I hate to leave a one star review (Ashley was so nice) but after 9 laser hair treatments, over almost a year, on 2 different areas I am disappointed. There is maybe a small reduction of hair growth but not the results I was expecting at all. Definitely money just out the window.

The absolute best place to go. The whole staff here is amazing. I highly recommend visiting the Mooresville location. Julia, Ashley, and Kayla are my go to girls.

I came here & I had never gotten any kind of laser before and let me just tell you the girls in here were amazing! They made me feel so comfortable with the whole process, and explained everything to me and it really eased my nerves. I would definitely recommend coming here, especially if you have never gotten anything done before!

Unsatisfactory outcome... very expensive on pricing of certain surgical procedure for the less than satisfactory outcome. I followed post-procedural protocol yet not the outcome promised.

AMAZING!!! I had a consultation with Ashley and she is by far the nicest person you can meet. We started my first treatment and she made me very comfortable during treatment with little to no pain. They also offer the best price I have ever seen for lazor hair removal! I BEYOND recommend. I cant wait to go back for my next treatment!

Went there for 2 years for laser ( more than 10 sessions ) and saw no difference after spending more than $1000.Went to another place and saw results after the first treatment…Either they don’t know how to do laser or they scammed me.

Wonderful experience with laser hair and tattoo removal! They are able to numb prior to the tattoo removal which makes the process completely pain free!!! Highly recommend!!!

First, this is the place you want to go to for tattoo removal. I was handled by 3 different staff: intake coordinator, medical assistant, and Nurse Practitioner. All three were professional, friendly, and thorough. The medical assistant brought me a cup of coffee while I was waiting for the NP. The NP came in and did a wonderful job with everything.Second, the procedure itself. Maybe I’m a little baby but it hurt. I had to have a second dose of lidocaine. However, once I had the second dose the procedure was smooth. Just like most procedures where lidocaine is required the lidocaine hurt more than the laser treatment (similar to dental procedure).I highly recommend setting up a consult and getting treatment at the Mooresville location. I will edit post once I go through the healing process.

All the staff at the Mooresville location are so friendly and nice. Kayla is very professional and efficient. She has helped me with my weight loss journey. Ashley is amazing at laser hair removal. I have had amazing results from my laser hair removal.

I went in for a consult for tattoo removal and Kayla was amazing. Not only did she quickly and painlessly (thank you lidocaine) do my first removal session, she also offered to remove a hideous mole for an amazing price. Can’t wait to go back!!

When Courtney answered the phone she was very polite, she demonstrated excellent customer service and when she did not know an answer to one of my questions she asked her coworker Ashley. Both of these ladies were amazing. Then of course Miss Liz was a pleasure as always. These girls really just make my experiences with this clinic so much better. Cant wait to go back!

I just finished my last session for my underarm laser hair removal with Ashley. I’ve seen amazing results and it’s almost shocking how little it hurts. As someone with thick, course, and dark hair, razor burn was my enemy for years. Pursuing laser removal with the Complete Laser Clinic has been the best money i’ve ever spent! Ashley Benfield does amazing work and make me feel completely comfortable 100% of the way. Currently completing sessions in other areas and will definitely return for more! Dr. Turner is the best hands down!! He did an amazing job on reconstructing my tummy tuck scar and belly button after another surgeon botched me. I love my results and Im only 10 days post op. My stomach is flat flat!! He really is good.Update: Dr. Turner is hands down the best and sweetest surgeon. Book him now. He dont post a lot but he is amazing and very honest. I wish he would post more of his work because he is so good!! 10/10 recommend!!! I love this clinic so so much

Dr. Welsh and his team were fantastic, from the consultation to the surgery day. Dr. Welsh treated me like family and answered all my questions. He is surrounded by an amazing group of people who made me feel as part of their family. They have been checking on me ever since the consultation and answered all my questions, took care of all my concerns and needs. The nurse anesthetist, Rick, thoroughly explained the process and made me feel very safe. Im so glad i went with them and will continue to do any treatment I may need. I had surgery on Sept 17th with Dr. Turner and my overall experience has not been favorable. I was given very little information, anything I did receive, I had to ask or request and many times more than once. The majority of my interactions were with his nurse Julia who seemed to have an attitude most of the time. I had to remind her to check on things, send emails as promised, etc. because it was often forgotten. This was before and after surgery. This is a procedure they perform often and are knowledgeable of but for me,the patient, I didn’t know anything and solely rely on them. It often felt like a hassle when i was asking different questions. Luckily I joined a Facebook group with women who had like procedures and I was able to get questions answered by them because their doctors had actually explained things well.Fast forward to after the procedure, I need A revision....one that will cost me $3000. Despite Dr. Turner saying he’s aggressive with liposuction he admitted he could’ve done more in some areas so I have some fatty spots. I’m most upset about an area where fat has formed that was never fatty. I have a fupa now, and no woman wants a fupa especially AFTER having a tummy tuck. On January 19th I reached out to his nurse Julia and she said the doctor would call me. I sent several pics of the area I’m not pleased with. It is January 29th and I still not received that call from him, zero follow up from her. I want the revision, but do I continue to do business and give more money to professionals( a term I’m using loosely)that can’t even follow up??? AND pay an additional $3000??? I might as well go somewhere else because clearly they are not concerned with aftercare.I will add that despite the ugliness due to discoloration of my belly button, Dr. Turner did an excellent job with my tummy tuck scar. I am pleased with that. Once the dog ears are removed I can really get to work on lightening the scar!!!This place has some reasonable prices and they were offering a special when I booked...but like they say, you get what you pay for. Would not recommend....at least not to this doctor and nurse.
