my belly button pierced twice. Both girls have pierced me, and do WONDERFUL jobs. Theyre very clean and very professional. They are also very welcoming and not rude at all. Body accents is the only place I will go.

Great place to get a tat. The people were nice and price was not insane. My dad, me, and a friend all got a tattoo here and looks great. Raul did all of our tattoos. Easily 5 stars

DD got her second hole in her ears pierced here at age 11, so much better than a gun. Jade was super great. just have an ID or Birth Certificate and make sure there is a guardian there if the piercee is under age.

Went in to get my labret pierced. The staff was extremely friendly and clean. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Excellent service, I would definitely recommend getting your piercings done here.

They didnt properly instruct me on how to care for my tattoo and it scabbed over, causing half the ink to pull out. They didnt even use a transfer sheet, just drew on my skin with a pen! So the lines were crooked and uneven and the circular parts were really sloppy. They didnt even use an actual bandage, just used saran wrap. Very irritated! Will NOT go back!

Took my wife in to get two tattoos and they turned out great. Sketch was good with poking and joking and kept us rolling. Will definitely be back...

Staph infection!!!!! Later learned from my friends that this place is also known as “Body Accidents” 😩I’m new to the area and wanted my 8th and 9th ear piercings in my earlobe. Almost immediately I had yellow scabs and pus in both piercings on both ears. I tried calling Mandy to let them know of the staph infection. Whichever woman answered the phone twice didn’t believe me, kept questioning me if it really was a staph infection (it was), and kept trying to say I just wasn’t cleaning it well (it was my 8th and 9th ear piercing, I know how to clean them). I was told my message would be passed to Mandy and I would be called back, but I wasn’t.I adored Mandy and was truly impressed by the amount of certification she had received, but disappointed in how this all was handled. I hope the parlor was thoroughly cleaned and no new infections have spread, but I will take my business elsewhere.Also this was 4 months ago, and the hole that had the worse infection still hasn’t completely healed. I’ve never had any other issues with my ear piercings.

The workers, atmosphere, and prices where all wonderful. They where fast and efficient, and still made me feel like family. Will continue to go there for future piercing and tattoos. Thanks guys.

Im covered in tatts. I had a tree of life placed on my neck it is beautiful he added a v shaped bird representing a lost loved one. Unfortunately Ive lost 2 other family members. Was told by my artist that another 2 birds was gonna be $25/30 I make 3 appointments and 2 was cancelled.when I arrived I was told $60 bucks for the 2 vs actually about as small as the actual v when I asked for mngment I was told everyone was.He was rude,unprofessional. I have 155 tarts never had trouble his attitude was God awful never go again. Pterrible customer service. Not a mask in sight. Jerry Sappington. .. Route 66 was great charged $25/ tipped $20

Wonderful, I have been in this tatoo shop in previous times before. I find the staff to be friendly, nice, informative, and over all very helpful. Gotta say Chico and Raulual, do fantastic tats, free hand Raven and jade the in house needle lol is miracoulous body head to toe art. This is a must go check them out. Closed Sunday and Monday.

My fiancé and I had his wedding ring tatoo put on his finger. The lettering on my name is uneven in size and it’s completely off center! Sketch did it. It looks horrendous! I’m sick about it! I DO NOT recommend using this artist or parlor.

LONG STORY SHORT: RUDE AND UNSANITARYI went in looking for a septum ring one gauge smaller than the 14g I had. The lady who helped me told me I had a 16g and that they didnt carry gauges smaller that that. I didnt want to argue and asked for an extra ball for my ring (I had lost mine). She hands me a ball for a 16g which I immediately knew would not fit. It didnt, and when I told her this she huffed, took it, and put it back with the other (she did not use gloves when she handled it, and I had handled it at this point). I then ask to buy a 16g ring (what I came in for originally). She pulls out the ring in its bag, realizes the bag has a hole, pulls the ring out (with no gloves on and unsanitized hands), and hands it to me. I will never ever dream of going back.

Got my septum pierced and the piercer Literally pierced it crooked. I mean it was fast but they didn’t seem to care that they did it like that so…but i mean hey it was fast!
