I can’t give enough stars to Dana’s!! When my husband and I were looking at rings I knew I didn’t want an expensive diamond. I wanted a beautiful ring. I had researched stone choices and decided on Moissanite. You honestly cannot tell the difference. I looked at several websites. Someone mentioned Dana’s Fine Jewelry. My husband knew the store since he delivered there for FedEx. We found my gorgeous ring for a fraction of the cost of online stores for the exact ring! Stupidly I impulsively bought my bands during a flash sale with an online jewelry shop. Big mistake! Since our wedding I have lost a significant amount of weight and my ring has been too big. It needed to be downsized 2 sizes. I took it to a jewelry store close to home in Shelby and was told it couldn’t be done. They made a comment that because my stone was moissanite and softer than a diamond that downsizing my ring two sizes may compromise the stone and they wouldn’t do it. I felt they were looking down their noses at me because I had a moissanite ring. My heart was broken. I happen to call Dana’s and they assured me they could. Dropped it off 2/16 and picked it up today. I am so happy! They were happy for me too. They kept saying how gorgeous my ring is, and I loved how they boosted me up for the fact that no one can tell that it’s not a diamond, and that it even tests as a diamond. Meanwhile I sent my bands back to the online retail store to be resized on top of purchasing two stackable rings to complete the look I wanted. Received the first stackable band and they had sent the ring a size smaller than what I ordered. The second one came and it was half a size too small. I haven’t got my original bands back and just had to send the stackable bands back. I was told it would take at least 15 business days even though it was very mistake, sending me rings smaller than what I ordered. I will NEVER buy jewelry anywhere other than Dana’s Fine Jewelry from here on out!!! It is definitely worth the 45 minute drive!!! The entire staff is so amazing!!! I highly recommend anyone shopping for any type of jewelry to go here you will not regret it!

Was given a quote over the phone to fix a broken prong on a ring. After picking up the ring after it was fixed it was 3x what I was quoted. And the person that quoted me didn’t write it down in the quote book they have. But I could show them the call log of when I talked to someone and for how long. After arguing with them and wanting to get the heck out of there. I ended up paying for it just to get it back with a crooked prong. On top of that fiasco not even a month after getting the prong fixed it broke again. Very highly upset with this place. Been going there for 10 years but will not be going back bc that place has gotten worse every time I visit there.

I went to Dana’s on a recommendation from a friend. Dana and her staff were knowledgeable, affordable and genuine.

I wanted to wait a while before reviewing to be sure my ring was meeting expectations and it totally is. I brought in a couple of stones and gold that I was not using and designed a custom ring. I got to sit with Dana and talk about the stone settings and design. It took a bit to get the ball rolling as her maker was sick for some time, but once I received the first cad drawing, we were off and running. I was brave enough to admit that I was not loving the design, and I took a try at rearranging all of the stones and adding more stones and coming up with a new design using Excel. I turned that into Dana and she turned around another cad drawing in like 24-48 hours and I was in looove. It was ready in like maybe 4 days. It’s gorgeous! It’s sturdy! It’s a real stunner. No one ever made a birthstone ring for my brother and I and this ring will be in our family long after he and I depart. I get compliments on it all the time. I am so super happy with this ring and my brother loved it too. My husband and I have continued to shop at Dana’s for new pieces and I have even had a 100 year old watch repaired through her as well. We prefer to shop local and will continue to come to Dana’s for our jewelry.

I cant say enough about Dana and the wonder team at Danas Fine Jewelry. For our 25th anniversary, my husband wanted to upgrade my original wedding ring and we had no idea where to start. We visited a few jewelers who were more interested in selling us something new, but Dana was more than happy to help! She gave us a lot of ideas and guided us through the whole process. Once we decided on a design, she provided us with CAD drawings of the ring for us to approve and two weeks later I had my perfect ring. Love Love Love Dana’s. I hadn’t wore my favorite ring much lately because of the way it looked. Took it to Dana’s and now it looks brand new. This store is one of those places hidden within a city/town that you may drive-by, but really need to checkout. Honestly, words are hard to explain when it comes to this establishment. The owner and staff are the best people you could ever meet. They are extremely helpful and caring about your needs when shopping here. The selection may be a little on the smaller side compared to those big chain stores, but they are able to order just about anything you are looking for. All I can say is wow! I just proposed this weekend to my girlfriend now Fiancé she loves the ring. Dana’s made this huge milestone in our life so easy. My first visit took about a total of 12.5 min. My very first visit at Danas was so great. I started looking around up front, liking what I saw, thinking what all I could get for bday gifts. When I got near the back I discovered some Seiko mens watches on sale and I was amazed at the deal, so amazing it was I bought 2 really nice watches for myself. Ive never done that before. Dana’s always to the rescue! These fabulous ladies have always exceeded expectations more than once. Today, I came in on a whim begging for help, desperate to find a wedding band. Due to my brother being in the service, he was unable to successfully find a wedding band for his fiancé and needed help. Regardless of the short notice, I walked into Dana’s where I found Trina and Kay who eagerly jumped into action to help me assist him. After a short FaceTime with my brother, the rings were cleaned, packed with care, and I was well on my way to deliver them just in the nick of time. While being a good husband washing the dishes, he inadvertently poured the dish I had the diamond earrings in that my grandfather gave me just prior to his passing.....you guessed it...:.down the drain. Wasn’t willing to help, didn’t give me the time of day. Didn’t see much jewelry that I would purchase for me or for anyone. Was told they would do appraisals, they would not. Went less then a block up the street and found a jeweler willing to help and treat me like a customer.
