All I can say is WOW!!! This place is the BEST piercing studio that I have EVER been to. From Jess at the jewelry counter, to Kimberly who performed my piercings, I felt welcomed and at home the minute I entered the studio. Jess got me all checked in, and helped me pick out my jewelry. Kimberly is handsome down the best piercer Ive ever had. Her skill is unmatched. Shes meticulous with her setups, made sure I liked the placement markings, and I literally hardly felt a thing when she pierced my shark bite piercings today (all 4 were in my lower lip). I highly recommend this studio for ALL your piercings needs!!! They are super friendly, welcoming, and highly skilled. You wont regret getting pierced by them!

The sqiushmallow helped calm my kids nerves as she was getting her ears pierced. The place is really well decorated, clean and has a very cool vibe. I came in to get my third ear piecing here with some friends. Had never had a needle piercing but Jessica was incredibly thorough as to her explanation of what to expect and how to manage post-piercing. Very clean, sterile environment. Incredibly easy process, non-painful, and fun! Highly recommend.

I absolutely love going to this location. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to help give suggestions. They are also excellent at after care, especially when I have an issue with bumps. The only reason I didnt rate it five stars is because the jewelry is expensive. That itself isnt an issue, but the earrings I purchased and had put in less than a week ago already lost a stone, and for the price that shouldnt happen.

I have NEVER walked into a shop and felt so welcomed and with such positive vibes!! I felt so at ease and thats hard for me! They are very knowledgeable about their craft and it shows! If its my choice Ill never go anywhere else! Already putting a piercing fund together for all future hole punch appointments!

OMG! I got my navel piercing done today and all the staff were so nice! I had Amber as my piercer and she did so well, she made sure I was comfortable and talked me through the whole process, I didn’t even feel the needle go through! Laycie was amazing piercing my scared (originally) 5 year old daughter’s ears. Explained the process from start to finish to me and my daughter and answered all questions amazingly. Made the whole process so easy and fast. She didn’t even cry or notice when it happened. Perfect 5/7! Absolutely recommend!

These five stars are for Laycie! She repierced my nostril and it went super smooth. She gave me some cooling gel as well and I haven’t experienced any pain. She was also very knowledgeable about the healing process and overall super friendly!

Kimberly was excellent with my 8 year old son who decided that he was ready to get his ears pierced! After ear number one was done, and he freaked out, she remained calm and we were able to get the second ear pierced! Would definitely come back!

Laycie made sure I was comfortable. I ended up getting 3 piercings in one day and she even fixed my previous piercing (I pierced myself when I was a teenager) which was stuck in my nose and gave me a new nose ring that won’t get stuck! After 2 of the piercings, I needed a minute to calm down and she was so sweet & understanding about it and didn’t just rush me away when she was done. 5/5!

Ive been to this place a few times; I got my septum done, and today I got my angel bites done. The employees are so kind and considerate. They make you feel welcome while informing you of just how things work. Every time Ive gone, Ive had an amazing experience and great aftercare. Overall, I recommend this place. Literally the best experience Ive ever had. The person assisting me with the replacement/install was incredible, I didnt feel a thing, and both people were so sweet and knowledgeable 11/10

If I could give negative stars I would my girlfriend paid $100 + for a nose piercing and within two weeks it got a whole bump and was bleeding a lot we called this place as they were the ones who installed the piercing just so we could get it taken out before it got really bad and they told us we would have to pay to have it taken out . How can you deny a returning customer care for a product and body modification your business did and just leave them with the problem unless they pay. I had to take her piercing out seeing as how we’re one hour away and refuse to drive that far and still have to pay because of something I feel like they should be more then willing to do for FREE ! This company has terrible ethic and I would advise you to go to any OTHER piercing shop then this one. Very terrible for business.

My step daughter who’s 6 years old decided she wanted her ears pierced, her mother and I found this place because it was recommended in a Hampton Roads Mom’s group several times & we were not disappointed. The staff was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step to our daughter. She was scared but it relieved so much anxiety being able to ask every question (sometimes the same one 4 different ways) and be met with compassion and information. Amber was our piercer and she said she works at the other location primarily but spoke highly of all her coworkers saying they all attempt to give the same level of empathy to every one of their clients. I’ll be coming here for my own piercings in the future and it’s the only place I’ll bring my other daughters to when they’re ready.

Laycie you were absolutely wonderful!! I came in to get my nostril done. I was so scared (literally shaking) but I was determined to see it through. Its going to look awesome I said to myself. Mrs Kimberly did our daughters industrial and she did a fabulous job. She was so professional, and easy going really helped my daughter get through it. The industrial is a difficult piercing to handle but so glad we had Kimberly. She’s such a sweet caring person. I love this place been going here for about 8-9 years. This is the only place I get my piercings and I have 10 of them, I will never go to any other piercing place! Customer service is great from everyone I never had any problems other than once. In February of this year I got a horizontal labret and the piercer did it crooked and I called up there to tell her and I had to go back up there for her to see it. So she took it out and she think she gave me a free piercing to compensate for my troubles but it wasnt free because I had paid for the crooked piercing. I will still continue to go to them though things happen sometimes. They will always get my business!

Seriously I will never go anywhere else for a piercing. I’m devout to Finders Keepers. Dak pierced my conch a few months ago, and my tragus this week. Both were painless and are healing well. On their website it states one price for a pair of titanium piercings. After the procedure they hit you with an exponentially larger price. 425$ for two ear piercings!?! They feel they can charge whatever they want. And it’s false advertisement and a scam. Don’t go here. There are much better shops with way better customer service.

I’ve been getting my piercings done here for years and the service quality and experience is always awesome. I got my ears pierced by Maddie (apologies to her if I misspelled!) and she was quick and efficient! Out of all my ear piercings I’ve ever had it was the least painful and I have pretty sensitive ears and usually experience a good amount of pain for my ear piercings. Definitely ask for her! Also, the complimentary candy and goodie bags can’t be beat. Thank you guys for all the piercings over the years! :)

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Lacy today for piercing my facial dermal.. originally went in to just get a new nose ring and left out with a facial dermal that I’ve been wanting for years!!! Finders Keepers is the only place I go to for piercings, they are always so professional and friendly. Most of all they make getting piercings much less intimidating. I went in to get a daith piercings and I left with an amazing daith AND an awesome eyebrow piercing. I needed a little nudge andsome advice on placement and options and Jamie could not have been more helpful. She was so friendly and professional and really made the whole experience wonderful. Jessica did piercings back in April and I’m extremely satisfied with the results! She made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. Usually people say the piercing I got takes up to year to heal but, mine were healed in less than 4 months using the Big Betty’s Piercing aftercare solution and antimicrobial soap healing instructions.

Lacey was amazing! We came in with a group of friends and she answered a million questions! We changed our minds and she never got annoyed at us. She pierced all our ears and was so kind and gentle. A+++

This place is great. Took our 9 year old daughter to get her ears pierced 12-19-23 the girl that pierced them was very knowledgeable very professional and explained every step on how they were going to do it. The piercing took less than 5 minutes. And our daughter was so happy. She had her ears pierced once already when she was 6 with the gun. Needless to say that experience was not pleasurable for her and they got infected, and we had to take them out. So we told her about how they can pierce them with a needle so we took her in and let her talk to them. And she went with it. No pain no swelling like there would be using the gun to pierce. I rate this place 5 stars.

Since I got out of the army in 2017, I have been to finders keepers to get body piercing several different times I will not allow any other shop or person to pierce me. Kim and her staff does great things and I recommend the shop to any and everybody that is in the Hampton Road area.

I went here yesterday as a spontaneous piercing for my first piercing ever. Amber was my piercer at the chesapeake location, and there was another girl yet i can’t quite remember her name:(. Anyways, they were absolutely amazing! So sweet!! After I was pierced, I was hit with instant dizziness and probably almost passed out, but the two girls stayed by my side the whole time and kept talking to me. They let me sit and even let me lay down when I felt worse. The girls even gave me a capri sun, water bottle, and a lollipop to help. It was one the greatest and nicest experiences i’ve ever had. My daughter (8) had her ears pierced a few weeks ago and it was a great experience! Jamie was wonderful and explained the process so well. She was also very funny and told my daughter jokes to make her laugh so she wouldn’t be so tense. I particularly appreciated the time she spent ensuring correct earring placement.Jamie performed the piercing quickly and precisely and there were no tears at all!We live on the Peninsula and it was worth the drive.I highly recommend Finder’s Keepers!

I went today and had the Daith jewelry replaced and got the right side Tragus done as well. Chantel was wonderful, explaining everything as we went along. She was super professional, patient and kind!!! I will get the left side done once the right side is healed.

Front store staff was polite, knowledgeable, and funny. The banter between the woman up front with the child of the Master Piercer, Kimberly, was amusing. As I sat in the chair behind the front desk where everyone is pierced, I noticed and was impressed how clean and tidy everything was. When we finally got to my piercing, Kimberly, made a recommendation for larger size jewelery to fit my face. I felt like I was really being taken care of. The actual piercing process was quick and smooth. It pinched and made my eyes water but it was mostly painless. I cant even feel the ring or the piercing. Afterwards, I was given instructions and a document about piercing aftercare but on the way home, I decided to go back and give them more business by buying their aftercare kit. Around $110 with tip for everything. Give Finders Keepers your business I wholeheartedly recommend them!

I was looking for the best place to get my little girl ears pierced and with no doubt I found that place. Jamie was so sweet she explained everything to me from how she was going to do the procedure until how to take care of my baby piercings. The after care products are a must have super good for healing. Love the service, loved the staff the place was super clean and she used everything sterile and new. I came in on mothers day and received a free necklace with my piercing. This was literally so sweet. Amber was very thorough when discussing the process and cleaning procedures. I’ve been to finders keepers several times in the last decade or so. Only place I trust to do my piercings.Today I had Kimberly, she did a mid helix for me and changed out my daith. I had the same service I’ve always had, a positive experience and the staff are friendly as always.

They helped my with a piercing that I had got some where else, that was infected and wouldn’t heal (It was over a year). They helped me with the infection and replaced the nose ring with a titanium nose ring. My nose healed within an week and no nose bump.Got my septum pierced by them and I had no problems with healing.

Amber did a great job!!! She explained everything very clearly and took her time with my daith piercing. She was incredibly attentive and made sure to get just the right fit for my tiny ears. 😁 Definitely keeping them as my ultimate piercing place!!!

So at my mid age of 41 I finally got what I been wanting for a few years now, Nose piercing! Don’t get me wrong I have pierced my naval when I was like 17 and my eyebrows but, I was younger so I wasn’t sure what to expect now. Well let me start off by saying I already had been researching a place to go for over 3 years and knew that though reviews that Finders Keepers is where I would go. So the ambiance is pleasant, customer service from Larissa and Laycie was awesome also. They both helped me pick out a small titanium ring that was anodized to match closer to my skin tone and laid flat against my nostril. I came with my boyfriend and he was also allowed to sit near me for support. Laycie gave me a squishy bear to hug lol because trust a tear will drop lol. The process was fast and quick. No complaints. Get the recommended aftercare products because I have had no pain , nothing! I love it.

We took our daughter here to get her ears pierced. Jamie did an awesome job keeping her feeling comfortable and safe. We had a not so great experience and another piercing location and Finders Keepers was a complete 180 experience from that one. We are very grateful for their kindness and caring customer service!

The place was adorable to walk in to and they do walk ins which makes the business even better. Usually you have to book an appointment but they are definitely a top 3 choice when it comes to professional. I don’t know her name but she was the only one in there and she was so good at her work. I’ve had several piercings and my go to has been Finders Keepers for the last 3 years! Both locations are always clean and have knowledgeable staff that are friendly and professional. Today I visited the Norfolk location (btw love the new location, very spacious). Lee was nice and helpful, she helped me pick out new dermal jewelry. Jamie is the best. Very careful and patient. She went above and beyond, she cautiously took out 2 piercings that I got overseas and she made sure my 2 jewelry changes were tight and painless.

I came in with a problematic nostril piercing, and Jamie and Lee took such great care of me. Jamie took me to the back, which is super clean, and figured out that the issue was likely a prematurely placed hoop rather than an infection. She gently removed the hoop, replaced it with a stud, and it almost immediately felt better. Definitely go here if you want to be pierced and cared for by professionals who genuinely care about their customers in a very clean environment.

Seemed very unprofessional and if it wasn’t for the sake of previously getting pierced there and needing the healing checked, I wouldn’t be going back. Very disappointing when I really enjoy supporting “local business”. Would give less stars honestly, but don’t want to fault the WHOLE company for one owner’s blatant disrespect.

I’ve been here to get numerous piercings in the past and it’s been a decent experience every time. Everything from start to finish this time was awesome ! I went in to get my snake eyes pierced. I originally got it done last year but apparently it was done incorrectly so I had to take it out. Jamie was very knowledgeable, professional & fast. I also purchased 2 new nose rings that she changed out for me. The shop was super clean which is a plus! There were other customers coming in but I still don’t feel she rushed. Everyone was attended to one way or the other. Definitely recommend.

My sister and I came in together to get piercings. The ladies were nice enough, but to me there was a clear difference. They took more care in explaining things to my sister than to me. Luckily enough I paid attention to what was being told to her and have had piercings done before. Otherwise, I would have had no idea what was going on.My most major complaint is the cost. Never in my entire experience have I ever paid over $70 for one piercing. Definitely, not over $70 for a basic nostril piercing.Cute space, nice enough people, but for the cost they do not ever have to worry about me coming back.

My experience was great. Service was awesome. It had been years since my last piercing. My daughter and two son got a piercing and our technician was awesome. She talked me thru and made me feel comfortable and made me laugh. I will always go there for my piercing. She cared for our piercing afterwards and explained to us how to care for them. Fabulous! I cannot say enough good things about this place! Laycie did the most amazing job piercing my 9 year old daughter’s ears. She explained everything beforehand and the earrings were in before we knew it! We were both pleasantly surprised by how fast it happened and my daughter she only felt a little pinch. Both Laycie and Larissa made the whole process so enjoyable! We Highly recommend Finder’s Keepers for any piercing, but especially for children.

Just wanna say that Mrs. Kim is awesome. Went in for my 3rd nose piercing and she nailed it right on the head. I’ve gotten all 7 of my facial piercing here(2 anti eyebrows 1 Labre, 1 septum both nostrils and my bottom lip) as well as my ears gaged up sever sizes from this place and I’m never disappointed. I will never go anywhere else. The Atmosphere is great the employees are very knowledgeable about all their products. Just wanna say thank you again.if you are Looking to get pierced? This place is the best EVER! I came in with a bad piercing job and left feeling more secure about my piercing. The staff was amazing and I loved the positive and supportive energy. This will now be my piercing place!

Came here for 2 ear piercings and a nostril piercing on the opposite side of the one I already had. The owner took about 10-15 minutes to make sure everything lined up after me confirming I wanted my nostril piercing to match the other side. After the owner pierced my nose, she told me I had a “thick nose” and that she didn’t expect it to be that hard to pierce through. After leaving the shop, I realized that the piercings on my nose were uneven. After calling, they said my only option was to get it pierced again which I am now uncomfortable with. $70 down the drain.

Such a wonderful experience. Came in last night for my first ever piercing and Jamie was the absolute best. So friendly and calming and made the process super easy. 10/10 and I absolutely love my piercing!

This place was great! My sisters got their bellies pierced and I got my ears pierced (all done by jamie, whos great!).It was quick and easy. Plus, instead of painting the jewelry they use electricity to change the color! As well as using needles instead of unsanitary piercing guns! Aftercare supplies were great and the prices werent bad either. 5 stars!

This place is fantastic! I highly recommend it. I took my four year old here today to get her ears pierced. We are from out of state and are vacationing. I read several shop reviews of local parlors and felt most comfortable with this one. We made an appointment online. We were very nervous before going in, but everything went smooth. The shop is clean and welcoming. The receptionist was super friendly and outgoing so we immediately felt comfortable. We were signed in quickly. Jordan was our piercer. He was very pleasant, calm, and patient with us. The visit was quick, but thorough. We were also able to get my sisters nose pierced without an appointment which again it was a smooth process. We are very pleased with the service we received and will be returning in the future!!

So I got my septum originally pierced in Louisiana and I took it out after 8 months and it closed up within a day so I went to get it tapered and come to find out the Louisiana shop didnt even pierce it in the right spot so no wonder why it was extremely painful and I bled everywhere. I went to Finders Keepers and Laycie took great care of me she pierced it again but in the correct spot and it wasn’t painful at all! I’ll definitely be back for more piercings!

I had my nose pierced in July. I was really nervous but the staff talked to me and I relaxed so I could get pierced. I recently had to have a MRI done recently and they had plastic pieces to use until I finished the scan. Awesome. I didnt want to have issue since the piercing was so new. Went to im just saiyan in Chesapeake and got my septum done. Wasn’t healing well even after meticulous care. Wasn’t the reason I came in here. I wanted to buy a new ring.Laycie took one look at my piecing and could tell there was something wrong with it. She pulled me into the back and took a closer look. Turned out my piercing was way lower than it should’ve been and was crooked.Granted my nose is crooked via multiple breaks in a boxing career, but I had no idea because I didn’t know much about septum piercings that it was that bad.But after Laycie pointed it out she was absolutely right.She redid the piercing in the correct spot, which hurt 1/8 as much as when I’m just saiyan did, barely any pain at all, all for just the price of the clicker I bought from them.I’m just so happy to have had that experience. I always kinda thought in the back of my mind that my piercing was kind of messed up. But now I don’t have that.Laycie also got me completely educated on the septum piercing, as well as other piercings.I have a litany of other piercings I want done in the future, and this is the ONLY place I will be going to.I’m just saiyan was cheaper, I will admit that. The quality, though, just wasn’t there. I fully recommend spending the extra $20 or whatever to get it done correctly. Save yourself pain and other issues just by doing that.Thank you Laycie! I was visiting Virginia in October 2022 and was having an issue with a recent piercing, which I got in my home state of NJ. I called the store closest to my hotel in Chesapeake.I had previously gotten a few piercings done in that store over the years but the person who did my previous piercings was no longer working there and I needed help!I spoke with Jamie and explained my problem. She was understanding & considerate of my problem and asked me when I could come in so she could take a look at it and see if she could help. I jumped in my car and headed right over. After checking it out, she asked how long had I been having the issue. I told her since the piercing had been done. One side was healing great but the left side was still very tender and painful and felt like the area was becoming hard.She measured the distance of both piercings and the area of the piercings. As she worked in me, she explained what she saw and what she was doing, showing me the depth & length between the two.Once done she explained that the NJ piercer had pierced me unevenly and had gone too far in on my left side. She had also pierced me with the wrong size rings, gauge & diameter. No wonder I was in so much pain!!She then suggested that I should let the left side close up and have it pierced again once I was ready.Jamie showed me her inventory for the proper gauge and put the right sized ring in on my right side, giving me the old rings with the matching one I was wearing. I told her that when it was closed I would return to have her do the piercing correctly. Fast forward to Wed. 1/18/23. I returned to Virginia and called the shop. I was informed that Jamie was working at the Norfolk shop so I called that store and reminded her of who I was. She remembered me and told me I could come in that afternoon. It’s been 3 days since the piercing. I didn’t have issues the day I got it and it is healing up very nicely! I will gladly travel the 9 hours to Virginia and I WILL NOT go to anyone else for my future work. Jamie is knowledgeable, informative and has GREAT customer service skills! She is definitely an asset to Finders Keepers!
