Just had a beautiful experience getting a tattoo with Shawna. Excellent quality work, clean shop. Shawna worked with me over several weeks to design something specifically for me including multiple elements that I changed often. Every change was meet with positivity- of course she would change it! :) She told me several times that she wants to make sure that Im happy because its forever. Even right before I got in the chair I asked her to change something and she did. I am extremely happy with my experience and recommend her highly.

Everyone was super friendly and the environment was great but I have to brag on my girl Rebecca! I was super nervous about the piercing my friend and I were getting and I was in Rebecca’s inbox for days asking questions lol. She was reassuring and very calming. I got nauseated after one of the piercings and she got me cold water and made sure I was ready to finish. She is amazing! Best personality ever!

Very disappointed with my visit here today. I booked an appointment to get my daughters ears pierced earlier this week through their website within 3 minutes I received an email confirming the appointment then this morning I got a text confirmation for our appointment at 6:30. We arrive about 30 min early it was about 20 minutes before a lady finally asked us why we were there I told here we had a 6:30 piercing appointment and she looked at me crazy and said they dont have a piercer he doesnt work there anymore so I showed her my text and email and explained that we drove 45 minutes to get there because they were recommended by a good friend. The lady just shrugged her shoulders and said we dont have a piercer...I wouldnt be so upset if they would have at least been apologetic or showed so type of good customer service about it since it could have all been avoided if they would have called me today and told me they have to cancel my appointment due to nobody on piercing staff instead of sending me an appointment confirmation...So anybody going here I wouldnt recommend booking an online appointment especially if you are driving from out of town

My daughter is turning 7, and wanted to brave the ear lobe piercings for her birthday. I called, got told yes we will try a child who could be nervous. Rebecca was amazing and talked her up every moment. She told my daughter shes brave and explained all she was doing and ensured and encouraged her. The place is super clean and cared about making her comfortable, they even blew up a glove to play with and let her hold her bunny to make her feel better. Hands down so glad I came here instead of going to a place with those guns and she got to pick her studs out too. Stylish roses instead of the plain old ball. I do not regret going here. They were FANTASTIC.

The girl “Kai” that pierced my septum pierced it in the wrong spot she pierced my septum through my cartilage. My nose was swollen forever and all of my friends that had it done were able to move theirs and mine would get stuck… in my cartilage. She was shaking so bad that when she pierced me I wanted to cry. Yet my friends that have it done said it was the easiest piercing they’ve ever had. Do your research guys is all I’m saying the artist here are amazing but if you’re getting a piercing just go elsewhere.

I received my first tattoo in January on my 48th birthday. Shawna did a fabulous job! I went back with a friend a couple weeks later and Deven did the cutest little tattoo behind my right ear. Im now going back this Saturday for my 3rd session with Shawna of a tattoo that will cover over half my back. I sent Shawna 3 pictures, and told her what elements I liked from each picture. She then drew the tattoo that shes currently working on for me. I appreciate that she was able to harness my ideas and bring them to life!I love the work they do at this place. Its clean/sterile, the prices are very reasonable and the artists are awesome! Highly recommend!!

My daughter wanted to go and get a Friday the 13th tattoo where they have deals on tattoos that you pick off of a page. She got two tattoos of butterflies and I asked the tattoo artist Shawna if she could do a mom on my forearm in honor of my late mother. She did the mom with a black bird and then they got super duper busy so we got there at a good time. Shawna was very personable and we will definitely be back!
