I go to Ruben for all my tats! The whole fam is great, it really does feel like a fam. Very open with hours, literally amazing artists. Ruben gets the super fine lines for all my little writing ones. Super reasonable prices too!

My friends and I walked in and were treated with great customer service. Bryan and his team are amazing. Service was as requested. The vibe was super cool. The interior of the shop is DOPE. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking into getting a tattoo. I will be returning ! Parking is street parking but you wont have hard time finding a space.

Came here to get my very first tattoo, and Rocket didnt let me down! Took the time to make sure I was happy with the stencil and placement and hyped me up for my design. I absolutely recommend Reservoir Tattoo.

Reservoir has been my go to for a while now. Ive worked with various artists here and been pleased with the results. Its a little pricier than some other places, and starting appointments on time is usually a pipe-dream, but the talent is solid. You will be happy with the result.

Reservoir is by far the best tattoo shop in LA. Ive been there 3 times now, even after moving to Texas. You wont find a more talented and kind group of artists anywhere. Cant recommend enough!!

Bryan runs a super professional operation at Reservoir, where each artist is held to a high standard of artwork and accountability. After doing a ton of research and looking at several artist portfolios in the LA area, I decided to get blasted by this shop. Bryan connected me with Jerry and it seems like I found my LA artist! Jerry was great during our consultation and helped me fine tune some aspects of the tattoo I wanted and it turned out WAY better than I originally envisioned.Definitely a top shop in LA and thank GOD its closer to the east side.

They did such a great job on my tattoo and my mom and aunt’s tattoos! Made us feel very comfortable.

Very nice and clean shop... my artist Johnny Ayala brought tattooing to the next level for me!!! The location and parking kinda suck but thats not the shops fault so arrive early lol I definitely would recommend this shop and this artist!!!

I got a tattoo here from Vee Hart. I didnt have a specific font so he helped me with that. He had a few saved ideas and we chose one. He then redesigned the font a bit so its unique and exactly how I want it. It came out better than I had imagined. Will definitely be back for more as soon as I know what I want to get next. Hes the man

I dont know where to begin with this shop, this is by far the most professional, laid back, friendly shop I have ever had dealt with.I usually get tattooed when Im on vacation, visiting other cities so Im always a walk in. Its always very tricky since I am on a schedule and usually need to get tattooed the day of.The dudes at reservoir were not only extremely polite but also very accommodating and welcoming.Julio was able to fit me in last minute with with the owner of the shop @Bryanramirezart.Bryan made the process seamless. I showed him what I wanted and he went to work.Seeing this dude work was incredible, nothing like I have ever seen before. I was amazed at the amount of detail and time he packed into every single part of the outrageous piece I was getting.This might sound cheesy but I legit felt like I was watching Michaelangelo paint the Sistine chapel right in front of me! You can truly tell Bryan enjoys and absolutely loves his job and puts 100% of himself into all his tattoos.You dont really have to believe anything I just wrote and just look at the images.You know what they say... A picture is worth a thousand wordsThis experience was beyond my expectations, I wish all these guys and this shop nothing but the best.CHEERS!

I had a wonderful experience at Reservoir Tattoo Studio. I was fortunate enough to get a portrait of my dog done by Bryan, and it came out absolutely beautiful. Not only is the tattoo amazing, but the all around experience was very pleasant. Everyone was professional, and polite from the moment I walked into the door. You can really tell all of the artist care about the type of work they are putting out there. I highly recommend this studio any of the guys would definitely do a great job. Great studio, 9 talented artists with varying levels of experience and expertise but everyone is very professional, helpful and honest. The shop seemed to have alot of both scheduled and walk in customers and everyone was handled efficiently. My husband got a large stomach piece from Vee with one days notice and he did an amazing job! Ruben did a small cursive piece for me that I just love. Thank you Reservoir Tattoo, we will be back next time were in the area!

Was super specific about certain fine line small tattoos. They got me in for my first and I fell in love with the detail they take, the care that goes into such a small tattoo, they didn’t make me feel silly, they asked other members of the team there if they liked the placement etc and I was hooked. The most the friendly/family atmosphere. So professional but relaxed. Have been back 4 times since my first.

My wife and I had the random idea of getting a tattoo while in Los Angeles. So we did what we do best, jump on google and type tattoo parlors near me. Well it did not disappoint with the suggestions. Ruben and Varand were amazing, and made our experience an unforgettable one!!! Highly and extremely recommended working with either of these gentlemen!!

Gave 1 star cause the staff was cool. the experience was a little sketchy though - the piercer did not knowwhere a popular piercing is placed. im not sure if hes just newer, but still a red flag. then i was assured that my disclosed nickel allergy would not be a concern with their surgical grade jewelry would be a concern. i ended up in urgent care two days later with an infection caused my an allergic reaction had to have it removed in a minor medical procedure and amon antibiotics. within 3 hours of removing the jewelry nearly allof my swelling was gone.they also charged my card numerous times for $75, but i paid 3 payments of $110, $20, and $25

Great experience with Ruban, would recommend this shop. Parking totally sucks, but it’s not on the shop.

From the beginning of getting in contact through Instagram, meeting in person to making appointment with in a month was a great process with the tattoo artist JERRY. Deposit was made through Zelle as payments due to the size of my tattoo was half a sleeve. He took the time to put my ideas together and make every face of cub as a description to my kids. I’m very happy with my tattoo!

The corners near where the couch is and the bathroom are basically spotless.Artists: Very welcoming, felt like I was coming to a friends house and meeting the family, they are respectable and kind when greeting and talking to people, they make you feel at home. I loved hearing (eavesdropping) on the conversations and they are all pretty funny and they know how to make the atmosphere relaxing and gentle.Tattoo: I wanted what is considered a complicated tattoo (a portrait) I was fortunate to have Bryan as my artist who did an amazing job and was able to capture exactly what I wanted.Pricing: Honestly this should never be considered an issue or worry, if you are getting something permanent on your body, you better cough up some bucks. Research and ask around for pricing and what you want, it is not that hard. Yeah this might be my first tattoo I might not have the experiences other have but I did just that, I asked and researched to see and saw that some artist did charge a little higher even though their work was mediocre. But at Reservoir, they know their worth and they have the proof to show it.Recommendations: Yes!!! I recommend this spot, it is crazy how good many of the artist are.I uploaded a picture that was taken of my tattoo and I must say, it came out amazing. I want to say thank you to Bryan for being an awesome person/artist and the rest of the artist for being so kind to everyone and making my first experience an amazing experience.

I found this shop via Instagram. I really loved the art they posted and every tattoo artist in the shop had fantastic work. My daughter, nieces and myself were going to take the two youngest to get their first tattoos as they had just turned 18! Wow, we couldnt have picked a better place. All the artists in there were accommodating, Gee was super helpful, Julio the apprentice made us feel comfortable. We had three of the artist tattoo six of us. Once the owner finished his appointment of the day, he made it a point to talk to all of us and ask us how everything was going. Such a fantastic crew and wonderful experience. The two girls that got their first tattoos were pleased and comfortable with the experience. Very, I mean VERY sanitary! place/experience. We all plan on coming back and using this crew again. Highly recommended!!!

Valentino pierced my flat for me and did a great job! He thoroughly explained the piercing process as well as aftercare and really took his time to make sure he understood exactly what I wanted. The studio was clean with a great vibe and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. All around a great place to get an affordable, high quality piercing.

They are some down to earth people. Its all about first impressions for me. Donald took his time and walked me through the way they work, I was very comfortable sharing my ideas. Not once did I feel judged, then Bryan the artist came to the front seat to introduce himself and said he would love to work on my piece. Awesome shop and cool people. Im excited.

Went in yesterday evening for help with my jewelry. It had gotten knocked out of a pretty uncommon piercing. The staff were friendly and super relaxed, the music was great and both myself and my sister felt super comfortable coming here for the first time. Based off a recommendation about piercings, we went there for a walk-in and were treated really respectfully.I super appreciated the patience and integrity of Valentino helping me get my jewelry back in. He didnt give up on it until we had a solution! I received easy to follow aftercare advice considering the state my piercing was in from having the stud ripped out the other day. He was conscientious during the process, and easy to feel at peace around. I feel this is one of the most important parts of the experience with tattoos and piercings.I would definitely recommend this shop and have only kind things to say about them. Beautiful curation of fine art and illustrations decorate the walls, and the body art portfolios here were top notch.

So I met these guys wandering the NYC Empire Tattoo Expo, they were the nicest guys so chill. I got an instantaneous tattoo who helped me out by upgrading an old tattoo I had on my arm and added to it. Julio the apprentice was awesome! He really cares about his work and his art, he really took his time to make sure the tattoo was just right. If I lived in LA I would definitely hit up this shop! Phenomenal artists!

Just the sweetest n most professional dudes out there! Cruz was so accommodating and made sure everything was perfect and we were comfortable. As young women it was amazing to feel safe in a shop full of men with our pants down. The tattoos also look great and that’s all due to the guys making sure we were happy

These guys did an awesome job with this awkward middle-aged woman, LOL!I rolled up as a walk-in on a weekday evening and expected to wait, if I chose to get anything done at all. To my mild but very pleasant surprise, I was in the chair getting my 3rd lobe piercing within 20 minutes. I needed assistance figuring out where to place it and all, but Valentino the piercer was super patient and kind with a really good eye, so it turned out even better than I thought. The whole thing was also pretty painless, although everyones threshold is different so your mileage may vary.But if you are in the area, thinking about getting work done, and looking for a very pro shop that will treat you well (even if maybe youre an old nerd) ... dont hesitate.My only advice is to please bring cash in [full amount] plus tip, since that works out easier, but theyre also very chill and there is an ATM nearby if you end up needing one.

Wonderful Tattoo shop. Ive gotten three tatts from Cruz who is a wonderful artist and tattoo artist. He is always clean, detailed and thorough. He is creative and always willing to work with your vision. All tattoo artist in the shop are very knowledgeable and work with each others to help further their knowledge. Bryan Ramire, the owner of the shop, who is a powerhouse and vet in the tattoo game, is always their for advice and suggestions if needed. Would always recommend for first timers and people continuing their tattoo journey.

The most beautiful tattoo i have ever gotten. Jerry’s portraite work is absolutely stunning. I didn’t know what to expect when i went in but it’s really everything i ever wanted. They were very hospitable and helpful throughout the entire process. 10/10 high recommendation.

Randy is the MAN! He gave my two friends and I each our own individual tattoos as well as matching designs. The shop was closing before I had a chance to get my matching tattoo so he called me the following day and said he would finish the job free of charge. What. A. Homie. They way over charged me for 2 small simple tattoos. One I drew on myself with a pen and the other he transfered. Took him 10 minutes. Its my fault for allowing myself to be ripped off so hard. Dont be me and go down the street to someone other spot that doesnt run around their customers.

Charged my friend like $320 for seven letters on her fingers. These were not fancy letters. My best description would be stick letters. I think they just took advantage of her because they could. Was going to give them two stars but they really ripped her off.
