Tarah was my consultant, and she made sure to make my experience as comfortable as possible. She answered all my questions and explained the process thoroughly enough for me to get my first session done the same day. Victoria was my laser technician, and she was so kind throughout the entire process. She made sure I was comfortable and not in too much discomfort (I mean, you are getting a tattoo removed, so expect to feel something). I cant wait to continue my tattoo removal journey!

I absolutely adore this place. I’m finally having a tattoo I’ve wanted gone for a while because it served its purpose to be lasered off. I’m better with faces than names, but the woman who looked at my tattoo for my consultation let me vent about the tattoo, the meaning behind it, and why I wanted it gone. I’ve only had three sessions so far (my first one being Black Friday), and I see such a difference! These people are great, friendly, knowledgable, and talk to you throughout the process from when you walk in for a consultation to when you’re sitting for a (less than) minute session. My tattoo artist recommended them to me and I’d recommend them to anyone else without any question! (It’s not painless by any means, by the way, so please don’t delude yourself to think otherwise.)

I came in to the Removery randomly one day, because I am sick of seeing this horrible tattoo that I got when I was 18. It has been my biggest insecurity since then. I honestly just wanted to see what my options were. I wasn’t thinking too much of it. I was then greeted by the amazing Tarah. She was so kind and professional. She really made me feel important and comfortable. She explained everything so thoroughly!! Prices are great for what you get compared to other places!! I can’t wait to come back to start this process. Finally I won’t have to look at this tattoo everyday! Thank you so much Tarah, you are truly the best!!!!

I had used a dermatologist for my first two sessions and had a horrible reaction and experience. When I decided to start the process again I went to at least 5 places to speak to them in person and assess their process. I decided to move forward with Removery and have been very pleased!!!! Every staff member I have met or worked with has been so incredibly nice and professional. They are respectful of my previous experience and have worked with me through this process. I am pleased with the results so far and I have not had the reaction I had with the previous place I used. They check up on you after treatment to make sure you are doing ok. They have such flexibility with scheduling. They are fast and efficient. None of us have time to do anything for ourselves these days, we are always in a rush and our plans are constantly changing, Removery is great. I wish I could remember everyone’s name but my most recent treatment was with Sam and she is wonderful!

I was skeptical at first but Im so happy I found this place. They are personable and efficiently fast. Definitely recommending to everyone.

I felt comfortable after my first consultation all of my questions and concerns where answered and i was ready to get the process started. When i came in for my first session the technician did a couple test spots to make sure that the laser was set at the right setting in order to give me and my skin the best results. Im african american, brown skin, with a black tattoo that i would like to lighten up so it is important to make sure that you are careful with the risks that can come from laser removal. The actual process was really straightforward and quick in and out in about 15 mins. Pain level was very tolerable and is no worse than an actual tattoo just make sure you get the little squeezy ball and youll be fine.

Had my consultation with Austen, she was super informative regarding skins pigments and the removal process, who knew there was so much involved! She made me feel very comfortable with the work they were to perform. I have my next visit coming up soon!! Would definitely recommend for any tattoo removal and will post beginning and end of laser removal process.

Our consult Camille was very informative. And nice ..However I signed up on the pretense of a 25% off for a black Friday sale. I didnt know my location did not open until this week. I am quite upset that they did not not honor that, I even followed up with an email and confirmed that before I took the time to go out there and get a consult. Needless to say I did not stay for the services. It’s a shame because I was with a friend of mine and both of us we going to get our tattoos removed , guessing over $1400 in sales .. oh well

Just had my fifth and last session today. The procedure is quick, easy and efficient. Rob and Eve are so charismatic and go above and beyond to make sure you’re gonna have a good experience and get your tattoo totally removed.
