Eric is an amazing artist! Hes done 6 pieces for me, ranging from fine lines/ script to multi-colored shading. Each one has healed quickly and easily. Better than any other pieces from previous artists. (And hes a cool dude to just chat with while youre in the hot seat...) I recommend him to everyone who asks where to go for quality work!

This was an amazing place the girl that pierced my septum was really nice and matched my energy. it was very clean, she even made sure i had no boogers lol,she also seen that i only had one ball on my nose ring so she offered me one!:) it was by far the best experience. i recommend this place!

Tonight I went to Passionfish to get a septum piercing from Jasmine and OMG she is amazing!!She was so wonderful and fast while piercing. I felt a tiny sting and that’s it!I’m a savage when it comes to pain and I love everything about how Jasmine does the job so I’m making a list to get many many more piercings from her!Clean, fast, with an amazing selection of jewelry!Honestly this is the best place in town in my opinion and I have gotten my tongue, eyebrow, and now my septum done with PF. 💚♥️💚

We came in for the Friday The 13th Special. Although I have gone with many friends in the past for their tattoo sessions, this was my first tattoo. Although the wait was long, due solely to the special, we had an incredible time with both the staff and the tattoo artists. I had my tattoo done by Ma and she was amazing. I was expecting a simple Friday the 13th tattoo, what I got was an experience and a great little tattoo, both of which will last forever. I already have plans for the next tattoos I am getting from this shop. My boyfriend also received a tattoo from Ma and although hes gotten other tattoos elsewhere, hes ready for his next one to be done at Passionfish

The piercer, Jasmine was so cool, funny and welcoming. I would recommend her to anyone! However, the lady working the front desk and handling the phones was rude. She threw my ID back at me after she scanned it 🤷‍♀️ like, what’s up with that?

My soul sister and I decided to go make some fun poor life choices and Jasmine was the best. My sister got her nose pierced and I got my septum pierced. I would definitely highly recommend Jasmine @Passionfish. We are going back next Thursday for more fun poor life choices!

My artist was Eric and always has been. He is absolutely the very best around. Today was the first time ever going to this shop and I had an absolute great experience. Everyone was super nice, made me feel good, and very welcoming. I for sure recommend this place and Eric without a doubt

On 09/10/20 I got my newest tattoo done by the amazing Cricket!!! Her talent knows no boundaries! Cricket is creative, friendly, helpful, and totally worth the money and the wait! She stays booked for a reason y’all. Also, I have to mention that her cleaning skills are top notch. Me and my daughter had appointments together that day and after Cricket finished my daughters tattoo she completely changed out and disinfected everything! I have multiple tattoos all done by different artist and I can honestly say that this is the first time I’ve experienced a true tattoo session ❤️ I will definitely be a returning customer.I know this is a long review but there’s a couple more things that I feel is worth mentioning. She’s honest. She will not rip off someone else’s art. She will tell you if something will or won’t work and if it won’t she’ll explain why and how she can tweak it. I’m diabetic and she made sure my sugar levels had been good because it truly does affect the healing process. I love that! At the end of the day she’s 110% percent passionate about her artwork and she refuses to do anything less than perfection

Went in for a cover up on my finger. Eric was super professional and did an excellent job. He worked with me on ideas for my cover up and gave me something that was better than I even expected for a VERY reasonable price. 10/10.

This is a great studio for all your tattoos; Very laid back atmosphere, clean and up to standard procedures. I had two tattoos done this year by Cricket and she is amazing! She listens, she has great creative skills as I asked for something custom and I couldn’t be more happy with the art and time spent. She’s easy to talk to and keeps in touch. 1000/10 customer service. Every individual I talked to made me feel welcome. Jasmine gave me four ear piercings. She was extremely patient as we marked where exactly I wanted the piercings. Sent a request for a consult. Was in the area the next week, so I stopped in to see about the consult. I was less than impressed with the less than professional looking lobby/waiting area. Very rundown. Decided to take my money to someone who was interested and had a much cleaner more professional attitude and shop! Definitely expected a lot more. I had my daith pierced by Jazzy. She was awesome, I was nervous. She made it quick and only a little painless. Only other piercing I have are my ears, that was done when I was 5 years old. So this was a big deal for me.I went back a couple weeks later to have Verni finish a tattoo that was start by someone else several years ago. She did amazing! I am super happy. She made the whole experience pleasant. Clean, professional, great conversation. I will not go anywhere else.

Cricket totally outdid herself. She took my idea and turned it into something beautiful. I had Dustin as my tattoo artist. From the first day up to the appointment Dustin was extremely nice and worked very hard to create the piece I wanted and it turned out 1000 times better then I imagined. He stayed until 3 am just because I wanted to finish. He was very talkative and let me watch shows on his iPad. I felt very comfortable throughout this whole experience and will forever go to Dustin for my future tattoos!!

Went to passionfish for my tattoo and the whole experience was awesome! Walking in, everybody was so nice and funny. Cricket did my first tattoo, ever. She told me about the whole process. The tattoo turned out amazing and definitely would go to her again.

In the beginning it was fine, the staff was nice and joked around in the beginning. I had my nose pierced by them and never once have I had a problem with any of my piercings until now. It never once healed. I have a small figure in the first place (small nose as well) but to pierce it with an 18 gauge needle was to much. I was in constant pain because of the size and the supposed after care instructions they give you. Definitely will not come back.

I got my nose peirced last year by Jasmine she was gentle and really funny I felt no pain whatsoever I definitely recommend her

This place is really cool. The guy who did my tattoo,Brandon, was really sweet and made sure my tattoo was perfect before starting on my skin. I waited longer than I wanted but the results were worth the wait. Also the price was reasonable and I would go there again for my next tattoo.

Very professional staff great artist and an easy going environment. I should add I had an idea for a tattoo but no idea what it would look like. I had my friend who was an artist with me who knows the owner, after asking them to draw it out so I could get an idea of what it looked like the owner suggested my friend draw it (she said they would draw it if thats what I wanted) she did and I am honored to have my friends art work tattooed on me.

9 years ago I had my sons name tattooed on my wrist by a young buck named dustin and it is as perfect today than it was 9 years ago to my pleasure I visited for the 2nd time in as many years except this time is was mt 18 year oldthat I was trusting these artists with. I was encouraged and not at all surprised to see that dustin was still working there almost 10 years later and he recommended my daughter use brandon and he did not disappoint. She was a little nervous but as we talked and we asked lots of questions about each others lives, we looked down and claire had her very first tattoo and it was a beautiful experience. Thank you Dustin and Brandon. Now we both have No Numbers No Words. The first time I laid eyes on her I told ber there werent enough numbers or words to ever be able to explain how much she is loved.

I’m posting this review after receiving some drama on my person social media page. I have received several tattoos from passion fish over the years. Even at there old location. I’ve always dealt with Jonathan or brandon. I believed they have some amazing work on my pieces that I have. Well I recently just had a new piece done by a different artist not from passion fish. This new piece is amazing. Pictures do not give it the justice is deserves. Spectacular work done. So after finishing this new tattoo. I posted a picture of the tattoo on my personal Facebook page. Where I’m friends with Jonathan that works for passion fish. Jonathan decided to call out the artist on my post and making accusations and assumptions on the artist. They had an argument and then Jonathan deleted all of his comments. I privately messaged Jonathan asking him why he was starting all this drama. He said it was a slap in the face for an untrained artist to dis a professionals work and said no offense to me. Then deleted me off Facebook. After receiving this new tattoo. I have reviewed my previous tattoos that have all been done at passion. There are many flaws that I have not noticed before. I did not like how many breaks Jonathan took while doing my pieces. I remember coming in for a flag that took 7+ hours when most of it was him setting up and taking smoke breaks and eating lunch. This was an appointment. That totally chair time on the piece was about 2-3 hours. All of this is my person experience. My own opinion of passion fish and the above employees. I thought I was receiving the best work around. That’s why I stayed loyal for so long. My wife , nor I will be back.

Place does great artwork sometimes....thats the reason for 2 stars instead of 1. Problem is you cant get ahold of them. They start tattoos and have no intention of finishing them. I know several people that are stuck with half finished tattoos and cant get dustin to call them back to finish it. Shady business practices. Lazy artists. What takes my guys in knoxville 4-5 hours to tattoo would take passionfish 4 sittings...and no its not because the quality is better theyre just slow. You never know when the shop is actually open. Ive went by before a couple hours after opening and the signs on people are inside but the doors locked. This place could have the potential to be one of the best shop around but theres a lack of maturity and professionalism.

This place gave me staph infection. Probably because my artist was talking on the phone a large majority of my tattoo and did not change her gloves. Besides the filthy shop, the place is ran by a bunch of grimy teenagers who just hang around and smoke cigarettes. The waiting area was full of literal teenagers listening to rap music loudly from a laptop. Thats fine of course, but they are not a Christian environment that they claim. Unprofessional, dirty, and awkward.

Honestly, my wife went in for simple Celtic motherhood symbol in honor of our son. Brandon was artist and tattoo looks horrible. 2 blow outs and scarring. Took 1 month to heal. Never go here for tattoo. i went by and spoke with Brandon to see if they would give a refund to have someone else fix it and he would NOT. Do not go here for tattoo!!!

Super friendly atmosphere. They are more than willing to help you with what you want. Even if that means sending you elsewhere. If its not something they do. They will direct you to the best option outside their shop. I had the pleasure of witnessing this apon my most recient visit.Very clean, steril environment. The light in there is my personal favorite. Being able to see displays of local artist work on the walls theougjout the shop is inspiring. Scripture on the floor is inspirational.All in all, if youre in to being inked this is rhe place Id recommend with a HUGE thumbs up!

Horrible first tattoo experience. Brandon done the work. The tattoo was not center on the back of my neck...close to one inch off. The letters were not even, it was slanted, and the place was not clean. Just went to Living Art in Madisonville to get it fixed by Brian....where I should have gone in the first place.
