Banter by Piercing Pagoda

We went to Banter yesterday to have my daughter’s ears pierced and had a very pleasant experience. Everyone kept telling me to not go anywhere they used a gun but I could never take her to a tattoo place. Those businesses are too scary even for me. This is a very nice looking Jewelry store and the girls were so nice and helpful. They explained everything I needed to know and do for aftercare of my girl’s ears. They did both ears at the exact same time and she felt hardly any pain. I loved the earring selection they have… they are all super cute.

Jannasia Alexander she did an excellent job with piercing my ears. She has the best customer service Ive ever experienced. She is so kind and professional. I would recommend her for any job because shes the best.

The women did a wonderful job piercing my 4 year olds ears. They were professional and did a great job keeping her calm and comfortable for the whole process. They pierced both ears at the same time and it was over before she could get nervous. Great experience overall!

The ladies in here are professional and experienced. I took my daughter here for her first ear piercings. They are amazing and keep a good sterile work area. They are unfazed by the ouch-jump reactions and even had tissues in hand for tearing. They also offer after piercing ear care guidance and a spray. The childrens selection for earrings are nice and we went with amethyst studs with gold. Pricing is on point. Its in an actual store space, not like the middle of the mall kiosks you might see at other malls. Overall Im impressed!

The 2 ladies were fabulous. I had two piercings in each ear, they made it so easy! They were super helpful with every step and it was a fun experience. Highly recommend them!!

They did every good with doing my daughter ears and my nose piercing today they was so nice

They were nice and friendly. I would not go back there again though. When I was getting my 6 yr olds ears priced they asked me if I wanted to get insurance for the earings just incase the stones fall out. I was already paying $50. and did not want to pay an extra $10. Well the earings were in for only a week in half and one of the stones fell out. I wish I had taken her to Claires because I have never had that happen there and I would have paid the same amount.

Give this sweet lady a raise.. I will be calling her boss and personally telling him how great she was to us..

I got my second ear piercing a few months ago, and it was a great experience all around!! The piercer was sooo friendly and very helpful! She made sure that she placed the piercings just where I wanted them, and they are perfectly even!! I would definitely recommend!!

I got my nose pierced in Jacksonville a few months ago and it was still very sore and not healing. I thought it was because I needed real gold. I literally had to start over again. Malone Metz is amazing and you will not be disappointed with your piercing. Very sterile and professional.

Jordan was fantastic. Went to get permanent jewelry with my sister. She made it fun for us both. Even got my ears pierced again! Thanks Jordan!!

Worst experience for my 12 yr old daughter. The lady had a horrible attitude and lacked customer service skills. Never looked at me when I asked her questions and her answers were short. I even told her my daughter was nervous and not once did she try to reassure her. To top it off, after spending $60 to have her ears pierced, we had to let the piercing close. They were uneven and looked bad. I don’t recommend this place at all unless they hire another person who knows how to pierce ears and work with people.Also, there was an older lady working there that went out of her way to talk to us. I feel like she was trying to make up for the other persons lack of skills!

My daughter had her ear pierced. She looks great and is pleased with the result. However, the overall experience was NOT great. The employee needs to work a little on her people skills.

Came to get my first ever ear piercing and Jenny took her time and made the experience one to remember! Definitely going back for my next one!Highly RECOMMENDED!!!

I took my four year old to get her ears peirced yesterday and the lady that was working was very helpful, informative, friendly, and caring. I will definitely be visiting this shop more often and recommending Piercing Lagoda to everyone i know. Thanks so much!

Had a vary nice lady help me an got a good DEAL from 3 to close today only buy one thing get one equal or less value that was so cool got my mom something as well as myself

I have been going to this store for years. Yesterday was the first time someone actually helped me, she was very nice. Shes new and a great addition.

Went there the manager is horrible has a nasty attitude and rude talks bad about the customers when they leave just horrible .
