Rachelle has PHENOMENAL talent and patience. I went to get my brows done and I was super nervous. Within a few strokes, my anxiety got the best of me and I was in panic mode. She quickly jumped into “mom mode” and grabbed a cup of water, towels, and began to pet my hair and calm me out of the anxiety attack.
