Awesome shop, amazing staff! I cannot recommend Blackball enough! Brenton, Kelsey, Maggie, Beth, and Charlie are the most amazing people! You only receive the best work here, I love all my piercings and tattoos. Couldnt ask for a better place to go for my tattoo and piercing needs!

Wanted two simple tattoos. The customer service was great! They explained the whole process. I was very happy with the size and placement of my tattoos. This was a great experience! I got a dinosaur tattoo back of arm and arrow tattoo back of arm.

Been getting my tattoos here for years.Jordan Taylor is great to collaborate with! Understands vision and her style is amazing. I love the way she is always learning and growing within her craft and it definitely shows.We have a few pieces weve started together and at this point my entire right side of my body is her canvas.I get so many compliments on my beautiful elf on my leg and the delicate wings of the crane on my arm.

I got my septum pierced a couple months ago by Maggie and I could not have felt more taken care of. Maggie is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what she does. If I ever get another piercing, I will not hesitate to come back here!

Jordan(edit: now working at matchbox) is amazingly talented her booth is always changing and very cool. Lots of good talking points to keep you focused on anything but the needles in your skin. Highly recommend for your first tattoo. Shes done work on myself and 4 friends, all happy repeat customers ( or hoping to get more done by Jordan soon) ask for something custom, you will not be disappointed!Edit: the rest of the team always seemed really nice too.

I have multiple pieces from Jordan and they’re all still vibrant and beautiful. One was a walk in and she whipped up multiple gorgeous designs from minimal concept, the other two were more specific but I wanted them in her specific art form and she delivered. She’s talented and efficient and her other art mediums around her booth space are also beautiful.

Been going to Black Ball for around 10/11 years now, Jon was and still is my go to tattoo artist whenever he has openings - other people have worked on me here, sure, but Jon especially has, out of 17 tattoos, done the majority of the work (I believe hes 10 of the 17, and counting). Hes always been nothing but agreeable and a joy to work with, always listening to what Im looking to do, and I always ask he throws his own spin into it and really make it his own.Jon communicates precisely, eloquently, and always comes correct, treating his customers with respect and dignity, and there were even quite a few times he approached me with humbleness - something that, knowing he runs the shop, came as a surprise to me when he did my first tattoos fresh out of high school.I consider Jon a friend, and always look forward to hitting him up to see if hes got an opening for me to squeeze into. I dont even live in Midland anymore, and I still find myself making the two/three hour drives just to have his work on me. Its an honor and a privilege to be tattooed by him and speak with the rest of the staff here. This is the only place I ever recommend to anyone that asks me about my ink, and the only shop I ever plan on going to.

I highly recommend Black Ball to anyone looking to get a tattoo done! I went for my first tattoo and have only went back there for all my others! Cody is amazing & makes you feel super comfortable while getting your work done! Kelsey is also very sweet & makes you super comfortable while she’s working!! I don’t remember the name of who did my latest tattoo but she was also very sweet! All my tattoos look amazing!!

Jordan was amazing! She made an amazing drawing that exceeded my expectations. She outlined and colored my tattoo with almost no pain! Got my second tattoo here. Im a generally nervous person when it comes to new experiences and the staff was so kind and made the interactions part completely painless. The tattoo itself, I cried but didnt move so win for me. I had a lip-blushing done. I had misunderstood the difference between that and a full lip but the artist, Jordan (now at Matchbox Tattoo) was wonderful and talked with me before making sure I was getting what I wanted. Her dedication to detail was outstanding at every step of the process.The space was clean and beautifully decorated. Each artist station had such amazing personality touches that I never ran out of things to look at.

Absolutely the best service for tattooing in the whole state, I went there to get my favorite sports team (the lions!) Tattoo on my shoulder. Brenton is the man for the job he did! Highly recommend, will be coming back for sure!!

I took my daughter to see Maggie for an ear lobe piercing this afternoon and she was so fantastic! Maggie is patient, gentle and funny! She took the time to show us all the tools, walk us through the sterilization process and let my girl ride the rollercoaster of emotions that came with the event. We’ll be seeing Maggie again for any piercing needs, kiddo ‘missed her’ by the time we got home 💕.

My sister and I went for piercings today! And Maggie was absolutely fantastic! Patient with us both and our nerves. Also when naval piercings werent a good fit for us she was super helpful at pivoting us to something better for us each. My sister did her septum and I got a helix. Thank you again Maggie!!!

Maggie did a great job piercing my flat. I always recommend her to people! She’s so kind and chill, yet so professional at the same time. I’m a nervous person but she always puts me at ease. If you’re looking for a trustworthy yet easy going piercing experience I would suggest Maggie over and over again! The receptionist was also super helpful!

I have gone to this tattoo parlor for almost all of my adult life and I am disgusted at the behavior of the owner. I thought he had problems with people of other racial backgrounds when I was there but finally having confirmation makes a lot more sense considering anytime I tried to talk to him he completely ignored me while the rest of his staff was super nice and helpful.

Highly highly recommend. Jordan is a very talented artist who has so far handled all 6 of my tattoos and I wouldn’t have it any other way :D

Maggie is wonderful and an amazing piercer. I live out of state and if I ever revisit I will be going to see her again. Went in for a piercing, she helped me decide what to get and explained everything before and as she went along. Went so well I went back two days later to get a helix done that was not done well before and so it closed. She fixed that and was so gentle. Got this done 2 months ago and I haven’t had any trouble with them they are eating nicely and the jewelry that comes with it is cute for basic piercing jewelry. I was able to sleep on that side of my head way sooner than expected based on previous piercing experiences, which was a huge bonus.

My best friend and I went and got matching tattoos. We were walk ins and they welcomed us and did a fantastic job on them. Kelsey and Brenton are awesome. Very talented and I will definitely go back to them for my next tattoos.

As a salty old dog and a first time tattoo-ee, I was a bit uneasy starting the process. The Black Ball folk fielded all my (many) calls, emails, etc. quickly and with great information - ending with me meeting with the artist Jordan Toons. He explained why my original idea would not hold-up as a long-term tattoo (including pics and everything), listened as I described where I was going with it, and said he would create a design for my idea.A week later I was under the needle in a relaxed, entertaining, and informative atmosphere that made the entire process extremely enjoyable.Jordan Toons design was phenomenal and the resulting tattoo exceeded my expectations by far!I would recommend this crew in a heartbeat - specifically Jordan Toons, if you want high-quality, a memorable experience, and incredible artwork.

The best ink in the area. Every artist there would be the star in any other studio. Ive gotten two arms full there, and every time it has been professional, and fun. The entire shop has a great vibe.

I had a tattoo done here on the recommendation of my daughter. I see why she is happy with them. Super nice people, very clean and well kept shop. I will def be returning for more work for sure!!!! Went in with with an idea for a silly little cat tattoo and described what I wanted for about 30 seconds. In that time Kelsey, the artist, was able to design something even better than I imagined. I couldnt be more happy with the work that she did and she also made me feel very comfortable and had an extremely clean work environment. Would recommend this shop every time. Also Charlie and Beth at the counter were extremely helpful with aftercare tips and making me feel right at home as soon as I walked in the door

Only reviewing the only(?) piercer there. 2 times I scheduled, both times they canceled within or less than two hours of my scheduled appointment time due to being sick. Taking my business elsewhere.

I went to Faith Makayla and she’s awesome! She was kind and when I was nervous she talked to me how it isn’t bad at all. And it wasn’t bad, she wasn’t hard handed at all. For me, it didn’t hurt but it’s always how you handle pain.The second was a photo I had taken at work so it’s not the best but that’s all I had in my camera roll.

Highly recommended! I live in Nashville, TN and come home to Black Ball to get my work done. I have had 2 fairly long sessions with John at his shop and he is very informative and patient. The artwork and quality is amazing. Highly suggest giving Black Ball an opportunity to do what they do best!

I worked with Jordan on a walk in appointment and was thoroughly impressed with the work! I received two small tattoos for under 150, tip included! Its affordable, and the staff are just out of this world kind! I will always recommend!I also had Maggie pierce my septum ring around 6 and a half years ago, it healed wonderfully and I still have it! No issues ever with it, definitely recommend them for all things tattoo and piercing related.

It took me ten years to get back to Black Ball after I moved away from the area and it was well worth the wait. Jon designed an awesome travel themed watercolor piece that I absolutely love!! From the beginning when I was emailing to make the appointment to the end it was an absolute pleasure working with the staff. Jon is such an incredible artist! I personally feel he is very gentle and I cant wait to work with him again. Lets just hope its not another ten years! :)Just got another amazing Michigan themed piece by Jon and Im so unbelievably happy with it.

Walked in looking to buy tattoo after care cream should only take a minute. There were several staff coming and going from the front desk and one was helping a customer yet. I spent 10 minutes there and not one person acknowledged me. Will not be spending my time or money here in the future.

I love Black Ball! Jordan is such an amazing artist, I love every tattoo I’ve gotten from her. And Maggie is such an awesome piercer! She talks you through every step and makes sure you know what’s going on and are comfortable at all times! I’ll never go anywhere else for my body mods!

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced and Maggie was AMAZING! My daughter was very nervous because she hates needles and when we left she kept talking about how well things were explained to her and how much more relaxed she was because of those explanations every step of the way! Jonathan did an awesome job on my wolf tattoo and would definitely recommend blackball and Jonathan as an artist as he also has a good vibe while tattooing and isnt the typical tattooer youd think of! He does amazing work with amazing detail!

After searching for a place to get my 11 year olds ears pierced and going over reviews. I finally found what I thought would be the best choice. A little more for price than some places. But it will last her whole life so its already worth it. The reviews for Maggie are great and when I called she was booked up so we had to wait a little longer. Another sign that she is clearly good at her job. When we got there we were met with kindness and a smile. Maggie explained things so well to both my daughter and I. The piercing itself would have been worth the money. But the experience she had was worth so much more. My daughter will remember that day and that experience for her whole life. She even said Maggie is her new friend, she just dont know it yet. I honestly could not express how much I appreciate Maggie. She really is wonderful at her job. Im also grateful that she makes her earrings harder to just come off. Since kids are wild and I would hate for it to come off and get lost. ( She made sure to explain the trick to getting them off easily when needing to be changed) I am 100% satisfied with the whole experience and would recommend Maggie to anyone who is looking to get pierced. Especially if they have a child. If I could give you 10 stars I would. But it only allows 5. Thank you again Maggie and the wonderful staff at Black Ball Tattoo for a great experience.

I have always went to Jordan T. She is my absolute favorite! First impressions are important and Black Ball didn’t disappoint. It’s beautiful, everything looks new and it’s very clean!Everyone was very friendly from Brenton, my tattoo artist, to the women at the reception desk and other artists.Brenton was very funny and friendly but most important very confident in his abilities. He didn’t act like my little tattoo was boring or beneath him as other artists have done at other places.I will definitely be going back for the other tattoos I want. And I will definitely be sending any/all my friends there in need of tattoos or piercings.Thank you for a great experience!

Jordan is an amazing artist! We went in with almost nothing, gave her a couple ideas and cam out with 2 amazing pieces!! She was so patient with me( I only have one other tattoo and it was a LONG time ago.. I struggled hard.) The shop was clean, and she set up the gun right in front of us. Easy to get to, and good parking. Defenetly recommend !!!!!

10/10. If you decide to go ask for Jordan, it only took her 30 minutes to do this, you get for what you pay for and this was well worth it. She’s very nice and helpful. I was in and out. Not to mention she does a great job. I was able to get an appointment before I left back to base and they were kind enough to squeeze me in. The quality of the tattoo + the pricing even it out. I would definitely go again next time I’m in town.

I got my septum pierced today by Maggie, and this is a no brainier 5 stars! Maggie has such a kind, warm, personality, and is very clearly knowledgeable about her work, and her passion for it shows! She made me feel so comfortable about everything from start to finish, and she did an exceptional job with the piercing itself. If youre looking for a piercing in the area, theres no other person or shop to go to in my mind!!

Got a tattoo from Jonathon at The Nix Convention in Toronto he did the best tattoo I have received. Put lots of work into the sketch for weeks before the show. He put lots of detail into it and it was a very fair price, and a great sitting experience.I saw work that another artist from this shop did, and he did an incredible tattoo of an owl. Definitely considering making a trip across the border to get more work from Jonathon.

I always have a great expirence here. As someone who has a bit of anxiety about getting tattoos, all of the artists communicate kindly and thoroughly. The prices are great, and I never worry about being taken advantage of-- most importantly, the quality of everyones work if by far the best!

Maggie pierced my 8 year old daughters ears and I can’t say enough good things about this woman. She has a calmness about her that would make even the most nervous person feel safe. Beyond that she is knowledgeable about what she’s doing and she’s extremely good at it. 10/10 would recommend.

Just got pierced here and had a great experience with Maggie. She was very kind, thorough, and professional and Id 100% get pierced again by her in the future. It did cost more than I anticipated but it was worth it for the high-quality jewelry and Maggies expertise; you get what you pay for.

I took our daughter to get her ears pierced today and it was such a wonderful experience. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The shop was very clean and took the extra precautions with covid. I was very impressed. Maggie was amazing with our daughter. She made sure to show me that everything was sterilized and clean. She took her time explaining everything and made sure my daughter was comfortable. There was a great variety of earrings to choose from as well. Maggie did whatever she could to make her smile and laugh. She went above and beyond to make my daughters first piercing a wonderful and stress free experience. :)

This tattoo shop is hands down the best one in town. I have gone to other shops and nothing tops this place. They do great work. I have gotten over 5 tattoos in the last year. Dont go any where else

Jordan did a phenomenal job! I’ve been wanting a tattoo of my grandparents handwriting for quite some time, and it looks as if they had written it on my arm themselves. As my first time getting a tattoo, they made sure that I understood how to care for it once I had left the parlor. Very friendly staff, and very welcoming! 10/10 would recommend! Thank you!!

I had a 1pm appointment for a nose piercing yesterday and was called at 12:09 and informed the piercer was sick and I would have to reschedule. I live over an hour away and was 3/4 of the way there already. If you expect customers to respect your time of giving a 24 hour cancelation notice, I expect the same. I understand sickness happens, but you didnt know until the final hour that you werent feeling well? Also, when the person called to cancel, it came up an 833 number, it looked like a spam call and the person didnt identify themself, I had to ask.

Faith gave me my first tattoo last night. She was great. Very professional and friendly. It was a very personal tattoo and she was able get me in quickly and the attention to detail was amazing. I highly recommend black ball tattoo. Thank you Faith.

Had my first ever tattoo experience with Brenton today. I didn’t know what to expect and was completely blown away. I felt at ease and comfortable the entire time. Sat for about 4 and a half hours and it went by so fast. I could have gone even longer but the work was done. Not only is he an incredible artist and came up with my unique design, he was really cool and easy to work with. We talked about music and dogs and it was a great time, telling dad jokes and singing to the songs on the radio. I was actually kind of bummed when my time was up. Everyone in the studio was super nice and really helpful. I couldn’t recommend Brenton and Black Ball tattoo more. I am already dreaming up more designs to go back. My only regret is that I waited so long in my life to get my first! I’ll be back sooner than every 35 years

The staff here are very friendly. My son got his very first tattoo here done by Jon. He was very good at explaining to him how to take care of it.

Started out great, piercer was nice, seemed knowledgeable. However, if you ever plan to change your jewelry stay away (unless you like paying them to do it). They use tension jewelry that makes it impossible to remove. Finally was able to make my way to Midland and they tell me they have to have an appointment to remove jewelry but walkins are okay for everything else? This place is a joke.

My sisters and I got sisters tattoos....Black Ball accommodated our busy schedules and squeezed us in. With just a few ideas Faith drew up the perfect design and made each one unique with our preferences in mind. We had a great experience and love our tattoos.

Maggie is where its at. She is extremely professional and knows her stuff. She made us all feel so comfortable with her adorable self. 😁

I love Blackball tattoo so much. I got my first tattoo done here about a year ago. It looks great and my artist was very friendly and professional. I was also given very clear instructions on how to take care of it. This year, I got my industrial piercing done by Maggie. She is super awesome! Very friendly and took the time to make sure that the placement of my piercing would look good. She was amazing. And again, I received very clear aftercare instructions. Cant say enough about how great these people are!

Best shop Ive ever been to! Every artist in the shop is amazingly talented, friendly and so helpful. They can bring any of your ideas to life. They are efficient in time management. I was in for a consultation within a few days of calling, art was done within a week and then my appointment was made for a couple short weeks after. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Jordan did a phenomenal job on my arm tattoo, especially considering how many tweaks I made to it! Will definitely be back for future work!

I’ve had 3 tattoos redone or covered up and one normal tattoo done by Jordan. My sister has also had a tattoo and a piercing done here as well. Every time we get work done it’s fast, affordable, and of great quality. Also, the atmosphere of the shop is really nice and relaxed. I recommend.

Jordan did a wonderful job and was surprisingly very quick, which is good since I got 3 tattoos all at once. And they were all my first ones! Im so happy though and I really love them!! Will update later. My first visit was pretty poor. Myself and a friend made an appointment to drive 2 and a half hours downstate from up north to get our septum pierced. We made our appointment multiple weeks in advance. We arrive at our appointment time and were informed the piercings could not be done because they no longer have the jewelry to do them. It would have been perfectly fine had they informed either one of us that they did not have the jewelry PRIOR to the 2 and a half hour drive instead of on arrival. The staff we interacted with were very kind and polite though. I definitely understand the lack of jewelry, it totally happens. However, not informing clients of that or not setting a piece aside for clients with an appointment is frustrating.

Black Ball Tattoo is an amazing studio! Maggie, whom did my nose piercing was beyond amazing! She was very professional and clean. She went through each step entirely and walked through each step as she did it. All of the sterilization is done right in front of you. I will most definitely be be going back in the future to see her!

Been here for tattoos a few times, this visit was for my daughter to get her belly button pierced. Very nice artist who was extremely informative about aftercare. Id highly suggest going here for your first piercing and your tenth.

Im 60 yrs old and was a little nervous about my first tattoo. Jon and his staff are very friendly and helpful and made my first experience an excellent one. They were very good at answering all of my questions, and made sure that I had a good understanding of tattoo aftercare so that it heals properly. I have been planning on sleeve work for some time, Ive tried to find people here and there to no avail. Today, I found the lovely Kelsey! I walked in with a HUGE piece I wanted and hit only was she able to fit me in, her talent is INSANE. It was exactly what I was looking for and she was delightful. Maggie was wonderful with my 15 year old for her helix piercing. Made her feel so comfortable. She was so professional. Took the time to explain everything toy daughter for after care and what to watch out for.

I just got my third ear lobe piercing in both ears, and the piercer was wonderful. She answered all my questions, told me exactly what she was doing, and showed me how sterile and clean everything was. I was very comfortable and am very happy with my piercings. I can’t even comment on the services as I have been asked to reschedule my appointment three separate times now. I have contacted them in the beginning of April when I scheduled an appointment for a week later as they had no sooner openings. The day before my appointment I was asked to reschedule. I was told due to covid exposure. I was told she would be returning the following week. So I rescheduled again for the soonest availability which was now a week and a half away. Two days before my new appointment I was contacted and asked to come in half an hour sooner for my appointment which I accommodated. Now the day of my appointment an hour before I have to arrive I am asked to reschedule again. I was told she was still feeling sick. I was called at 2’o’clock and left a voicemail about the cancelation. At the time I was called I was already in the car for an hour heading to the studio because I live out of town. Management sees no problem with a hour notice cancellation even though I mentioned having to travel several times throughout our phone calls. This is the nearest location with an APP member in relation to where I live. I think it will be less stress energy and time if I drive further to another reputable piercer. I have been very disappointed throughout this entire experience. I have not even received an apology for the situation. I have wasted time and money trying to be flexible. I will not be attempting to come here again.Update: I have spoken to management. The only resolution offered was the soonest available appointment that is several days away. I understand if Maggie still needs time to heal. What I don’t understand is managements choice to lead clients on. The constant rescheduling is unprofessional and shows you don’t care about my time or your piercers healing. You could have given Maggie a few weeks off upfront and have her return sooner if she’s better. You said she is eager to get back so being low isn’t with her time off shouldn’t be an issue. This would have set a realistic expectation and saved me time and money. I would rather wait a few weeks then be rescheduled an hour before my appointment. It would be healthier for your piercer and more professional for your clients. You would stop canceling on your clients with short notice. Managements lack of planning and communication is the cause of all my issues and they refuse to take accountability for it. They push it off onto Maggie’s covid. It’s clear they use this tactic of scheduling to try retain interested clients and pressure Maggie back. I do not approve of managements poor communication, lack of planning, and apparent greed.

I have been to Blackball for all but 1 of my 11 tattoos and I have had the pleasure of working with a couple of the great people there!

THE BEST TATTOO EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. I have went to other places before and they are good but they are quick and sloppy. I decided to try this place out and got my 4th tattoo done by Cody. He talked to me and asked me questions so he knew exactly what I wanted. The place was super clean and professional. I am never going anywhere else besides here. They take pride in their work and the atmosphere there is beyond friendly.

I have a large hip piece from Nick, a large thigh piece and half sleeve so far form Jon. I love both of their work and personality. All of the staff and other newer artists are all friendly and fun. I love getting tatted there, you can chill in a clean space, watch TV listen to music even joke with the artists. They are all very professional. Nick has a lighter hand but I love getting tattooed by both of them. They are amazing in the fact that they have donated gift cards to the non-profit I work for, for our staff during our staff appreciation. Everyone is great I have only gotten work here and I want to keep it that way. And they are completely honest on what they think of the placement/ tattoo idea. In some areas the skin spreads the ink a little bit more like on wrists and what not and they will tell you that. Read up before you get a tattoo also to know what to expect with certain areas of the body(:

I got a piercing with Maggie. She was very professional and explained everything she was doing. She made sure to show me that the sterilization took place and worked in addition, she made me feel awesome about the process.

I recently went for a tattoo after years of trying to decide what I want. Finally after settling and going in, I worked with the artist Jon and he drew up a piece I thought was perfect. Then the appointment comes and we agree it just wasnt right... After some obvious hard work, he showed me the new drawing and it was even better than imagined. We sat for 6 hours with him working on the fine details and you could tell he enjoys his craft and has a true passion (which is what you should want from someone who is putting permanent marks on you). I would 100% recommend anyone to go here and specifically to ask for Jon. This is something that is forever, you should seek out the best you can. I have a lot of tattoos from a lot of different people but the experience I had at Black Ball Tattoo really stands out as one of the best I’ve had. I had a hard time finding an artist that was willing to do a lot of re-work on my old tattoos so when Jonathon agreed to spend as much time as I wanted on it, I was stoked. When I arrived the front desk staff was friendly and professional. Jonathon was ready to work the moment I got in and didn’t waste any time getting as much work in as possible for the three days I was there. He was able to free hand draw over my old tattoos and created beautiful design very quickly. I traveled all the way from Northern California to Midland Michigan for this and it was totally worth it. I just recently went here with my roommate for piercings, she got her belly button done and I got my nose done. I think they did a great job! I plan on going back to talk to some of the artists about getting more body art. Def. recommend it if you are in the tri cities area.

Quick, friendly, and high quality. Black Ball Tattoo is far and away the best tattoo parlor in Midland, and even one of the best ones in the tri-cities area. Theyre also state licensed, so you can be sure that theyre meeting the standards required by that.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I messaged them to make an appointment to get a tattoo, showed them what I wanted, whoever runs the Facebook page said that they would ask Brenton about my tattoo And said he would get back to me ASAP. I messaged a few other times after that and they read my message and didn’t even bother to respond I didn’t hear from them in 24 hours so I got my tattoo elsewhere. Very unprofessional.

Ive gotten a couple tattoos from this place, always done by Brenton who I think is super talented. Im very happy with the results.

May have a clean facility, but thats it. Got a super simple and small tattoo, was really expensive and they messed it up pretty bad and it looks crapy. Actually had people ask me if I drew it myself with pen. Had to go back to do a touch up aka fix it and it still looks bad. Not to mention took another 2 weeks that I couldnt swim for it to heal. By simple I mean a triangle. Will never go there again and am pissed they think they can charge that much for crappy work.

I had to have my nose pierced twice here because the first time it was done incorrectly, placed in the wrong spot. After having it done the second time it never fully healed and decided to go somewhere else for a second opinion. The new shop told me that they had used cheap jewlery and what was in my nose was meant for the left side but it was used on the right side. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOURE GETTING A PIERCING!! I’m so beyond upset and am now getting my nose pierced for the 3rd time but at a different establishment.

I had called and made an appointment. Day of appointment came they called me an hour before my appointment and cancelled. So we moved it to the next day at 3. I showed up for my appointment 15 mins early just to make sure I wasn’t late and had everything, and they told me that I’d have to wait because there was another customer ahead of me and that they’d call me when they were ready for me. I waited outside for an hour and a half and only one person went in. It’s now 8 pm and their closed. And they still haven’t called. I don’t mind that they were busy I’m a patient person but I’m not really happy that they didn’t a least call and say the piercer can’t make your appointment today so I didn’t end up waiting outside for so long.

While om vacation and away from my regular shop i decided to get my septum pierced and went in to see maggie and she did an amazing job she talked me through every step of the process and made me feel so comfortable thank you so much for the awesome bday
