Absolutely the best tattoo experience I’ve ever had. Had my first sitting for a sleeve today and I’m ecstatic with the results. If you want ink, go to Bulletts. I don’t care how long you have to wait to get on the book; IT’S TOTALLY WORTH IT! Sorry, did I just shout that?Thank you, Bullett for making the story I told you come to life. The place was very clean and cozy. Bruce was very friendly and did a great job on my tattoo. He fit me in his schedule with only 3 days notice so I could get my tattoo on the anniversary of my sons death. He even worked with me when I arrived when I wanted to tweak a few things. Very pleased and highly recommend!

I got a same day appointment for my piercings. Dennis did all three of my piercings that afternoon -- I got a flat rook which he never had done before in his twenty years of piercing and he NAILED it! I couldnt be happier! Alongside that, I got two outer helixs, one on each ear. He did an excellent job and was super cool along the process. The staff there all are very down to earth, super friendly and comforting with whatever youre planning to get done! I highly recommend going here! The shop itself is very clean and has the nicest decor out of any tattoo parlor Ive ever seen! I know numerous people I went to high school with get tattoos and piercings done at Bullets Ink and theyve done the best work out of any piercing and tattoo shop Ive seen. 10/10, would recommend! 🤙🏻👍🏻

This was the best tattoo experience Ive ever had, right from the very start! Tommy was able to fit me in due to a cancellation and had my design ready and waiting for me by the time I walked in. He didnt mind that I brought people with me and eagerly welcomed them too! He was super nice, funny, and a great person to be around-not to mention he did a fantastic job on my tattoo! We were in and out in an hour, the whole vibe of the shop was open and welcoming and Ive never had an artist as lovable and efficient as Tommy! I will definitely be back!!

This is the best tattoo shop I’ve ever been too everyone is so nice and welcoming. These artists actually care about you and treat you like a human. They are kind and so easy to work with. So many talented artists and great people all around I would recommend this place to anyone!

Couldnt be happier with the tat I got done. Super welcoming atmosphere and relaxed, everyone there rocks. Worked with Cheyenne and shes got awesome designs and is nothing but happy and friendly, did an awesome job and Im 100% going back.

Cheyenne was an excellent artist. In addition, she was so helpful for my daughters 1st tattoo! Supportive and bubbly, patient with questions and doing her best to ensure my daughter was comfortable. Appreciated the thorough discussion of aftercare as well. Would highly reccomend if you are planning your 1st tattoo!

Last Saturday I took the plunge, went to see Jess and had her do a dermal piercing and my VCH as well. Jess was very thorough in describing both of the processes and what I should expect as well. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and she made sure that she showed me how to cleanse both of my new piercings. I would recommend Jess to anyone and everyone who is looking to get piercings.

Best Ink for miles around. Bullett is an amazing artist. After he did my first tattoo Ive never gone to anyone else again. The other artists are great too. You will not have any tattoo regrets if you go there.

I went into Bullets Ink going on a lot of good reviews... but it way surpassed my expectations. Im Just a Mom and only had one small tattoo previously. I wanted him to copy a photo of my Italian town crest which is in stone! He not only got the shape and design right but it looks like stone! I have had so many people who really know tattoo art compliment me on it. Besides that, It is on my ankle and I was always told that is a painful area... well I dont know if I have a high tolerance or he has mad skills but not only is he creative but gentle too! No pain. Beautiful art. Im one happy Mamma. Thanks Bullet!

Everyone at Bullets Ink is laid back and nice. I got my first two tattoos with Amy. The staff was super nice and made me feel at ease. I need to go back. Denny, Amy, Chris, Mark and Bullet do great work. When you make an appointment here, you dont have to worry which artist does your work, they are all fantastic.

Awesome place to get ink done! Waited nearly 18 years for #2 and glad I chose Bullets ink! Only the best and will never go anywhere else for my tattoo needs. Id give more stars if I could. I came in with a picture tried my best to describe exactly what I wanted and the first picture drawn for me was EXACTLY what I pictured in my head. Look no further folks!

Bullet is one of best tattoo artist in MD, maybe on the east coast. The other artists there are also very talented. I have had two portraits done by Bullet, I can not enough about how amazing his work is, how clean the lines are, and how deft his touch is. ZERO scabbing, the tattoos have healed very quickly.

Chris did an excellent job. I had a last minute decision on what my tattoo should be. He put his years of experience to work and sketched up a piece I knew I had to take. Worth every penny. My only regret is that I didnt tip him more. Thank you!

I had an appointment today, unfortunately they lost the provided artwork. John and Jason did their best using internet to find something without success, and could not fit me in. I appreciated all the effort extended, but I had an important event where the tattoo was a significant portion / tribute, now left with a blank arm. Disappointment would be an understatement.march 2... got it done... Big John and Bullet captured it perfectly.. true professionals in all areas.... dont go anywhere else. Took time to answer all questions, added valuable input and made my arm a perfect tribute....

Each artist there is a professional rockstar. So much talent. Ive gotten all of tattoos from that shop. Clean and welcoming atmosphere. I love the open space and the music. The comradery there is reminiscent of a local neighborhood barbershop. All in all, a stellar experience and I highly recommend this place!

My wife and I got tattoos of our sons name with a cross and dove. Ryan did a wonderful job. Ryan also expressed he was honored to these tattoos for us as our son passed unexpectedly. I would highly recommend Bullets Ink to anyone considering a tatoo.

I got my nose pierced here a couple months ago. It seemed really clean and the guy who pierced it was really good! I barely felt a thing! I would definitely recommend for nose piercings!

THEY TOOK OUR DEPOSIT!We made an appointment for a tatto And put down the required $60 deposit, the guy game us a hand written piece of paper stating that we had put down the deposit and that they required 48 hour notice for a cancellation, 2 Days later we decided we would go to a different tattoo place so I called and cancelled my appointment 5 Days BEFORE the day of the appointment, now 1 month later I see that my credit card was charged the $60.I called and I was told that if you cancel your appointment and re schedule it then it gets applied to the tatto but if you just cancel and do not get anything done, you do not get your money back at all, this was not stated at all verbally or on the hand written note they give out when you make the appointment, it just said 48 hour notice needed for cancellations.They have an extremely lame website and nothing is said about it anywhere on the website.I am very angry that they stole my money, they were shady on their cancellation policy, they didn’t provide a service at all, we gave them 5 Days notice, ample time to reschedule our spot ( and they did btw) and still kept the money for nothing! Thieves !
