Aeriel Fine Jewelry & Body Piercing

I havent posted about this piercing since I got it a week ago, because I wanted to see if it actually helped anything at all.Friends, my life has been changed for the better since the daith piercing. I no longer fear rainstorms. My body is much calmer and more relaxed. I have received the results I wanted and SO much more!Thank you, @aerielmgm , for improving my quality of life so drastically!

Went two weeks ago for two stacked lobe piercings and a helix piercing. Provest was amazing! She took the time to look through the jewelry and explained every step of the process. I will definitely be back!

Provest Rigsby pierced my helix this morning in the most professional manner. She walked me through every step - even though she saw I had other piercings already. She goes above and beyond to ensure that her clients feel comfortable, safe, and informed of her every step throughout the piercing process. The shop was beautiful and very clean. Provest did my helix piercing and it was seriously a great experience (my best piercing experience). She walked me through every step of the piercing process and her voice was so calming that I didn’t feel nervous about it anymore, just excited!! After she pierced my helix and she said she was done I was like, wait… that was it? I felt pain for maybe half a second lol. I highly recommend getting your piercings done here.

Went this morning, great experience!!! Shop was clean, service was fantastic. Provest and Kenny were so lovely. They were phenomenal about helping pick jewelry, talking you through the process, and giving advice about aftercare. I love my new piercing, and would definitely come back again! 10/10

The only thing I would complain about is my appt. not starting 15 mins later (due to another costumer before hand), but other than that, It was a great experience, provest was kind and VERY patient. I felt very comfortable while being there. I got my nose pierced and it was 79$ could be more or less depending on your jewelry.

I took my 9 year old daughter here today for her birthday. Provest is the jeweler who pierced her and she was so amazing, so patient and so calm with my nervous first-timer. She did everything at my daughter’s pace and didn’t make her feel pushed or rushed at all and everything was done so cleanly and professionally. I’ll definitely be going back there for any future piercings we do. ❤️

After 2 visits here, I can without a doubt say this is hands down the best place I’ve experienced with new piercings. I had my nose pierced by Provest and 2 Industrials done by Kenny. The amount of care shown throughout the process is so comforting, they walk you through everything, and they put up with my sass from the pain 😅. The vibes here are just beyond perfect from the softness of their voices, the subtle smell of incense, and the not too loud music, it just kills all nerves and anxiety!

Was in town visiting friends and we had appointments for piercings. She was getting a conch (sp?) And I was getting a septum.Firstly, the prices here are AMAZING. My septum, with jewelry, was $77. The last place I looked at (back home, in NY) was $125 PLUS the cost of jewelry.Second, the shop was EXTREMELY clean. This is one of my top priorities with any tattoo or piercing establishment.Third, the selection of jewelry was fantastic. Everything from titanium to gold. There are also options for them to order you in specialty jewelry.My piercer was Provest Rigsby. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and gentle. She informed me that I had a deviated septum (I had no idea!) And the risk of it turning out crooked.She explained each step of the process before and as she did it.While we were talking, I asked about getting a second set ear lobe piercings. She told me the price and even offered to squeeze me in for it.So at the end of our visit, I ended up with a septum and another set of earrings and the grand total was $220. Very reasonable.While I may not be able to visit again any time soon, I cannot recommend Provest and Aeriel enough! It would be worth a couple hour drive for a quality piercing with a caring and knowledgeable staff. Would give 10 stars if I could 💜

After debating for years I finally got my nose pierced. Kenny was professional, kind and down to earth!! The cleanliness of business to top tier!! I guarantee you wont be disappointed!! Thanks again Kenny for your kindness and great piercing experience.

My 8 year old went to get her ears pierced for the first time and Provest was fantastic! My daughter was a little nervous and Provest was so kind, patient, explained everything she was doing, answering any questions my daughter had and let my daughter know she was the boss!

Got my nose pierced last Saturday and of course I was nervous but Provest eased my anxiety. She informed me of what was going on through the whole process. She makes you feel like she already knows you once you enter the door and we had just meet. Great customer rapport and don’t forget the shop is clean which is extra important.I will be back for future purchases!

Me and a group of family and friends visited the shop a couple days ago. It was a clean shop with beautiful displays and a cozy atmosphere. Kenny was the one to do all of our piercings, and he was very friendly; he did an excellent job explaining aftercare and guiding us through the piercing process.We drove a total of 4 hours to and from the shop, and it was well worth the time to be able to have such a quality experience!

Provest did my nostril piercing and she was amazing. Originally my appointment was booked online with Kenny but I didn’t have a preference and he was still with a client. Even though I was happy to wait I like that she offered. She explained everything she was doing and talked me through the whole process. Wow what a great experience. Kenny pierced my daith which I expected to be painful for a few days. Instead I was shocked it was 1/10 on the day of and the next day there was zero pain or discomfort. Unbelievable. This guy knows what he is doing. I will definitely be back.

Went in for simple earlobe piercings after backing out on some different ones, but I had a great experience with Kenny and Ive decided to go back! Place was super clean and the process was quick and easy! Just been a few hours since my piercings and Ive even forgotten that I just got them done. Ill definitely be recommending this place!

I got my nose pierced last year on September 17th, and it has healed perfectly! Kenny is very personable and he made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The piercing shop is extremely clean and he sanitized everything before piercing me. My skin is very sensitive and keloid prone, but my nose piercing has not given me any trouble. Kenny is very knowledgeable about the skin and he assured me that my nose piercing would heal correctly. He was absolutely right! Definitely 10/10 recommended and I will be going back!

Extremely satisfied with my experience here! Sanitation is a huge thing for me, and this place was top notch! The receptionist was really nice, and informative. The piercer (Kenny) was very professional, sanitary, and overall just made me feel very comfortable. I got my septum done, and he listened to my concerns. He made sure I was happy with it before the needle went through and afterwards as well. I will definitely be going back for my future piercings. Price was a little bit up there, but hey what you pay for is what you get, and I got a quality service done.

I got my navel piercing done on Feb 27th by Provest, she was literally amazing, talked me through the whole process and made sure i was comfortable! pain level was literally a 5/10 and after like a day i forgot i even got it pierced😂 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back!!

Kenny is awesome. I had some complications with a recent piercing where the earring was nearly embedded in my ear, and it was a struggle, but he was kind enough to stick with me and help get it out. Hes clearly experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, and everything youd want in a piercer. 10/10 would recommend

This is the 3rd week of Aeriel’s grand opening. The shop is located in Old Cloverdale’s A&P Loft retail space. I am beyond happy for him and am loving my new nose ring 😊

Kenny is one of the most professional piercers that I have ever met and has an excellent reputation in the piercing community. He is always kind and welcoming, and helpful with placement ideas and choosing jewelry. His shop is incredibly clean and well maintained, and his jewelry selection is both beautiful and made of quality materials. I’m not even sure how many times I’ve been pierced by Kenny, but it’s upwards of five. He is my favorite piercer and I’m always happy to support him, and you won’t find his equal in the entire state. Whether you’re new to piercings or a veteran, Kenny will take good care of you.

I originally went to Kenny because he was the only APP certified piercer in our area, but I have now seen him for five piercings over the last 4 years and each one has healed perfectly with his help. He is the most professional, gentle and practical piercer I’ve ever been to, and the jewelry he uses is top quality. Kenny genuinely cares about his clients, he is always there when I have question or concern and he really helped calm my nerves each time I saw him. I 10/10 definitely recommend Kenny!

Visited the shop today- super clean and nice selection of earrings. Had to get my earrings changed out, and two of my holes were “angry”. Kenny did an awesome job! He was gentle, and I didn’t feel a thing. “The Apprentice” did 3 of my other earrings, and she rocked it! 5 stars!!

We had a wonderful experience tonight getting our daughters ears pierced. 17yo 2nd ear hole and 11yo 1st ear hole. Everything was extremely clean and Kenny was wonderful. He asked the girls several times if they were good and if they had any questions. He definitely made us all feel like our comfort was important and that cleanliness was #1 priority. I highly recommend.

Provest and Kenny are by far the best piercers in all of alabama! They’re very clean and safe and they’re the only 2 people that are certified by the APP in the whole state of alabama!!! I’ve never been disappointed by any of my piercings that I’ve gotten from the both of them. 100/10❤️

Kenny is so friendly and professional! He is great at what he does and will never steer you wrong. He pierced my ears after 3 attempts (done by gun) that had closed up and they are still going strong! He also removed some nipple piercings of mine that were incorrectly pierced and showed me how to take care of them after. I would recommend his services to anyone!

They have very friendly staff. The studio is very clean. There is a wide selection of jewelry to choose from. My 16 year old daughter was very comfortable getting her second ear piercing. She loves them! I highly recommend going to Aeriel for ear piercings.

On 8/23/2023, I learned of Aeriel Fine Jewelry & Body Piercing. I called them and they were able to get me in that day! I’m so grateful I found them!! Provest did my nasal piercing! First of all, SHE WAS SO PATIENT AND EXPLAINED EVERY SINGLE STEP IN DETAIL! Secondly, their jewelry is super cool in that the tops (stone) can be interchanged while leaving the post in place allowing it to continue to heal! My first piercing closed up because I took it out too soon to put in a different ring and I couldn’t get it back in. 😫Thirdly, Provest performed sterile technique in all steps and made sure I was happy with the initial spot before the piercing. While I can’t say it was pain free, I can say there was minimal discomfort. I have waited almost a month to make sure I had no problems and guess what?? NO PROBLEMS!! So if you’re thinking of having any sort of piercing, please give them a call!! I know I’m going back for my ears!! Thanks AERIEL PIERCING! You guys rock!!

Went in to get my Philtrum(Medusa) piercing today! It was my 2nd time at the shop and Kenny was wonderful as usual! He was very careful with the piercing and took time to explain some risks I might have with my anatomy. All in all, its always a 10/10!

I went to Kenny for snake bites and a septum piercing. My septum had been pierced previously out of state and it was not done correctly at all. He repierced it in the correct location and it was virtually pain free. I recommend him to anyone looking to get piercings. His free-hand technique was amazing and the absence of clamps honestly made it a better experience with less pain. I will definitely go back! 10/10 highly recommend.

Kenny is the absolute best! I have really sensitive skin. Due to improper healing and irritation, I have had to take them out, I’m forever grateful for finding Kenny. Since having him redo them all, I have had zero reactions or irritation, on top of that minimal swelling. You can’t beat it! I have been getting pierced by Kenny since 2016... which would be10 cartilage piercings, 5 in each ear. Easy healing and great symmetry! Kenny is engaged with clients and makes sure that you get exactly what you wanted. Highly recommend!

RACIST EXPERIENCE!I am a black woman. I came here and got my lip pierced by Kenny who was great then came back with my child and got their ears pierced by him also and all went well. In fact the service Kenny provided was so good that I came back for a third time. Kenny was present briefly while a girl behind the counter was “assisting “ me. She was racist and rude and i’ll never visit this establishment again. I wanted to purchase some jewelry and I have vision issues so I asked if I could take a closer look. The girl told me I could t touch it J said fine and asked if she could take it out so I could look closer. She took the jewelry out the casing and told me SEVERAL TIMES not to touch the jewelry (mind you that I had made no attempts to touch the jewelry). She. she took the jewelry out she held it at a distance that was even further than it was while it was i. the casing. In the beginning I informed the girl about my vision issues. When I leaned in to try to get a closer look the girl kept jerking back. I also had other questions about product and pricing and her answers were curt at best. She made no attempts to further having my business and it was clear that she did not want me there. Her tone and mannerisms changed drastically when Kenny would walk into the room. NEVER AGAIN!

I received a piercing from Kenny several years ago and knew that I would see him for any future piercings. Today, I went to Kenny for a jewelry change and my cartilage pierced. I just love Kenny and his work. He pierce my nose over a 1 ago and he just did my brow piercing a little over a week ago this year. He is very professional, he explains the process to you and uses a very sterile technique. He is the best to me so check him out!!!

I went here with my friend who booked before me with a different number and email but when we went in not only was he not welcoming very condescending and sarcastic about jewelry being included in pricing online but very rude said reading is fundamental and as we were walking out he cxl not only my appt but friends as well.. htf did he assumed we were together. POC don’t seemed welcomed there. Would have spent the cash for the jewelry but refused to be spoke down to as if I’m incompetent. Customer service goes a long way if I could rate 0 stars I would. It wasn’t about fine print on website or the additional fee that really wasn’t highlighted it was the horrible customer service. Y’all go check out Miguel the piercier house of ink.. we never had this problem there.

My daughter wanted her nose pierced for her 17th bday! I called here.... they confirmed what all was needed.... (Birth Certificate, daughters ID, and my ID.) We scheduled an appointment as they do not take walk ins. -->The locations parking sucks! BUT!!!!.... the service was uhhhmaazing! Professional is an understatement! They visually confirmed that all things were sterile and in their own packaging. Set the mood to a calm and less tense situation, making sure my daughter was comfortable and not nervous. It was fast and accurate. Prices are reasonable as well. And they offer to help exchange ring in 6 months. I recommend this place to everyone.

I made an appointment online for a Saturday. I received a confirmation email, as well as a text the morning of my appointment. However when I got to the place it was closed. Upon calling their phone number the answering service said they were temporarily closed. They made no effort to contact me to reschedule or alert me that they would be closed.
