My wife and I were in town with her mom for a cruise and decided to get matching tattoos to commemorate our vacation!After asking around, a local recommended us to come here to Empire ink. We were greeted at the door by Aleia who was very kind, friendly, and super helpful explaining the pricing and conditions.We worked with two different artists, Valentino and Fernando, who are both extraordinarily talented and creative. Valentino free handed my olive branch and it turned out way better than I could have imagined.Whether you are local or traveling, we all highly recommend this place. I’m sure we’ll be back at some point down the road! Thanks Empire Ink!

We walked in and were greeted by the amazing and super friendly Aleia! She answered all our questions and met every request we had. She even helped finalize a design for my mom’s tattoo! Fernando, who did my tattoo, was very kind, friendly, and supportive through my thought process. We chatted about different things to keep my mind off the pain. He kept asking if I was okay, if I liked the way things looked, and was encouraging about the decision. Valentino did my mom and my husband tattoo by free hand drawing and they fell in love with the design - as did I! Fernando used a stencil and it turned out fantastic. 10/10 would recommend this team as it is flexible for your needs!

Came in here on a whim and was greeted with kindness. The whole staff was wonderful. Fernando did my tattoo and he did an amazing job. He frequently asked if I was okay. It was also his birthday and I got cake. They provided a cute goodie bag with aftercare. Safe to say I will be back!

Yosel was great! I love my new piece by him. Definitely coming back here for the rest of my tattoos! The rest of the staff was really nice as well and the shop was clean. 10/10 recommend you come here!

Christ was very helpful getting everything set up as far as the paperwork and figuring out what we wanted. Frank was the perfect artist he made sure i like my tattoo stencil and the sizing and placement. He was very gentle and did great .

Came in on my birthday and was immediately taken care of by KD at the front desk! Divi did my tattoo and was so gentle throughout. The shop is clean, affordable and has great vibes! I even got a free goodie bag with aftercare products. Highly recommend and I will be back whenever I’m in Miami!

If in Miami and wanna get good quality work done be sure to come to this place. The receptionist Pat was inviting and very cool. Even gave us a shot of Cuban coffee which was greatly needed after the trip we just had. Our artist Sergio took time to get all the details of what we wanted and executed to the T! Came in as a walk in and was able to get a piece done that very morning. Showed JB a couple inspiration pictures and he was able to help me create an amazing piece based off of it. Boogie was my tattoo artist and he did a phenomenal job on this! Super light-handed and he got it done so quick but so clean. The lines are incredibly straight, can’t believe how good it looks. Hands down my favorite tattoo that I have so far. The whole tattoo shop was a vibe. Every staff member there was so friendly and made this whole experience fun and memorable. Rating it as 5 stars is an understatement! This shop deserves at least 10 stars!!

From the moment you walk in, Patricia’s warm welcome makes you feel at ease. Cristian, the piercing artist, is excellent—guiding you through the process with patience and expertise. Best spot in Miami! Marco revived my 11 year old dull tattoo and added this quote and did a phenomenal job. They use the best ink in the world too which was important. Patricia is awesome she gave us coffee shots and they let us play our own audio in the background. 5 stars. Great energy 👌

Was on a cruise out of Miami. Had some time to kill before we flew home so decided….why not get inked! From start to finish my experience with the shop was nothing short of the best I’ve ever experienced. Told Boogie what I was thinking and he pulled some creativity out of my idea and made it pop! He is what the definition of an artist is. He completely exceeded my expectations. I’m planning another cruise soon and am more excited about planning another stop in the shop. Much thanks to Boogie and Patricia. I’m doing a disservice to the young man who did my wife’s tattoo. He was amazing as well. I want to give him all the praise as well. My family and I went in last minute yesterday to get some tattoos. These people that work here are absolutely amazing! Very friendly and funny! We had 12 people with us on 8/29/24 and they didn’t complain about the noise or anything. Thank you guys so much!

I walked in with My siblings to get a spontaneous tattoo. The receptionist Melissa was super friendly and helpful! She was very patient on waiting for us to decide what we wanted to get. I ended up getting my dog tattooed on my arm by a very talented artist called Boogie. Line work was on point! Very happy to see my Pup come to life on my arm. Omgggg!!!! This place was amazing. This was my first tattoo. Art was so patient and held my hand the entire time. Andres did my tattoo in under 20 minutes. When I tell you I want to cry. I love it. My wife and I walked in to Empire (Washington Avenue location) on the last day of our week long vacation for a commemorative tattoo. The woman at the front broke down the process, encouraged us to make an appointment for the same day to hold our spot, and even offered to hold our bags behind the counter while we ran and grabbed a bite to eat. We received a tattoo from D and not only did it come out excellent, but he was very fast and efficient with his work and took every step to make sure we were going to love our tattoos. We will absolutely be back when we return to Miami. From the second we walked in, to the moment we left, we were nothing but pleased with the entire experience.

Yerson did such an amazing job on our matching tattoos! We got medium sized infinity symbols and he was such a breeze while making sure to do great work! Would definitely come back again. Already plotting!

Man!!! Empire tattoo in downtown Miami has done it again ! I am from out of town and I made an appointment after coming last year and getting something small. I can confidently say…I got everything I hoped for and more. The staff were friendly and hospitable. I spoke with the owner before getting started up and he was a really cool guy ! If you get a chance and need some work done stop in and ask for Rosell specifically. I have MANY tattoos and this truly is one of my favorites. He was detailed, precise and pretty quick in my option. 5/5 stars. Empire will DEFINITELY be seeing me again !

Was very nervous about picking the right place to get my tattoo done. Being from Buffalo, NY on vacation in Miami I wanted to make sure my FIRST tattoo would be the best it could be. DO NOT GO HERE! Visited Miami out of state on vacation, went to Empire Ink with confidence left with a botched tattoo. This is my tattoo ONE WEEK after getting it done. Work by Armando, highly dissatisfied and disappointed. Spoke with management and was told this issue would be resolved by their boss. Received an email the next day stating the tattoo isn’t fully healed & whenever I return to Miami I could come in to get it “touched up.” Imagine paying over $100 for something so simple and for it to go so wrong. Beyond frustrating when a “business” does not take accountability for their mistakes, especially in the involvement of permanently marking one’s body.

If you would like a fresh looking tattoo with highly detailed work, specially performed by an experienced master (32 yrs+), Mr. Von, and a friendly atmosphere welcoming blank canvases, tourist, and those who just need an old tattoo touched up, then you must check this place out. I just got this dragon done with a combination of old and new techniques. The butterfly was an old dead looking piece that is completely glowing now with unique colors design by Mr. Von. I was very fortunate to find this place and Mr. Von for this artwork. - and I will be back. - thanks guys.

Terrible service from geo he was aggressive and not comforting at all. It’s been 2 weeks and tattoo looks so bad I’m so disappointed. Don’t come here overpriced. Not even a good job. And it’s not due to me taking care of it wrong I used their cream and processed to cover it for the amount of days he said.

I got my very simple tattoo about a month ago but I was not fortunate enough to have Mr.Von to do it instead another artist took care of this rather easy job.Even though he seemed like a nice person but his job was not done properly. He overworked the skin and didn’t go deep enough. The lines didn’t come out straight either.Not very happy with my experience to be honest and I would not really recommend to get a tattoo there unless it’s the other person everyone is talking about!

Recently got 2 tattoos from Von Shock and could not be happier. Went in just to talk about potentially getting one and within 15 minutes had a great idea and plan for the cardinal I’ve been wanting to get for a year. Amazing work, great guy to talk to. Has stories on stories from his past that help pass the time and really shows his passion for the art. Definitely going to be going back for the future work I have planned and recommend Von to anyone looking for some great work.

Von is the best tattoo artist Ive ever come across. Not only is he extremely meticulous with his work and well experienced but he also cares a lot. This is the third tattoo I have and by far in the hardest area. It has come out PERFECT. I wish he was the first tattoo artist I had met because honestly, while my other tattoos are beautiful, one had ink that leeked and the other is smoggy. The artists always try to blame the skin type but after speaking with Von, I realized that was BS and inexperience. Lesson learned! If you have the opportunity to have your tattoo done by this kind and talented soul dont hesitate! I got this done right before my flight out of Miami and Im ever so happy I did. Von added a special touch by asking my finace and I to write out in our own hand writings our tattoos for one another, making it extra special! Thank you so much!!

Amazing experience! I got my right nipple pierced and the process was smooth and explanatory. Didn’t hurt at all, Steve has a good piercing gentle hand and and Nani was super nice and made sure I knew How to clean my piercing. MUST COME BACK !
