Kitten Flower Boutique Jewelry and Body Piercing

This is a long one, so hang on to your chairs.You could not pay me to get a piercing here. I dont even think that you could pay me to go into the building at this point.Honestly, they have a beautiful selection of jewelry, which is the original reason why I went in the first place. The jewelry is a little overpriced in my opinion, but I understand that often the jewelry is only a small markup from the prices that they buy it for. I dont know that this is for sure the case here, but that is the case at most piercing shops.The issue here is not the quality of the jewelry, the cleanliness of the store, or even necessarily the quality of the piercings offered. The problem is that the owner and the other male working here are absolutely unbearable and despicable people.Let me start by telling you my experience. I have been told multiple times, but multiple different people, not to go to Kitten Flower. At this point, I have been to multiple stores in Kalamazoo and Grand Rapids to look for specific jewelry that I wanted. I figured that, as a last resort, I would go to Kitten Flower. I walked in and the manager was lounging in a chair, glaring at me. The man behind the case asked me what I was looking for and I expressed exactly what I was interested in and asked that he direct me to the correct case. While I was looking at jewelry, this man proceeded to speak to me as if I had no experience with body jewelry, you could call it mansplaining. I understand that some people may need to have their piercings explained to them, but I have had over 25 body piercings in my life, most of which were visible to him. He spoke down to me the entire time, telling me that he needed to put my jewelry in for me because I couldnt do it myself. The whole interaction felt very rude, and I was nothing but polite. After about 15 minutes, I made an excuse to not buy anything, and I left. It has been about three months since this has happened.After this interaction, I mentioned to multiple people that this had happened, and they expressed that I never should have gone in the first place. The owner has allegedly taken advantage of multiple young girls, been quite rude to men who have come to him for piercings, and took a company that was female owned and ran it into the ground.You could not pay me to communicate with one of these men again.I highly recommend Art & Soul or Stay Awhile for your piercing needs.

I was looking to get my septum pierced and was nervous about where to get it done. I ended up choosing Kitten Flower because there werent any recent sketchy reviews, and also partly because I gave in. Best choice I couldve made! I didnt expect to be pierced, laying leaned off the bed, upside down, but it was a unique experience, and hey - whatever needs to be done for it to get pierced right! My piercer was so so nice and was very informative and helped calm my nerves before it had been done, and even during and after.As an update, its been a couple of weeks since then, and Ive had no problems with my septum! :)I highly recommend going here for any piercing! The pricing also seemed reasonable.

So thankful I found this place!! They helped me out with a problem I was having with one of my piercings(conch) free of cost (besides for the post I had to have changed which is absolutely understandable) their quality of jewelry is wonderful and they have a lot of options! I had my tongue done by them as well and my piercer was so informative and made sure to know everything that was going on, as someone who has anxiety about piercings I really appreciated his process. I will be making this my new shop absolutely:)

Absolutely amazing Service. Super professional and very clean. Everything was perfect. I got my septum done for my birthday, along with my girlfriends who got their earrings and snake bites done. They take the time to explain everything and tons of jewelry choices. This is now my go to place for any piercings. If I could give more stars I would. I 100% recommend this place and I cannot thank you enough.

Genuinely the best experience I could’ve hoped for! Though I wasn’t getting pierced, I went with someone who was getting her belly button done and they were nothing but kind to the both of us. Very informative on jewelry types and explained each answer with more than a “yes” or “no”. When back in the room, the piercer worked on the placement and explained the her anatomy and his process so she understood the placement and what he was doing at each step. He was even kind enough to look at my ears and tell me which piercings would work best with my anatomy. All around great experience!

So you want a piercing, amazing staff, fantastic jewelry selection, certified, clean, all the things you want in a piercing shop. So your child wants their ears pierced? THIS is the place to go. My 6-year-old decided she was ready to get her ears pierced, and after looking around, this looked like the right place. Guys, this is THE place. The entire staff was so great with her. They are warm and welcoming, and the amount of time they spend communicating and confirming with the child and parent is the epitome of service. Sure knew what to do, what to expect, and that she was in control. No tears, they pierced both at the same time, jewelry is 18g, and the selection again is pretty incredible. They do not use piercing guns. Everything is sanitized immediately before the piercing, keeping it safe.

Just had my lobes pierced here for the first time on 04/24/24. It was an excellent experience through and through.Ava and Trevor were working when my friend and I came in, me for my ears and her for some replacement jewelry and a second nostril.Ava was extremely helpful in guiding me towards the correct pieces for me and seemed genuinely excited to help me get my piercings done properly. After the actual piercing was finished, she was very careful in going over aftercare with me and setting the expectation on how long healing would take, proper care procedures, etc. Despite working in the medical field myself, she had to correct me on a couple of ideas I had for maintaining the piercings during the healing process and I’m honestly so thankful she did cause I would’ve gone overboard and probably done more harm than good.Trevor is the artist that actually performed the piercing on me. When i say he was meticulous, I mean quadruple check the quadruple checks meticulous when it came to getting the studs in place. Made sure to check all of his work, front to back, then double check it, then ask me for my thoughts on placement, and only then actually proceed with installation. Clearly, he’s got the experience and attention to detail you need in this business and frankly I wouldn’t be surprised if he was among the best in the city for this kind of work. The actual piercing was quick and relatively painless, thanks to a swift hand and some good guidance on Trevor’s part.In terms of the shop it self, everything was very clean and well organized. The seating areas were comfortable and the music playing overhead made the space feel fun.The selection of jewelry here is stellar, especially when you consider that all of it appears to have been selected based on a body safety first ethos, based on what Ava was telling myself and other patrons. I have no frame of reference at this time for how cost compares with the general market, but the $135 I paid for installation and jewelry was more than fair in my opinion.All told, from my experience here I’d absolutely recommend this place. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, studio is clean, selection is great; what’s not to love.

I went here for my birthday to get the other side my nose pierced, it was amazing! i was met with a smile and a welcome atmosphere the women at the front explained everything to me and helped me out a lot, than the piercer took his time making sure it was straight and even to my other piercing. other places would have rushed it but they were very kind and gave me an amazing new piercing, definitely returning soon!!

Needed to have a cartilage piercing removed for surgery the next day. I tried for so long at home to get the hoop out, I was desperate and had major anxiety because I couldnt do it. I called just before 8pm to see if I could possibly stop in and have someone do it for me. The person I spoke to on the phone assured me that they could do it and for free! I rushed right over as they close at 830, made it there just in time. Everyone there was so nice and extremely helpful. The gentleman that took me back had it out in literally a second, after I had been trying without any luck at home for a long time. Thank you for being so helpful and kind. I will definitely recommend this shop as well as be a repeat customer!!

Terrible experience at my closest piercer. I lost my rook piercing in the shower and raced over to buy replacement jewelry. I was in a bit of a rush because I had signed up to volunteer at the Cheff center. I hoped to just pick up and buy the jewelry and try to fix myself. The front desk told me it was not possible (I would need to wait for piercing assistance) and the jewelry I wanted would be 65 USD. I asked for a time estimate and they would not provide one. I waited 30 min and then left to volunteer as I didn’t want to miss my commitment. I went to my regular piercer a few days later and they gave me a wait time and let me go shopping to text me when they were ready. I received great service and similar jewelry for 15 USD. I told them about my experience. They responded that they never recommend Kitten Boutique for many of those reasons.Bottom line: bad experience, poor customer service, expensive pricing and not professional-recommended. Will not go back.

Zach did an amazing job. Not only was it the less stressful piercing Ive had, its also the best looking. Beautiful selection of fine jewelry. Fun and spunky too. Loved all the service.

Probably great for kids but a little pricy and the guy who did my piercing would not stop talking about how the place mostly pierced kids while my date was there so it kinda made me look worse than I already did for spending $90 on a piercing

I contacted my previous piercer whos no longer in the area as he was the only one I trusted. Im definitely more than happy with his recommendation. Zach was amazing! I apologize as I dont remember the gentlemans name working the counter(Im terrible with names) but he was very forthcoming, helpful and professional. I havent had a piercing in quite some time, things have definitely changed. I came in for 5 new piercings. The way they both explained everything thoroughly, the attention to detail, the professionalism, cleanliness, comfortability, all of it was outstanding. I really appreciated how he talked me through the whole process. I certainly have plans for more and will definitely only go here. Thank you gentleman!

Honestly , Ive gone to three places in kzoo for piercings. Kitten flower 100% is the best. They have the absolute best selection, most clean and most knowledgeable. I never regret going there for any piercing. Now, I also never spend less than $100 piercing and jewelry combined. But I get the best quality. WORTH IT

I initially came in to get my navel pierced, but was told my anatomy wouldn’t allow for it and the piercing would likely reject. I was disappointed, but inquired about an industrial which I was told could be done! The piercing process went smoothly, the pain was minimal and the jewelry options alone at Kitten Flower are enough to make me want to go back already! I’m super happy with my industrial and since getting it it’s barely felt painful at all! Thanks so much to the people at Kitten Flower for making this guy feel fabulous!

Good experience while in house, nice place, pretty jewelry.However, I have now been pierced four times here and none of them were done with the standard size, as told by other piercers and my own research.The first time (a pair so kinda one, kinda two) I thought maybe it was just me and my anatomy, but my other experiences have led me to feel maybe it wasn’t. This was never communicated to me before hand by Kitten Flower (they gave me a card with only the length of the bar and healing time most recently), but I also did not clarify myself which I should have. I was not aware of this until looking for other jewelry and ended up having to call as I didn’t know and the standards I bought did not fit. While this isn’t the biggest deal in the world, it is quite inconvenient. Now I have a very hard time finding proper jewelry or have to stretch them myself, which isn’t something I signed up for or have much knowledge of as I was not interested. If I had known all of the details, I likely would have made different choices.I am mostly happy with the piercings anyway, aside from gauge obviously and placement on one that the piercer will not mark before hand. Personally, I will not be returning or recommending as avidly as I was. If you choose Kitten Flower just be sure to clarify everything before hand, including things that feel obvious.

I went in for replacement jewelry and I loved every second of my visit. They were kind, knowledgeable and efficient. Even though I went in right before closing, they made me feel valued. I can’t wait to back for some new piercings!

Dont let the cute fuzzy name fool you! The owner is the piercer and would be out of business if he ran the front desk. BEYOND RUDE. Wouldnt allow a parent back with a minor, said he didnt have time to explain anything, was abrupt and condescending, did I mention RUDE? Sorry, but if Im dropping $500 on overpriced jewelry, Ill take it elsewhere. I think the 5 star reviews are from people just excited about their piercings. Any other piercer planting itself downtown will run this jerk out of town. And he smelled, horribly. Hmm, wonder how sanitary his equipment is. GROSS. No thx, 4 of us walked out and taking our business elsewhere.

We had a wonderful experience here with piercing my 11-y/o daughters ears. I really wanted her to have a good experience because it was such a big day to her (shes been waiting and asking since she was 5!), so I wanted to make sure they were done correctly, with quality jewelry, a knowledgeable piercer, and a sanitized environment.Zach (owner & piercer) was easy to talk to and communicated VERY clearly with my daughter so she knew she was in charge every step of the way. She never felt pressured and, unlike many people who work with kids, he actually honored his word when he said he wouldnt do anything without telling her exactly when it would happen. He knew a LOT about the body, medically speaking. We got a good education! The place was very clean. The lady at the counter was attentive, greeted us quickly, and helped my girl pick out the perfect set of earrings for her. We were in and out in an hour.The reasons for 4 star rating is1) I hate driving into the city and finding parking was a challenge.2) It took an hour from start to finish, and we were the only ones there. I imagine the wait time can be long if there are others there, since its walk-in service.3) My daughter struggled understanding the informed consent paperwork, and when she asked for my help, Zach told her there is nothing on that page that she cant answer herself and that 4 year olds fill it out themselves all the time. I didnt appreciate that, as her parent. He also made it very clear that I had no ownership over my daughter and wasnt welcome or involved in the decision making process. I understand the importance of autonomy and Im grateful he reminded her that its her decision, but this was a memory we were making together and I dont like how I was pushed to the side. Although he kept insisting and reiterating that she was the boss and she hired him, it was, in fact, me as her mother who brought her in, allowed the procedure, and paid the bill.4) It was expensive. I assumed there would be budget friendly choices for jewelry, but Im not sure youd have an option less than $120? Which is okay, but it would have been nice to see that on the website under the pricing. I was prepared for less when I saw the piercing fee was $40 and I know earrings can be purchased for much less than $80+.Overall, Id recommend and go back for all future piercing needs. It was a great experience with no regrets, I know the procedure, supplies, and jewelery were all sterile and high quality, they are approved and monitored by the health dept, and I made a memory with my daughter that well both never forget. 🥰

I have got my nose pierced (2020) and just recently got 5 piercings in my ears. Very professional. I was treated great. All my questions were answered. I will only get my piercings done here. I tell everyone to go there. They have a very large jewelry selection as well.

Absolute best experience I’ve had by far! Got both nipples done. He explained everything he was doing before touching me or doing anything and the process itself took maybe 5 minutes. I’ve already had so many complements on how straight they are and how clean they look. I will definitely go back here for piercing and tattoos! I could not be happier with the price and the quality ❤️

Zack did my double nose piercing today and he was amazing. This is the 16th piercing Ive had and it was the easiest, smoothest and best one yet. He was the most knowledgeable piercer I have ever been too. I will never go anywhere else for piercings. I am so glad I found this location. There is such a variety of jewelry as well. This is a must go to spot for any piercing! Highly recommend.

I got my conch punched at 6mm by Zach a week ago. He did a great job. Zach was extremely fast and gentle during the process. A+ work. Ill be going back to get the other ear done.

Drove down from GR to get jewelry for a helix piercing I got several months ago in GR. My piercing was still highly reactive so I just wore my piercing jewelry all the time. Kitten Flower had a great selection of jewelry, the piercer (presumably the owner) thoroughly examined it, and even changed out the jewelry to make sure the fit was good, etc. That was only a few days ago, and although it probably sounds crazy, my ear has already healed. I dont even feel it at all any more.

A piercing a few years ago and a new ring today. Both times all employees have been amazing. The piercer is always above and beyond what is fully expected, looking to find the best result. They will make sure work is done well and safely, and tell you what can be done or not.I would trust them for any piercing or related needs.

I went here with my friend a month or two ago and got a piercing. This situation does not sit right with me still to this day. I also have encountered many college students who have had similar experiences and have told others not to go here! The whole time the owner made us feel extremely uncomfortable. He made comments about my appearance and kept talking very full of himself. The appointment was way longer then it needed to be because he kept bragging about himself. I have since had problems with my piercing and it was pierced with way to big of a gage. There is a literal hole in my cartilage. Not to mention the jewelry is extremely hard to take off. 0/10 experience.

I went in for a conch piercing today. Both employees were very respectful and helpful. The piercer was very informative and told me every step that was happening as he did it. He joked a bit to help me relax. It was a great experience. 10/10 recommend! If I get any more piercings, I will definitely return here.

We were not welcomed here. I had always wanted to check this place out and was looking for new jewelry for a few piercings. Immediately upon entering the place smelled of skunk weed, though I honestly cant say if that was another customer. I hadnt seen the threadless jewelry before and had a few questions, but they acted like we were a total bother to them just for asking how threadless worked and what the prices were, thats literally all we asked. The girl at the front counter was beyond rude and patronizing. Dont know why they didnt want our business, but we took it elsewhere and got my piercing stretched and the SAME titanium threadless jewelry for less and with nicer customer service. Cant imagine how bad these people would be actually touching you.

Trevor & Zack were both very knowledgeable and informative. There is a wide selection of jewelry to pick from, high quality. The environment is super clean/sanitary. Zack did my piercings (daith & 2 low helix). He made me feel at ease/comfortable and did an amazing job. I will definitely be back for any other piercings and recommend them to family or friends. Thanks guys!SIDE NOTE: I do not have any children of my own, but a little girl came in to get her ears pierced while I was waiting.. They were very caring and awesome with her! So I would also recommend anyone to bring their kids here for their first piercings or in general :)

My 6 year old got her ears pierced today at Kitten Flower Boutique and I cannot say enough great things about our experience!The two artists were really amazing and made her (and me) feel so comfortable. They spent time talking to her and explained what was going on every step of the way.The shop was clean and had a great selection of high quality jewelry.Thanks for making this an awesome experience! She already wants to go back and have her belly button pierced like a troll. (Maybe a few more years for that 😜)

Came here previously for a piercing with a friend. I was impressed with their knowledge of their jewelry, and their honesty of what piercings would be appropriate/work for the area of the body. Techniques and cleanliness were very evident. I was so impressed I made an appointment for my 6yo daughter to come have her ears pierced for the first time. They were patient, spoke to my daughter directly. They were great with chatting with her and explaining the whole process. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a piercing for themselves or their child who is ready to ask for a piercing.

The staff did their best to move things along quickly, even though there were only two people working when I was there. The staff member doing piercings (Zack) was super personable and easy to talk to. He also made me feel well-prepared to care for my piercing at home. The staff member working the register (Trevor) was neither friendly nor welcoming, although he was probably stressed from running a business under pandemic limitations. Overall, my experience was average. I don’t think I’ll come back simply due to the mediocre customer service. They have a beautiful jewelry selection though, and my piercing looks great!

3 updates with year dates (⭐️drop in ‘22)2016 review - This is the ONLY option for piercings in SW Michigan as far as I’m concerned. My piercings in the past (from piercers at local tattoo shops) have always reject on me, I thought for years that I had a metal allergy or something…but then I discovered Kitten Flower and not a single piercing I’ve gotten here has rejected or become infected! I’ve had 7 piercings done here over the past 4 years and multiple jewelry changes in between…with zero issues!The staff is honest and sensitive to everyone’s unique piercing requests.The jewelry here is high quality, PLUS they can do custom jewelry. Worth every cent. (Yes, it’s more expensive than a tattoo shop, but the quality is far superior.)June 2021 update-called to schedule a piercing but they are walk-in only. I came in on a weekend, an hour before close and they were able to see me. It did take about a half hour wait, but I didn’t mind taking the extra time to pick out some new jewelry.June 2022 update-a previously discussed and priced out piercing is no longer offered(?) First time I felt like the “sexist” things I have been told/read in other reviews held weight. (I don’t know if this is true, however I left my most recent visit feeling like they were willing to pierce my 20yr old body-but now that I’m 30+ and married with kids, they aren’t interested in me taking my shirt off.)I did have to move on after this. I now drive into Chicago or wait for a traveling pro…unless it’s an emergency.

I went there back in October for my friend birthday. I got my helix done. The dude at the desk was nice. The piercer was rude. He was going on how he doesn’t like people. I thought maybe he was joking but wasn’t sure. I recently went to my normal place where I get most of my piercings done. To have him look at it. It bleed for 5 days when I gotten done and the discomfort wasn’t going away. I never had that problem with any piercing I had gotten ( my helix was my 9th) he took pictures of it and said it was pierced diagonally and for some reason it wasn’t healing. He also pierced my helix very high up on the top middle of my ear saying that was the only spot that would go on my ear. Turns out I didn’t have to go up that high. So I gotten it removed. Definitely don’t recommend this place unless you want to uneven piercing.

I’ve been to Kitten Flower multiple times and always had a great experience! The guys are highly knowledgeable not only about piercings, but also about the various jewelry pieces they offer. They do a great job of explaining the process, especially with teens/younger kids. Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait, but I appreciate that the process isn’t rushed and they make sure to take time answer all questions/concerns. I would definitely recommend them!

The piercers here are great! i got my septum done here and it was a lot of fun. i also had my belly button done but my anatomy started to reject it. anyways, the jewelry selection is extreme wide and i really felt like i got to customize each piercing. Trevor and Zach and really sweet guys and i would 100% go back to get anything done

I arrived an hour after open and waited about 20 mins. The experience was pleasant and the piercing artist was very knowledgeable. They have big variety of jewelry. He did not rush me (at all) and gave some cool ideas. Happy with the experience.Update: The jewelry on one of the piercing is stuck permanently and another was improperly sized and fell a month into the healing process. Its disappointing because I would have hoped the jewelry would be a better quality for the price.

Trevor was absolutely amazing! He was so informative and you can tell he loves what he does. He spoke to my 7 year old daughter like she was a person and not a child. He explained everything to her and let her know she was in charge and no one else. She was so happy with the result and she asked both guys lots of questions and they were both so wonderful with her. There is a wait yes, please understand that every place of business is short staffed right now, it is NOT the employees fault that there is a wait. I highly recommend for any piercing / jewelry needs!

I got my vertical labret repierced here two weeks ago, so far the healing process has gone smoothly and my piercing looks amazing. I’m in love the the placement, it was such a quick and easy time. The person up front and the one who actually did my piercing were extremely professional and relayed all the important information to me clear and concisely. 10/10 would recommend.

Beautiful jewelry and Trevor who was working behind the counter was very informative, nice, and patient. The jewelry here is high quality which translates to $$$. That however is not what would keep me from coming back. The piercer Zach was honestly so pretentious it was uncomfortable. He was rude and seemed to just want to complain about his other customers. He did not make me feel welcome or like he valued my business. He seemed like he hated piercing all day and that he was annoyed everyone wants the same piercing.From other reviews I have read it seems I am not the only one who has felt this way about him.

Great quality nose rings, and piercing experience. My experiences there have been overall positive, so I was surprised when I called today to simply find out when was the least busy time to come in for a jewelry change and the person on the phone was quite rude. After not giving an indication of what time would be least busy, said “I’m actually trying to help customers right now while I’m talking to you.” I’ve been a customer for two years, but found another shop to visit this weekend (Decorum GR and they are woman owned at that!) and will be supporting other piercing businesses from now on.Seems like from all the other reviews, there’s always an excuse but this is clearly a pattern.

I went here 4 years ago to get my nose piercing done. It was a great experience so I came back today. My piercings were amazingly done and they know their stuff! My only thing was the piercer was very loudly talking and the building echos so it felt like he was screaming at me and my friend. He was being really intense, and complained about how clients be “dumb” with (in my mind easy mistakes) about not remembering when their piercings were done, saying they talk to clients like a child because they don’t remember stuff etc. He just was complaining a lot about clients who literally pay his bills. I felt very awkward and was already nervous to be getting pierced, & then i got even more nervous I could be doing or saying something wrong. To top it off last time my roommate went in, the piercer started messaging her on instagram after and was trying to flirt w her. She’s way too nice to say anything but I don’t feel like that’s professional. Overall, they’re great at what they do but could def work on professionalism. To leave this on a good note, the guy up front was VERY nice, a people person & professional. I would still come here as it’s still the best place in town but ask for the shorter guy to do your piercing because he did mine last time & it was quality and it wasn’t awkward like mine was today.

HE YELLED AT ABOUT AN ECHO CHAMBER. I would give them no stars if i could. I went in with a couple of friends and asked for advice on two piercings that i hadn’t gotten there and they refused to give me advice. they claimed “we can’t give you advice because if something goes wrong you could blame us.” RED FLAG. not to mention, they were super impersonal and made my piercing process full of anxiety. Two of my friends got their belly buttons pierced there. One of my friends has had nothing but issues with the jewelry that they tell me it’s not worth it is it in used and they refused to help her change it because “it’s too early.”

I was greeted promptly and asked what I needed help with. They have a great selection of Jewelry at a variety of price points. I really appreciate they they offered to customize jewelry for me too! The staff was so helpful and friendly. They made me feel really comfortable. They follow great safety procedures and the shop was very clean. I really appreciate that my jewelry was sterilized before it was placed, even though my piercings were not fresh. If you are looking for a place to get jewelry or get a piercing I highly recommend Kitten Flower Boutique!

This is the most professional and best place to go to get anything pierced. I recently got the upper part of my ear done and it was a great experience. The staff were all very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They were also very clean, and changed gloves multiple times, washed hands, sanitized the station etc. The piercing process itself was very smooth and surprisingly involved very little pain. I dont think anyone else could have done it better. Their pieces are very nicely made an Im going back to get more. My friend had a problem with her nose piece and they completely took care of it! Im definitely recommending this place to anyone looking to get a piercing!! :)

I had a great experience at Kitten Flower Boutique. Zach did my septum piercing and he was very knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. I have a deviated septum & he made sure my piercing looked good. I didnt catch the name of the guy at the counter but he was very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I have a 7 year old who wanted to have her ears pierced for her birthday. I called to make an appointment and they were very kind and professional on the phone. Then we got there and I was even more impressed. The owner and the gentleman that I spoke to on the phone were both there. My daughter picked out her earrings. They were very aware of my daughters space and constantly told her that she was in charge. If she did not want to get her ears pierced, they would stop right away. They spoke to her about every step, told her every time they were coming near to touch her ear. All the power was given to her and it was impressive and amazing to watch. Her ears were pierced at the same time with only a few crocodile tears. Clear instructions were given to keep it clean and explanations as to why. This is the place to go for any piercing you need for kids and/or adults. I got my ear pierced too, while we were there.Its been 8 months and a 7 year old being a 7 year old weve had a few incidents. The back got pulled out and lost. We came back in and paid for a new back and they fixed her up. Today a boogie board rope caught the same earring and pulled it forward taking the back into the back of her ear. I took her immediately to Kitten and they fixed her right up. These guys are amazing!!!!!

I was looking for a new nipple bar, the one I had was causing irritation and discomfort. The staff was very friendly and professional. The piercer helping me fit a new bar let me know I was wearing a bar that was too long for my anatomy.

Although I had positive experiences at KFB for my tattoo three years ago, the piercing experience was very different and one I can not recommend. My daughter decided to get an inner ear conch piercing for her 17th birthday. The man at the front desk was kind and helpful and patient, did a nice job with customer service despite being busy and juggling additional work due to Covid responsibilities. When it was time to get pierced, the piercer did not explain what he was going to do and seemed annoyed at questions. I was willing to chalk this up to a busy day or a bad day and ultimately my daughter was happy with her piercing.Today (two weeks later) we had to go back due to some problems with the healing process of the ear. We weren’t too worried or concerned, figured it was just some normal complication. The piercer (same man) literally did not explain at all what he was about to do other than a very muffled “this is going to hurt but I’m going to be quick”. My daughter handled it like a champ as he had to remove the bar and replace it with a longer one but when I had the audacity to ask if we needed to see her PCP or if this was in the range of normal complications that they see, he rudely replied that the reason he wasn’t giving us any information is because there is no information to give and he would stand here saying no no no to everything we asked and that was pointless. I am a nurse and it would be unprofessional and unconscionable to treat a patient like that and not give them the basic information about their situation, even if I’ve seen it a hundred times and it is no big deal. One simple statement prior to the procedure saying “it doesn’t look infected, I’m not worried about it; this happens frequently but I am going to remove the bar and replace it to help with the healing process” is ALL that needed to happen. You can’t make customers feel stupid or like they are wasting your time by asking valid questions. This experience will lead us to other piercing shops in the future and unless a change occurs I cannot recommend that friends use this shop.

I tried the place out on the recommendation of friends. Trevor was kind but the piercer only seemed happy when he was allowed to talk about how awesome and intelligent he believes he is. The entire experience was overwhelming. They have some nice jewelry but honestly, if you have self-esteem issues, care about bedside manners, want to be treated well because youre spending a considerable amount of money, or want to feel cared for, this probably is not the place for you.Update: per the business response, my review was not about someone explaining their 21 years of experience. My review was based on the overall unprofessional of conversation and person-to-person interaction. The response minimized my review. I am a reasonable person who would never take offense to professional recommendations, but that is not what I experienced, it sucks that you all took the chance to respond as an opportunity to yet again minimize the experience of your client and maximize the owners belief in his value.

As I read the reviews I’m glad I’m not alone. I went with my friend today to get a piercing. Such a shame that such a cool store is owned by a guy like the one explained in the reviews. The owner of the store literally would have to deeply inhale to calm himself when a simple question was asked.Initially my friend wanted a stacked piercing, visibly you are able to tell that this is a very doable piercing on her lobe. When she mentioned she wanted stacked he literally went into a mini rage. Not offering any alternatives or answering questions without staring into our souls for 5 seconds, taking a deep breath and repeating “I understand what stacked means” which we never doubted. He mentioned the front desk lady, and that she shouldn’t have given us any advice, “which is why he fired everyone during Covid because none of them knew what they were talking about”. Before saying anything at all to me as a guest he told me to stand in the corner and then after telling me so said and that’s the last time I’m going to talk to you”. I don’t think I’ll be going back lol.

We had a great experience today with the ladies at kitten Flower. My 7 yr old came in for lobe piercings and they were calm and thorough with her. Michelle explained everything and having 2 piercers made it very quick. As others have mentioned the jewelry can be pricey but for the quality, you get what you pay for. Would happily recommend them to others!

I visited KFB a little over a month ago to get some additional information on a septum piercing that I had been lusting after. The store was absolutely spotless and I was greeted and offered help right away. I feel so bad for not remembering her name, but the girl at the counter was insanely knowledgeable and personable. I appreciated the “no pressure” environment and I would say it’s quite the opposite. The piercer, Trevor, said something like “There’s nothing wrong with taking some time to think it over. Only do it when you’re ready”. I knew I was ready, but I think it was that comment that made me feel like this was the right place for me. I got lucky being there at an odd ball time, and was able to be pierced that day. The sterilization processes and procedures were impressive.Trevor reminded me that I was in charge of the situation and if I wanted to stop at any time, he would. I was relaxed, talked and coached through the whole procedure with some very effective breathing exercises. It was totally smooth sailing. Part of the reason I waited to post a review is because I wanted to include a little bit about the healing. This piercing has healed so well and has been comfortable since I left the shop that day, completely different from any piercing experience I’ve had before. I had a phenomenal experience and this will be the only place I will go or recommend for piercings. Thank you Kitten Flower Boutique!

I was not unruly or loud, and I certainly did not interrupt your customer, saying until after she had already selected before asking you questions regarding a the gift of a chain for my partner. Im clearly not the only person with complaints concerning you demeanor. Furthermore, I would expect many similar reviews in the future if you retain your current attitude. P.S. My partner found your piercer quite friendly.

Went in yesterday and got a tragus piercing. The guys in the shop explained every detail. They were very thorough and clean. The piercing didnt hurt nearly as much as I thought it would. It was a little sore for about an hour and now I dont even feel it at all. Overall, great experience. Ill definitely go back for more piercings.

This is my second time getting pierced at Kitten Flower and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It’s obvious that both guys know what they’re doing straight off the bat. Zack was great at keeping my friend and I relaxed throughout both of our piercing sessions, and although some of things he said were a little out of pocket, it didn’t make either of us uncomfortable; he’s a great conversationalist and a funny guy. Can’t wait to be back!

Ive been here two different times to get my nose pierced on both sides, took a friend to get her nose done as well and took my father to get his ear pierced. Jewelry is a bit on the expensive side so be looking to spend over $118.

I have an area with 3 piercings. I was going to purchase two pieces and the third was already in. I asked if they could slightly adjust the ring that was already in. I was told they could only insert pieces purchased at the shop. Its just not worth my time. I went to another well known shop, which helped me without hesitation. I will no longer be spending anything at kitten flower.I implore anyone reading the reviews to also note the lack of decentcustomer service/lack of accountability in the replies.

Trevor at the front desk was very helpful and gave good information. However , the piercer made me feel uncomfortable. Sharing comments about past customers, saying how one woman left a negative review accusing him of his harassment. His response to this was “she wasn’t my type… if I think you’re cute I will tell you you’re cute… you’ll still get cancelled either way these days” truly unacceptable !! I have heard from many friends and coworkers about the harassment they display there and the many counts of women who have expressed feeling uncomfortable . Definitely won’t be coming back, very strange experience. Z

I took my 8 year old daughter to get her ears pierced here today and the experience was outstanding! The staff were all absolutely professional, kind, knowledgeable and patient. My daughter said her pain was very minimal and we so appreciated that two artists pierced her ears at the same time. I would absolutely recommend this establishment for their impeccable service! Had a great experience here. My 7 year old got her ears pierced for Christmas. They were so friendly, talked her through the whole process. I made an appointment over the phone because she was under 8. It was pricey however you get what you pay for. They explaines to both of us how to take care of them. I will be coming here for my other daughters that was to have there ears do too. I recommend them👍

The owner happen to be there the day i brought my 11yr old daughter in. He did the piercing himself. How do you describe something beyond SUPERIOR. Place is ridiculous, I came in for my six months to get my stud changed out to a ring, every other place I’ve been to said that was enough time. Came here and he said no, it’s still needs about six more months. So OK I came back six months later that’s a full year, he looked at it again and said it’s not quite there give it a month or two and you’ll be good to go. So I come back four months later and he tells me straight up no again and said its nowhere close to being ready. Absolutely stupid and ridiculous I went to a different shop and got a nose ring changed out that day and have had no issues. They swear they know what they’re doing but they’re just a waste of time. 1 hour drive total there and back home every time. And the jewelry is ridiculously expensive. Do not recommend.

The man was super nice, he made me feel calm. And he told me I was the big boss, I got a septum piercing and I thought it would hurt. He made it go quick and easy I recommend him. Trever was the nice man. I for sure felt welcomed, he explained a lot about the jewelry and how it works.

I was looking for an APP certified place to get pierced and this was the only one doing the piercing I wanted (septum). I was a little nervous based on the reviews but the guy was awesome and super nice! Going in I had no idea I could do a custom piece which is super awesome! I got teal opal balls and the loop a bronze color. They do the customizations on the spot. The piece I got was implant grade titanium.Highly recommend and will be going back for any other piercings!

Absolutely ZERO customer service. The two men working there are rude and totally unpleasant people. Literally, two of the most pretentious people I have come across. I can’t believe how important they thought they were! Bring back the females who used to rock this business! Until then, will never recommend Kitten Flower to anyone ever again and I am very sorry I ever did. Great jewelry but it stops there. The holier than thou pretentiousness attitude, not acceptable. This business needs a staff change. Let me know when that happens.

I called to ask about coming in for a piercing and they don’t make appointments, so I mentioned to the manager that I would like to bring my daughter in an hour. He asked how old she was and I said nine and he said great bring her in. So I drove 30 min to get there because of the great reviews and then when I got there and the manager said I can’t give her a piercing without her birth certificate, seriously, why didn’t he mentioned that on the phone before I drove all the way there. He was really rude but maybe I caught him on a bad day.... regardless I’ll go somewhere else.

So from the moment I walked in I was disappointed. We arrived 5-10 mins before our required appt for my daughter to get her ears pierced. It took 15-20 mins before the manager even addressed that we walked in. He was talking to another customer but took no time to even say “be with you in a minute”. We also made an appt but a half hour later, it still looked like it was gonna take another half hour before she was gonna get in. I wouldn’t mind waiting if I didn’t have an appointment. They decided to take on a large group of piercings knowing they had a kid under 8 coming in with required appointment. I knew the cost of the piercing which I was fine with. I didn’t know that the jewelry was going to cost over $100. That was quite the shock. My daughter even agreed to go somewhere else because she was unhappy with that place.

I brought my 13 year old in for a nose piercing. They walked her through it every step and made sure she was comfortable. It was very clean and professional. The lady that worked with us was amazing. The only downside is, its a bit pricey. I dont mind paying for quality though. The service was so good, i got my nose done too!

I went here and bought a nose ring, and the jewelry is nice, but the post the piecer put in was too long and my nose ring kept catching on my glasses and even fell out a few times. I’ll go somewhere else to get it changed because the guy was very full of himself, condescending, and overall it was a weird experience because of him.

This used to be the best place in town to get pierced. After the allegations against the owner were made public, all of the FRIENDLY piercers left and now its just Zach and his homeboy Trevor. Both were either rude or creepy on the multiple times I came in. If you want an APP certified piercer, make the trip to Grand Rapids. If you just want a good piercer in Kalamazoo, go to Art and Soul Tattoo. KITTEN FLOWER BOUTIQUE IS NOT A SAFE SPACE FOR WOMEN AND FEMMES.

I have been here twice, and had a great experience both times I went. I got my helix, lobes, nose, and lip done. In which are all healing up pretty nicely and I love them. In my opinion the staff is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would go again, and I would recommend them to my friends.

I wasnt sure what to expect but decided to give it a shot because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews. The shop was clean, the employees were super helpful, and the piercer walked me step by step what she was doing as she was doing it. For just over $100 I got my new piercing, jewelry, and another piercing swapped out. 10/10 will return again.

I have had good experiences at Kitten Flower, but I would like to ask why you dont offer appointments, especially during COVID? It can end up taking a couple hours to wait for a piercer to be available, and then get your piercings or services. That makes it really tough to find the time to come here. It also just makes the experience less pleasant overall when you have to wait on the street for a while before entering the shop. Obviously use whatever model you think works best for your business, but I would personally be much more likely to come back if I could save myself time by making an appointment!

Got my nose pierced here in 2020 right before my grad party, and it was awesome. however i took my jewelry out and then decided to re pierce my nose and went back here. the dude up front tells me that they don’t carry sixteen gage even though that’s the jewelry i literally bought from here just half a year back, so i went a gage up. then the piercer positions me very inappropriately which made me uncomfortable, he then gets angry at me because apparently my nose was twitching which i couldn’t control. it also hurt way more than the first time. all in all very unpleasant people working there.

Came for a birthday piercing for my child. On the website it clearly says able to accommodate drop ins. We were told that, no drop ins for 8 and under (opposite of what it says on the website) and then that we can only make an appointment the week of the appointment but not on the same day. Also that there would be no swimming or baths for 6 months. It was very obvious that they do not want our business. Therefore we will be looking at another professional piercing parlor.

I have never reviewed a place that I have not set foot inside of, but in this instance I feelcompelled. I am planning to get my first piercing soon and have a lot of questions. I called and spoke with someone over the phone (who I believe was a male). He interrupted me and talked over me during every question I was asking. He also seemed very condescending about my questions. I definitely cannot trust getting pierced at a shop that did not care to make me feel comfortable by respectfully answering my questions.

Brought my almost 6 year old daughter here today to get her ears pierced. I was very impressed with how the two employees interacted with her and made it a perfect experience. Pricey but I don’t regret it. She loves her earrings!

My 6 year old wanted her ears pierced, and the thought of a minimally trained person in the mall wasnt on my top choices. My husband researched and got recommendations, and this place came highly recommended. There were 2 gentlemen who did the piercings, and they were SO knowledgeable, informative, and AWESOME with my 6 year old! I am a dental professional and these gentlemen ensured a very clean, and where possible, sterile environment. Even gloves are surgical quality, not just the ones in a box. (Which are suitable- they just go above and beyond!) The room she had her piercings done in was VERY clean. The gentleman who measured where the earrings should go was OCD, making for perfectly placed earrings! Very impressed. We may have paid a little more than where many ppl take their kids; but definitely worth every bit! You get what you pay for. Thank you!

Dont waste your money. Bought a nose stud and less than 12 hours it fell out. Wasnt messed with or caught on anything and almost went down the drain. Called to get my money back and the guy kept going on and on about how other people dont have issues or sometimes itll pop out if it gets caught on anything (told him it didnt). I said it wasnt worth getting it put back in if it could fall out so easily again and potentially lose over $150. When I said I would rather get my money back, he then mentioned that all sales are final. Would have been nice to know before I purchased the high quality jewelry.

Kitten Flower Boutique had a sign on the door stating they had left to run errands and would return 30 mins before closing time. Waited 45 mins for them to not show up at the described time, and then waited the extra 30 mins hoping they would show and they did not. Not even 60 seconds later, after I had gotten in my car and started to drive away, the sign had been removed from the door and the lights had been turned off. I can only assume someone inside had been waiting for me, and a handful of others, to rise from the table we had been sitting at, and immediately remove the sign and shut off the lights. I’ve heard such good things about this boutique! So I’m upset that my first experience with them was a disappointment.

Fantastic staff, comfortable surroundings. Had them re-gauge my ears there after work lifted their restrictions on piercings!! So happy with the high quality of the multiple piece I have picked up there. When it comes to tattoos or piercings, sometimes you plainly pay for what you get!!!! Shop local friends.

I took my 9 year old here to get her ears pierced as a birthday present. The entire experience was top notch. Right now due to COVID, they are limiting how many people can be in the shop at once, so we had to wait a bit outside before being let inside. I actually appreciated this! Thank you to KFB for being contentious about COVID. Once inside, Trevor and Zack were kind and knowledgeable. They let my daughter know that she was the boss and that nothing would happen that day without her knowing and understanding exactly what was going on. They explained every step to her in detail and told her she could stop right up to the last second if she wanted. She went through with it and told me that it was just like they said it would be in terms of how it felt. Plus, I LOVED the type of earrings that they put in. Maybe Im showing my age, but I remember these long posts with sharp point and regular earring backs when I got my ears pierced. KFB has this great earrings that arent pointy on the back. They are flat and smooth. Then, the fancy portion (for my daughter a pink circle) is screwed into the front. So, no pointy backs poking you while you sleep. You can go back to KFB and get different fronts for them. Additionally, the shop was clean and neat. All of the items used were clean and sterilized. I also witnessed them cleaning the counters, pens, etc... after each group of customers. I would recommend this shop to any mom looking to get their childrens ears pierced.

I called to inquire about a dermal removal and the man that answered the phone refused to even tell me if they in fact remove dermals. He seemed really annoyed by my question he insisted I needed to come into the shop before he told me anything further. Such a weird encounter. I don’t feel comfortable coming to get a piercing or a removal by someone that lacks common customer service techniques.

Do not get pierced here. I got a nostril piercing in July 2020 and it is still not healed. It has been continuously infected for months because of lack of cleaning since they tell you to NOT clean it and let it heal “naturally” (run under water in the shower is the most they say to do). I followed their instructions and it became infected from not being cleaned and the infection hasn’t cleared up in MONTHS even after getting doctor prescribed antibiotics. The worst part is that I can’t even take it out until the infection is cleared up and it’s looks horrible. It’s red with a bump and it was pierced way too low on my nose even though I specifically mentioned to my piercer that I was planning to change to a hoop as soon as it healed.

The owners/guys that work here are super helpful, informative, and patient. The wait can be a little long as there are only 2 of them but they have an amazing selection of jewelry to choose from (the best in the area that I’ve seen) and I felt super comfortable!

As someone who frequents piercing shops and interacts with piercers regularly, I would, without a doubt, say that Zack, the owner of the boutique and the individual who pierced me, is one of the rudest people I have met. I had a group of three people, including me; we were all getting different piercings, some getting multiple.Whilst browsing jewelry for the piercings, I was about to get Zack comes out from the back of the boutique and starts ranting on about how all his college customers are the same and that “he’s seen it all” in his “years of experience piercing.” He then mocks a friend of mine after she had said she felt empowered after getting pierced.The experience does not end here.Due to COVID restrictions, only five customers are allowed in the shop at a time, and there were already 4 of us in the store. Neither Zack nor Trevor (who was quite nice) locked the door after we had entered the store, meaning anyone could walk in. It was about an hour before the boutique closed, and my friends and I were just starting to be pierced. Two customers walk in, increasing the number of customers in the store to 6. Instead of simply asking the individuals to leave due to violation of COVID policies, they hand them their piercing waivers. Irresponsible on the businesses part and dangerous to the rest of the public.Furthermore, I had gone to this location to get my daith, upper lobes, and nostril pierced. My lobes and nostril piercing went well; however, I can’t say the same for my daith. Firstly, when I initially arrived at the store, Zack had told me he hadn’t done a single daith piercing today and that I would be his first one. I jokingly told him, “I trust you,” to which he laughed at. Skip forward to me on the piercing table, bleeding profusely from my daith from a mispuncture. Zack then blamed the incorrect needle movement on the COVID protective gear (goggles, face mask, etc.) and then BLAMED ME.... he said I preemptively breathed, which rushed him to pierce me. Irresponsible and rushed work, you have the needle, you decide to pierce me. He seemed rushed and annoyed throughout the whole process.I spent a decent amount of money here; thankfully, most of it was for the jewelry, which is the only reason this review isn’t one star. The jewelry is very nice; just get it installed somewhere else with less arrogant piercers.I would not recommend this business to anyone and will not be returning.

Wow! I had a terrible experience with this place without ever stepping in the door! The person I spoke with on the phone several times is misleading and rude. I originally called bc my daughter wants her ears pierced for her 5th bday. The first phone call he explained we should wait 4-6 months to allow her to go swimming or any sort, and suggested even a year would be more appropriate. (My friend even joked well if you get her ears pierced she will never be able to go swimming again). Ok that’s their policy and precautions... fine. So I called back to schedule an appointment and asked when they have availability. He said they have availability from 5-8 so I said 5 would be perfect thank you. Well when that day came and we were on our way we hit a detour bc they are on the main Kzoo mall road- he has given no indication their road would be closed (which I thought would have just been courteous). So I call and say we are running late for our appointment and he suggests a parking option at that point. Well my 5 year old and I make it to the front door which is locked and has a note saying they’ll come let us in when they can. While waiting outside we met another family who had a similar experience expect they told me it was first come first serve no appointments. The guy on the phone NEVER told me that!! I can see looking back he meant 5-8 walk ins? But still why didn’t he explain that? I literally said I wanted to set up an appointment. When I called to say I was running late for the appointment he didn’t correct me. We waited outside for about 25 minutes which being locked outside a front door is VERY unwelcoming and I feel like we are past that with covid precautions, Geesh. We left when we found out it from another customer it was first come first serve. I had red flags from the first phone call, but ignored it. What an awful experience... will be going elsewhere.

Got a piercing done while the Zack was telling me a story about how this woman “claimed” he was harassing her etc- not a great way to make your clients feel safe. I was also told “don’t cry to me- go cry to him” (trevor) when i said i was feeling a bit anxious. Zack was quite rude to me the only kind person was Trevor who took my payment and made me feel a bit better. Today drove an hour back to the shop to change my jewelry because there’s nowhere else- and it’s closed! Nothing posted anywhere stating they’d be closed, open normal hours starting tuesday. A rather disappointing experience overall. If you’re not open update your hours- been here for over an hour and nothing. Don’t waste your money

This is the only place I would ever recommend for piercings. It’s very obvious they take their job seriously and they are above and beyond professional and the customer service is 10/10.

The shop Is very nice, I definitely recommend. Trevor, the guy working counter is very nice and friendly. He gives you courteous information and overall is very patient and kind. However the owner Zack is very rude. When I went in for my nostril piercing he was not helpful on assuring me I was gonna be okay. I asked what the pain level is for the piercing and he replied with a lot of attitude. He seems very stuck up and petty. Other than the owner it was a very good experience. Definitely would go again.

Kitten Flower is super clean and professional. They have a beautiful, but sometimes pricey, selection of jewelry, they can custom order and make jewelry for you, and they will even change your jewelry at no charge as long as you purchased it there. The managers are awesome and very knowledgeable.

Wonderful and knowledgeable staff! I work in the medical field so I am always hyper vigilant of cleanliness and sterility of tools used. I had two piercings done and they did an amazing job! I highly recommend them!

They have nice jewelry pieces. That’s it.

Although it was a clean process with beautifuljewelry to piercer was very rude. He made me feel like I was a problem and was going out of his way for a service I was paying for. I was extremely uncomfortable. Rude and unprofessional, would not recommend.

I went to get 2 piercings in my nose. They had a visitor who was doing the piercings that day. He was so busy talking about nothing to where he put one of my piercings in one side higher than the other. Trevor told him he recommend him do the piercing over. NO thank you. So i had to pay for a piece of jewelry to walk away without the piercing. At that time Trevor or the owner should have taken over but they didnt. I wasnt gone let someone who messed up once do it again this was my first time there. My last. Soo disappointing.

Courteous, professional, knowledgable, helpful, personable, and patient staff. Facilities are clean, well lit, comfortable couches, sterile percing room, and nice selection of jewelry. This would be a good place to go for children, or if you dont get piercings all the time. Finding parking is a little difficult downtown but the mall is such a nice walkable space, totally worth it!

Very professional and sanitary environment with incredible resources for aftercare. However, with the way the owner of this business spoke to my friends and me, I wonder how comfortable his female, queer, and POC employees feel around him. Truly offensive, completely unprofessional language. Although the job we came for was done and done well, I will not visit Kitten Flower anymore, due to the audacity of the owner to speak the way he did about those who are not white men such as himself.

Got my conch and nostril pierced. Great experience. Piercers were up- front and professional, I felt like I was in very good hands.

Got a tongue piercing, was quick and easy, decently priced and I didnt die from a pierced artery so Im happy. Owner and staff were accommodating, especially since I was nervous, would highly recommend!

They did a fantastic job at piercing my nose! They use medical grade metals so you wont have an allergic reaction to the jewelry! I highly recommend this place. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

He has imersed himself in the industry for years and is passionate about what he does on a level that surpasses any other Tattoo/Piercing business in the area. He also makes hand crafted, one of a kind pieces of high quality gold jewelry that are absolutely beautiful. Everything about this shop is top notch, I would recommend it to anyone!

Went in just to see what they had for prices for my sisters naval piercing. We both left with our piercings. Their environment was welcoming and our Piercer Trevor was very informative and definitely recommend going to him.

This is the best place in town to get pierced. I have not had any issues with them at all. They take cleanliness seriously. I mean they specialize in piercings so I guess I shouldnt be suprised about how good they are.

Brought my 5 year old in for her first ear lobe piercing. The staff was kind, knowledgeable and made the experience great for her. I love that two people were able to do her ears simultaneously. I highly recommend this boutique.

They have zero sense of professionalism. Complained about other customers and how he wants people to leave him alone and stop coming in. Made inappropriate comments about my petite friend about how he only dates women under 100 pounds... It’s incredibly awkward and not worth the experience to keep coming back.

Amazing shop! The employees are great very kind and genuine. You do end up paying more but I believe its worth it. The steel they use are better than the basic that is offered at everywhere else. 10/10

After driving many hours with excited kiddos, we were told we had to wait 3 months to go swimming in a lake or pool after a piercing. With a competitive swimmer and it being summer in the Great Lakes state, this just isn’t possible for us. Wish we would have known this in advance or we wouldn’t have made the trip.

I went in to make an appointment for my 8 year old to get her ears pierced and was met with pure hostility. I have no idea what I said to set him off, but the dude was unhinged. 0/10 - will not be back.

I had problems with my nose hoop and they helped fix it. By far one of the best experiences I’ve had at a piercing shop, extremely professional, friendly, and clean- I couldn’t say enough good things. I’ll never go to another shop again!

We called to make two piercing appointments. The man that took our call was really rude, and kept cutting us off. We ended up going to art and soul instead, and had a much better experience.

Ive gone here a couple times now to get my ears pierced and they have always been so nice and informative. They make sure everything is sanitary and will answer any questions you may have.

I had my bellybutton done here, i followed all their instructions, the piercing was lopsided to begin with,and then it got infected, and i went on 2 different rounds of prescription antibiotics and nothing could fix it.i ended up taking it out.

I just got my nose pierced for the first time a little after 2 today and the guy that did my nose was very safe i had to take my mask off and he kept his on and put on goggles and he sanitized the bed after my sister got done and i would recommend going here it is AMAZING

Beautiful jewelry. However, after insisting I stretch the piercing gauge to a larger size. The new jewelry started to break through the skin. I had to let the piercing close up. Waste of the beautiful and expensive new jewelry.
