James is very thorough. He took his time explaining the entire piercing and healing process to my daughter, and he was meticulous about keeping everything sterile.He gave us follow up instructions, contact info if we had questions and a backup if he wasnt available.

I had the best time there! The staff was inviting. The young female I dealt with was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job with my tat and I love it! It was my first in the state and I will be back for more!

Called to make an appointment to get my daughters ears pierced. Over the phone they told me to book through a link on Instagram. I did. Showed up for my appointment. No one is answering the phone and the shop appears closed. I tried messaging through the Instagram profile. No answer. Google says the shop is open.

It was my first time getting work done here and my artist Colton was awesome man just cool all the way around. I really appreciate you Colton for the time and effort you put into my piece. I highly recommend this place💪💪💪💪💪🤘🤘

Very clean and wonderful staff. My piercer was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I was a little uneasy as its been over 15 years since Ive had a piercing, but he talked me through step by step and it was painless and over before I knew it. I love my new daith piercing and to my surprise my headache vanished almost immediately. Very impressed by both gentlemen I encountered tonight and highly recommend you go visit them for all your piercing and tattoo needs/wants!!

My favorite place to get tatted in all of lebanon, maybe even the middle tennessee area. Great artists and a wonderful, clean studio. I have visited multiple times for several pieces as well as getting my nose peirced. Very professional, friendly staff. Awesome decor and vibes all around. You can also purchase some body jewelry here as well. They have awesome friday the 13th deals too. Just dont forget to tip your artist!!

Great friendly environment. Accepted a friend and I for a double piercing as a walk in. Piercer suggested what would look best and gave a few options on different placements. Will definitely use them again.

James pierced my nose in July. I was very nervous and anxious but as soon as I sat down and he started explaining the entire process from set up to break down, I felt so secure. He made me feel so comfortable and made the entire piercing very easy. Im very impressed and satisfied with the way it turned out. It compliments my features and its extremely flattering. Its blosted my confidence a lot. I can see why James does this for a career. He is extremely good at it and if youre looking for a piercing or if youre unsure of one, definitely consider talking to him before hand.:)

I walked in to place a deposit for an appointment. I was unsure exactly what I wanted but got wonderful advice from 2 of the tattoo artists there. They were very helpful and gave great advice. They helped me pick what I wanted and helped me try different sizes to make sure I was satisfied. I was lucky enough to get my tattoo right away!The place was very neat and clean. They give you specific printed instructions for after care and even have care items available for purchase so you leave with what you need. They gave me followup instructions for after healing fill-in if necessary.The artistic talents of every artist are in full display throughout and speaks for itself-they are true artists and great at what they do! I was very impressed and appreciate their expertise!!!

Andrea is amazing! Absolutely loved everything about this experience. Another person (cant remember his name, sorry!) Did my piercing and did a great job as well. Cant thank them enough for the amazing work they did. A+ start to finish.

This is a great place to get a tattoo or piercing. They dont treat you like your just someone they want to hurry up and get in and out. They take care of you, and go over everything beforehand. Justin Doring is a great tattoo artist, and can do some awesome cover ups. Theyre just a great group of people all around. I have moved to Kentucky, but still go to them when I need a tattoo or piercing. Theyre worth the drive.

Andrea is the best!!! I havent had a tattoo in over 15 years but, she made me feel comfortable and guided me through the entire session. Im working on a full sleeve so it will require another session due to my pain tolerance. The entire staff is friendly and make you feel at home. Thank you Brigh Ideas staff!!

Justin was my friendly artist and worked with me to calm my nerves; and let me take a break if needed to help me have the best experience. My husband and I got piercings with Shaun tonight. He was an absolute sweetheart. Super funny, very informative, extremely professional. We are so happy with the work we had done! Bright Ideas is clean and inviting. We were given absolute privacy (I had piercings in a sensitive area), and we left with all the tools and tips we needed. 10/10 would go again.

If youre a blank canvas(have 0 tattoos), or if youre completely covered, I recommend Bright Ideas Tattoo&Piercing! The staff there is incredibly amazing and helpful. My artist Justin Doring absolutely blew my mind with the portrait he did for me. So if youre looking for INCREDIBLE ARTIST, and living with priceless works of art, Bright Ideas is the place to go.

This is my go-to shop. Andrea Wilson is my tattoo artist of choice, and she does absolutely fantastic colour work, but everyone in this building is a professional. Theyre always willing to work with you on your concept, are super fun to talk with while youre getting your tattoo, and none of them charge you an arm and a leg for their work. Love these guys!

They took great care of me and answered all my questions. I was nervous when I got there, but became excited to get piercings done. They were very sanitary and did a great job over all. I would highly recommend this business.

The Industrial (bar piercing in cartilage), is over $100.. The last two times I went and asked, the price was the same. I understand you have to pay for everything, but other professional piercing/tattoo places can do it for about $60. And they are very clean as well. Also (NEVER go to a place with VERY low prices, such as $40 and under, they might not have the proper experience.) Thats the good thing about Lighthouse though, theyve been doing this for years. 🙌

Our tattoos were good, but the price we were given for our tattoos by 2 different employees when we booked our spot - was not honored by the artist we ended up with and when we brought it up the other 2 were just like oh well. I found that a bit unprofessional but otherwise it was a good experience.

Got my sleeve during the pandemic. Professional, kind, and not heavy handed!!!! Great conversation and made you feel at home and never made me feel like I was dumb for not knowing exactly what I wanted. Talented enough artist to bridge the gap between your idea and reality downtown the same tattoos will cost you 3x’s as much.

Best tattoo shop in Lebanon tn I gotten a few pieces done here by Andrea wilson (shes a great artist!). she done my face tattoo & my chest piece and both pieces on the back of my elbows. she does very clean & affordable work , the place was a clean ,sanatize, all around laid back environment with professional staff that knew exactly what they was doing. I would give five stars because I have gotten multiple piercings here and Andrea is AMAZING and HONEST, but I went in to buy some body jewelry for my nipple piercings a few months ago the man behind the counter told us that each jewelry piece was $20 (so $40 for a pair) and I asked why they were so expensive. He then proceeded to tell my BF and I that they were really high quality pieces and definitely worth it. He even went into detail about it saying that they werent the kind of jewelry in which the color fades off. Well I did not get any and left and came back a couple weeks later to see if they had gotten anything new. Andrea was behind the counter and told me $10 each for the nipple jewelry (so $20 a pair.) Then it dawned on me that that man tried to make extra money off of me!!! I ended up getting them for the $20 and the color began to wear off after a couple weeks. SO GLAD I DID NOT LISTEN TO THAT MAN!!!! It is screwed up that I got lied to like that and I wish I caught his name. But regardless, I will continue to come here for any future piercings despite that mans blatant disrespect. But be cautious when purchasing jewelry.

I got my belly button pierced and the guy that did it made me feel super comfortable and was very friendly, wish i got his name so I could give him 100% credit.. Definitely recommend coming here!!!

I had gone about 3yrs between tattoos when the place I was going to closed. I went in to get a cover up done and was very impressed with Justins personality and his ideas. He has a remarkable talent. The way he takes my ideas and makes them not only happen,but way better than I could have imagined, is phenominal. I get more compliments from Justins work than Ive ever had with any other work I had. Ive had 4 tattoos from Justin so far and cant wait for the next one.

The man that pierced me was excellent. They got me right in, was very hygienic, and very picky about where to mark me. I like the fact that he took the time to make me feel comfortable and put me at ease. I would definitely go back.
