So welcoming, professional and kind. The entire staff is just so great at what they do and you can really see that they enjoy their jobs. I can’t recommend this place enough. Will definitely return. Changed out some old jewelry and got a new conch piercing with Kait. Her and the person at the counter were so awesome at helping me elevate my jewelry. Thank you ladies ❤️

Emily pierced my daughter’s ears yesterday - it was my daughter’s first piercing so she was nervous! But Emily and the people at the front desk were SO friendly, encouraging, and made the whole process super enjoyable. I also appreciate that this place uses implant-grade titanium for their initial jewelry, to avoid irritation. You’ll pay more than you do at Claire’s, but it’s 100% worth it for the experience, quality of jewelry, and precision of the piercing.

This place is absolutely amazing!! I have gotten my septum, industrial, and vertical labret done there throughout the past 2 years. I only got the labret yesterday and I’m so in love with it already! I appreciate Kait so much for telling me that a tongue piercing wouldn’t work for my anatomy and not going ahead with something that wouldn’t have been safe for me. She was super excited to do my vertical labret and made me and my friend super comfortable. The entire facility is wonderful and I love how comforting Remi always is up at the front. Everyone there is so helpful and patient and really makes me feel safe. I see a lot of reviews complaining about price, but you really do pay for what you get when it comes to quality. None of my jewelry from Radiance has ever tarnished or loosened in the slightest. You have a customer for life with me!(all photos are from immediately after getting pierced)

I’ve been to the studio several times for help healing piercings, jewelry changes and even getting a second nose piercing. Every single interaction has been nothing short of amazing. Not a single staff member has ever been rude or short with me. They’re always smiling and cheery. They took the time to explain every single cost, whether or not I was suited for the piercing I wanted and explained in detail the healing process. Anyone who claims Ryan is rude was clearly at the wrong studio with the wrong Ryan. He’s literally a giant teddy bear of a person! I will continue to recommend everyone to this business.

Kari is amazing! I went in very nervous with a ton of anxiety getting my nose pierced. It was my first piercing since my ears and her and the girl up at the front were so kind and reassuring. They were very informative which made my experience less stressful. Very nice shop with looks of jewelry options. Highly recommended!

Friendly, clean, professional and safe environment. My sister and I brought my teenage daughter and her 8-year-old daughter for ear piercings. They did a nice job showing us earring offerings, telling us what to expect, making the piercing process a reassuring experience, and explaining aftercare. I live out of town and the provided reference for a local ear piercing establishment to go to if needed. We highly recommend this place!

I went in today just needing help with removing a stuck septum piercing. Carrie was amazing and took me right back and helped me get it out and showed me an easy way to get that particular piece of jewelry in and out. I did not get this piercing at Radiance, but I was surprised at how happy she was to help. She even showed me some jewelry options that would work better for me then what I had! They were absolutely amazing. They were able to accommodate my friend and I last minute on our day trip, and were more than pleasant as a staff. We both noted how remarkable our time was getting both of our helix’s in the same time frame. Our piercer was absolutely lovely and I cannot recommend them enough.They will also prepare you well on aftercare and how the piercing will sit with different jewelry. I would highly recommend Radiance Piercing. A few things I loved about the place- the ability to book online makes setting up an appointment super easy and convenient! As soon as you walk through the door your greeted by friendly staff. They have a huge selection of fine jewelry and the peircing after care is explained throughly. I also enjoyed the personality of the piercer he was very personable and made you feel comfortable. All around great experience. I will be back!

Ryan was awesome and super interactive with me, which helped calm my nerves 🙏🏼 Remi was patient and friendly while she helped pick out what best suited me and my budget. Interactions weren’t awkward and I felt safe in the environment. They were super informative and talked me through the whole process. Jewelry is incredibly beautiful. Definitely recommend!

Theyre so rude! when i got my vertical lebret pierced by kait it was crooked and when i went back to get it fixed she was rude about it. they seem to be too focused on “nose germs” and theyve also left me with multiple keloids from my piercings, as well as pierced me in the wrong spots.

Best piercing experience to date! I have anxiety around piercings so called with questions before my appointment. They were super patient and i felt very comfortable. Had both of my nipples pierced by a male piercer, he was very professional and I felt the piercing went as smoothly as possible. I felt lightheaded afterwards and they helped me sit/lay down and offered sour candy that really helped!

Super nice! Made my son and me feel comfortable! They were patient, and my piercer took the extra time to make sure my piercing was as perfect as it could be. The jewelry is pretty expensive, but you pay for what you get. And the quality alone is worth it. I had been to another piercing studio in LS, where they acted inconvenienced by doing their job. This was not that place! Highly recommend!

This place always does an absolutely amazing job and an outstanding job in taking care of all of their customers! I have gotten several piercings done with all of the piercers and they all came out incredible and with incredible service to back it up! This is the one go to place I recommend for all of my friends and family to go to!

Ridiculously overpriced.Spent over 185.00 for a basic first time ear piercing.A bit of a break down for those who are considering this place.Online says its40+ when you book an appointment.When you get there its another27+ per earring, yes per earring, not a set.25 + per hole21 + for them to put an earring in, even if its just putting in one thats already pierced.Then theres the tip so youre not a jerkThey could let you know up front its gonna be 42.00 to do that, but no. They dont.I agree with many other reviews that this place is severely overpriced, scammy and not and they are not 100% up front with every single cost. Had they have been, I would have taken my business elsewhere.Ive been to several other amazing piercers. Tattoo shops etc. And have never had to pay the outrageous prices that we had to pay here with just as good services. I Have over 15 piercings on my face alone.Literally found the same jewelry on Amazon for 8.99+ for a set. Even the surgical grade is around 14.99 for a set of 5. Them replying that they have earrings for all budget types, well you certainly dont show anyone those. Was there for over an hour and each new person who came in got the same run around as to earring prices.

We brought my daughter and her friend in to get their ears pierced about a month ago! We loved everything about our experience: the people, process and cleanliness. Would definitely go here again!

I had an excellent experience here! I had the urge to get my double nose piercing back, and this place was recommended to me. Had I known about this place years ago I would’ve went here instead of tattoo shops! They are more expensive than a tattoo shop, but it’s worth it ! ✨They have a HUGE selection of jewelry to choose from ! The ladies at the front were patient with me (it took me a while to decide what kind of nose rings I wanted). They also go over aftercare instructions with you, and give you cleaning solution (it’s included in your total price at the end). I highly recommend going here for piercings😊✨

It’s been over a year since I had my nose pierced here and it still has not healed. I know it’s not the jewelry as I’ve changed it and I have two other nose piercings. I know how to take care of them correctly so something is not right here. I’ve seen other reviews saying similar things. My friend got her nipples pierced at Radiance over a year an ago aswell and they are constantly infected/ not healing properly no matter how often she cleans them or properly cares for them. She has tried to remove them but can’t get them off no matter what we’ve tried. She is considering going to the ER because they need to be taken out and nobody else has been successful trying to remove them. I don’t know what they’re doing but we are not the only ones with this issue. Not worth the time and money go to a tattoo shop and you’ll be fine.

My husband surprised me for my birthday by making an appointment and bringing me here to get my nose pierced. The staff were all so friendly and professional! The shop itself was nice and clean. I was so happy to get this done and they were amazing and helped us through the process of choosing jewelry, what to expect and with aftercare.

I came here a few months ago and got 2 nose piercings. One hoop and one stud. They convinced me to buy certain type of jewelry, but made me get a larger size for swelling and healing purposes, promising that when I come back after it’s healed, the sizing would be adjusted. This was a big question and was discussed thoroughly before going ahead and getting pierced. I paid $497 for these piercings, mind you the jewelry pieces are extremely small and nowhere near worth what I paid, nor was the service. Upon returning for my jewelry adjustment I was told by the owner, very rudely I might add, that no he would not adjust my jewelry, I could buy a new one and again pay for more services, and that he tried to talk me out of it. He actually didn’t, they talked me into the 2nd piercing, I only came in for one🤷🏻‍♀️it’s extremely bad business to take advantage of people in charging as much as he is, but also not even completing the follow up care that was promised. I have filed a complaint with th better business bureau and fully plan to bring this to social media attention. EDIT TO ADD:I did reach out to discuss options on how to fix this after seeing the owner reply. Again, yes you were rude and extremely short with me. When I called to speak to the shop to come to an agreement she just proceeded to continue to argue with me that $500 is a fair price for 3 extremely basic and simple piercings. They claim to be very educated but provide unethical and immoral business practices. I would rather an uneducated person with integrity pierce me than someone with a degree that gives 0 effs about me and just wants to make a quick buck🤷🏻‍♀️💯

This place takes piercing to another level. Piercing is what these people do. They had great customer service. There’s not many times I’ve walked into an any establishment and they mad feel as welcome as they did at Radiance. They talked me through the entire process, and how much everything would cost. They asked me how much I was wanting to spend, and directed me to jewelry that was in my price range. They have incredibly beautiful jewelry for all price ranges! They also wrote down the size so I knew what I needed for later on when I change it out. I confessed to the piercer that I’m a baby when it comes to pain, but strangely it didn’t hurt that bad at all! I drove almost an hour and a half to get my daith pierced here. It was well worth it. The entire experience was in no way the same as walking to the back of a tattoo shop to get pierced. I won’t go anywhere else.

Booked to get a septum and my earlobes pierced on a very spontaneous whim and was greatly surprised! I believe my piercer was Kait and she (as well as all the front staff) were wonderful! They had such a wide range of selections to choose from and were very knowledgeable about the jewelry they sell. Although it is more on the expensive side, you are paying for some of the highest quality piercings you can receive and it is well worth it. Kait took her time walking through the entire process and also had some great stories to tell! If you’re looking for a shop, this is definitely the place to go!

Went in to have my nostril re pierced for the third time (first time at Radiance). It was such a pleasant experience. The lady up front who helped us pick out jewelry was beyond helpful and knowledgeable! I wish I could remember her name, but she was the sweetest. My piercer was Kait, and she thoroughly explained the whole process and before I knew it we were done. She was very gentle and really knew what she was doing. In the past my nose has been sore for days and never fully healed, and this time it was only minimally sore for a day. Highly recommend this place for any piercing needs. I can’t wait to go back and pick out more jewelry. Thanks for the awesome service Radiance!

My first visit here was very quick and easy. I thought I needed a piercing re-done but it was still open, so they verified that and I just ended up buying a NeoMetal titanium threadless stud to put in it. Those are not cheap but they’re great quality and their selection is just the ticket on a new piercing for guys. Today, I decided to get a new piercing on my other ear and Jake helped me. He was very friendly, genuine and informative. He checked for symmetry carefully. Both times I’ve been here, it’s been a busy place but they have a good teamwork vibe-I recommend just walking in. Everyone who works there seems genuinely dedicated to making sure you know how to take care of your piercings properly. Listen to their advice, use the right stuff.

My 9 year old got her ears pierced and I got my daith. They were patient, kind, and professional. I had to get my ears pierced multiple times in the past as they kept getting infected. This was the easiest I’ve experienced. Our piercings have been healing amazingly and honestly barely even hurt. My daughter doesn’t have a high pain tolerance so I was anticipating the worst. But she has hardly even noticed them, even the night of. Would definitely recommend, even though you’ll spend more here than your traditional places. The quality is worth it.

I have gotten two piercings here (helix and septum) and both times my experience has been so amazing! It is absolutely on the pricey side, but you absolutely get what you pay for. Everyone who I have interacted has been nothing but kind, patient, and so professional. They create such a comfortable and relaxed environment, I would never want to go anywhere else

I want to say that I definitely believe this shop deserves 5 stars, I just feel uncomfortable giving it a 5 star rating when I ended not getting my piercing after all. Explanation is following.I went up to this shop just today. I didnt have an appointment, but my friend did, and they said they had time to pierce me when I asked. I was getting my septum pierced. I was helped by Ryan. Unfortunately, while piercing my septum, the jewelry wasnt able to go in. He tried to find the hole again but wasnt able to. He was incredibly careful and kind about the process, stopping every time I expressed pain, and immediately stepping back when I said my nose was sore. He was very considerate when I said that I felt my nose hurt too much to continue and that Id like to come back at a later date to finish it. Ive heard stories of piercers trying to keep going for their pride but he was very quick to accept my choice of not moving forward and cancelled my payment. I will certainly be back, as the piercing process itself was not very painful and all of the staff I encountered were incredibly professional and knowledgeable.Thank you, Ryan, for listening to my pain and allowing me to pause my piercing experience despite a loss of revenue (and maybe pride, but I hope not).

I could write good things about Radiance Piercing all day! Absolutely amazing staff. They are so kind, friendly, and helpful. I have metal allergies and they have been so so helpful with helping me find jewelry that doesn’t cause a reaction and helping with advice when I do have a reaction from other jewelry. They’re extremely knowledgeable. I have not had one negative experience there in the multiple times I’ve called/been in the store. You should DEFINITELY choose them for your next piercing!

So much cute jewelry to choose from for whatever piercing you want, everyone is super nice and i love how everything is super clean and sterile! I got my conch pierced and it was almost painless, didn’t bleed at all, and only hurt for like a day or 2 after and is healing well! These people know what they’re doing and I will be coming here for every future piercing! ❤️

Id like to share my experience at Radiance Piercing. I was going through a tough time as I had recently lost a child due to my girlfriends miscarriage. In an attempt to cope and honor my childs memory, I wanted to get a piercing with their birthstones in my ear. I had done this beforeon something else with the help of Ryan, the owner of the shop.However, when I tried to reach out to Ryan this time, I couldnt get in touch with him. I ended up having another piercer do the job, and I wasnt entirely satisfied with the result. I also wanted to witness the sterilization process, which Ryan had allowed me to do in the past, but this request was not accommodated.Feeling upset and disappointed, I tried calling the store multiple times to seek assistance or even have Ryan fix the piercing. Unfortunately, my calls went unanswered. To my surprise, I eventually received a call from Ryan himself, but it was far from the response I had expected. He seemed to be threatening and unwelcoming, which shocked me because I had known Ryan for a long time as a good person.I spent over $140 on two piercings, and something had gone terribly wrong. Im still experiencing issues with my piercings, and the shop has refused to provide any guidance or assistance. Im at a loss for what to do in this situation.

She made sure my piercings were in the perfect spot!! Least painful piercings I’ve EVER had! (Everyone is different!) She was quick and precise and it was over before I even knew it! I got my nose pierced here in November 2022 and I absolutely LOVED the service! Everyone was so cheerful and in a great mood, the piercer was personable and welcoming, he made me feel super comfortable throughout the entire experience. The girls up front were super helpful when I was picking out my jewelry, they didnt pressure me to buy the really expensive jewelry, which some places do and they took the time with how busy they were to work with me and help me find something that was in my budget and that also looked great on me. Also the prices are super reasonable with the piercing itself and jewelry. After the piercing one of the girls went over care instructions, gave me an informational pamphlet, wash stuff and told me to come back in a few weeks for a check up and to change out my jewelry if needed after healing is complete. I highly recommend if you are looking to get piercings!Update- 9 months laterMy piercing healed beautifully. I followed the care instructions they gave me at the time of the piercing throughout the healing process and I had no issues or complications at all. I absolutely plan to get all of my future piercings here.

I had an awesome experience. Went in for a VCH piercing. Was treated super well and was made to feel super comfortable. They were incredibly busy but I was able to get in and get it done. Kate was my piercer and she made it an incredibly easy experience. Will definitely go back. Will say that you can probably find a cheaper shop, but Id gladly pay extra for the cleanliness and professional atmosphere.

My second time being pierced at radiance, and the experience was great! Very quick process, clean inviting space, and the staff is friendly.Ryan pierced my tragus and it was much less painful than anticipated. After researching and reading many reviews, I decided to get my nostril piercing done here. When I came in I was greeted by a young lady that was more than happy to answer my questions and give me suggestions. After I finally decided on what I wanted for my piercing, I filled out the paperwork and waited only moments to be called back. The gentleman who did my piercing was very nice and made me feel comfortable. A few minutes later it was done and I had my nostril piercing. I didn’t even have time to panic or freak out it, it was so quick. I have an extremely low tolerance for pain and this really wasn’t that bad at all. It was more like a pinch or something. My right eye watered slightly after the needle went through, but that was it. Afterwards I went back up front and the young lady went over my healing & after care instructions and suggested I get the saline solution for cleaning, which I did. I paid and was out the door in less than 30 minutes from the time I walked in. I would definitely suggest getting your piercings done here and the next time I’m in town, I just might get another one myself.

Every worker in there was amazing , my girl brought me here with her for her septum and lip piercing. And I managed to find an amazing pair of tigers eye plugs . But all the people working where so nice , full of smiles and posative energy. The entire atmosphere and environment was amazing . Highly recommend here if youre needing any piercings

I wasnt sure why my wife wanted me to drive 45 minutes for my daughters nose piercing, but upon arriving I quickly saw that it was worth the drive. The store was clean and well-organized. The staff was kind and helped my daughter feel completely at ease through the entire process. Their explanations were simple and clear. This was a great experience.

I can not speak highly enough of my experience at Radiance Piercing! They were booked with appointments for the day, but were still able to get me in as a walk-in right away. From the moment I stepped in the door, till the moment I left, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The environment was very clean and spa like. They did an AMAZING job with my piercing and honestly, I didn’t even know he had pierced the skin until it was all over. I was expecting a painful nasal pierce and hardly felt anything! The jewelry is gorgeous and top of the line. I wouldn’t want to have a piercing done anywhere else! Thanks Radiance!

I recently visited Radiance Piercing to get more conch and lobe piercings, and everything from picking out my jewelry to the piercing technician that worked with me were PHENOMINAL! Despite the shop being busy when I came in for my appointment, all of my questions were answered and they made me feel like a welcomed guest. All in all, top-notch customer service!Not to mention all of their jewelry is incredible. They have something for everyone! Like many others, I have a bad nickel allergy, so I know I paid a good price for jewelry that I not only enjoy wearing but will not irritate my skin. For all of the 1-star reviews complaining about prices, this is quality jewelry. You wont be paying pennies for something that will hurt your skin. If youre still hung up on the prices, think of it as an investment for your skin. Its obvious this business takes their practice seriously and makes sure all their customer not only receive good products and services, but they take the time to educate their customers on aftercare. I would recommend Radiance Piercing to anyone looking for a reputable place to get their first all the way to 20th (or more!) piercing!

I took my daughter to Radiance to get her ears pierced for the first time earlier today. The process was smooth and easy from the time we made the appointment to the time we left the appointment. Walking into Radiance, we noticed immediately how clean it was inside and were met with smiles. The people there were so friendly and helpful. The owner was there and was AMAZING. We were so impressed with how knowledgeable they were. They explained clearly and in detail how to take care of her piercings and they answered all of our questions and really made our experience wonderful. Our piercer, Kari, was awesome. Trying to search for piercings the people were extremely helpful in finding what I was interested in until the owner came I was met with rude comments and he told me I had a lack of knowledge and I clearly am not the professional witch in no way do I claim

Staff there is extremely generous, and by far some of the most experienced and educated people ive had experience with. answered all my questions happily, ensured everything was how i wanted even before continuing to mark or pierce, and in the aftermath even gave me gnarly stickers and some cleaning spray :) did my snakebites perfectly may i mention, came out fantastic!! 🫶🏼

I have had my nose, three helix, and a conch piercing here. All piercings were done on separate visits and by different piercers and each experience was amazing!! The jewelry is super cool and high quality. I felt little pain and all my piercings have healed well. The place is very clean and calming. Will definitely be back for more piercings!

Very nice place, everyone is super friendly. Very clean and lots of cute things to pick from. Went with a couple other people and we all got piercings between the 3 of us. Very expensive! Youre paying more for jewelry and the piercing process itself. Theyre clean and friendly and I really enjoyed the experience. We all got pierced by Kari and she was absolutely wonderful. Everyone had a good personality and we felt very welcome. We expected to pay a lot and we knew that going in but it was worth the money. I would totally go back for another one now if I could afford it!

I had a great experience at Radiance Piercing today. I went in to have my tragus piercing redone after taking the jewelry out 8 years ago. Remi greeted me upon arrival and was super helpful in explaining the process and assisting me in selecting jewelry. After taking a look, Kait observed the piercing was still open and was able to put the jewelry in—resulting in a shorter post and greatly reduced healing process. I felt very comfortable and safe. I look forward to my next visit!

Super clean, very friendly staff, beautiful and quality jewelry. They were informative and patient with me picking out my jewelry. They kept me close to my budget. Allen was my piecer and he was very gentle. Was easy to schedule an appointment online, didnt have to wait weeks or months. Had no wait when I got there, they got me right in and out. Will definitely be back and will definitely recommend to my friends!

I’ve been to Radiance a few times in the past, but recently went in for a new piece of jewelry and to get some pieces switched around. The staff is SO SO helpful and kind. I immediately felt cared for as a customer the second I stepped in the door. I will absolutely be returning and will refer anyone and everyone for piercing needs over and over!

My piercing experience here was great. The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The shop itself was great as well with a nice ambiance and energy. They offer a beautiful selection of jewelry. It resembles a jewelery store with a large selection of beautiful high end jewelry along with modestly priced items. Allen did my piercing and Im very pleased with his work. Overall this was a five star experience. Ill definitely be a repeat customer.

The jewelry is overpriced and the piercers are unprofessional. I went to this shop for about two years and spent hundred of dollars because I wanted high quality jewelry and I wanted them to put them in for me. I gave them grace a lot because I wanted to like them but maybe I was too forgiving. I had a piercer put in the size septum ring that he admitted looked best and then give me attitude when I was unsure of it. I wasnt consulted or warned once about the size. I blew it off as my fault. I had a few occasions I felt pressured to spend more money than I stated was my budget. Again I tried to just blow it off. I had jewelry over 100$ tarnish on me as well which was upsetting. My final straw was getting my nostril pierced to match my other nostril which was already pierced and healed. I made it a point to ask for it to be even with my other nostril. It was pierced here with a stud and I had a hoop on the other side. The piercer did it completely uneven. I paid hundred of dollars for jewelry and ended up taking one of my studs out and wasting money because of a piercer at this shop. They offered to repierce me but its not worth the risk of it being done sloppily again.

I had snakebite piercings done here, and Ryan made the experience quite comfortable for me. He made sure they were even and looked nice. This location is fantastic! Excellent deal coupled with a super great experience. I cannot thank them enough.

This is by far the best place to get ANY piercing! Took my 9yr old daughter to get her ears pierced, and Ryan did an amazing job! The staff is super nice and helpful, as well as very accommodating! Radiance Piercing is amazing!! Everyone there is super knowledgeable and their piercers are obviously very experienced. I got my septum pierced by Allen and it didn’t hurt at all. He is very talented and good at what he does. The only reason I gave four stars is because their site really lacks information about how much their jewelry costs. It was a bit of a shock at first. However, I will say that all in all, it was very worth it and I will plan on going back again for my next piercing.

I just got my nose pierced last night. And I was extremely impressed. The entire staff was very helpful during the whole process. Making sure I understood everything and knew what to do for aftercare. I was kind of nervous as this is my first piercing aside from ears. But they made me feel comfortable and worked with me to find a stuff I really liked and that was with in a price range that worked. Very clean and professional. Not at all intimidating like tattoo shops can be. If I ever decide to get another piercing, I will definitely go here and I will definitely refer friends.

Had a fabulous experience with Ryan this evening. Went in for a 4th lobe piercing, and the insanely personable Ryan recommended something a little less traditional. I went here nervous to get my septum pierced and both people there were so knowledgeable and helpful. right away it felt way cleaner and safer than the piercers i’ve gone to in the past. the piercer, Ryan, was so friendly & made sure I was okay several times during and after, and helped me change my other jewelry. it is a little pricey but very worth it!! I can’t wait to be back :)

Ive gotten a couple piercings done here and its always a pleasant and fun experience!! Ryan is very knowledgeable and gives advice on placement when Im indecisive. The jewelry is top notch and worth the price. I have found my piercing home and Im sure you will too!

I loved everything about my experience , from my first phone call to the shop, to my jewelry consult, and then my piercing. Every staff member was so informative and friendly and I felt really well taken care of. Ryan my piercer even gave me a little life pep talk and was so positive and it absolutely made my whole week. I have come to radiance for almost all of the piercings I currently have. Everyone is by far the most professional I’ve ever been to. They are wonderful at making you feel welcome. Yesterday I was a walk in because I’m a goof and thought I scheduled my appointment for the same day. Ryan was kind enough to let me take up an hour of his time even tho I know he was busy, just because he was excited to do a conch punch! I won’t ever go anywhere else and they are well worth the money I spend there.

I took my 13 year old daughter to Radiance to get her ear lobes pierced (again). I had taken her to the mall to get them pierced twice before and each time they were crooked and never healed, we had to take them out. This time though there was such a difference. The piercer was knowledgeable and so comforting. She made it painless and explained everything to my daughter and I. The person up front was so sweet and helped my daughter pick the right earrings that she would want to wear for a while! I was a little shocked by the price at first but once it was explained to me, I felt much better about it! You get what you pay for, right?! I highly recommend!

Went on recommendation from a friend. Fantastic assortment of jewelry to choose from! From titanium to 14k to get pierced with, to amazing high quality designs for existing ones; they had it all. They were enthusiastic and helpful from the moment I walked in. The gal that helped me at the counter was great at making suggestions and Kari did my piercing. Got a nostril pierced in July by Ryan. Who did an excellent job. A few months later (yesterday) I had my follow up with Kait who then did my other nostril. They did a great job with measuring and placement, I could tell they cared about getting it right for me. Both were professionals in their craft!

A little pricey but worth it. Jewelry is high quality making the recovery time, in my daughters opinion, quicker and easier. ( shes been to several different places) staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, really good at taking the time to answer all questions. Very relaxed atmosphere. Waiting time is reasonable.

Radiance Piercing is hands down the best place to get any piercing at. From the second you walk into the doors you are greeted by the friendliest people who are eager and ready to help you get the jewelry youre wanting. The staff walks you through the entire process and the place is so clean and spa like. The entire piercing took a few minutes but the guy who did the piercing was awesome! Great personality and was sure to get the piercing in the exact spot I was wanting. Price varies on the jewelry you pick out and it is a bit more than going to a tattoo place and getting it done HOWEVER, you pay for quality and thats exactly what this is! I cant say enough great things about Radiance Piercing. I had a phenomenal experience today with Kari. She was so patient and helped me find the perfect jewelry for my piercings today. When it came time to do the piercings, she explained every step and made sure I was happy with the placement beforehand. I was a little nervous as its been many years since Ive had anything done. My seven year old niece had been wanting her ears pierced for almost a year, but always got too scared to have it done. She was excited hearing about the “spa” piercing place. Everyone did a great job of making her comfortable. Keri walked her through everything. Remi talked her through it again and got her excited picking out earrings. Finally, we made it in the private room and I was worried she was going to get scared again, but Allen did a great job just making her comfortable. My niece said he was very good and it hardly even hurt. No tears! She was absolutely thrilled when it was done and has been taking all evening about how she is so proud of herself. It was a great experience end to end!

I’ve been pierced at other great places before- but Radiance is definitely the best!The most incredible selection of jewelry you’ll find anywhere, professional staff, and skilled piercers.I won’t be going anywhere else for piercings from now on!Piercing fee is $35, after care is $8, and jewelry ranges in price depending on the piece.Compared to other piercing studios it is slightly more expensive but that is also dependent on what jewelry you want. Their jewelry options alone make it worth it to me, many more than most places have especially tattoo/piercing studio options. The great, welcoming environment, the plethora of options, the staff that will help you pick out the best placement for your piercing, high quality jewelry, and if you want to be completely satisfied with the work done- then it’s worth it to pay a little more.Ryan the owner is very personable and made me very comfortable during my piercing, they do a great job at Radiance!!

I decided last minute to get a piercing for my birthday. I was super impressed with the lady who helped me to pick out my earring. The guy who did my piercing did a great job. He was quick and the pain was minimal.Ps....if you are looking for a cheap and quick piercing. This is not the place for you. Their stuff is pricey BUT the quality of the jewelry is amazing! I am super happy with my pick and I will be in next year for a new earring.

I got a septum piercing here in August of 2022 and to this day, the ball will not unscrew. I’ve been to some piercing shops to see if they can unscrew it but they’ve told me to go to a hospital to get it removed after they couldn’t get it. Even before it was fully healed, I tried to unscrew it because of a cheer competition & I couldn’t compete because it wouldn’t unscrew. On top of that, it’s crooked. And then on top of that, it was 100$. I wouldn’t recommend honestly.

I have been following radiance on Facebook for awhile and was always wowed by their jewelry selection and unique pieces. I called awhile back to get some information and the lady up front was very professional and took time answering my million questions. Then yesterday, I called and she said they were booked but to come up and theyll work me in. I didnt make it until like 630 and they close at 7pm. They still accommodated me and the whole process was seamless. Ryan did my nose piercing as well as removed a piercing that never healed done by another place. He was professional, quick, and it was hands down the best piercing and experience I have had! They educated me on which size stud to start with, aftercare, and follow up visit to change the stud. I have never been to a place that would do a follow up. They pierce you and basically send you on your way. Yes, this place is more costly than a $10-$20 special going on but you get what you pay for alot of the time. I have very sensitive skin so having a cheap grade jewelry is not an option for me. I will be back hands down!! Thank you guys again!! This was a very refreshing experience than Ive had in the past with other places!

Good evening. After driving an hour we were denied service at Radiance at 630 pm to purchase jewelry for a nose piercing. There was 2 ladies there & Remy is the one denying service. We were told through a phone call that you close at 7 pm & dont need an appt to purchase jewelry. Im sure we would have been out of your store swiftly. You dont have online ordering...wow. I hope this is not your policy to turn down customers at 630 pm for closing?? My son is upset. I dont want to say she was being funny but after asking us all the questions & still turning us down well that seems a little funny to me.

This place is by far Immaculate and the staff is super friendly and puts you at ease with explaining the piercing process and the aftercare if you’ve never gotten a piercing before!!! My friend and I got a piercing from Allen who was super nice and patient! They have a ton of cool jewelry and the facility was clean and cute! We interacted with two other employees who were also pleasant. Will def return to buy more jewelry.

While in town during the Christmas break my daughter (17) wanted to get her tongue pierced. Radiance Piercing was recommended to us as a quality shop which may be able to take walk-in clients. I called first to verify they had space available. My call was quickly answered and as luck would have it, they did have room for us.The store was easy enough to locate in a small strip mall on hwy 291 in Lee’s Summit (love my smart phone map!). As we walked into the store my first impression was it was impressively clean and organized. We were quickly greeted by the owner and an employee who welcomed us to the store.After choosing the desired bar for the piercing we were asked to fill out some paperwork and provide our ID’s due to my daughter being under age. I was impressed to see the employees following regulations which to me indicated they did not cut corners for convenience.Once paperwork was finished we were escorted to a small room where the piercing was to be done. The room was clean and free of clutter, much like a doctor’s exam room. The store owner explained the process to us and answered all of our questions. I made him aware that my daughter had gotten light headed on her last piercing (belly button). He appreciated the information and said he would give her extra time to recover in the room when finished.After explaining the process and preparing the equipment the piercing was done. He did an excellent job and my daughter said it was hardly any pain at all, hurting less than when her belly button was pierced. He explained the equipment he used to do the piercing was the sharpest and highest quality he could find which allowed for the easier piercing.He provided her a small bottle of water and monitored her while we talked, just to be sure she did not get light headed. He offered to allow us to stay in the room as long as she needed to recover which I felt was a true testament to the level of care he has for his customers.Before leaving we were provided paperwork which described proper care procedures, the piercer’s name, and type of bar used. Overall we had a great experience and I was glad we followed the recommendation to use their services.I would highly recommend Radiance Piercing to anyone in the Kansas City area who is looking to get any piercings done, ears or otherwise. This store is not a “$20 piercing” shop, but you get what you pay for...high quality service and jewelry.

My review is really late. I got my piercing done June 24th of 2019. I originally thought the shop was clean and nice and I loved my experience even though I was pretty upset that they told me my price after I had already agreed to everything. I can maintain that opinion, shop is clean and the staff was relatively friendly. If youre looking to spend a crazy amount of money on a piercing for them to be nice to you this is your place. I spent over 200 dollars on a nose piercing and I just went to get it changed out because the backing was in place and it is impossible to take out on your own I went to a different shop and they told me not only was I super overcharged it was jewelry for a lip piercing. I was upset when I was charged so much but now I feel lied to. I was only in town for a couple weeks.

Went in on a Sunday with my mom, they were short a piercer but both associates there were very attentive and awesome. Best experience ever getting new jewelry and a piercing. Will definitely be back.

Kari was very sweet with my daughters lobe piercings, she really put her at ease, talked to her on her level, joked with her and was quick and efficient. I got another ear done as well so my daughter could see that its not traumatic. Great place, and far cleaner and professional that my experiences in Iowa. You folks rock!

The friendliest and most knowledgeable staff you will ever experience. They take the time to not only calm any nerves but make sure you get the best jewelry that fits you perfectly. Their jewelry is top notch and they take pride in every person who walks out with their work. Ryan and Kaden are the raddest dudes. I recommend them to anyone I talk to about body piercings.

Very clean establishment. The gal who greeted us at the front desk was very kind and welcoming. I brought my daughter in to get her ears pierced. She really wanted to get them done but was super scared. I had to bring my 4 year old son with us also. This was not ideal but you do what you have to do. He brought in a car and when we walked into the piercing room he started rolling his car on the bench and on the wall. While I was trying to tend to my terrified 8 year old, the piercer told my son to chill out. I didn’t appreciate this. While I understand having a 4 year old in the establishment can be nerve wracking, he wasn’t getting into anything or running around like a mad man. Just rolling his car. I got out my phone and asked him to sit on the bench. He followed direction. I was stuck between trying to console my daughter and make sure that my son was behaving to the piercers expectation because I was afraid she would get onto him again. My daughter was told that she wouldn’t be rushed. I appreciated this but the piercer ended up rushing her. Now, my kid was taking her sweet time. She was very timid and scared. I had multiple pep talks with her throughout the service but nothing seemed to calm her down. Because I was so aggravated with the way the piercer talked to my son, I was being super short and impatient with my daughter because I could tell the piercer was getting impatient. We ended up not getting her earlobes done at all. My daughter finally said she didn’t want to do it anymore. It was just an overall stressful experience. I think this place is great for adults to get pierced at but I can’t confidently say it’s a good place for young kids. I know a lot of places won’t pierce under 13 and maybe this kind of situation is why.

The staff here are all friendly and helpful. I went for a second piercing and my son got his first at the same time. We both agree that Allen is amazing at what he does. I would highly recommend him for any piercings that you want done.

I went to radiance on 8/2 and I was very impressed from Start to Finish. I was nervous getting my nose pierced again since all the others on the right side of my nostril failed from other places. My piecer was Allen and he did a great job. I’ve had the left side of my nostril pierced for 2 weeks now and I love it.

I have been considering getting my conch pierced for several months, but I hesitated to do so because I have extremely sensitive ears. I have to wear 14k gold jewelry or purer to prevent irritation, even some stainless steel bothers me. I had a friend who took her daughter to see Ryan to get her nose done and the dtr (also has allergies) had no trouble with her piercing. She gave me the info and I was so impressed that I could find a professional website for this business. Also, it put me at ease that the website mentioned hypo-allergenic jewelry.I finally took the dive and went to see them. Ryan and very nice lady (the jeweler) were so pleasant and easy to work with. Neither of them cared that I just walked in without an appointment. They answered all my questions about their metals, allergies, medical concerns in regards to piercing etc. They even discussed with me what things I would need to look for in an allergy reaction to a conch piercing.In the end I was so impressed and put at ease that I did go ahead and get my piercing done. I have zero regrets and I have had zero trouble with my jewelry. No allergy, nothing. I am actually planning to go back with my friend the end of the month to have her nose done and I am debating on getting another myself.Im so excited that I have found a place that I feel is more worried about my safety and happiness then making a dollar. I highly recommend Radiance.

Radiance Piercing did an amazing job with our 8 year olds first ear piercing! She was nervous and scared the entire time and provided a calm presence to help her get through her fears. They explained everything clearly and overall did an amazing job!!!

I had my septum pierced today by Ryan and it was the best piercing experience I’ve ever had. The studio is extremely clean and the space is gorgeous. All of the piercers here are great and make you feel welcome, and when getting pierced it was a calm and professional atmosphere.

I have been going through Kaden and Ryan for my jewelry for a few years and they are amazing. This new shoppe of theirs is amazing and very well organized. I wanted a professionally pierced second set of holes and got that and so much more. The two gentlemen who assisted me picking out my earrings were as cool as they come. I scheduled a appointment for a piercing with Ryan. The morning of the piercing and up until I got there I was nervous. Once I was in the room and talked with Ryan he assured me that it was very simple and there was nothing to worry about. He done the piercing hardly no pain quick and easy. I definitely reccomend any piercings you want to be done be done By Radiance Piercing. After what I got today heals I will be back to finish what I started.

Well let’s see… it’s hard to know where to begin. I’m a very picky person and very intuitive and of course I passed that down to my kids 😊 we drove 3 different times to another place and something told my kids it just wasn’t right (they did inform us to hold our child down and they would be happy in the end…what kind of memory is that?!?!?) that’s my opinion! My oldest again stated a couple months later she was ready (I was not going back to that other place) and got MANY referrals for radiance. We took a chance drove 30-40 minutes away and my daughter said yes mom this is the place! She sat up there and I’m not joking she had no clue they did it. We are talking about a girl that when she gets a flu shot in her thigh her leg doesn’t work for days🤪The patience, the cleanliness, the atmosphere, the caring… I refuse to go anywhere else! Hands down the best place I have ever been to. I’m 100% against holding down a child.. if they want it done then they need to be able to sit and have a great experience and I believe that radiance is on the same page and for those reasons I respect them that much more. I really wanted to like this place. The atmosphere is nice and the guy who did my piercing was really cool.I got a philtrum piercing and they do this thing where they give you a larger bar and then they tell you in 2 weeks or so come in and get a shorter bar for free, just walk in. Which is awesome for the post-pierce swelling. But when they swelling goes down its uncomfortable and awkward looking.So after the 2 weeks I walk in and they dont have the size bar I need with the wider flat back (more comfortable for philtrum piercings they said). Ok, no problem, places go out of stock sometimes. So they take my info and say theyll call me and that the right size should be in soon.Like 2 weeks went by and I hadnt heard anything so I call up to ask if they have the right size in yet. I specifically asked the girl on the phone about the larger flat back for philtrum piercings. She says they have them in. I go up to get it changed out, wait for a while, they take me back only to tell me they dont have that size in still. I was pretty annoyed at this point since I had specifically asked about the size I needed and they said yes, and I had driven out there assuming they knew what they did and didnt have in stock.One of the girls apologizes and says they can switch out the push fit I had been given for one with a threaded bar, which sounded good. Until she tells me that Id have to buy a new top thereby spending a minimum of $30 to get a new piece of jewelry I didnt really even want just so I wouldnt have an annoyingly long bar sticking out of my face. I declined and said I guess I would just wait.Its now been over a month since I originally went in to get the bar changed and I still havent received a call. I ordered a piece from an online shop because I got so tired of waiting and being uncomfortable.

Stopped by to see if they could reopen my tragus piercing for me. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and Ryan (I believe that was his name) was really awesome! He was able to reopen my piercing very easily, no pain! He even helped me with a nose ring issue that was completely unrelated to why I was there. Great service!

The piercing was fantastic, clean and super friendly, my only complaint was that one of the earing I purchased snapped in half randomly and cut my ear. Not go for new healing piercings. Great piercing shop, not so great quality jewelry.

I had a wonderful experience here! I was a walk in and wanted 2 ears worth of new jewelry and 2 new piercings. They accommodated me like it was no big deal. I ended up getting a flat and a conch.The piercer was talented, personable, professional, and did an excellent job. The placement is amazing and the piercing itself was fast a relatively painless.The girl (not to assume) at the front counter was so sweet and helpful without her I would have felt so flustered.This place is great! Staff were super kind and helpful. Everything was very clean, including the restroom. First time piercing went well.I did get some conflicting advice between the 2 staff members about my septum aftercare, but very minor nitpick.

Came in for a daith but they were upfront and honest about how the anatomy of my ear would have trouble with it healing. Suggested a conch instead, and I appreciate them not just going along to take my money, just for me have problems down the line. Great establishment. My piercer was Ryan

I researched and researched for a nostril piercing and I was led here. They have me for life. The piercing was relatively painless, the jewelry is gorgeous, and the people are educated and kind. I took a friend in with me and she even said that through her mask, it smelled clean. She is now a lifelong customer.

Have been there several times over the last few years. The staff has been wonderful and friendly. The staff is also very knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions. They are very professional when it comes to keeping their workplace up to health and sanitary standards as well. I wont go anywhere else for jewelry upgrades or services!

Had alot of fun here both myself and my boyfriend have ALOT of piercings, so we can be difficult because we have so many different gauges and artistic ideas for a body modification. They were extremely helpful and we got some very lovely work done buy extremely professional people.
