I’ve been wanting my cartilage pierced and I’m glad I got it done here. I was nervous at first but the staff was very kind to me. The manager Jordan did my piercing and she made me feel so comfortable. She knew exactly where to place the piercing on my ear. She had a nice conversation with me to distract me from the puncture and I didn’t even feel it. I was very surprised. It’s been 3 weeks since I had it done and it’s healing really well. If you’re thinking about getting a piercing, I recommend going here. The experience is worth the price.

Got my helix piercing done, pain was bearable, aftercare instructions were clear, healing process was smooth, and Im happy with how it looks! The person who did it was the best!

Nice sale brought some gold hoops and bracelet. The sales guy was wonderful!

I wanted to get a conch piercing and booked a cartilage piercing online. After I got there(they also have wrong google address), they told me they can only do outer ear with instruments. Conch is made up of cartilage. They should have made it clear that they can’t do hand piercing at the moment or written “outer ear” explicitly instead of “cartilage”. Had my time wasted.

Shyanne (I am so sorry if butchered the spelling) was INCREDIBLE! Super friendly, super knowledgeable about piercing and super patient. She helped me pick the right earring and listened to all my nonsense. Highly recommend!

I went to this place last week. If you want to be gouged this is the place to go. Their prices are ridiculous and the quality is not great. I bought a pair of earrings for $70 because I needed to get one ear pierced. She stood over me while I was looking at the earrings. I should have left then. Dont get bamboozled by the in care product. Very over priced. I could have just used witch hazel which I already had.

Don’t recommend this place went to get my babies ear pierced she’s four months old and the worker pierced it wrong it. Instead of it going straight it went diagonally and when it was time to take it out she couldn’t even remove it herself because she had nails that were extremely way to long. They clearly do not get trained or know what they are doing.

AVOID COMING HERE! First of all they only use the piercing gun, which is terrible to use on cartilages. (They wont even tell you the dangers of piercing a cartilage with the gun) I asked them to do my second piercings, and they pierced the holes unmatched, with one visibly closer to my first hole than the other. I asked for them to redo it, but since a month passed, and I didnt purchase the warranty (which they said would only cover ear infections or lost piercings) I was unable to redo it and would have to repurchase EVERYTHING. Save yourself the energy and go to a tattoo parlor.

They use a gun which is terrible for your skin and unhygienic! My piercings were pierced unevenly and then ended up getting infected and had to be surgically removed due to the poor quality material they use. Customer service was also very rude and unhelpful. Please go to a professional place where they use a sterile needle and give you proper after-care instructions.

It was great! The lady was nice, and there was nothing bad at all. Although, its expensive and i had to stand for 1 hour to get my ears pierced.

Tried to buy a ring from here when I pointed it out to the rep she put the ring under the display glass for me to look at. I was very insulted.

I got an ear piercing recently that was done poorly, I came back for a re piercing and even the employee said it was a bad job, but I couldn’t get one without paying again despite the underwhelming piercing, wouldn’t recommend.
