I brought my 10 year old here for an ear piercing. The staff were welcoming and the shop was very clean and tidy. As for the piercer, Atalie, I can not give enough praise. I felt at ease with her immediately, and I could sense my daughter did as well. She made her feel comfortable and shr was very professional. 10/10 would recommend.

I was so surprised when the guy said he was done. My quickest and easiest tattoo I have ever gotten. The next day it didnt swell whatsoever. I was actually worried he didnt go deep enough bcuz it just, didnt hurt enough lol. Great guy. And the other dude did a tattoo while we were there that was amazing as well. Clean shop too. Overall good experience highly recommend

I’ve gotten half a dozen tattoos here and I’ll never go anywhere else for traditional tattoos. The shop is clean and the vibe of the artists is unbeatable. Everyone that works here is chill. Also, they have a bunch of “get what you get” books to choose from and flash on the walls if you’re indecisive like me lol

Atalie is one of the best piercers I’ve ever been to. Super professional, kind, and thorough. My bridge piercing is perfectly straight and I love it. The atmosphere in the shop is indescribable and I genuinely can’t get enough of the place. Can’t wait to come back

The counter guy , i didnt catch his name was great as well. It was busy but thats a great thing. If you want a walkin get there early! But worth the wait.

Took my child to get their ear lobes pierced and the piercer, Atalie, was INCREDIBLE!!! Walked in with no appointment and they were super quick getting to us- and the man that was at the counter took my little one back for a tattoo (temporary tattoo) while we waited. I will absolutely be back for any of my piercing needs!

I had concerns with a piercing from another shop, went in and ate fixed it right up, prices are a bit more but Im this case you get what you pay for. Everyone was super professional and still very down to earth. Love love love this shop!!! Will be back for more piercings and tattoos

Jake did a wonderful job with my piercing! He is incredibly professional and it is clear he takes great pride in his work. Everyone there seems friendly and personable. I was more than pleased with my experience, and I will get all future piercings here. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Came in on a whim to get my nose pierced, ended up leaving with my nose pierced and belly button redone from where it closed a couple years ago. Atalie was beyond friendly and cracking jokes, she really eased my anxiety. Will def be going back to her for future piercing needs!

I stopped in yesterday to check out the new Mouse Town Tattoo. The shop was extremely clean and well-organized, with flash choices covering every inch of the walls. I met the owners Jason and Nicki Hendrix. They are both very friendly and very cool people. We discussed different styles, sizes, colors and designs. The questions Jason asked led me to new ideas that were much more exciting than the ideas I had originally. He made suggestions, and provided info on where I could find unique designs that fit my style. They are obviously intelligent, creative, experienced and talented artists. They offer piercing as well. As soon as I make a final decision on what I want, I will be at Mouse Town Tattoo getting some new ink. My first impression was awesome enough for me to give them a 4 Star rating. I am certain that after I get my new tattoo, this 4 Star rating will become 5 Stars!

I walked in to replace a nostril stud because I had lost the ball while sleeping, and Atalie assisted me with care and urgency. She helped me pick out a excellent quality piece that was exactly what I wanted. She was very professional, sweet, and easy to talk to. After I bought the jewelry, she installed it for me! The atmosphere is amazing; great music, extremely clean, and cool decor. I wish I would’ve originally gotten my nostrils done here instead at a place up north. I will not make that mistake again, I will gladly go to Mouse Town for all of my future body modifications.

I went with my sister to watch their piercer fix my sisters snake bites. They had put too small of bars in her lips, there wasn’t enough room to compensate for all the swelling. She put basically the same size bar in just with bigger balls on the end. Plus I’ve never heard of a place making people pay over $100 for snake bites! As she was putting in the new jewelry she was digging around to find the hole to the other side for about 4-5 minutes while my sister was sitting wincing. I’ve see a lot of piercings get done and I’ve never seen someone take so much time to try to put a needle back through after just taking the piercing out. Amazing art work on the walls and really cool shop. She was nice about replacing it. Just feel like it definitely wasn’t as professional as what you’re paying for.

Me and my wife went here today and got piercings. Awesome shop friendly staff. Jason was very professional and great at what he does. We will definitely be returning soon. Keep up the good work mouse town tattoo.

I got a tattoo at mouse town in Mount Vernon last week and was very greatful to have Glenn as my artist. I came to him with my vision and he very quickly and accurately free handed a great depiction of what I wanted. I gave him freedom as an artist and he made my vision work even better for me. I’m very happy and grateful for my experience with Glenn, he did an amazing job and I hope he can do more work for me in the future! Thank you Glenn!

I came in to have a tattoo done on Aug. 15th. I did the consultation and brought 4 pictures of what I wanted. We talked and I thought by having pics and saying exactly what I wanted that Id be getting a tattoo. 90% of what i wanted was missing from his draw up. My options were to pay $40 more dollars to re-draw it or leave and lose $100. His draw up was so bad I left. How do you charge someone that much for something not even close. If realistic tattoos arent his style then why take the job?

Absolutely amazing place! All of the people are so nice and great at what they do. I wasn’t feeling too good and they immediately brought me out some cookies and a soda and I was completely in awe of their hospitality. I got tattooed by Joe and I could not be more pleased with how it turned out! 10/10 will come back!

Piercer was very professional, very careful and done excellent work. I got a vertical labret and my daughter got her tongue pierced. It was as close to perfection as you can get. 5 stars!!!

Best shop around, I’d never go anywhere else! The staff is all super friendly and amazingly talented and Jason,the owner, is just the sweetest man around! It ‘ssuper clean and they have tons of rad flash all over the place to pick from if you’re not interested in doing a custom piece. This shop amazingly beautiful and you can’t beat the prices!

The shop is nice enough, good quality work. Id recomend it based on that. Although the man selling me jewelry was very rude to me. Dont accidentally drop your things there, theyll call you nasty.

I was in last week spent over $300.00 on piercings on myself as well as my daughter, well the ball fell out of one of my earrings, so I called made an appointment, went in got charged to get another ball and then was going to get charged to put on. I have gotten a tattoo there, and multiple piercings. I wont go back. I dont think that a piercing that was not even a week old I should get charged to put a ball back on.

After 45 years we had a girlfriends weekend we had all gotten together to get away we decided all of us would get a tattoo I checked the reviews on Mouse town they were good so we chose there the guys was totally awesome Jason did two of the girls Hammer haha did one other girl and I they were so sweet and kind to us they pretty much let us have our day we plan on going back yearly I think some of us plan on adding to our tattoos you guys are awesome Hammer its just what we called him you guys are so sweet thank you for helping with a great weekend

I recommend to anyone to get tattooed here. I specifically say most of mine are done out of state but Ill go here FIRST if need be. Wife and I did a get what you get. We left satisfied.

We called,to make an appointment and they said walk inside welcome,that we didnt need a appointment for nose piercing. We drove over an hour away to have it done,then the owner said the person left before we got there;knowing we were on our way.this is bad for business I believe.

Way to high priced 30 bucks for acrylic plugs is insane to say the least the guy behind the counter had no clue of what I was even asking him about...I spent my money else where and got what I wanted for the RIGHT price.
