Crystal Point Body Piercing

I was recommended to Crystal Point from a friend of a friend for a nose piercing. This place was awesome! Michelle handled paperwork, provided clear and thorough home care instructions, and did the piercing. She was super nice and made the first time experience pleasantly comfortable. The parlor was spotless (I loved that), there was a variety of beautiful jewelry, and the prices vary depending on budget. I will definitely be back for resizing and to get new jewelry pieces. Thanks to everyone for making this experience worth the wait!

I have been coming to Crystal Point since 2018 when Jared (the owner) and Emilia were just a 2 person team. But every time Ive come Im always impressed by their professionalism and knowledge of piercings. They will tell you if a piercing wont fit your ear and theyre so friendly. They work within your budget to find you grade A metal while staying within your price point.After their expansion inside Bleeding Heart Tattoo (Crystal Point is its own business.) The staff was just as friendly and knowledgeable. Ive never had any troubles with Jared, Emilia or the rest of the staff. The place is clean and tidy. They tell you the exact process and they make sure youre comfortable before they proceed with the piercing. I have not gone anywhere else. Im not saying other piercing parlors arent good but Crystal Point has my vote hands down as being the best piercing parlor in Lees Summit.

Excellent piercing studio. Website clearly stated the rules and regulations. Michelle clearly covered after care and walked me through the piercing process. She made sure all my questions were answered before starting the process.The fees were easy to understand.The options for jewelry were phenomenal. My friends and I went in to get piercings and Jared was so helpful! They explained proper care and what to expect and educated us on what the next months would look like. The area was so clean and Jared reassured us and took great measures to ensure that we saw and knew the jewelry was clean as well as making sure we were comfortable. Overall amazing and would recommend!

Took my 10 year old to get her first ear piercings. Michelle was great explaining everything to her and making sure she was comfortable with the process. My daughter hates needles and was very nervous, but Michelle put her at ease. After we left my daughter commented that she was very nice and she really liked her (and that she was really pretty🙂). Great place!

The staff at Crystal Point Body Piercing were super knowledgeable and very friendly. I have been wanting to get my nostril pierced for a long time and finally decided to do it today.Jared helped me pick out the perfect stud in my price range for my nose after going through tons of choices (decision making is not my strong suit). He was super patient and very helpful.My piercer, Michelle, was very thorough and explained the entire process while being quick and efficient. She walked me through placement as I went back and forth on what side to place it on.Overall, my experience was super positive, and I will be back. I cannot recommend them enough!

Jared was super professional, thorough, and experienced. He was able to find my nose piercing that I took out 10 years ago and he was extremely knowledgeable. Painless experience. I’d recommend seeing him for any piercing.

I got an eyebrow piercing here. When I came in one of the piercers was out sick, so the one that was there was definitely in a rush! Not in that he compromised on quality or sterilization or those important things. I think he was rushing because he was worried about being on time for all the clients, which I can definitely appreciate! But when it came down to getting the piercing, he told me he couldn’t do one of the options I was considering (a horizontal piercing) and referred me somewhere else. I didn’t have much time to weigh my options though, because he continued to rush and prep as if I had said “okay let’s definitely do the vertical one then!” I didn’t want to just like jump off the table and leave, especially because I wasn’t uninterested in the vertical piercing. And he did draw the dots on my face and ask me about placement. It just all was really rushed and I didn’t feel like I had that much time/space to make a decision I was 100% comfortable with. BUT! I know that me being a people pleaser is obviously NOT his fault! So that’s not why I left the rating I did.I ended up picking only 3 stars because, on top of the piercing experience itself, he told me I would be able to switch to smaller balls within a month, as long as the piercing was healing correctly. But when I came back in, I was told by another piercer that they can’t switch until it has been six months. Even though it has been healing well. When I brought up the discrepancy, the other piercer then said we could check back in three months. So I’m kind of confused about what information to believe. They also didn’t have the crystal screw-ins (idk jewelry words) I had said I wanted to switch to, and so I felt pretty misled (maybe not intentionally, but misled all the same).TLDR, I think it’s good practice for piercers and other folks who do body art to get an enthusiastic “yes” before proceeding with anything, and then to make sure the client is REALLY clear on timeline expectations and up front about what piercings are available. I didn’t experience that here!

Ive been going here for years and highly recommend it. Specifically, Jared goes above and beyond to make sure each piercing and purchase is a pleasant one. Im consistently impressed by him and this shop. Thank you Jared!!

It was my first time getting a facial piercing and they were the most professional and nice people i’ve ever met. I got snake bites (lip piercing) and the piercer made sure that my placement was correct and they were super friendly. I trusted them the entire time and it came out great and healed with no problems thanks to their expertise. Would go again!

They were super accommodating for my group, there was three of us getting piercings and they allowed us all to be in the same room together and had us go back to back which was fantastic.I know I was definitely the biggest pain about getting my doubles pierced, but the staff were all very friendly and very reassuring. Amelia is the one who pierced our ears, and she did a fantastic job. Explaining everything, taking her time to make sure the initial placement looked even, and then was very efficient and quick with the actual piercing which I really appreciated.Clean and cute rooms, using sterilized equipment, and sent a very comprehensive aftercare sheet that is easy to follow and informative.Highly recommend!

Arrived without an appointment wanting to get a nose piercing. They were completely booked but were so welcoming and still took the time to discuss jewelry options. The next appointment did not show so they went ahead and got me in! Not only that but they also cleaned and changed out my son’s posts on his ear piercings after finishing up mine. Everyone was so friendly, professional and knowledgeable! Very clean and sanitized everything right there in front of you. Was walked through the process of piercing and aftercare. They were very thorough. Best experience at a piercing shop, hands down!

I loved going to Bleeding Heart and getting my double lobe ear piercings. The staff was very welcoming and kind. The facility was clean, organized, and followed COVID-19 guidelines. I appreciated the staffs knowledge on body piercings and aftercare steps. They had high quality jewelry and affordable prices. When I was younger, I received my first piercings at Claires which I definitely would not recommend doing- instead, I would have gone to Bleeding Heart. 10/10 would refer my family and friends to this establishment!!

An all around excellent shop! I had a septum piercing and another nose ring swapped out by Michelle and she was the pinnacle of professionalism. Friendly, helpful, easily explained the entire process, and she did a quick and excellent job. Cory was wonderful with picking out jewelry as well! Thank you both for a great experience. 100% will return!Editing a few months later to add: as of today Ive had two piercings done and two other old pieces of jewelry swapped here. Went there a few days ago to get my tragus piercing changed and basically he was just trying to take my money. All I wanted was for my jewelry to be switched out to the short back. He said it kept spinning and so it made it irritated. Well thats why I came back with my original piercing. Then he was showing me new jewelry and upping my price and was like Ill hook you up with a discount. I put my email address in so I could use that discount when I came back. He must have done some houdini magic because I never got that email. At all. I know what my email address is and it did not go there. I will be going somewhere else instead to have them switch it out.

I went in on 8/17 to have my nostril pierced and had a really wonderful experience with the owner, Jared, and his apprentice Bridgett. Its difficult to find a body modification artist who is willing to sit and explain the process to you beforehand and WHY they do it that way, but Bridgett was very thorough and I felt super confident that she knew what she was doing.I live in DC, just in town visiting friends and family, so Jared made sure I found a piercing artist who lived near me that he trusted and who he knew carried the right jewelry and followed the higher standards of piercing care for when it was time to have my jewelry changed.I will absolutely be back in the future and hopefully Bridgett will be there to stab many more holes into me 😄

I have gotten 3 piercings here. My nose, a cartilage in my right ear, and most recently an eyebrow! I am always scared about places charging a lot but crystal point piercing has always been affordable and their jewelry is great quality at a reasonable price. I love going here to get a piercing or just gaze at the pretty jewelry! I am a university student who spends the school year in STL and I have now come home twice to get a piercing here instead of in STL. I highly reccomend.

Zakk did my daughters first piercing ever! He made her feel comfortable and at ease!! Shes already talking about going back to him when hes back in town to get more!!! Thanks so much!!

Went to get a dermal, but they werent comfortable performing that service. Cory was very kind and helpful. I left with a septum piercing performed by Michelle. She took time to get it right and was a delight to interact with. She shop is well kept and they clearly follow good sanitation practices. I will be coming back.

I got my nostril pierced at a different shop yesterday and woke up this morning to my jewelry being swallowed up by my nostril! My friend took me here to get it looked at. Jared and Zakk were SO HELPFUL. They ended up having to take my original piercing out and pierced my other nostril. I was walked through the entire process of choosing jewelry and the piercing itself with patience and care. Jared and Zakk were so professional, kind, funny and overall awesome. This was truly the best piercing experience I’ve ever had! Everyone needs to come here. The atmosphere, pricing and people are truly the best. I cannot WAIT to come back. Thank you guys for turning a bad day into a great one!

The owner Is very personable and gives us lots of helpful and insightful information about all things piercings! The support from the staff here is very friendly and welcoming.

All I can say is WOW! I’m from Topeka so it’s a good 1.5 hour to get there but I will DEFINITELY make the trip again. This studio is absolutely fantastic. It is so clean and their jewelry selection is to die for! So many beautiful pieces. I was pierced by Jared and he was awesome. My daith piercing looks great and the jewelry is absolutely stunning. I’ve been pierced by Jared since I was 18. Collectively I have 12 piercings, 7 done by Jared, 1 done by newest employee Amelia, and the other 4 are 1st and 2nd lobes done while i was a child / preteen (don’t pierce your child with a piercing gun! I regret my lobe piercings) The cleanliness of this studio is top notch! They even use sterilized gloves for every piercing. Some piercings can be harder to heal than others, but thanks to their knowledge and understanding, both of them have been a huge help in recovering some of the more difficult piercings I’ve had (and free of charge for a consultation!) I do not trust any other piercer or shop with my body enough to pierce.They are both very bubbly and helpful people. It’s been a pleasure throughout the years

Jared is the absolute best!!!! He was so nice and caring. He explained all the aftercare in detail and what to do as well as what not to do. He showed me everything from sterilization to set up to the jewelry and what exactly he would be using. I cannot recommend this place enough. There was even a young kid getting pierced in the next room and the young lady doing it was so calm and caring!!!! Everyone here is the best! When my kiddo is old enough, I will definitely make the trip and take her here!!! Lees Summit Missouri is our fave vacation spot and we go every year as my husband does artwork for a brewery downtown! We just added this to our yearly stop list! Thank you!

Had my first visit yesterday evening. I’ve been wanting my nipples pierced for a very long time.Bridgett was absolutely amazing. She had the most beautiful personality. She made me laugh, I was so nervous at first. She made me feel so comfortable. She educated me through the whole process. Helped me pick out my jewelry. I love that they sterilize everything right in front of you before the process. She measured my anatomy to make sure she was getting the correct size.She was fast but efficient with the piercing and I couldn’t be happier.She walked me through after care and I’m only mildly sore this morning.The shop was beautiful and clean. All staff around was friendly.I highly recommend. I will absolutely only buy my jewelry from here!!!

Getting pierced by Amelia felt like a spa resort compared to other piercings Ive gotten. She was very skilled, super friendly and patient, and I had a genuinely good time getting pierced. I drove 30 minutes for this piercing and Ill gladly do it again for my next one.

My 16-year-old went for her first Cartlidge piercing with Amelia today! Amelia was so professional in every way and helped calm my girl’s nerves! Huge thank you to Jared. I was having a very scary experience with a piercing from a different piercing shop and I contacted Jared who came through with excellent advice and went out of his way to guide me through fixing my situation. Its clear his first priority is healthy piercings and good practice. Im extremely grateful that he was willing to help me, even though I wasnt his client.

Me and my friend came in to see Bridgett and Jared and were blown away by the cleanliness and knowledge of the studio and piercers! They are amazing! Very pleasant and educational about what to do and what not to do with piercings. Jared went above and beyond to make us comfortable and to ensure we knew about our piercing choices and the cleanliness of his techniques. They have walk in “check ins” for our healing process and also can accommodate distance by phone/photo checking. We were very reassured and will definitely be getting our future piercings here!

Edit: Updating my review and dropping the rating. When you get pierced here they tell you to walk in any time (during business hours of course) for jewelry changes or to have your piercing checked. I drove 45 minutes today to have my daith removed because I am unable to remove it myself. I was ready to purchase a new piece of jewelry while in store but they do not have any clicker pieces. Fixed bead and captive bead pieces are just too difficult to change IMO. So I wanted the piece removed so I could put in a new ring at home. They would not do it. How can you put a piece of jewelry on someone and then refuse to remove it when they ask???? On top of that, then they tell me to go to a different piercer, who does not take walk ins and charges to do jewelry changes. My first time getting pierced here I lived in the area. Even though I have moved away, I still continued to make the drive because I like to stick with what I know. I left the shop very upset today and will not be returning. There are way too many options out there for a shop to be this difficult to work with.Original: Ive had 6 piercings done here. All of them have healed without issues. The piercers i have worked with have been very thorough in explaining the process and aftercare. Their jewelry is very pretty and they have quite a bit to choose from. I did feel rushed to pick something and I wish the prices were more transparent. Some of the pieces are REALLY expensive and I would rather know up front what display I should be looking at for my budget. I think having some of the options available to look at online would help.

Had my tragus pierced here back in October and it was a great experience. Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and the piercing room was very clean. What made me write this review though, is their follow through. I had an unplanned surgery last week and had to remove my piercing. I was unable to replace the piercing myself so I contacted them for support and they fit me in without any fuss. She replaced my piercing without issue and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend this shop!

Best. Shop. EVER. I had my Medusa done (first time ever getting a piercing like this) at the very beginning of May this year. With the aftercare information and cleaning solution they gave me, my piercing is healing without any issues! AMAZING and knowledgeable staff; all the way around. I’m now a repeat customer. Really excellent job!! high quality jewelry, really fair prices. Everyone that helped me there was super kind and friendly, Jared was the one who did my piercing and he did an excellent job at explaining everything thoroughly and making me feel at ease. Definitely coming back here for my future piercings. I also really love that they let you make appointments online, I was able to just set my appointment from work and then show up!

Hes thorough about all the information you need to know, including how he cleans the jewelry (even if its brand new), the placement, during the actual piercing, and the aftercare. The whole place is clean but the piercing room is extra clean, has great lighting, and again he is very thorough about the process. Has a wonderful selection of jewelry of every kind you can think of. I think his prices are a great value for everything youre getting. I recommend Crystal Point to EVERYONE I know!

This was my first time getting piercings and Jared was amazing! He was on time, prepared, professional, super friendly, could go on forever. He made me feel comfortable right away. I have had several piercings throughout my 50 something years of life and this place by far exceeds them ALL, hands down. This place is clean, the display of jewelry is beautiful but even better the piercer Jared is TOP NOTCH. Very professional!I got my nose pierced by their apprentice and she was fantastic. I have had piercings done before and this was still my favorite experience. The staff was knowledgeable, put me at ease, and the facility was very clean and organized

This is the only place I will ever go to get my piercings from now on. Amelia was amazing! I’ve had several appointments with her now and she is so sweet, friendly, and professional. She totally put me at ease. The environment is totally clean and the jewelry is sterilized right in front of you (not to mention changing gloves multiple times with no cross contamination and the use of sterile gloves for the piercing.) All piercers are APP certified which is a must for me. If i could give them 10/5 stars I would. 100% recommend.

My friend and I came in today to have our piercings done (an eyebrow and a septum), and Bridgett Bowie, our piercer, was so kind and funny! This is by far one of the best piercing shops Ive been to, very clean with a beautiful jewelry selection. Jared was friendly and knowledgable. He explained the process and made me feel comfortable. The issue is that I was pierced a while ago and it still hasnt healed despite good aftercare, which is more than likely because of the barbell length. The balls are dimpling. Theres no room for discharge and swelling.

I have 7 piercings total, 3 (medusa, nostril, and septum) of which were done at Crystal point by Amelia. She’s always pleasant, informative, and quick! The studio is super clean with a pretty large selection of jewelry, the jewelry can be a bit pricey but 1000% worth it for the quality. I will definitely get more piercings here in the future and would recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy establishment to get stabbed at 12/10 :)

Crystal Point did an amazing job with my nose piercing. This was my first time getting anything other than my ears pierced, so I was a bit nervous. The piercer was so kind, reassuring and walked me through every step. I have had no issues with my piercing since I got it and I still love it!

I had a great experience here. Jared is extremely profession and told me everything I should know and answered all of my questions. I got a navel piercing two years ago and let it close up and at the place I went to before they didn’t tell me any of this stuff. He goes over everything about how the piercing works and the aftercare and how to make sure it doesn’t get infected. He also recommended i get jewelry that is a little smaller and that will fit my body unlike the previous piercing studio I went to.

Took my granddaughter to get her nose pierced for her Birthday… The people there are very friendly and did a fantastic job of making her feel comfortable.

Went and had nipple piercings done and they turned out great, I love them. Jared was totally professional and super pleasant throughout the entire procedure. They only sell the highest quality metals so the price is a little higher but it’s totally worth it. All and all he was very knowledgeable, professional, and a highly skilled in his work.

I’m so glad that I came here to get my piercings done. Amelia did such a great and made me feel at ease. I had a short encounter with Jared and he was very nice and polite. I had my septum pierced here by the owner, and Im so happy with it! I got my first piece of jewelry when I got my piercing, and I am custom ordering a high end piece now. Jared brought me in for a consultation to make sure the piece would fit my anatomy before I ordered an expensive ring. Im so pleased with my experience here, and will definitely come back for more ethical jewelry, and future piercings.

I got my septum pierced and an ear lobe piercing fixed from when I was thirteen and a different place did it WAY too low and crooked. Amelia did a really amazing job figuring out exactly what I needed. She was extremely knowledgeable and put my nerves at ease the whole time. If you want a good experience in a clean professional setting and someone who puts you at ease and knows exactly what they are doing, go here.

Loved this place!! If I ever get another piercing this is where I’m coming. I got my nose and belly button pierced the same day and Jared was amazing and talked me through everything. He also spent a good amount of time explaining the after care for my piercings and wasn’t in a rush. I drove an hour to get there and it was totally worth it. 10/10 recommend.

Their jewelry is amazing and the facility is very clean and professional. They are good at explaining what to do after the piercing, how to care for it, and they aren’t uncomfortable with declining a piercing that they think would be unsafe for you or if it wouldn’t heal properly. They also explain why in a helpful way, if a piercing would not heal well they tell you the reason and what else you could do instead. I’m very happy with how my first cartilage piercing turned out and the stud options they had :))

I can not say enough amazing things about this place or the staff. I was a bit apprehensive going in, I had two locations I wanted re pierced as I thought that they both had closed. Amelia looked at both sites and found them both to be open. She applied my piercing fee to the cost of the new jewelry I purchased and put the jewlery in for me. I love this place and will definitely be back. It was worth every penny spent! I highly recommend them to everyone!

Went to Jared Jan 2018. It was the best experience! It was the first time being pierced and he did such a fabulous job. The shop is immaculate and his sterile technique is amazing. He explains everything as he goes and is good at reducing anxiety. I will absolutely go back for any future needs!

Jared did a great job on my daith piercing. My girlfriends and I booked appointments and Jared made it a great experience. He was friendly and informative of every step of the process. He made sure everything was clean after each piercing before we each took our turn. We had a great time and left with a perfect piercing.

When you walk in their piercing area is directly to your right.Very kind piercer and very accurate. I had both of my nostrils done at once and she made sure I was happy with the placement - sure enough, theyre perfectly even. I actually pulled this up to book another appointment with them to correct my ear piercings from another place.

In my opinion, crystal point piercing is the place to go with any piercing. I would not trust anyone else to do my piercing or change out my jewelry. I trust Jared more than anything. He is very knowledgeable. He wont do a piercing just to make buck. I had my conch and helix pierced by Amelia and absolutely loved the experience! The shop is very clean and professional, and they take safety seriously. She talked me through every step of the process (including proper aftercare), answered all my questions, sterilized everything in front of me, and made the experience as relaxing as possible. Crystal Point offers the best jewelry selection I have ever seen, Jared helped me pick out a couple pieces of jewelry that wouldnt stick out too much as I was getting ready for a wedding. He also was patient with me when I couldnt decide if I wanted my septum in or out lolJared has done all but 2 of my piercings, and I have never had a problem with sanitization or quality of the jewelry. I know he takes his job seriously and has a true passion for being a body piercer. Jared is a great friend and easy to talk to.

This place was recommended to me by a tattoo shop I know. Crystal Point is located inside the Bleeding Heart tattoo shop. I had a nostril piercing done by Amelia and it was a great experience!!! She was so sweet and explained everything so well, including after care. The piercing studio/room is IMMACULATE. It looks like a Dr office but still comfortable and not scary. They are super sanitary as well which I appreciate w piercings or tattoos. I highly recommend this place!!

I have had 2 separate piercings and had friends get pierced here as well. Jared and Amelia are amazing! It can get busy (they are walk in ONLY!) but it is worth the wait! Amelia was absolutely amazing. I was a little nervous getting a piercing redone for the third time due to having kids and taking them out previously. She talked to me about my previous experiences, explained everything she was going to do and was doing, I was nervous about an infection because of my old experiences getting cheap piercings and she reassured me it would be rare to experience that and went into much, much more detail!!! I will be coming back to see her for some more piercings over the next few months!!! All these 5-star reviews are well earned and well deserved!! Jared was extremely knowledgeable and talked me through every step in the process. I was very nervous about the placement/healing/possible complications of my piercings and he eased all my concerns without me even needing to ask. It’s very obvious that he’s been doing this for a while and is passionate about providing the highest care and quality. This is the only piercer I’ve been to who uses STERILE gloves for the procedure, not just the boxed nitrile gloves, and he used an autoclave to sterilize the jewelry. He was incredibly thorough with cleaning his workplace beforehand and cleaned the area to be pierced at least three different times with alcohol and an iodine solution. Being a member of the healthcare industry, I was very impressed with his attention to sterile technique and feel absolutely confident in his competence as a professional. Jared is also amazing at making you feel comfortable throughout the entire process, piercing and all. The placement of my piercings are absolutely perfect and I am SO pleased with the outcome! I went in on Saturday to ask questions about a septum piercing. The staff was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. I was able to easily book my piecing appointment through their website. I went in today to have it done. The room was super clean, they autoclave the hardware before hand to make sure everything is sanitary. Amelia did my piercing. She was professional, calm, took her time and did a great job walking me through it. I had a nostril piercing done. Other than my earlobes, Ive never had any other piercing done. So I was pretty nervous, mainly because I didnt know what to expect. But she put me at ease. From showing me the autoclave confirmation that it passed, to making sure I chose the right jewelry and making sure I liked the placement -I was so happy with the result. I had minimal pain, swelling and discharge. Also the jewelry they have to choose from is so beautiful. I got a faceted opal stud set in titanium. Its so pretty. I highly recommend Crystal Point.

On top of that, its so clean! 🙌 It is absolutely the only shop Ive been to, over the years, that the piercing room looks and feels like a surgical operation could safely take place.

Amazing as always! extremely professional, sanitary, and easy going environment. i’ve gotten my industrial, rook, and nostril done here, by both amelia and jared. they sanitize everything, and sterilize the jewelry in a machine before piercing and even have a test strip in there that measures how sterile it is, and then show you the strip before sitting you down. an insane selection of jewelry is available, and you can even get the aftercare wash in the shop. another plus is after your appointment, they email you the aftercare instructions that they go over incase you forget anything! i love this place.

What can I say that brings to words the professionalism brought to the table when you get pierced here. The environment is clean. The employees are clean. The process is as sterile as you can get. It is always an amazing feeling having any body modification done when you know the person doing it for you loves what they do. Oh and not feeling ripped off when you leave is a huge bonus.

I had a vertical labret piercing done by Amelia. She was kind and professional. She answered any questions that I had about the piercing. She also took a look at another piercing that I’d had done at a different shop, that wasn’t healing well. She ended up removing that jewelry for me as the piercing did not appear to be a good fit for my ear. It was an awesome experience and they have a great selection of beautiful jewelry. Crystal Point Body Piercing is THE BEST around! Usually theres a wait, but only because its high demand and quality! They provide quality piercings with even higher quality jewelry. Jared pretty much saved my nose piercing. I woke up Sunday morning after having my nose pierced Friday else were and it was pretty much sinking into my nose. The place I got it done at of course wasn’t open so I called crystal point to ask if this was something I should be concerned about and he said absolutely and to head on over to the shop and have it looked at. Jared explained to me why this was happening and the problem that could happen if I didn’t get it fixed. So I he changed out the original piercing that was placed elsewhere explaining to me it was at least 2 sizes to small. He is very nice and knowledgeable about piercings and he sterilizes everything right in front of you so you can watch. I would highly recommend him to everyone...and If I ever do get another piercing I will return to him for sure!!!

I went here after getting my nose pierced somewhere else. I had to get my bone replaced because it kept slipping it. They changed it out for me with something that will stay put. It didnt hurt and they explained aftercare to me that the other did not. Plus the new stud is titanium metal with a shiny stone. The other was basically scrap metal that you could barely see and it was irritating my nose. They were super friendly and knowledgeable. Even though I wasnt pierced here, I highly recommend them.

Went in and asked 2 different people how much the same pair of earrings were and got different answers ranging from $45-$300? And the original response from the first person I asked was “umm…like 100 something.” Thank god I didn’t buy anything because who knows what price they would have made up that time!

I got my cartilage pierced a week ago Sunday. By Wednesday, my ear was very swollen and tender to the touch. I did everything Jared (the piercer) instructed me to do and was more strict than I usually would be since my sister previously had issues with her piercings from Crystal Point. I was trying to give them a second chance, but that was a mistake made by me. By Friday, I started getting red blotchy spots on the left side of my face where the piercing was done. I came in to see Amelia, (I couldnt say better things about her, and Im sorry she has to work for a man like Jared) she was attentive, took the time to listen, looked at my ear and was very concerned. She said shes only seen someones ear look like this one other time and that it was out of her expertise to help me. Said if she took out the earring, theres a higher chance of spreading the infection. I was put on oral antibiotics which helped the blotches, but not the swelling of the ear. I gave it the weekend to let the antibiotics kick in, but by Monday was still in pain and very swollen. I had to go to the emergency room to have the earring taken out, the redness and swelling started going down right away. I went back to Crystal Point to see if I could return and get my money back for the earring. As I was walking up, Jared was outside vaping and asked what he could do for me. I explained everything that happened and asked to return the earring. He said since its already been worn, he can’t take it back. Part of me understands this, but the other part of me questions it. If they do indeed sterilize the jewelry like they say they do, then why arent they able to sterilize it? So, since he said he wouldnt refund me for the earring, I asked him if he would refund me for the piercing fee ($40 dollars) he said no. He didnt even ask to have me come inside and look at my ear, he didnt apologize for the trouble/pain I went through, but instead kept blowing his vape smoke in my face, very professional.. I will never go back here, and you shouldnt either. Save yourself the time, money, pain, and infection.::EDITED::Just in case people were wondering about the validity of his response, here’s my receipt showing I paid a total of $210… (the $40 discount was the deposit I paid when booking the appointment) If the jewelry I was wanting refunded was only ~$45~ why couldn’t he just do the right thing and refund me? He flat out told me that titanium is worth nothing when I chose it and he still decided to fight me on the internet instead of taking the $10 loss he would have occurred on the piece of jewelry. I stand by what I said Jared is unprofessional and rude.

I couldnt recommend crystal point more! They are so clean and very informative. The jewelry is beautiful and I will definetly be going back for any other piercings and jewelry.
