Absolutely amazing experience with Ramon! He worked his magic to transform a terrible black blob of a tattoo from another shop. His skills are unmatched. We had a great discussion about my vision and what realistically could be done to cover up the bad tattoo. Ramon created a beautiful floral piece and I couldn’t be happier. He was kind, welcoming, and funny as hell! The shop is very clean and I highly recommend Blackoak Artistry and Ramon.

Wow!! Ive never gotten a tattoo prior to coming into Black Oak Artistry, I was truly nervous to get my my first tattoo. I now have two tattoos from Ramon at Black Oak and would never go anywhere else to be tattooed! I cannot express how much of a true artist Ramon and his team are! His shop was sleek, clean and he is a true professional.

My wife and I recently got tattoos for our Anniversary from the owner of the shop, Ramon. The entire process was seamless and professional. From the back and forth on design ideas to the stenciling to the tattoo itself. Ramon was amazing to work with. We were super lucky to find Black Oak Artistry and Ramon specifically for such a sentimental and incredible piece. Ramon has been my tattoo artist for a few years now. His talent and skills speak for themselves as I will follow this man to the moon and back. Great place. Ramon is the best. Really easy to work with. He was able to take my vision and make it a reality and improve it by leaps and bounds. Ramon did my first two tattoos today and I would highly recommend him for any tattoo experience. It was easy to find information and ask him questions, and he was very good at communicating before and during the tattoo process. He is very knowledgeable and skilled, and Im glad that my tattoo experience was with him.

I had been searching for a good reliable tattoo artist for a while and came across this shop and I’m so happy I did!I have gone to Ramon now for 2 tattoos now and both turned out better than I imagined and I plan to go back! If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. The studio was clean, comfortable, and had a chill vibe to it. Ramon and his artists are for real. My wife and I had a session with Ramon. He brought some old tattoos of ours back to life with whole different twist to them. He did a memorial tattoo for my wife as well that she absolutely loves. Cant wait until our next session!

Amazing!! Ramon is an extremely talented artist and does absolutely gorgeous work. He is so professional and makes you feel at ease. I love all of the work Ramon has done for me from a full sleeve to a portrait of my Maggie(my dog). Have another about to fix some old ink.

Blackoak is absolutely amazing! Kitty is the artist that I go to and she is so talented and sweet. She listened to exactly what I wanted and has made my vision come to life with my floral half sleeve. We started out with a wrap piece that we added to and completed to transform it into a half sleeve. The shop is incredibly clean and overall a great experience! Couldn’t recommend Kitty and the shop more!

Ramon is amazing!! He did a sentimental piece and a refresher on a super old piece for me and I am in love with both. He exceeded my expectations. I have pretty bad anxiety and made me feel totally comfortable and at ease the entire time. So happy to have found him and I’m looking forward to my next piece!
