I had the best experience with Matt Carroll for my tarot card tattoo. I was very impressed with how Matt took the time to sit down with me. For hours going over the details and design to make sure I was in love with the tattoo. Before doing the tattoo Matt asked me multiple times if I liked the placement of the tattoo and the design before starting.while doing the tattoo Matt asked me over and over again if I needed water or a brake or anything to eat. Matt also made sure I felt comfortable the whole time while doing the tattoo. Matt loved the idea of how meaningful this tattoo meant to me.Too this day I still get compliments on how beautiful the tattoo is and how detailed the art work is. To the point where I’ve had customers beg me too tell them where and which artist I go too and I always say Matt Carroll at two tone tattoo.

2 Tones Tattoo parlor is very clean and inviting. Friendly and helpful staff. Kristy was very helpful and right to the point. I got my cover-up tattoo done in about 7 hours in one sitting. A dragon tattoo to be exact. Matt, my tattoo artist was awesome with years of tattoo experience and knowledge. Highly recommended and will definitely go back for future tattoos.

Was able to get in same day when I called when they opened for my friend and I. Got an industrial piercing from Chris. He was ready to answer any of our questions and made us feel comfortable. Piercing was quick and easy. I love this shop because inside its not only very clean but its really cool. My industrial piercing here was the cheapest out of all the places I called! Extremely reasonable pricing. Will be coming back for more in the future! My piercing is healing up nicely

Matt, our artist, listened well to what we wanted and made the process seamless. He was patient and detailed. He made sure you were comfortable and that the experience was great- and it was! Quiet little shop with around 4 artists. For all tattoos, there is a $100 minimum down-payment. If you miss your appointment, you wont get your money back, so be on time. Thats most shops so its not a surprise. Kristoff did my first tattoo, but is no longer there. Chris did my second and was extremely quick. I got a solid black band around my arm, and he was done in about an hour. Outline, shading and all. They also have portfolios for you to check out in the waiting room which I also like. I help give you ideas and see whos work you side with more.

I had an idea, and Tyler took my words and turned them into the perfect tattoo. Loved that the rooms were private. Everything about my experience was just amazing. Love my tattoo. Will definitely go back when I am ready for more!

The first time I came here I was just hanging out with a friend who got a tattoo from Ed but I ended up getting a tattoo from Chris while I was waiting. Both artists are super easy going to work with. Chris does great letting and classic pieces so he was an excellent choice for the piece I had done. The place is super clean and well taken care of. Looking forward to going back for another tattoo soon!

Hands down, the BEST tattoo shop Ive ever been to! Everyone there is so nice & Tyler is great! Hes very talented & an amazing artist! This is the only place my husband & I will go to for our tattoos! Love the tattoo. I went to 2 Tone Tattoo to get this work done.It took about 40 minutes of art work, 20 minutes of prep, and about 1 hr. 45 minutes to do the actual tattoo.It was a good experience and I am glad that I did it. The Tattoo came out great and I am very pleased with the work that Chris (the artist) did.

This place is welcoming the moment you walk in the door. They make you feel right at home. Matt was my artist and he was exceeded my expectations. He’s amazing and I am in love with my new piece. I would definitely recommend getting your nest tattoo here!

Chris did an amazing job on my first tattoo. I am a minimalist and I wanted just one small, cute and discreet vegan symbol tattoo on the back of my left arm above my elbow. What I appreciate most was his sage advice about what happens when a tattoo is too small. In three word: an ink blob. Of course I didnt want that, so he told me I needed to go a bit larger. The resulting tattoo is perfect for my needs. It is sexy and edgy! I love it so much. He swears there is no such thing as one tattoo, but if I want another one, you cant go wrong with Chris. He is simply awesome! 👍

Went in for a simple belly button piercing 3 months ago; called and they squeezed an appt the very next day. Chris was quick and happy to answer any questions I had. It is healing beautifully and I can’t wait to go back and switch for a better fitted one. The one Chris put in was a little bigger to help the piercing heal! Definitely recommend. I had called 4 other shops and all the piercers were out or I had to wait at least 2 weeks. Thanks again !

The overall shop was very clean and the waiting area was absolutely gorgeous, very aesthetically pleasing. Chris was lovely and had amazing energy during my friends piercing. My daughter and i were both scheduled to have tattoos by Tyler. When we arrived everyone was extremely friendly and professional. We arrived a little early, and told there would be a small wait, which really wasnt very long at all. I went first and it seemed like it was over in no time. I’m really happy with the tattoo I got from Chris. My friend & I went today for my birthday to get tattoos for our kids. They were very accommodating taking us back to back instead of at the same time so one of us could watch her daughter while the other got tattooed. Everyone at the shop was friendly & welcoming & Chris was great to work with. Not only does he work at a good pace but he did a beautiful job with the small tattoo I got on my arm. I really love it! I wish I had gotten the name of the woman working at the front desk, she was so kind and helped my friend and I get a same day appointment. The energy of the whole shop was super calming, clean and laid back. Emmett did both of our tattoos and he was an absolute gem. All around a really great experience and I hope to come back again in the future!

Ive had multiple piercings done there and all of them came out bad. The piercer is not professional and doesnt make the customer feel comfortable or ready at all. My septum was pierced way too low in the cartilage, was the worst pain ever, and took 6 months to heal instead of the 6 weeks it should take when pierced in the correct spot. I also got my second holes done here and the spacing between my first lobe piercing and the second was different on my two ears. Seriously the easiest piercing, I dont get how he messes up so often

Chris was my artist and we got talking as he was working on my tattoo. The guy has more the 25yrs and is the go to guy when it comes to piercings. The more we talked the more I was comfortable with my choice of artist. My tattoo lasted 8hrs with brakes here and there but his skills never wavered. I had an idea and Chris made it a reality. I love it and cant wait for my next. I got a large tattoo so if you are planning anything else after cancel it cause you dont rush art. Detail is everything and is what you should be looking for for a long lasting tattoo.

I love going to 2tone. I have had several tattoos and two piercings done by Chris. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I have also referred several people there. My husband has a whole back tattoo and both sleeves done by Chris also. We consider everyone at 2tone as family. Great experience. My work was done by Kristoff, who made me feel comfortable throughout my entire 7 hour session. I notoriously shake and sweat while getting work done, and this was the first time I did not which I attribute to my comfort level. Super funny and nice guy. He put on all different kinds of music that we both enjoyed (asked my preference several times which was awesome) and we both sang along! He did a rework on my half sleeve and it came out awesome. The girl up front was SO sweet. Came to the back to ask me if I needed anything multiple times. Overall wonderful experience at this shop. Any future work will be done here!

Today I got my belly button pierced and I was very impressed with how nice the staff was especially the piercer. He was very nice and was very helpful when it came to explaining the healing process and how to clean the area. He also made sure I was comfortable through the whole piercing experience and took his time. I definitely recommend coming here to get any piercing or tattoo done.

I’ve never had an issue with them and always left satisfied as well as anyone who I’ve sent in their direction. The girls at the desk very clearly state the procedures and policy they have beforehand and have you sign paperwork every time, no matter how many times I’ve been there. If you’re anything like me, often times you sign your life away without reading agreements because you’re so excited, so it’s definitely helpful they read it to me so I don’t just blindly agree to something. Great experience here. They are VERY nice and there is almost no wait at all. My piercing swelled a lot so when I called to ask about changing to a larger size they told me to come in whenever I could. They changed it for me, no charge. I definitely recommend 2 Tone Tattoos and Piercings.

They tattooed the wrong thing on my girlfriend and refuse to giveany type of refund. So pretty much once you sign the release form they don’t give a single care about what goes on your body. Once we reached out about a refund they said that it’s just a bunch of number and letters to them so it didn’t matter. It was a very unprofessional response from the owner of the shop. Should the tattoo been checked over by the person receivng it, yes. But in the heat of the moment with someone that’s nervous, that’s the last thing you think to do with a bunch of “professionals.” I do not blame the tattoo person but I have no clue how the transition from the front desk to the tattoo person gets the Roman numerals wrong. I hope this permanent thing never happens to another person. I also hope they take more pride in this and it’s not just “letters” to them on a person.

My artist was experienced, reliable, kind and respectful. My piece is absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted.Everyone in the shop was kind and helpful. They went above and beyond for me and it was my first time there.These guys know EXACTLY what they are doing. I’ll definitely be coming here for my next one!

I got my rook pierced here just recently by Chris! Very sanitary during COVID. The placement was perfect (Chris had me check it beforehand), and Chris opened up everything in front of me.I was very comfortable with the whole process and will definitely be back for more ear piercings when my rook heals :).

I got my tragus pierced a couple months back by chris. i went back a couple days ago to get my earrings changed out, & he couldn’t place them in because my tragus is completely swollen. i explained to him that i’m allergic to fake jewelry and his response is “.1 of percent ppl in the world are allergic to this there is no way you are” he didn’t care, didn’t listen, was aggressive when attempting to remove my piercing, and was completely unprofessional and not helpful at all. He told me to keep the earrings in & keep cleaning it with “saline” when clearly it isn’t working and i have an infection. he didn’t even attempt to remove my second tragus piercing or atleast clean it. i ended up changing the piercings myself and realizing how useless this place is. I will never be going back here again. If i could rate no stars i would, because the shop doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Went here to get my ears pierced, went well, barely hurt, they use a needle here (which is better and safer than the gun)We were cracking jokes the whole time,It was greatThey know what theyre doing and its reasonably priced!

I live locally and had heard nothing but good things about this shop so when the itch to get some new work done hit me I gave them a try. Emmett was professional and courteous. The shop is clean and surprisingly large when you get past the waiting area. Everyone was pleasant and cordial. This business in my mind is not a reputable business, without even consulting with an artist, I gave a good faith deposit of fifty dollars, and was never advised that the deposit was non refundable, within hours of making the appointment, I called the shop back to tell them that my boyfriend surprised me with other arrangements for a tattoo elsewhere, which gave the artists more than enough time to fill the appointment. I was told that my fifty dollars was being kept because the artist spent time drawing up my stencil, that I never discussed or consulted with the artist, also I was asked to email them a picture of what I wanted and I never did because I was canceling the appointment. The stencil looks like it was drawn up within four minutes with a sharpie and it is totally uneven. Be cautious when dealing with this business.

I havent gotten my tattoo done yet, but had a consultation with Matt and he seems very nice. Saw his work on Instagram and he does great work judging by the pics so excited to get work done by him.

This is THE ONLY place to get a tattoo. The artists are beyond amazing and the staff in general are top notch and super friendly! I highly recommend and I’ll continue to drive an hour from home for my tattoos cuz Matt Caroll and 2 tone are the bomb!!

This spot was recommended to me when I was thinking about getting my nose pierced. I check out the spot and it was very clean and the staff was very nice. I changed my mind about the piercing, not because of the place. I have seen their work on other people and I would recommend this place based on that.

I want my ear pierced, and they pierced it

Pierced my septum crooked. Replaced it for free and second time was perfect but just be wary
