This is my happy place! If I won the lottery, the sign would be that I finally gave every artist at tattoo asylum 3 equal shares of it and let them be as creatively talented as I know they are! Go to any of the tattoo asylum locations, their own by an absolutely wonderful human being and very talented artist. But I highly recommend this location because most of my tattoos have come from here and Jenna has become a friend therapist! ❤️

I’m a 17 y/o who just got my first tattoo and it looks incredible. Along with the great tattoo came amazing customer service and such friendly artists. I will most definitely be coming back for my future tattoos and will %100 recommend to others.

I called in/stopped in spur of the moment after I received some tragic news about a loved one that was very close to me. Everybody was kind and respectful, professional. I had no idea what I wanted but the artist (forget his name-will find out) was fantastic. He worked with me. Was straight to the point. Took his artistic lead on placement for me. You could tell he cared about the placement looking perfect for me. I have had many tattoos done at different places in my life but I really appreciated my experience here. There was kindness & respect which was nice given the circumstances. The lines on my tattoo are super clean. The artist was quick, efficient, outlined the black lettering with white in certain parts. Love it. I will be finishing my sleeve with this artist and furthermore referring everyone I know here given my positive experience. I was happy with my price given the professionalism, artistic ability and efficiency. I haven’t seen crisper lines anywhere else!

I got my left nostril pierced by Riley. He is a very nice and informative. He explained everything to me. I highly recommend Tattoo Asylum very clean. Jennalea is very nice and informative aswell. She gave my husband some insight on his tattoo. Great placeThank youAngie

Made an appointment and showed up on time. The person at the front desk, a bunch of people sitting around, and the artist all seemed rather confused that they ran a shop when I walk in. No one greeted me or said hello. Most of them were eating or watching a movie. Really weird energy. Then had to wait almost an hour despite my appointment. Left and got lunch. Ended up getting a septum piercing. I just went to get it changed after 6 months at a different establishment. Here’s what I found out:I was informed the piercing is crooked, done in the wrong place, and the hoop was corroding because it was some mystery metal painted over. It still wasn’t healed.Friends had similar bad experiences. Never going again.

Had an amazing experience with Ian today! He is a wonderful artist who really takes pride in his work. He made sure my new tattoo was perfect. He is very accommodating, personable, easy going, will make sure you’re comfortable the entire time and that you’re happy with the service provided. Would definitely recommend seeing Ian and would definitely go to him again! ❤️

Genuinely I came here as a walk in with a couple friends, and the man at the front desk was super sweet and excited to have us in, but the artist that took us seemed like he rather be anywhere else than tattooing us. He grumpily told each and every one of us that our tattoos were too dainty to ever look good despite us all having tattoos the same size that look absolutely fine years after. He also gave my friend a thin, uneven, inaccurate tattoo and charged her almost $200 for it (attached photo to show you how uneven her tattoo came out after proper aftercare and healing was finished). Overall extremely dissatisfied with our experience.

Had two tattoos done with Kelly. One is a sleeve in progress. The shop is clean and the staffing friendly and knowledgeable. Kelly is great and I will be using her for the rest of my tattoos. She is responsive to my texts and ideas.

I made a same day appointment for a belly button piercing and had an absolutely amazing experience with Jennalea! My rook and cartilage piercing hurt more and she made the process quick and easy while explaining everything she was doing. I’m not in any pain and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! :)

Ian did my thigh tattoo and I’m in love with it. He was super friendly, clean and answered all my questions. The placement is perfect and it healed great. Already have my next tattoo scheduled with him.

Awesome shop. Great staff. My husband and I have had several tattoos done by Courtney and my son has had several done by Jenna their work is fantastic. My next tattoo will be one of Kelly’s pieces and I can’t wait. Definitely recommend.

Had my first tattoo done last Friday by Courtney. She was very nice and informative. The place was clean and people working there very nice.

What a cool environment. I went for my tat yesterday and my daughter is going in today. Courtney was excellent. Her sketch of what I want to get done (wanting for years!!!), was even better than I ever expected.

I had been looking for a new shop and artist was pleased to find Tattoo Asylum. My artist, Kelly, did an amazing job with my memorial tattoos for my dog. This is a great shop and I cannot wait to get more work done! Do yourself a favor and stop in to see all of the talented artists at this shop.

Came here as a walk in and was treated like a long time client. Everyone working here was very professional and knowledgeable. They offered quality advice regarding tattoo location and color, and we very supportive of client ideas. While here, a tornado warning was in effect and the staff took safety precautions very seriously. They made sure all clients were away from windows and encouraged everyone to hang out until they felt safe (and the hail stopped). Ive worked with Kelly and Courtney, and they both do great work! Even with the anxiety of a tornado, the professionalism never wavered.**my tattoos were my decision; the staff made sure I was educated and fully aware of the risks of white ink and placement #BDE**

Kelly @ ink asylum provides such a welcoming and comfortable space here - she got me in last minute for matching tattoos with my little sister while I was home and in the area visiting from CO! I highly recommend this establishment - they are clean and professional! 10/10 would recommend!

I went to Ian today for the first time. We had set up my appointment a while ago. I have a very complicated work schedule and he was more than understanding and accommodating, which is something I feel a lot of artists would not be so understanding about. His skills are impeccable. He is extremely talented, friendly and professional. He made me feel very comfortable with the whole experience. He took his time and did not rush at all. I will be back for more!

Ian Jarvie was very skilled and helpful threw all the steps of drawing and editing to make sure I was happy with what I was getting I can’t say enough highly recommend.

I am absolutely in love with my newest addition! Ian is such an amazing person and artist! So kind and honest and his work is great. The staff there is so friendly and welcoming you feel like you’re just hanging out with friends. Will definitely be going back to get more! My boyfriend will be next though, getting his first tattoo :)

I absolutely love this shop so much, im probably going to stick with them from now on. all of their artists are amazing, and everyone there is so nice. the vibe of the shop is also amazing, it’s so welcoming and not at all intimidating like some tattoo shops can be. highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

GET YOUR TATTOOS HERE! I know I will be for the rest of my time at college near Lawrence. The customer service was beyond expectation. I got my first tattoo here with Jenna, I was fairly nervous! Jenna, was incredible as my artist, just so nice, so patient, and made my first tattoo experience amazing! Since writing this I have, true to my word, gotten all of my tattoos at this shop! I had an amazing experience here. My tattoo artist Ian did a supernatural anti possession tattoo on my chest. It came out super clean and looks amazing. He is very detailed and really cares about his clients. So glad I came to him. Will be going to him again!

I had the BEST experience with Ian! He has given me two of my big arm pieces and to say I’m in love is an understatement. He is so professional and has amazing work. As someone who is a wimp with tattoos he has always made me feel comfortable, asking if I need a break. He is compassionate, caring and skilled at what he does. I could not give him enough praise. BAD tattoo. shaky lines. lines arent straight AT ALL. my UNLICENSED friend with a tattoo machine did a better job on me and he was DRUNK. wish i could get my money back. do yourself a favor and dont go here.EDIT TO RESPONSE: if yall are licensed then i could be licensed too. i could pull straighter lines while holding the tattoo machine with my FOOT. shame on yall.

The staff here were amazing. Jenna did my piercing and was so incredibly patient and kind. My best friend got a tattoo and was so pleased with the work. I highly recommend this business for anyone wanting a tattoo or piercing.

Got my first tattoo done today by Courtney! Went amazing! Walked in and she was able to take me. Process went great, made the great design for me and then she was off and tattooing. She did great, love the way it turned out and the entire shop is very nice. Definitely recommend!

Tattoo Asylum 3 is one of the most amazing tattoo parlors I have been to. The shop is super clean and the people there are so friendly. They make you feel like you are family. I was super comfortable and relaxed as I was getting my 4 hour tattoo. Ian has done most of my work and trust me he will not disappoint! He always gives me exactly what I want. Every time I leave I am very happy with the quality of my tattoo! He made sure I was comfortable the whole time and gave me the step by step so needless to say I trusted him putting this permanent artwork on my body! I would highly recommend Ian and the tattoo asylum 3 shop!!!

I really liked the vibe at Ink Asylum 3; everyone was so friendly and relaxed. I have gotten tattooed by Ian a few times and I love his work! My tattoos are memorial pieces and he was able to capture the sentiment perfectly! I love how he asks questions and explains everything to make sure that his clients are happy! A few weeks back I went in to have a tattoo that I got somewhere else fixed and not only was everyone friendly but my tattoo healed beautifully! I was there previously in November for two other tattoos and was met with the same great experience

Love this place!! Ian Jarvie is an awesome tattoo artist. He did my thigh and is very professional. Tattoos hurt!!! But Ian has a very light hand so that’s helpful! He will stop/break as many times as you need. Makes you feel very comfortable. After care - he checks up on you periodically through the healing process to make sure all is well! Great guy! Recently I had my first visit to this shop. Ian did my tattoo, I am absolutely in love with it. Pretty much everybody that has seen it has agreed, it’s a great piece. So much detail to make it really come to life. Everyone in the shop is so friendly and welcoming, I had a great experience from start to finish. Courtney did a beautiful script tattoo for me that I wanted to honor my Dad with. It turned out great. The lines are elegant and it looks just as Id imagined it in my mind. I gave her some ideas and she drew several choices up for me. No pain. Ian did an amazing job on my arm tattoo, king of flowers as they call him haha. He did an awesome job, the details are amazing and it just looks awesome. I’m so happy with the outcome of it and all the pretty colors. See Ian and you won’t be disappointed!

Just got my first tattoo here, caught the Friday the 13th flash sale. A wonderful experience, that didnt break the wallet. The artists were all cool, even though theyd been working for hours. Blair, who was a sweetheart, did an amazing job on me.

Visited for friday the 13th special , i love my tattoo ! only thing i didn’t like was how heavy handed my artist was. i have a high pain tolerance generally but for some reason the tattoos i have gotten done by men hurt the most , feels like they’re digging the needle in too deep and my skin stays raised even after it’s healed. besides that , everybody was nice and inviting and i’d absolutely go back

I cant say enough about how great Tattoo Asylum III is! Everyone is super friendly and its a very comfortable atmosphere. Kelly gives the greatest tattoos ever, hands down. If youre in south jersey and dont go to get tattooed there, you are missing out. I cant wait to go back to get more!

I got tattooed by Ian and he was very professional and determined to make the piece as perfect as I envisioned. I was looking for a new tattoo artist to finish my sleeve and walked in to get a quote and they were higher then normal so I looked through there books and they have very low quality work. Seems like these are new artist asking for a million dollars.

Do not go to this place. This is the apprentice farm. Go anywhere but here! The pictures prove everything. They charge for what they can’t do. You are better off going to someone who gives you honest work.
