Treated myself to a 75th birthday gift got two more earring holes in one ear and one in the other… the young lady who did it was VERY pleasant, professional and informative.. she made sure I understood the product I needed to get and how to take care of the piercings … it was a very nice experience….. if I could…. I would get a tattoo here the designs I saw being done on the several clients there were absolutely gorgeous and the previous ones were amazing design and color wise!!! Keep up the great work!!!The place was also immaculately clean!!!!

I had an awesome experience at the shop. Everybody was so nice and welcoming and Mike the owner was the one that did both of my pieces in one sitting! He did a phenomenal job at covering up my scarring on my thigh and did a dope black widow on my arm. I highly recommend this place. Its clean and everything used is brand new!!!

Went in Saturday with my wife and we each got a small tat. Jozlyn was amazing! Her attention to detail and precision did not go unnoticed. She did a great job on both tats - we couldnt be happier! Thank you, Jozlyn and Ink, Inc!

Very talented artists and a beautiful space, but what really sets them apart is the commitment theyve made to the community and the bonds theyve formed. Its hard to find a business in Kingston that has had more customers pass through that also has lasted as long. Truly an institution!

The absolute best tattoo experience! Jason tattoed my father and myself for a memorial tattoo for my late mother. Leading up to the tattoo we had open and clear communication about design ideas. Getting the tattoo was all around great vibes and very professional. Loved they way they both came out, will definitely be back here for my next one!

I got my industrial pierced and I love it. Definitely recommend this place for piercings. My S/O also got his nipples pierced.

If you want any ear piercing here, just be aware that they will use regular lobe studs instead of piercing jewelry. I got my conch and flat pierced. The piercing in my conch was incredibly thin for a standard conch piercing. It was wayy thinner than my 16G septum, for reference. I wouldnt eventually be able to switch out the studs for cuter conch jewelry because nothing would fit the small size of the original jewelry. The piercer was very friendly, I just dont agree with the companys jewelry choices for their ear piercings. I took them out immediately after I got home.

The best ever hands down, Mike tattooed my first tattoo over 21 years old, and it still looks absolutely amazing…. Mikes work is amazing, one of the best around, probably the best in NYS… he also got a crew right now they are amazing at everything they are doing… from piercing to tattoo that place is hands down number 1.Appreciate you all

Got 3 ear piercings about 2 weeks ago and had an amazing experience! Jason was amazing and super gentle. I felt comfortable with him and my piercings are healing perfectly, couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Such an amazing experience! I got my second tattoo here and Nandini was so kind and patient with me. She even fixed up the lines on an older tattoo. All this and such reasonable prices! The vibes are also immaculate, all the artists were so nice and hilarious! Will definitely be coming back in the future

Jason has done both the ink spill tattoo and the blair Witch portal tattoo for me. His work is beyond amazing and the amount of effort and dedication he puts in is unbelievable. So thankful for the hospitality and support from every artist there. GO HERE!

Made an appt by phone over a week ahead for a piercing on my birthday. When I showed up, the piercer told me he can’t pierce me because his clamp was broken, and he wouldn’t have a new one for week. What a waste… even just making the appt. Bad communication (actually zero communication) and super unprofessional. Went to Metamorphosis on Broadway same day as a walk-in, got my birthday piercing with Cathleen, and had an amazingly positive experience!

Dont make the mistake I did and go here cause its a convenient location that takes walkins. Ive been getting facial piercings for almost 20 years and I have never been treated so badly. I have such a horrible taste in my mouth from the piercer here. I had heard that people who work here are rude and unhelpful, also that they try to rip people off for money, but they were the only piercing place open so I went there. My piercing fell out within 8 hours. When I went back the next day, the guy refused to do anything about it, blamed it on me, was completely unreceptive to any feedback (I know my own body and how its reacted in the past). He was wildly rude and egotistical, raised his voice at me for blaming him (which I never did, I explained different types of jewelry have worked better for me in the past). The man was so unprofessional, I feel disgusted. I was ripped off.

The whole staff is amazing and so friendly. Felt so comfortable getting my gorgeous tattoo.

I recently got pierced at this location as a walk-in. I asked for an industrial piercing along with an orbital piercing. This was my first experience being pierced anywhere but my regular lobe. Although industrials are often painful, the piercer was friendly and assured me everything would be alright. After my industrial, I got an orbital piercing. Although I did almost pass out right after this one, the piercer was kind and stayed calm. Overall, I had an amazing experience here!

Very friendly from the moment you walk in. Amazing work. Always making sure you are okay. Definitely one of the best tattoo shops Ive been too. A little bit on the pricey side, but worth it for the quality work

Got a tattoo by Graham. He took the time to consult with me about design size and cost. Went back following week got tat took 3 hours but worth every minute. Tat looks great, lots of detail and perfect size.

Got a amazing tattoo from Mixhael this morning. Was by far the best experience I have ever had. Very clean and professional place, and the art work was one of a kind. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for any kind tattoo. Prices were great and I easily would have paid more for what I received. Cant say enough good things about them.....will definitely be going back sooner than later!!

I am beyond happy with the experience I had with my daughters. Both decided they wanted to get their ears pierced. The 4 year old kept a straight face through it. My oldest on the other hand… she was terrified. After the first ear she spent at least 10 (maybe more) minutes crying because she doesn’t handle pain well. This man took a step back waiting for us to calm her and decide if she wanted to get her other one done. She wound up getting the second ear done and they are both so happy. I wish I could remember his name but thank you from the bottom of my heart for your kindness and patience.

A really chill place with awesome people. They were really nice and being as it was my first helix piercing, they made it a safe and enjoyable experience.

My friends and I got pierced by Joey and he was really nice and kind and calming. We were by far the lamest people in the shop and he was very accepting and we love him forever. Steady hands too.

Very clean and professional. Jorge was awesome and my tattoo came out better than I expected. He really took his time to enhance the original design I showed him and made it look even better than the picture I had.It was my first tattoo and Jorge made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I got a Bruce Lee fist with flames on my forearm and cant believe all the compliments I get...

I came in to get my tragus pierced, the artist ended up piercing it crooked. The earring ended up getting infected and falling out. When this was brought up to the artist, they stated that it wasn’t their fault.

Dont go here. Id give 0 stars if I could. The dude pierced my septum in the wrong place AND it was crooked.. I had to take it out and get it redone elsewhere. What kind of professional piercer doesnt know where to put the jewelry?? Seriously just go somewhere else in Kingston.

My family and I travel 3 hours because we will only let the staff at Ink Inc do any work on us. They are professional top quality artists..who are clean, respectful and just extremely great people. Their work is of the highest quality..and will continue to go there for years to come!!

Got a couple ear piercings here today, and the piercer was super knowledgeable and friendly! Even got a lollipop afterwards lol. 10/10 would go again, great experience :)

Unlike most other shops walk-ins are NOT welcome. As the owner mike said “we get too many walk-ins” . He then tries to say you can’t get in anywhere else but i went to 3 other places to check them out. All treated me with respect and welcomed walk ins. Even if busy you shouldn’t treat your customer as if they’re wrong for trying to use your business. Poor owner. Lackluster staff. Save your money and time and go to anywhere else in the Kingston area. Plenty of other places with much better service, better work and prices.

They advertise on their website services they dont even do there. And both times i went to get tattoos i was told no they dont do fingers or face. I had it done same day at Metamorphosis body modifications LLC. across from Kingston high school. I also went two other times with my daughter for piercings. And the person is never there. So again we had it done the same day at Metamorphosis body modifications LLC. across from Kingston high school. 436 Broadway.... Thats the one im talking about . There are a few Metamorphosis tattoo shops. I went one last time to get eyebrow microblading. As they advertise on their website...... They dont do it there anymore.. Update your website! Get a piercer who is available!!!! Metamorphosis body modifications LLC. tattoos and piercings are my most recommended as far as tattoos and piercings. You can walk in and the prices are great. And They are a lovely married couple. So sweet. Good people!!!!

I needed to get an MRI, so I needed to take out my nose ring and my monroe ring. Right after the MRI, I went to Ink Inc. and they brought me back immediately and were able to easily get my nose ring back in even though the piercing had already started to close up! He also had no problem getting my monroe ring back in without causing me any pain. Excellent job👍 I wish I could remember the name of the man who did it. If I did, I would give a big shout out to him! He did a perfect job. 😊

Michael did an AMAZING job on my piece and Im so in love with it!!! I will recommend him to everyone and anyone that wants a good quality tattoo.

I will not return again! Spent 90 bucks and gave the kid a 30 dollar tip..to.. the wrong jewelry in my nose and my nieces ear. I had to pay 50 more dollars and have Metamorphosis do it the right way! Rip off!

My tattoo is janky looking and when I spoke to the lady who did it she had a nasty attitude so I asked her to give my number to the owner, never heard anything back. Do not go here, their artists are not that great and neither is the service overall.
