This place is really cool and the workers are amazing. They make sure everything it’s to your liking and you are comfortable. As for the tattooing; they are precise and do such an amazing job, they make sure nothing is left undone and it’s exactly the way you asked for it. Definitely recommend!! i’ll be coming back

This place is AMAZING! I was with a group of 6 people that decided to go get tats on a whim. On a Sunday at that. We all had a plane to catch late that evening and we showed up around noon. 4 of the 6 were relatively simple tats, my wifes was a little involved, and of course I had to all out and get my first realistic tattoo. I was setup with Jose. I gave him some Google pics of the elements I wanted incorporated into the tattoo and told him what I wanted it to look like. He got on his tablet and within 15 minutes, he had my dream tattoo in his hand, exactly the way I had pictured it. We went straight to the chair and he got to work. 5½ hours later, he had his masterpiece on my upper arm and it looks AMAZING!!! Pain was negligible, with the exception of my tailbone and lower back from having to sit still that long (we did take 3 or 4 breaks). On top of it all, we still got to the airport with plenty of time to spare. If I ever find myself in Miami again, I will definitely be dropping back by!

I brought my friend’s mom in to get her nose pierced, and while the piercing itself was fine, the experience with the staff was completely unprofessional. I handed the girl my phone to send aftercare instructions, and she started messing with my phone way beyond that following people from the shop, posting on my story, and turning on notifications. That’s so disrespectful and unnecessary. We came in as paying customers, no discounts or flyers just expecting good service. You don’t play around with people’s phones like that. It’s goofy and unprofessional. I won’t be coming back.

Alyssa did my septum and nostril piercing. I originally had my septum pierced in the wrong spot and decided to take it out and get it re-done. I met her at a tattoo convention and have been coming to My Ink since they’ve opened. She made it a wonderful experience and helped ease my nerves… and the piercings are great. I love the look and I am glad I came in! If you’re looking to get pierced or tatted, definitely come in to the shop, and definitely say hi to Alyssa! :)

This place is awesome. I’ve gotten a couple of my tattoos from here and it’s always been a good experience. The owners are awesome and always try to hook you up with some good deals you won’t find elsewhere. The artists are all cool and friendly and I’ve had good experiences with them. The artists I’ve most gotten tattooed with is Henry, Daniel and Joney and they are all super cool guys. The vibe is very awesome and makes it feel chill when you’re getting your piece of art on your skin. When people ask for my tattoos I always tell them to come here because they never miss.

Alyssa & Koala were amazing and very friendly. Theyre customer service was great. We were vacationing in Miami for my friend’s bachelorette weekend, there were 6 people in our party. They listened to what each of us wanted and helped us make that happen. Jose tattooed all of us & Alyssa did a piercing.

ACTUALLY THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVERRR WITH ALYSSA. Walked in impulsively but she really took the time and consideration to walk me through the whole process and created such a welcoming comforting experience that the pain of the piercing was the least of my worries. Todays tattoo experience with Day was awesome, I came in nervous for my first big tattoo but day applied a numbing cream at the beginning which calmed my nerves and made the tattoo go by smoothly, pain level was very low through most of the tattoo experience except once my skin started to get sensitive day applied a numbing spray which helped me get through it. Overall a great tattoo experience with day and the numbing cream and spray that she used!

He was very unprofessional when I gave MY idea of what I wanted MY tattoo to be and he didn’t even give a suggestion he just dismissed the whole thing. As soon as my sister and I walked into the shop, I was greeted at the front and attended to. The person at the front desk answered any questions I had. I had a 2 for 1 special, I came in for a belly piercing and ended up getting both a belly and nose piercing. The piercer Dave, was extremely knowledgeable, attentive and made the piercing process easy for me. I was comfortable and happy with my service. I recommend others to attend this location and get pierced by Dave.

Horrible experience. I came for a septum piercing and belly button piercing same day. A couple days later both piercings started to get very irritated. I go to the doctor to only find out that both piercings were infected. Before coming here I have 3 ear piercings and 1 tongue piercing, none of which have been infected until I get new piercings from this place. I called to let them know and I get hung up on?! Terrible place. Not considerate in the slightest!

Tom was an amazing artist! For my first tattoo, and it being a decent size, he handled it with delicacy and care. Great service and definitely will be returning here for future tattoos and services.

I had two of my favorite tattoos done here! The crew is amazing. They are super nice and super patient when it comes to design and choose what tattoo, and where.I would 100% recommend coming here.They also have a PlayStation that you can use to play while you are waiting for your turn. Super fun.

This place is amazing! I’ve gotten two tattoos here and my nose piercing and I couldn’t be happier!! The man who did my tattoos and I love him!! He’s very gentle and very nice and makes you feel very comfortable . As well as the piercer , I was really nervous but he made me feel most comfortable ! It was quick and painless!!!

Awesome experience I had today ! Wasn’t expecting to get my belly button pierced but honestly I do no regret at all. Elisha did an amazing job making feel comfortable and relaxed through your the whole process. I didn’t even feel a thing. Will definitely be recommending all my friends to get pierced here.

This place is awesome! Just randomly walked in for their Friday special and got my Tragus pierced! The staff was so nice, and my piercer was SO knowledgeable and helpful. An excellent experience overall! I WILL be returning and sharing with others!

My artists name was Tom. He was super professional and very helpful. He really took the time to brainstorm with me and we came up with our own piece from two different pieces. Everyone else who works there is also very friendly and welcoming. Had a wonderful experience and would def recommend to friends and family. Def coming back!
