Audrey is the sweetest, most professional and talented tattoo artist I have ever met! Never made me feel bad or uncomfortable for changing the size/placement and was so personable. I can’t wait to come back!

I am in love with South Water Studios. I have gotten 2 tattoos here within the last 2 years from Wendi, and I am so happy with them! One tattoo was a design I picked out myself online, and the other was a design that Wendi illustrated for me. Both came out exactly how I wanted. I love that the studio is clean, modern, and relaxed. It has a very home-like feel inside. Wendi is so welcoming and professional. She made me feel very comfortable, and she made it clear that my wants and interests were what mattered to her when it came to the tattoo. I had her resize my tattoo 3 times, and she wasnt bothered at all. She completes the tattoos very quickly, and they look perfect. This also causes the price to be a lot less expensive than other tattoo studios, because she factors in the time taken for the tattoo when charging. I cannot express enough how happy I am with South Water Studios. I will never go anywhere else for tattoos!

Wendy is the best tattoo artist Ive ever been too. Her apprentice, Audrey, is also FANTASTIC. Cannot recommend this shop more. ❤️

I worked with Audrey on a small handwriting tattoo on my wrist. She was so helpful working with me ahead of time to chat about what I wanted and then getting me scheduled. On the day of my appointment, we walked through everything I wanted and she made several adjustments and even offered her own advice and thoughts to make everything look the best possible. I appreciated her candor and expertise. Tattoos are never comfortable, but Audrey did everything she could to make sure my experience was fantastic. The studio was clean and well-maintained and I felt extremely safe even with everything going on with COVID.Im IN LOVE with my new tattoo and Audrey was such a calming and wonderful presence. I just got my first tattoo with Audrey two weeks ago and my experience was perfect. She came up with a great design based on the ideas I emailed her and I absolutely love the tattoo. She is also so kind and fun to talk to throughout the appointment. Highly highly recommended.

She made me feel comfortable and included me on every decision along the way which made me feel like I was really a part of the process. I got tattooed by Audrey today! She was so kind and engaging throughout the appointment. She made sure I was comfortable about everything and offered to make adjustments if I didnt like it at all. She was so sweet and the atmosphere was awesome! Plus she is soooo talented. It came out, exactly how I wanted! I would definitely come back for more tattoos!

THE FINE LINE TATTOO GODESS.Audrey was incredible! She is the fine line artist of my dreams. Hanging out while getting my tattoo was the most enjoyable experience Ive had at a Tattoo studio. She was professional, knowledgeable, and didnt try to make me feel dumb for doing a tattoo I wanted. There is zero ego involved which can be difficult to find in an artist these days. and her work is absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend emailing her to book in advance, she fills up fast!!

Such a great place! Audrey was amazing, she was professional and did such a great job working with me on the design. My spinal tattoo came out perfect and best of all, she was gentle so I felt very little pain during the process.

I stopped by for a simple design on my forearm. Carlos did my tattoo, and I met Wendy as well. I brought my design, but their own work is notably exceptional! I had a really nice experience there and would go back again without question. The studio is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and nicely located. I am very happy with my experience, and my new tattoo; I highly recommend South Water Studios!!

After talking to my brother in law he recommended this studio. My wife and I went there for my first tattoo and her second. I had a concept in mind but wanted a custom piece. Carlos drew the piece based on some direction and it was better than I hoped. My wife had the same experience, she went in with a concept and had Wendy draw a custom piece she and I both have about 16 hours in their chairs total and recommend them to everyone. All work I see is based on what we got from this studio. I will be going back for more!

I was getting my first tattoos and was obviously pretty nervous. I walked in the first day with just some preliminary questions and met with Carlos, who was fantastic! He was welcoming and answered all of my questions honestly and openly. I didnt feel rushed or intimidated, but welcomed and comfortable! I came back later to discuss some ideas and made an appointment for the following Saturday. The day of my appointment, I arrived, was again greeted by Carlos who was happy to go over the process and talk with me about the designs he had prepared [which were all perfect] and he led me to the room to get the tattoos done. Everything was cleanly and organized and I was introduced to Wendy as well, who is also amazing! During the process Carlos and Wendy were professional and hilarious! The entire process was super simple and I ended up leaving with all 10 tattoos I wanted! Im already excited to go back in the near future, and I wouldnt want to get tattoos done anywhere else!

Truly one of the best shops in Kent. I work with Audrey, who is truly awesome. Always creates a safe, judgement free environment conducive to a great session. Amazing artist, truly awesome person, and makes you feel at home. Highly, Highly recommend south water studios. Love these guys! Ive had multiple tattoos done here. Ive brought many friends and family here to have work done. Never a disappointment. Carlos and Wendi are amazing and friendly people. I dont know if Id go anywhere else for a major piece anymore.

Wendi is an amazing artist! She is quick to reply and set up appointments. I had my first one done by her years back, and she recently did one for my aunt. I highly reccomend this studio.

Both times I’ve gone, I’ve had custom work done by Wendy! She is fun, personable and FAST! I also have never felt like she was trying to scam me out of money, as she is to the point and honest about what she can and cannot/will not do. I love what I’ve gotten!
