This place is absolutely amazing, Kaylee is the tattoo artiest there, and she was just above and beyond. She was so kind to me and my girlfriend who was getting the tattoo, patient, and overall just welcoming. She also did an absolute great job on the tattoo and it came out looking even better than the reference. 10/10 would recommend

Even though I confirmed with her the day before, she forgot our appointment and didnt leave her house until I called her letting her know I was at her shop. 20 minutes late. Super fun stuck outside, in the heat, in downtown Marysville, listening to a homeless person scream and curse at the top of their lungs across the street, especially since I had cash. Just a bit freaky.When we sit down to discuss price she asked $400 for a 5 diameter tattoo. I was shocked! This small of a (frankly, over used pop culture) design should have taken her 90 minutes, tops. Especially since I found another shop later that day that did the same design for $200.The whole thing was just very , very disappointing.What is actually classless is for a SBO to not even be at her shop prior to her posted operating hours (9am, our appointment was for 10am, confirmed the day before). A mature and responsible person would leave home earlier to allow for the road blocks and additional traffic caused the the Hotel fire. Instead, you decided it was a good idea to write an unprofessional, excuse laden and inaccurate response to a bad review by attacking me and writing things like someone my age instead of owning up to your mistake and learning from it. This incident is exactly what the review function of Google is for.

For all my gals, she is the one to go to!! Absolutely love her and recommend this shop to everyone and have my family come here. She does amazing work and is very professional. Gotten two tats and a piercing 🥰🥰

Best tattoo artist, not only for the experience, but for her amazing art as well! Please please please go see her. I cannot recommend her enough. She’s funny, has a great personality always clean, and always looks out for the client with tattoo recommendations.She’s also great with piercings, she did my ears and others! Best tattoo shop I have ever been to! Has the cutest setup, Very clean and Kailey is so friendly and makes you feel welcomed and comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. I am already so in love with my tattoo and its not even finished yet😍 so happy I found my tattoo home!! (I had to add a picture of the hocus pocus wall art because it was the cutest thing Ive ever seen:)

I called asking about walk-in availability, the artist was super friendly & asked me to come right on in. The shop is ECLECTIC in the best way. It felt so interesting, vibrant, and was very clean. My tattoo was designed beautifully. I will be returning & having her design my a matching tattoo for my mother & I. So excited. If you haven’t stopped in yet I highly recommend doing so.

I’ve been working with Kailey for a few years now. I originally came in just to get my septum pierced but saw her shop and her work and was immediately smitten. I scheduled a tattoo appointment with her immediately! She is absolutely amazing, I have found my forever artist and a great friend in Kailey.Her creativity is top of the line, line work is so clean, she’s amazing, and her shop is a masterpiece ! Kailey is a blessed artistic young lady. She was respectful (Im an older gal) and very professional. Her prices are reasonable and she takes her time making sure everything is done right and to your liking. I believe she would be open and honest if she felt a tattoo wasnt quite right (for whatever reason) and would advise accordingly. 5 stars is nothing compared to the service I received from Kailey! I connected with her through a friend and chatted with her through texts to schedule. She made time during her busy schedule, for me, a new client and person she’d never met. She took my stick figure-esque drawing and made it look exactly like what I had pictured in my head. It was a memorial piece for my late grandmother and she truly brought it to life. My mom contacted her as well, to pay for my services for me and she had the most pleasant experience. Came here with my husband recently with some questions about a piercing and she was quite rude, at one point even stating she, “doesn’t give a F” about looking into said piercing. Unfortunate, especially when I noticed she had so many piercings herself, I thought she’d be happy to help. Won’t come here again.

I went to see kailey as a walk in to get a Medusa piercing. She was extremely friendly and gave me information on how to care for it. Her shop was very clean and had beautiful artwork. She did an amazing job with my piercing and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I plan on going back for more work and would definitely recommend her if you want any work done

Absolutely LOVED my experience here!!! I wanted nipples pierced and they look great!! Hurt way less than I expected and she did it so nice and quick! Good quality jewelry including in the piercing price. Definitely would come here again!

I got an amazing tattoo here and truly had a great experience with Kailey. She was down to earth, really gave me the best advice on what my tattoo needed to be the best because finger tats are tricky and I feel like I got the best possible outcome. The tat shop she has is insane and gives you something to look at at all times to keep your mind off of the pain even though I barely felt any pain and had a super fast session. It was great to be able to talk it out and laugh with Kailey throughout the session and I would recommend her to anyone who wants a seriously skilled artist who wont just try to sell you on an idea for their own benefit. She wanted what was best for me and said this was her passion and it was so great to be able to trust her right off the bat. And of course an added luxury was the lollipop at the end because as she said everyone deserves to have a lollipop after getting hurt Thank you Kailey!

I went to see Kailey for a very difficult coverup piece, one I thought could never be covered. She was very creative and artistic in helping me choose what would look and cover the best. Kaileys attention to detail and incredible talent are only trumped by her amazing heart. She wants her customers to be thrilled with their body art and will bust herself to make it happen. I visited from out of state and she texted me with a cancelled appointment. She sat for four hours to cover up a terrible decision I made 20 years ago and turned it into a true work of art. Im so pleased and impressed. I will definitely visit her again next time Im in the area.

I usually don’t like to complain, but the owner Kailey had a strong body odor coming from her arm pits and possibly other places while she was tattooing me. Personal hygiene is paramount in this business and I was appalled by my experience

I loved the atmosphere, the artwork, and the artist. I highly recommend this parlor of perfection if you need a piercing or piece done professionally. I had my belly done. It was so quick, it hurt less than an innoculation (shot). Run, dont walk, to this awesome shop!

This girl is definitely the queen of piercings! She did my very first nose piercing and I absolutely love it! I called Queen of Hearts Tattoo and Piercings and the owner/piercer was super friendly and was willing to stay open an hour past closing so that myself and 3 others could finally get our piercings done! She was very clean and professional. She did an awesome job with our piercings! Give her a call when youre ready for your next piercing, you wont be disappointed!

Kailey did a triple outer helix for me. Her shop is clean, very professional extremely like able. Hands down I’m recommending her. The piercings were fast. clean and painless. Her rates are spot on!
