Firehouse Tattoo.

I recently went with two friends to get piercings, and we were able to book an appointment last-minute. The shop was super clean, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Normally, my piercings are painful and tend to bleed afterward, but Kelli did such an amazing job that I barely felt anything. She was quick, patient, and precise, making the whole experience practically painless. I always need to hold someones hand to distract me during piercings, and she was totally cool with it. She explained everything thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable. I also loved how everyone in the shop had a great sense of humor—no one took things too seriously. Plus, they have some killer lifesavers! On top of all that, their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Very clean and organized! Kelli did piercings for me and my two friends yesterday and she was absolutely fantastic. Im a pretty awkward person and felt very comfortable there, it was a very welcoming environment. During my piercing I had a unexpected adrenaline drop and Kelli was quick to help me, get me water, and cool me down, even TY stepped in to help. I really appreciate you guys and i love my new septum! Thank you so much❤

We could not be happier with Firehouse Tattoo! The owner Dave did excellent work on a coverup for me, making it even more beautiful than I could have imagined! Then, the extremely talented Robert helped fine-tune a detailed and gorgeous art piece for my husband, and the amount of beauty and intricate detail he managed to accomplish is remarkable!! He went above and beyond for us. We couldnt recommend this shop more - the people are SO nice and their talent is unmatched!

I have idea how Google me going to a tattoo place, but they did.My suggestion is Just say No!I am 71. In the 1970s, bell bottoms were in. How would i look today with a pair of low cut, bell bottoms permanently attached to my legs. Grandpa would not look too cute.But, if you must, you must. I do remember what it is like to be young.

I definitely wouldn’t go here again for piercings/changes. I got my lobes pierced here & right after they were pierced they put the SMALLEST studs I have ever seen & my ear began to swallow them in less than a week & I had to take them out. I also went to have my Medusa sized down & she changed it to a bar that was far to short for my lip & I mentioned how snug it was & was blown off & told it was normal- which I’m sure it is to an extent but my lip also began to swallow this piercing which I had to take out & go back to a longer bar to allow healing. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 this places just wants ur money & doesn’t care once the cash is in their hands

Everyone here is so nice and welcoming and the prices are great! Kelli did such an amazing job on my tattoo, she put a lot of thought into the design and made me feel comfortable.

My friend and I walked in today for piercings, she got her Medusa, I got my ninnies done. 110% would recommend them. Kelli was fantastic and so was the girl whos doing the apprenticeship there. Felt comfortable 100% of the time and it was a smooth, easy process & both of our piercings are on point!!! I will definitely be going back to them when I decide to get whatever my next piercing is done. 🤟 Thank you both SO MUCH!!

Oh my god i cant express how much i appreciate dave. i came to the shop today to get my tattoo fixed from a sloppy tattoo i got in raleigh. dave absolutely blew me away with the time and effort he could put into this and turn it from a bad tattoo to a fantastic one that im not embarrassed to show anymore. he was very kind and i couldnt have asked for a better experience. will absolutely come again. the photos im adding are the before and after

Jade was absolutely outstanding for my piercings. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and took generous care to perfect the placement. She knew when to distract me with talking and thoroughly reviewed the aftercare. The shop is clean and comfortable and the piercings are healing nicely. Highly recommend!

Got my first ever nose piercing and Kelli did it, was very calm with me an told me how to treat it properly and If I needed help I could come by and she would change my piercing. Absolutely amazing place and excellent service. Going back to get my lip done. 10/10 would recommend. Amazing work

I went there for the first time today,and they are the nicest people ever! Courteous and professional staff that answered all my questions,and made me feel comfortable without rushing me out the door. Very calm atmosphere even while busy. I went there to get some ear piercings, and Jade was very cool while attending to me. She takes her craft very seriously and gives attention to detail. She made sure I was satisfied with my choice and that the placement of the holes would be even. I liked her,and I will be going back there for more piercings in the near future. They also have the best prices on piercing of any shop Ive ever been to. I definitely recommend them for all your piercings 😊 👍👍👍👍👍

The piercer, I think her name is Jade, was amazing with my daughter. We brought her in because she wanted to get her ears pierced. The piercer was patient and kind, and she explained everything we needed to know during the process and for after care in great detail. Highly recommend! Editing to add that I came back for my first tattoo with Dave. I was really nervous but there was nothing to be nervous about. He did a great job, and my tattoo is beautiful, exactly what I wanted. Got a tattoo on a walk-in, they did a beautiful job. Right after my girlfriend ended up getting a piecing. They did such an amazing job! super friendly and will definitely come back 👍

I will say that their piercer is amazing but then we went in for tattoos and couldn’t get anything. We were immediately shut down and told why would you want that They were really rude asking what we wanted and said everything we wanted was to detailed and wouldn’t let us explain what we wanted for placement or changed in the tattoo

I got best friend tattoos about two weeks ago. Great quality, no issues. They were very professional and I love the work they did, reasonable pricings too!The lady who did my tattoo was super nice and did a great job. Her husband(?) Was very nice and talked with me while my friend was getting her tattoo done.I will definitely be coming back here for future tattoos and possibly piercings.

I chose Firehouse Tattoo to get my septum pierced. Kelli is the sweetest! I spoke with her beforehand via text with some questions. Not only was she patient, she is very warm and knowledgeable! The piercing went wonderfully and clean. My piercing isnt even 24 hours old and is painless and clean. Should I need anything else I will definitely return!

I got my first tattoo here. It was a phenomenal experience and extremely professional. My first tattoo was down my spine in a location I was tentative about, it hurt a lot, but I was able to take breaks when I needed. Staff are extremely nice, they will take care of you and help you get the art on your body you want!

Got a septum piercing just now and had to run to google to leave a good review about the shop and Jade. 5/5 price, aftercare and friendliness. I love my piercing❤❤!!!!! Im from out of town and if I want another piercing, itll definitely be worth the trip down here!!!

The piercer was very nice, accommodating and professional. I had never changed my nipple jewelry and asked for her to do it as I was buying new barbells from them. She even mixed a tea tree solution and explained the benefits. I felt very comfortable. Think her name was Katie (?)

Lookin gooood! Dave is an awesome tattoo artist, as are Robbie and Kellie, and all do different styles. The pricing is extremely fair. They only raise prices if expenses are higher, very considerate to their customers. And they always make sure the workspace is clean and the artwork is clean and done right. Never a problem. I go to Dave, the shop owner, and hes great. I get a lot of compliments on his work with shades and colors. Lines are always crisp. Consultations are cost free. Very professional establishment.

I have gone to firehouse for all of my tattoos. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I love this place. Its a great atmosphere and everyone is always so welcoming! Went in today for a piercing, first time meeting Kellie, she was awesome! Got my pericing then stayed and talked! Kelli did an awesome job piercing my nose and my daughters ears. Id had my nose done before but it was my 4yos first time being earrings. Kelli was great with her and she barely teared up. They used plastic earrings to avoid a surprise metal allergy and they got us in without an appointment (I would recommend one just in case its a busy day) and they had a Friday piercing special so it was an great price as well. It was a fantastic experience compared to our friend who took her daughter to a piercing place in the mall and they had to hold her down while she screamed about not wanting the second earring cause it hurt to much. Highly recommend going to firehouse and getting a professional piercing artist to make sure its done with less pain and tissue damage! Thank you Firehouse tattoo.

Kelli and Jade have always made sure Im incredibly comfortable, understand the process and explain if I have any questions, and always take the time to make the experience a good one. There are reasons I keep coming back.

My piercer and the apprentice were very knowledgeable and informed me of everything I needed to do with my piercing. She gave me her number if I had any questions or concerns! Quick and easy, and I love it!

Originally gave a four star review because the quality of work my wife received was great. I thought a four was reasonable given the fact that the customer service aspect wasnt outstanding or through the roof with warm and inviting. It was...good, the location was adequate, and the artist was great.I think 3 is average, 4 is good, 5 is Fantastic. This experience WAS good...But then the condescension came in with their reply. Now a second response from them. Why wasnt the four star review good enough? I didnt have any complaints. No need to elaborate.Who cares how many reviews I have given?I reviewed a place I was recently at and Google popped up with all these other places I have been in the last 90 days. I spent time given ratings to all of those places. They were all heartfelt and genuine reviews. It takes less than 5 seconds to click a 3 star or 5 star, etc.I am not a fake account, but a member of the community, with an opinion.To the owner:You could have just apologized and got your 4th star back from me. You didnt and continued carrying on like a bratty child. So be it. If you were so concerned with achieving the highest rating maybe a a culture in your establishment were it is professional, pleasant, and respectful at all times. Make sure all employees are delivering service that is fully inclusive. You dont pander for 5 star ratings, you earn them.I wish you all the luck, I really do. Maybe humility creeps in and this becomes a learning experience. If not I am sure my opinion doesnt harm you at all, this is just a platform for me to express my thoughts on my experiences.

DO NOT COME HERE! The receptionist messed up my lip piercing. Didnt show me where she was going to put it, and then they refused to fix it afterwards. They verbally attacked me for being upset at their awful work and unprofessionalism. I would never recommend this place unless you want a terrible experience. Be safe and go somewhere else.By the way, the owner who responded to this review is the main reason why I dont recommend this place. I wasnt even mad at the girl, just upset that she pierced right through and obvious pimple. The owner is the one who made it and issue by arguing with me about it, and being unwilling to fix THEIR mistake simply because I felt it necessary to warn my Facebook friends. Only this awful place would hold that over my head. He proceeded to attack me on facebook like a child instead of a quick sorry you had a bad experience, what can we do to fix it? Very unprofessional and disgraceful. Maybe it could have turned out to be an even BETTER review like wow! We had a misunderstanding, it happens, but they were so willing to work with me and make sure I came out happy in the end. But no. He instead made the CUSTOMER in the wrong, when his employees did not follow proper proceedings. She did NOT! I REPEAT, DID NOT show me where it would be before she pierced it. She just did it and did it almost on my chin, through a pimple. The owner is a liar, and he is unfit to be running ANY type of business, let alone one that makes permanent adjustments to your body. Whether I was wrong, or she was, or he was, its best you just dont risk it. Its very emotional to go through something like this and I wouldnt want anybody to be subjected to the same thing. Just go to Aztecs. They took over and made sure I knew not all shops are like Firehouse.

Went to Firehouse Tattoo twice and both of my tattoos were spot on! Now I got both of mine on my chest. My first tattoo I was really nervous and hyper and couldnt sit still. I sat and thought Robert was gonna really mess my tattoo upand it would have been completely my fault but he talked with me throught the time and both of my pieces were completely perfect! not one stray mark for me I only reccomend Firehouse only because Robert should have messed up but he stayed professional and got a laugh out of my jumpy self.. with this I end hopefully Im back for another one soon

So Tonight I went to Firehouse Tattoos to see what kind of lip jewerly they had. As soon as I walked in kelli Nobles greeted me with the biggest genuine smile ever!!! I felt very welcomed. She noticed the jewerly I had put in tonight by a different tattoo shop that it was extremely tight and she told me I need to take that out right away before it irritated my lips and rejects it. I took her word for it. Im not kidding. It took her about 25 to 45 min to get the jewelry out!!!! She could not get it out due to how tight it was!!! She tried everything. I even tried to get it. My lips began to hurt so bad!!!!! I finally was able to take it out and I am so blessed I went to firehouse tattoos tonight b.c they were just so friendly, professional and and kind. I will be back again and I highly recommend them!!!!!!!
