Super friendly people thank you Dr. Stephen for your hard work thumbs up for the secretary all paperwork well organized and ready I had a good experience here I know you will too recommend
Lots of detail for proper context. Im a passive, understanding, easy-to-please person. I dont like to ruffle feathers and I never leave reviews. Im seeking to get my colored tattoo removed because it turns out Im allergic to the ink and its causing irritation. I had a pretty severe allergic reaction within 24 hours after getting the tattoo and had to get help from an urgent care center. Its considered large.Good things: I got a same-day appointment, easy paperwork, clean office and easy to find, and Dr. Sykes saw me right away. He explained everything in great detail with pictures and diagrams, and answered all my questions. The consultation was free, quick, and easy. Dr. Sykes himself is awesome and very friendly! These good things are why I gave 2 stars instead of 1.My problem is with the office manager, Ember. During my appointment Dr. Sykes saw that my tattoo has pink, yellow, green, purple, orange, and black. He told me he only has the laser that can remove black and red colors, but I told him online they advertised that they are able to treat the entire color spectrum...thats the whole reason I chose to go there. So whoever made my appointment should have clarified that and asked me what colors I have because it turned out to be a waste of everyones time. He gave me contact info for a place that has the laser that can remove all colors. The owner of that place, Tracy, is in another town.I explained my situation to Tracy over the phone that same morning. She (and Dr. Sykes) said its possible I could have the same reaction when we try to treat it with the lasers so she wanted to treat a small test spot before we attempt a full removal so we can see how my skin reacts. I told her I would ask if Dr. Sykes would be willing to do that (so I didnt have to travel out of town) and I can share the results with her.I called his office (1:43pm) and no one answered so I left a detailed message. No one called me back all day. Then 8pm rolls around and I get a text. The person doesnt tell me her name but says to text your question and we will get back with you asap. I respond that same evening with a detailed message. No one gets back to me until noon the next day and says Dr. Sykes called Tracy and he is willing to do the spot test. He will take a picture before and let you sit in the waiting room about 30 minutes after to see how your skin reacts. Then he will take another picture and send all that to Tracy. But she then tells me he will still charge me for a full price removal, so I say thank you and I decline. To which she replies sorry for that its just a process talking back and forth with Tracy thats why the fee would be the same. My response was this, word for word, at 12:16pm: I offered to send Tracy all the information myself, I wasnt expecting him to take that on....I just felt it was fair to ask for a price reduction considering how tiny the test spot would be and hoping he would be compassionate toward my circumstance. But I understand, you guys are a business and youre there to make money and you cant make everyone feel like family. I said that because thats in their mission statement. She doesnt respond until 9pm the next day! The rest is too much to type, so its in the screenshots attached.1. Texting about this, without asking me first, is unprofessional. I called your office, you should CALL me back unless I say its okay to text me.2. You should not be contacting me at night. Talk to me during business hours.3. Its unfair to charge customers for an extra service they didnt ask for.4. If a customer tells you to stop messaging, STOP.5. If you cant control yourself when you get offended, dont be an office manager!6. When I said thank you and declined the treatment, that should have been the end of it. But she would not leave me alone.
They say their open at 7:oo am but its a lie they arent open,
