Me and my boyfriend got piercings from here and we were very pleased with our service. We both got nose piercings and I got a belly button piercing. As soon as we walked in it was very nice, clean and organized. We felt comfortable very fast. Brian was the man who did our piercings. He was very cool dude, funny and he made us feel comfortable which we both needed. He hooked us up and let us know everything we needed to know about our piercings. He took care of us. If we want more piercings we know where to go. 🤘

I brought my 15 year old son,Ryan, in today , and we got some ear piercings. Our piercer was Brian. He is awesome.I love my new stabs, and my kid is ECSTATIC about his piercing !! He is so glad he got it done.

I set an appointment for my girl to get some piercings done at 3pm. We arrived a few minutes early and knocked on the door, as stated on their website. We werent sure if someone was there or not. No answer the first time so we waited till 2 minutes before 3. We were greeted by the piercer with anger, stating we interrupted her lunch even though we didnt know. I stated that we didnt know if anyone was actually there. Its stated that they are closed from 2-3 on the door, which is fine and her response was well why would anyone be here if we are closed. We were absolutely offended and felt it was not an appropriate response. Very unprofessional and very rude. I went ahead with our appointment for my child but we were highly disturbed and felt there was no need to be that mean and aggressive. It made the experience very uncomfortable and we will not be returning.

Brought my 7 year old daughter in to get her ears pierced. She had talked about getting her ears pierced for months, wed watched videos, but when it came down to it she didnt want to go through with it. Brian was, kind, patient and understanding. Mama got some new earrings and well be back again when the little one is ready!

I made an appointment online for Thursday at 1 pm. It didn’t say anywhere that the owner was having a surgery done. Or that know one was working on Thursday. So I drove a hr and half for nothing 😭😭. I know it’s not the owners fault and he is in the hospital, but it would have been nice to know that know one was working on Thursday ,or at least showed somewhere that there was only certain days that the people are working.

Brian is the best piercer, he always treat you with kindness, and is extremely helpful. Shop is always super clean too!

I’ve gone to Brand X for piercings for about 10 years. They have high standards and are very thorough. HOWEVER. In the last few years, they’ve become pushy on sales. They have a slim selection of basic pieces, and push you towards the $200 pieces. You’ll leave with a great piercing but you may need to spend an arm and a leg to get it.

Difficult to stop by for purchase of additional jewelry. Shop had a much friendlier vibe when I got my piercing 5 months ago. I need a place that is easy to buy jewelry at.

Have had several appointments for jewelry changes and am so pleased with my time at Brand X. Recently, Shana helped replace a lost nose ring and currated some changed looks for my existing piercings. I LOVE the result! I really enjoyed my time with Shana, very kind, professional, helpful and genuine.

Had the worst experience ever, went to get a refill of saline spray, tried to call ahead to see if someone was in the shop 3 times with no answer so i just went to the location as it was 4pm on a monday, someone was in the shop, and so i knocked. I normally do this once month and usually its no issue, but this time some lady came to the door and I explained that I needed to just get a bottle of saline rq, and she then very rudely and simply asked if i could read or not and pointed to the sign that says appt only, i then tried to explain how my piercer ( a different person) told me that it was fine to knock and if someone was in theyd sell me what i need, but halfway through she shut the door in my face and locked it. Between my daughter, wife and myself, ive easily spent over $1500 in services, jewelry, and suppies, but I will NEVER return to this shop.

Alexander did a great job piercing my lobes! Super clean inside and super fast, was in and out within 30 mins! He was knowledgeable and told me the whole rundown about aftercare! Would 10/10 recommend to others!

Great place love my piercing! The reason I gave them 2 stars is because the phone # posted online doesnt work. Ive tried calling multiple times and the repsonse I get is This call cant be completed as dialed Im pushing the number from online. I shouldnt have to drive down there just to ask a question.This is the number I was calling

My 8 year old is a tough girl. When she said she wanted to get her ears pierced I was 100% sure that she would have no problem with getting the piercings. Well.. when it came down to actually getting them pierced she was a hot mess. Her piercer Shana, was so patient and kind to my daughter. Not once did I feel like Shana was annoyed with the length of time this appointment was taking. I appreciate her kindness, knowledge and patience. I am happy to say my daughter now has her ears pierced and walked away a very happy customer. I also got my ears pierced too while I was there :) What I liked most about Shana was how she reassured my daughter multiple times throughout her appointment that if she didnt want to do it, she didnt have to. And that it was her decision. Which I appreciate. Thanks again, Shana!

I took my 8 year old in to get her ears pierced. Alexander is hands down the most excellent and amazing person. He explained what he was going to do then answered her 8 year old questions with so much care and understanding. Would definitely recommend for littles getting pierced.

I had a wonderful experience getting my nips done. The gentleman who did them was quick and gentle . He even made sure I was comfortable before getting started! Im going to get my nose pierced and it will be with brand x again.

Love this place. Ive been coming here since it had a different name! Always very clean, simple process, staff so professional, perfect customer service! Ive got piercings myself and taken my daughter in for her ears - no one else locally Id rather go to and always very happy when I leave!

The front desk gal and the piercer were both very friendly and professional. The shop is well maintained and clean. The location was easy to find and offers plenty of free parking. I had them reopen my original earring holes and then pierce my second earring holes. My only, small, complaint was the selection of jewelry was very limited-- otherwise everything else was great! Overall it was a good experience.

Never open, everytime I try and come in its closed, the sign says from 2 to 3:30 and I can around 4 and still wasnt open. Why dont I call?? Well they never pick up the phone either. I just wanted to know how much the service would probably cost.

I went and got my Daith pierced by Alexander, they were very friendly and informative. The shop is very welcoming and Ive had absolutely no pain, redness or any issues in general at all. They definitely know what theyre doing and I was super happy with the results.

I made an appointment to change jewelry put in by a previous piercer that gave me super bad reactions. I was helped by Alexander and he was very informative about my placement and how it affected healing, as well as the cheap metal used. You can definitely tell the difference between shops that are APP certified vs. not. He is very well educated on ear anatomy--as ALL piercers should be. Im beyond happy that I made an appointment here, dont fear going to a professional piercer just because it might be pricey and opt for a cheaper place. I made that mistake and ended up wasting soooooo much more money on piercing care and trying to heal up my piercings when all I needed was to just go to a professional. If youre debating on going here, dont hesitate! These guys are awesome.

Took my daughter for a nose piercing. She was super excited to have it done, as it was the first purchase she was making after her first paycheck.The shop was clean and the ladies super friendly. My daughter was shown options, from high end to more affordable. When she was presented with options out of her price range, the front desk lady was very gracious and showed her lower cost options. No price point shaming or trying to up sell. That was very nice.The actual procedure was pretty quick. The piercer was very knowledgeable and friendly.All in all a great experience. I do plan on going back for a piercing myself. Very happy with this shop.

Alexander pierced my septum today and changed out my nose ring as well. He was very professional, up front and honest about the pros and cons of the septum piercing. He gave me all the information I needed for after care and made sure I was prepared for the experience. Everything was sterile and properly prepared for the piercing and their building was super clean and welcoming! Will definitely be coming back for all of my piercings! Thank you guys!!!

I took my daughter in to switch out jewelry, and the piercer was freaking awesome! She got my mini to calm down and even laugh. I cant express how much I appreciate the time and energy they gave us to make sure she had a great experience♡ shes ready for a second hole and a son as dad is on board well be going back

I went in to get both sides of my nose pierced yesterday and both workers were very helpful. They both answered any questions I may have had! Alexander was very kind and used humor to help with the anxiety! He made sure that I understood everything that he was going to do and was doing, he was very gentle when giving the actual piercing and there has been minimal pain and swelling so far. You definitely get what you pay for! I will be coming back in the future!

The customer service is 10/10! They are clean, friendly, organized, and professional. Lots of beautiful and well made 14k jewelry. My daughter and I have gone back several times.

My fiancé and I have now been pierced by both Brian and Alexander. Both do fine work. Theyre knowledgeable and answer my incessant questions through the entire process.Wouldnt we all like lower priced jewelry?! The prices seem fair for great quality pieces.Highly recommend this shop.

Ok this place was beyond phenomenal with whoever was working last. A guy and a girl with Daisy duke short dark hair. Why did they leave?😭 Now you are waiting more than 30 minutes for your appt and she takes forever and it’s been twice now. She is very rude and is basically bald but her energy is very very uncomfortable. She couldn’t tighten a ball and didn’t have no desire to down size my Monroe. I had to drive to Vancouver for it and they happily down sized my monroe. The piercing bald one doesn’t have beautiful energy. Goodbye Brand X.

The piercer was awesome and did an amazing job! We went for my daughters septum and she couldnt have had a better experience. The piercer was very informative about the whole process and made her feel comfortable. I quote her I really liked her, she was really nice

Seriously the most knowledgeable piercers Ive ever encountered. Alexander explained the piercing I went in for wouldnt work and would migrate out. Brian is so great at talking people thru the process before, during, and after, it really puts you at ease and calms the nerves. 10/10 Ill never get pierced anywhere else.

I just got my septum done today by Shayna and my experience was awesome! It hurt but wasnt that bad, and it went super fast. It came out absolutely perfect and I loved the jewelry! They have a great jewelry selection for all price points, and my total came to just over $75. If I ever want another piercing this is definitely where I will come.

My boyfriend and I both went in today to get peircings. This is my 3rd one from Alexander, he provides quick and friendly customer service. I didnt catch the receptionists name but she was also very nice and helped us pick out our jewlery. Planning on coming back for more peircings in the future and I recommend this shop to anyone looking to get fine jewlery and a quick, clean peircing.

The piercer was GREAT. I didnt even realize the guy had already started to pierce my septum until the needle was half way through my nose! I was in disbelief at how painless and quick it was. I would recommend this place just because this guy obviously knew what he was doing!!!!!I tipped the guy just for that reason.The only thing I am actually VERY VERY upset about is the fact that they did not put in the correct jewelry in. The front desk lady was responsible for communicating what I wanted. We went through the different ones I could choose from, and she reiterated back to me she understood what color I wanted and so on... Only to find out when I looked in the mirror after it was done, it was the incorrect one! Out of all the colors she could of told the guy to do that she showed me, she picked the one I wanted the least and I am stuck with it for two months. That is a very long time. Not happy about that. Like, EXTREMELY unhappy about that.BUT, when it comes down to it, they did do a good job at the piercing itself. It was done GREAT and I am so happy it was painless and I really felt comfortable. with it.I would recommend that you check with the piercer that the front desk lady has notified the piercer what jewelry you chose to make sure you are 100% happy.

I love to get pierced here. Both male piercers have pierced me here and have always been professional. They help calm you’re anxiety if you have any and have always been amazing at answering questions you have. Then to top it off they send you home with great aftercare tips. I bring my friends here and so should you. :)

Alexander is awesome! Super clean space with an all incredible team. You can tell when people truly love what they do, and that is certainly the case here. These guys are very serious about their education and passionate about their craft. I love the positive atmosphere...no too cool for you attitudes in sight. Thats rare as well as refreshing! I really liked how Alexander explained my piercing and the pros and cons before I got my septum done. He was very professional and made me feel secure about getting it done since it was my first piercing. I also like that I was able to customize the color of it. I love my piercing!!

Shayna did my 2nd piercings flawlessly and changed her gloves regularly. Her and the Lady at the desk/counter are so friendly and walked me through everything that was happening. If you plan on getting anything pierced, trust these guys, you and your piercings are in good, clean hands!

They helped open my piercing (thought was closed) for free. Literally saved me money and healing time. Very kind people with high quality yet affordable products.

Made an appt for piercing and was told I shouldn’t get more due to healing piercings still (totally understand). Questioned how best to care for my piercings that I was told were “struggling” and was cut off with a “cool” and ignored. Had an excellent experience with Heidi the time before but not with this gentleman either time. Not the most welcoming environment either from front desk back.

Love Brand X. If I were to want another piercing, this will be my place of choice. All of the employees were very kind and patient, cleanliness was on point, quick and easy and minimal pain. I got my medusa pierced. Even after 4 days since the piercing was done, it is doing well. 10/10, highly recommend. Thank you Brand X for the amazing experience!

When you’re in an argument with your husband and need to get a facial piercing, this is the place to go ♥️ Shayna and the front desk lady there were funny and inviting. They definitely made me feel comfortable and welcome. Very pleasant experience. Also, the cute gift bag with odds and ends they give you was a nice touch!

Ashley at the front desk was very helpful, and Alexander the piercing artist was professional, incredibly informative, and did a great job on my septum piercing. I had a great experience through and through.

Best piercing experience Ive ever had, and also the most expensive. You get what you pay for! I felt comfortable, and the aftercare advice is the best Ive received. Its been 4 days and I have no pain and very minimal swelling. The saline spray is the best. I chose titanium jewelry so it cost me about 109 for lip piercing + jewelry + cleaning solution + tip.

I was so nervous when I got there but the two girls made me feel so comfortable. She waited until I was there & sterilized everything & the room in front of me & actually waited for the cleaning products to do their job before taking me back. She also showed me the autoclave that was cleaning all the equipment shed use & the jewelry I picked out. Im a nervous talker & she was perfectly happy to let me talk & she was just so cheery. She explained what shed be doing & what she was doing every step of the way which was nice so there were no surprises along the way. Im so sad to say I had that rushing sound in the ears that can happen when you get nervous & I didnt properly hear her name but shes besutiful, very tall, really dark pixy cut hair & a very cute bridge piercing. I highly recommend this studio.

A year ago I bought a piercing from this place and the piercing didnt even fit in the post they gave me. When I went to get it resized so I can actually wear it, they told me it was appointment only. So I scheduled an appointment and came back 2 hours later. When I arrived they were not even ready for me and I had to wait in the lobby for over half an hour.

Brian did an amazing job piercing my daughters ears. He was patient and let her take her own time with it. His jewelery selection is incredible and there is nothing like this shop for miles. Hands down if you want a true professional, this is the place to go.

Clean, professional, & all around awesome.I went in to have some piercings redone, but it turns out my original holes were still open (not really in visible locations 😉). Dude could have easily said nothing about it and charged more for a newpiercing, but instead was honest and super cool. Definitely worth the trip.

Alexander was a great piercer and my septum is pierced great and didnt really hurt! The hoop isnt my absolute favorite but I will get a smaller and more goldy hoop once it heals. Overall though a good experience!

Brian has gorgeous jewellery! He pierced me, and both my daughters. He knows exactly what hes doing! He doesnt use clamps and answers all of your questions before starting. He makes sure youre comfortable. I wont go anywhere else.

Shayna saved my day today. My helix piercing migrated backwards into my ear. My red swollen ear was no match for her. She told me what she was doing and why. With one good push, it popped back put in front. Not the most pleasant feeling but Im glad she could get it back to where it is supposed to be.

Be sure if you come into this place you bring your childs birth certificate. Ive never in my life heard of that requirement but left my childs BC in Texas while we visit family nearby. I guess well go somewhere else, but I cant recommend this place based on the experience they offered.

Very clean, very professional. Had my nose pierced and it was nearly painless. The guy made me feel comfortable and relaxed even though I was pretty nervous. I will always go here for my next piercings.

So we came in a couple days ago we came in for my sister everything was fine until we went to pay we thought it would cost about $40- 50 but turned out it was about $80 +tip just for a septum. Then a couple weeks later a friend of mine came in n she got hers done for $45 just really upsetting.

Will never go anywhere else for my piercings! Have had multiple piercings done for myself and have always had a wonderful clean experience!

Ive gone here for getting my septum and other piercings and will continue for every piercing I want. I feel very safe here and though it is expensive I think its worth it. You pay for getting the piercing done right by genuine professionals I love this place.

The only place Ill go for piercings. Everyone is stellar, but if I have a choice I book with Alexander. I recommend Brand X to everyone I know and am very clear that its well worth the 45 minute drive from Chehalis.
