Took my five-year-old daughter to get her ears pierced and had a wonderful experience. Victoria took her time for the perfect marking of where to pierce. Bonus that shes a nurse, so I felt extra confident in the hygiene protocols. She was so kind, humorous, and helpful working with my wiggly child during the piercing. Couldnt have asked for anyone better. Had fun looking around the store before and after as well. Would recommend.

Took my 4 year old to get ear pierced. The representative Victoria was absolutely amazing. She kept my daughter calm and did an astounding job at lining the ears up and made sure everything clean and sanitized as well.

Just got my cartilage pierced on both ears. Tatiana did my piercing. She was extremely professional and put me at ease...cant believe I was nervous...She made recommendations and helped me pick out an additional pair of earrings. Ill definitely be back for my next piercing. Thanks Tatiana!

Went to get my baby’s ear pierced, and Katrina had one of the ears pierced at slant angle, to which the back is screw is seen below the earlobe. She suggested to repierce it but I was skeptical as I didn’t want the already pierced hole to widenAll I can say is she wasn’t professional

Great experience at this location! Got my 2nd ear piercing for my birthday and Tatlanna did a great job. She was very precise, and took her time placing my piercing! The whole staff was very sweet. Definitely would recommend going there to get ear piercings.

Great customer service at this particular store! Victoria helped me narrow down items and was thorough in her explanation of store promotions. I definitely referred other mom friends to this specific location.

I took my twins to get their ears pierced and Victoria and Wilson were wonderful. Victoria explained every step to the girls and eased their fears. There were little tears, but the girls are happy. Afterwards, Victoria wrote me step-by-step instructions on the aftercare process. I would definitely recommend taking little girls here for first time ear piercings.

We had an incredible experience getting my daughters ears pierced at this Claires location. Victoria and Nyjah were kind, efficient, and explained every step to my daughter. I work in a hospital and was very impressed with the cleanliness and care they took during the ear piercing. I would not hesitate to recommend Claires at Quaker Bridge to others.

I recently went to the Claire’s in Quakerbridge to get my daughter’s ears pierced. I was a bit nervous about using a chain location for a 1st piercing but Victoria was wonderful! She was knowledge, kind and patient. It went really well and I would use this location in the future.

I work for Claires for 3 years now . I moved around from all different Clairss locations in NJ. But Quackerbridge has been been big project and staffing wise and we brought in a whole new team ! I became the SM 3 months ago and I would like to say the store has come a long way. I hope every customer that comes in has a excellent experience! That is our goal as a team and to get everyone the best deals . With that being said in with the new OUT with the old . I am so proud of this store and I hope everyone gets to experience that ! I got my earlobes pierced here by Cathy. She was friendly, careful, quick, and sterile. She listened to my concerns and explained the process, and the piercings were well placed, even though one of my earlobes is unusually shaped. The healing period just ended and I found that they healed well and cleanly.

The staff showed you so much attitude. This lady does not care. The expensive earrings looks substandard. They pierced my daughter’s ears and her ears were punctured wrong, the back clip got sucked into her ear lobe, I really don’t know how to explain this but we had to go to an hospital emergency room to get the clip removed, very traumatizing as a parent and for my daughter as well. I will never recommend Claire’s even to my enemy, seriously.👎

Do not shop here I bought a pair of earrings for my daughter the store manager is very nice the assistant manager was nice and the Guy with the 2 nose piercings was very nice and friendly but the guy with the black rimmed glasses was very rude amd sent me away when I asked him a question about discounts and also the store owner is very unprofessional.

I was here today (Claire’s at Quaker Bridge Mall) July 19, 2021 at 4:40pm I was ready to pay at the cash register but the two ladies were really busy talking and talking in front of me that I went to exchange the items that I have been chose “twice” to give them a chance to finish their conversion but nothing, they completely ignore me so I decide to leave the store and will try to order online. Employees has to have more break time o vacations si when they are working they focus on the customers ..

Staff are very rude. She was on her phone the whole time. No greetings, being a better person I greeted her with a “hello” she gave an attitude then went right back to her phone. Very bad customer service. I will not come back to this location again

Why have hours posted saying open at 11:00am and not actually open. There’s a little girl in there putting up signage after 11 and when I inquired if they were going to open she said no. This folks, is why I would prefer to throw all my money to Etsy and Amazon.

Very rude customer service. The attendant was on her phone watching videos and when asked for help she was very rude and disrespectful. No interest in helping or talking properly. Would never go back.

Its the go to place for piercings jewelry and accessories. Always a great place, fun and friendly staff.
