Was looking to have touch up work done. Jake was recommended to me and I could not be happier with my experience! Jake responds in a timely manner, is professional, and is a good conversationalist. I had an idea of what I wanted and Jake presented me with options explaining each to me. His shop is very clean and well organized. I HIGHLY recommend them and will 100% be going back for any more tattoos that I want in the future.I walked into Infinity Ink Tattoo on Thursday (8/26/2021) for a tattoo and he was able to get me in the next day (due to an unexpected opening).The shop was clean and nicely decorated. The artist (I believe his name was Jake but it may have been Jason) was very professional. He was ready the second I walked in the door and we started on time. He was polite, kind, and knowledgeable and we had a good conversation.The whole tattoo took maybe 30 minutes max, which was a shock to me and his prices were very reasonable.This is my fourth tattoo (first from this shop though) so I knew what to expect but I was surprised by how light-handed the artist was (which is good). He was willing to make adjustments to the placement without complaint and it was by far my least painful tattoo. He was also very clear with his instructions.

Had such a great experience - Jake the owner was amazing and pierced our 6 year old daughters ears. Totally would recommend! Got us in fast, was super fun and kind to her and kept the experience light and fun.Also - he had some extra kiddo Christmas gifts still and gave her a paper doll gift set! Super thoughtful.

I am so impressed with this shop. I had been looking for places to get a piercing done and came across Infinity Ink. I called ahead of time to see if they could fit me in and Jake was very accommodating to me. When I walked in the shop, it was bigger than it looks on the outside and very clean and professional. The care and warmth that Jake showed during my piercing was much appreciated and he made me feel very comfortable. He has been doing tattoos and piercings for a long time and it shows. Took my son to get his first piercing. The shop is very clean, with a nice design. Immediately greeted by the artist. He explained the whole process very thoroughly and after care. Provided a paper for after care instructions and answered any questions.Then I didnt know I could be more impressed but he let me know my son had an iron deficiency. His mother was anemic and this was important information. His mother had health issues and now I do. The fact that he was able to catch that whole I was there for his piercing was beyond impressive. After all that, he even offered to help me to my car. Im disabled and was in the the restroom and my son had got distracted by his phone lol.He also managed to fit us jn, we were running late coming from an hour away. I can tell you in the future we will gladly travel the hour. Anyone looking for a tattoo/Piercing this is the place to go.You dont get service like this anywhere. From start to finish I couldnt be more impressed.

I brought my daughter in on her 17th birthday to have her nose pierced, first body piercing for her. Absolutely wonderful experience! I came here to get a full sleeve worked in over a couple past tattoos and failed artists. I am not completely satisfied now that everything has healed up. The grays I was told were gonna lighten up are a very bland color in some areas. A lot of the leaves for the roses are just completely black with zero detail. When I got to my last session to finish up my sleeve, it was filled in with cloud filler all the way up my arm. I agreed on cloud filler as we went on, but not on the entire arm. Luckily it’s pretty light so it can mostly be covered up by what I was actually wanting. I wanted a forest theme with brush, bushes, and fog and I got a random tree on the front of my arm and a splatter of them on the back. During my upper arm (last session) a customer walked in as it was nearing the end of the session. I could tell the tattoo was being extremely rushed at that point which led to the unsatisfied work and the random things put where I did NOT want them even though we discussed what I wanted. Luckily most of this seems to be easy enough to fix but is ridiculous after spending $1,300 at a business.

Jake has now done two of my cover ups, he’s just all around a great guy. Fair prices, great artist, makes you feel welcomed and makes you feel comfortable. Thanks jake will be back soon!

Our first tattoo at ages 61 and I was nervous but Jake did amazing job, very professional and caring! Great experience and I would definitely go back again if I want more tattoos!

I was excited to work with the artist here. He seemed very cool and spoke to us immediately. Then when we showed up for our appointment it was a whole different story. He acted as if we were an inconvenience to him. Then accused us of having it all wrong. When you schedule someone for an appointment, you dont tell them that you texted an hour and a half before the appointment to say come now or never. That is not how businesses work. We were looking for a lifetime artist as ours had to quit working. The search is still on for a decent artist who condusts business with the customers in mind.

Took my daughter to get her ears pierced (3.5 yo) and he used a disposable gun to do it (you can get them on Amazon for $12 for 10 of them). I thought maybe the standards had changed but in talking to friends/family, all the other shops still use a needle, which was the whole reason we went to a shop to begin with. I could have gone to Claires for a gun at half the price. That said, he was a super nice guy and his shop was cool an clean. I just would not recommend going here to get your kids ears pierced.
