I recently had the pleasure of getting a half sleeve done by Rodney and was left impressed by his vision and attention to detail. Rodney is amazing! He is so knowledgeable about Japanese art and tattooing the correct way! I called to see if I could get in last min and he was able to take me in.When I arrived I was able to see some of his artwork in his own solo shop and I decided I wanted an original tattoo from Rodney himself, so a koi fish on my elbow was what sealed the deal!He free handed a sketch and got to work. I decided to reach out to Rodney a day before and he was super nice on the phone and was able to get us in the next day. He was very quick and explained everything to us before getting it. Went in for the first on the 21st just to see what he had and I was not disappointed he was very welcoming and quick at explaining everything I showed him a photo of the tattoo I wanted and he said that it was something he was down to do and got me in the next day on the 22nd he was very efficient and friendly to me and my fiance. I called the owner about an hour before closing time taking a shot in the dark hoping that they had some time to hook me up. He was extremely flexible, respectful of my time and truly understood what I was looking for. I didn’t have to sacrifice quality work for the amount of time it took. I had a great experience even talking to Rodney on the phone. He was more then willing to work with me even tho o had a ruined sleeve. He has since turned it into a work of art an I cant be happier so far the outcome is beyond my own expectations an better then anything I thought would have even been possible. Called him 3 days ago in the late afternoon asking to get 2 tattoos, even though he was busy he squeezed me in and stayed after hours to finish me up. Did a great job on both; then yesterday I called again to get matching tattoos with my friend and he squeezed me in again! Prices are reasonable and work it great. Came in for an appointment with my Wife, (Tattoo was for her) on a Friday night. The vibe was unmatched. He closed the blinds and also made it have a lot more privacy. Closed the shop down as well. Tattoo was on her pelvis area and she said he just made the whole process feel relaxed!!

I got my very first tattoos today...a memorial tattoo for my mom along with her handwriting that says love you. Rodney did an amazing job capturing the realism i wanted in this piece. I came to see elegant arts for my first tattoo, I got my elbow done and is known to be a very painful area, Mier walked me through the tattoo and was informative and very helpful and understanding my tattoo was done free hand and turned out great.I recommend my friend to his parlor, he also was very affordable and worked with me greatly.

I have hypermobility EDS all the joints in my body can and do dislocate. I also have fibromialgia. Rodney ade sure I was completely comfortable, made sure I took breaks. Never made me feel badly for readjusting in the middle of my chest piece. I would highly recommend him!!!

All I have to say about this place it my experience was amazing, I called for a last minute walk in for a tattoo with my dads handwriting on it. Rodney squeezes me in after hours and spent his time. Rodney has a bad attitude. If you make an appointment plan on if being days later and then waiting hours after that to get the work done. Also he did my tattoo and messed up on it and I was gonna ask if he can fix it and he got all upset and said he wouldnt fix it.

I called him a few weeks ago and he said that I am going out of town for some time and I will call you when I am back and we can get the tattoo done. But when I try to call him back he doesn’t answer. Literally I was suppose to get the tattoo from the owner of the shop and they got my 100 dollar deposit and now They’re not picking up my calls or responding to my messages. I am just getting back and forth for his shop.

Rodney was professional, the shop was clean. He gave me something better than what I asked for and freehanded it, making it an original piece. I’ll be back and I’d recommend this shop to anyone looking for an honest shop!

The owner does amazing work his sacred geometry he gave me was spot on his lines r perfect n his dot work is amazing also know for his traditional and portrait work too n during my long session I saw 3 other happy faces leave from his apprentice in there they got a good team of great people n best of all amazing talent 11/10 would recommend n im going back for more thank you guys so much

My friend and I walked out so sad and disappointed with the tattoos we got. The two men that were tattooing tonight were so unprofessional, they began to argue with us when we asked for a refund. When we had every right to, considering the poor tattoos we got. Never going back.

If possible I would have gave 0 stars . I came in twice with an appointment and gave my number and the second time I went there the shop was closed. I even waited few minutes to see if he had opened but no. I recommend not to go there and save your time.

He hooked my girl up and didnt charge extra to fix a tattoo that someone messed up. And did an awesome job on the tattoo we went there for.

Horrible. Forgot lines. Was so heavy it sounded like the gun was broken and could barley keep eyes open like they were on something. Looked NOTHING like the stencil and horrible costumer service
