Good prices and very easy experience. Wouldn’t necessarily come here for comfort, it was a little rushed and aggressive but they got the job done and were willing to listen if i wanted any adjustments for my piercings. Would recommend for someone who has gotten multiple piercings before but definitely not for a beginner.

If you’re thinking about getting a piercing, Pony is the one and only choice! I’ve been seeing pony for my piercings since I was 16 years old and that was over 10 years ago!! Any time I might get anxious or nervous he talks me down and levels me until I’m ready. Not only is he professional he is great company, you’re getting a service and a friendly conversation when it comes to being in his room! I’ve never felt so comfortable with someone stabbing me with a needle the way I am with Pony. Did I mention he’s so quick it’s almost and quite literally PAINLESS!? Insane. This man was gifted with all of these amazing qualities, so definitely go check him out for your next piercing!!🦇

Go somewhere else for your services! My friend got a piercing here and the tall, beaded man with all the piercings, reddish hair, was very rude every second of the visit. He does NOT know how to communicate with clients and treats them as if they are servicing HIM. If a client is nervous for a procedure, compassion should be given, not judgement and smart remarks. He threw her piercing like a harpoon when he was annoyed with her, then paused the process cause she became tense. Not a service Id ever use or trust.

This is my 2nd piercing at Artisan. The receptionist are always professional and very attentive to their guests. They give you forms to sign, let you pick out your jewelry and escort you to the back. I have never had to wait more 20 mins to get a piercing. The artists are super dope and patient. Love the prices.

Overall great experience, lacking in communication. Walked in for an Earl (bridge) piercing around 2:30PM a week ago. Im not new to piercings, as I already have a septum and reverse labret ring. But, its been a few years. The wait was around fifteen minutes, not bad at all. Things were prepared before I came in. The piercer was teaching someone else, which I was fine with! I wasnt told much about this type of piercing. Maybe they expected me to know already, since I specifically asked for this one. I wasnt told about what the skin will do as its healing, how long that takes, heightened chance of rejection, what kind of jewelry I can use in it, so forth. Ive had to do some at-home research instead. In this day, with the internet available, thats not hard to do. It just seems a bit odd that a parlor specializing in tattoos and piercings wouldnt provide you with that information themselves. Theyre the experts on it, so why not give a customer that information? If its too much to repeat, maybe having some pre-printed sheets of paper with aftercare instructions that can be provided upon purchase or exit would be useful!

I called this location to inquire about a naval piercing. The guy I spoke with, Josh, answered my questions and told me to come soon because they were doing shut offs at 8 o clock. I came immediately. I arrived just before 7:30 for the same guy to tell me they were shutting off. I explained to him that I had just spoken with him and he told me 8 oclock. Needless to say they did not service me. Im disappointed in the communication in this business. Maybe Josh wasnt aware that the piercer was stopping early, but being that he told me to come, I feel like I shouldve been serviced instead of being turned away. That in my opinion displays VERY POOR customer service.

Changing my original review. Neither of these piercings would heal, no matter what I did for them. I cleaned them properly, barely knocked them when touching my hair. I took care of them properly. Went to Folk City to get them removed after having them for about 4 months. She took one look at them and told me the jewelry they used for both piercings was incorrect and they wouldnt have healed properly. They were still open wounds and has not healed since the day I got them. Thankfully they didnt get infected, and healed up nicely in about a week or 2 of not having them in.Would NOT recommend going to this place.

Just had Shawn do my 9th and 10th tattoos. As always professional and the line work is perfect. Hes done all 10 of my tattoos and my husbands. Highly recommend and very reasonable pricing compared to other shops for same size tattoos. Here are the last 2 tattoos I had done. Will be getting more.

Booked a lobe piercing session for my daughter with autism. MJ was recommended and she did not disappoint. A lovely soul with a calming vibe, she made my daughter super comfortable and was gentle in the piercing process. She was very thorough in after care details and offered additional help by phone if need be. My daughter loves her new look and Im appreciative of the professionalism and kindness of this shop. I got my belly and nip pierced, They pierced me so fast it didn’t have enough time to hurt. I went to two separate piercers in the shop and they both took about 3 seconds to pierce me and another 2 seconds to put the jewelry in. Definitely the best shop out here.

The best. The studio is super clean and looked really inviting. The person at the front was super nice and accommodating. V did my piercing very quickly and painlessly and answered my questions. Also surprisingly cheap :)

I did my piercing with Kyle/Kat on Wednesday the 10th and she did it super fast. Um probably way too fast because the piercing came out soooo cricket. And I try to go the 15th Monday to get it fixed and today. But the shop says it’s close till friday the 19th so I just took it out. I’m so disappointed. I paid $60 and more for the cleaning rinse + left a tip and she did not even put it in right :(.

I got my tattoo on October 15th. With Spidah(I think was her name). When I booked online i set it up with Kiara.I set up a consultation online and went in to talk to her about what I wanted. Took a couple days, which didnt bother me. I wasnt in a hurry. We set up a day and time, but it was cancelled (car trouble i understand). Decided on the next night, but she cancelled again. I guess she was running late and couldnt start my appointment on time and in turn would be there too late (frustrated yet still understood). Thursday the 15th finally gets there and I show up at 650 for a 7pm appointment. Took her about 30 minutes to call me back, whatever, another 30 to set up her table (thought it would be ready to go 🤷). She starts around 8. At this point Im not really mad just ready to get this masterpiece. Ha She had some equipment issues right off the bat(not her fault). I didnt give 5 stars because it still took her 5+ hrs and she was very chatty with her fellow artists but didnt seem to really want to chat with me much. I didnt leave until 130 in the morning! Which made me then question the second time she cancelled. Overall, I still LOVE the tattoo. I get a lot of compliments. If I ever decide to get another one with her ill make sure its earlier in day ha! On the plus side I could tell she was meticulous about the details (which Im sure is partly why it took so long).

I came to the shop a couple of years ago to have my septum pierced and it was the best piercing experience I’d ever had to date. In the same year, I got a different piercing done somewhere else while on a vacation. That piercing never healed and after a year of trying I just took it out bc it was more trouble than anything else. I knew that if I ever tried again, I wanted to come back to Artisan and have them try. I decided about a month ago I was ready to give it a second shot and I’m so happy I did! I believe the person I worked with this time was named Kat this day, and she was so kind and patient. She listened to the concerns I had about re-piercing and what I felt went wrong the first time (at the other place) She did an amazing job providing a safe and professional experience while also being very comforting. Additionally, the healing process has been so easy and I feel confident that everything is healing exactly as it’s supposed to and at the correct speed. I would highly recommend using this shop for any of your piercing desires.

Fantastic work, great prices even for a walk in. I also felt like the staff wanted to really chat and were very welcoming. Shawn did a fantastic job and I will probably be back.

Dakota was wonderful! I did a walk-in appointment and though I had to wait a little, I was happy I did! I was extremely nervous to get my septum done and Dakota made it an (almost) painless process and was super accommodating in letting my lie down as needed. 10/10 shop with super cool and friendly piercers.

This is solely based off of the customer service that I received today. Let me start off by saying that I called a day before to see if they had a GLASS Ear Retainer, the lady on the phone said yes. First off, she mentioned how they were about to close ( I called at 8, they close at 10) and then continued to say they had it at the store. This place was my last resort and last call for the ear retainer before I ordered online.Next day, I drove 22 miles and walked up to a sign on the door that said they were closed for a lunch break. Cool, everyone deserves a break. An inconvenience? Yes, when nowhere does it state on the hours that they spontaneously close for breaks.I walk in, greeted, mentioned I was there for a GLASS ear retainer. Tells me to hang on a bit because she has to pull them since they aren’t on display. I began to look at the jewelry display because I have piercings myself and she mentions how the retainers are not on display again… cool!! I nod with a smile and ignore and continue to look for my own interest. She then begins to ask all these questions about my brother’s piercing, which is nice because accuracy matter, but I mean I’m no expert on anything and if she just showed me a bunch of stuff it would have been easier to pick out what he got.She asked me like 5 different questions and each one followed with a condescending tone and a look that I wish I called out. (Location of the piercing, the size of it, type of jewelry, needle or whatever the other thing was, etc.) She blabs on about the piercing and asks a few more questions. This lady then tells me how she doesn’t recommend changing out his new piercingbecause of course how it harms it more and all but mainly because IT’S PLASTIC. Smh.I didn’t want to be a Karen in front of the people waiting but if it was empty I would’ve called her out.Did I not mention the word “glass” enough ?? Maybe she could’ve done the condescending over explaining on the phone and save me my time and gas.Tons of parking. Wait roomlooks like the inside of a motel check in. Other people might be nicer than the goth lady.

This shop is wonderful! I went in on Halloween to get my septum pierced. They were insanely busy, but everyone was super polite and friendly! Even though they were busy the wait wasnt very long. My piercer was very patient and kind to me even though I was nervous. She explained the process to me and took her time. I felt very comfortable and happy here and will be returning for any piercing I get! ❤️

TERRIBLE customer service. I’ve gone here several times, recommended many people but after today I will not be going back. This for me is sad since I’ve been in the area a little over two years and met a great tattoo artist here (Lefty) who I had planned to stick with for my time here. Today I walked in and asked for a titanium tongue ring. The lady disappeared for a bit and came back with one which she held with pliers across the room to show me. I saw it was silver and asked about changing the color. she gave me the color sheet and handed the jewelry to another lady, then proceeded to have me pay the 30$ no problem and waited. they brought the jewelry and went back to work. In the car i saw it was SUPER long. (i’ve had my tongue pierced for 7 years and have never had one this long except when it was first pierced) i instantly went back in (less than 5 min) and the lady was occupied smoking and mentioned she would be right with me. a few min later she came in and disappeared. when she came back she informed me they did have shorter but it would be 30 more since i walked out with it. i informed her i bought three bars a few months back and all came in the same size which was perfect. she mentioned that’s just how business runs and if i didn’t have the additional 30$ then she couldn’t help me because she showed me the bar. when i mentioned i briefly saw it held by pliers and couldn’t tell the length across the room she got a severe attitude. if this is how business is run then they will no longer receive my business or referrals. I wasn’t asking for a handout, I simply wanted what I went in intending to spend 30$ on. As having worked in places like this, there is always something you can do for the customer. even if it were a discount on the correct jewelry. it’s not like i was wanting to take both pieces either. i just simply wanted what i went for without getting treated like an inconvenience or with such attitude. I had never had this lady in my previous trips here, but she has ruined it for me. my advise, great tattoo artist, even the lady who helped last time was great. but this “new business way” is not for me. so if you still want to try it for yourself, i still recommend lefty… you just have to make it past the front desk person and maybe don’t go in on a random tuesday at 1400 when that lady is working.

I’ve been to this shop twice to get my earlobes pierced and my septum pierced, and both times the staff was amazing! I can’t remember if it was Kat or V that pierced me but they made me feel so comfortable, especially since i have a slight phobia of needles. They made everything quick and easy and within like 5 minutes of sitting down in the chair to get pierced, I was out the door.The paperwork was not confusing and any sort of “fine print” was clearly stated. The atmosphere of everyone with their tattoos, piercings, and hairstyles was awesome! I can’t remember their name but there’s a person covered head to toe with tattoos and it was insanely cool! I will always recommend this place to family and friends for piercings! I have a tattoo consultation today and I’m very excited to see how my tattoo turns out! My artist is going to be Ben and he seems like a very laid back and cool guy, just based off of his artist portfolio. If I could rate 10 stars i totally would!

I went last week to get my tongue redone. the front desk women was very helpful and friendly! The place just has a nice vibe. I went to the bathroom and every artist that wasn’t busy said hey to me or nodded in my direction to acknowledge me. The piercer was extremely nice. She was making sure i was comfortable and was ready for my next piercing before continuing. I recommend this place to everyone and will continue going!

Got a bellybutton piercing done yesterday with Neptune, super chill and relaxed! This was my first piercing ever and I felt safe and comfortable the whole time even with how busy the shop was! Sorta psyched myself out with research before getting it done but Neptune responded positively to any questions I had. From what I read up about, my placement is amazing and is a true navel piercing, not a surface one which in really happy about!!! Front desk receptionist was also super sweet! 10/10 would go back, and thanks again!

I sat at this shop for three hours. Even made an ‘appointment’. As a courtesy to the artist, Spider, who said she will be done with the tattoo she is doing 45 minutes. We came back an hour 15 sat there for an hour before I requested to speak with someone. Explained my concerns and that woman ‘short hair piercer’ went to ‘talk to someone’ I sat there for an additional 10 minutes before I left. A simple I’m still working on the tattoo I’m sorry I went over. Or a it’ll take a bit longer would have been better than sitting at a shop from 3:30 with little communication

These guys are the best I definitely was welcomed in and greeted and the piercer made me feel so comfortable with talking to her about what I wanted she and the guy at counter did an amazing job and I would definitely recommend anyone to go here. They are very friendly and professional. I will definitely be going back soon to see if I can get my lobe piercing fixed I got my cartilage pierced last week and I love it. Thank you sooo much ❤️

EXCELLENT SERVICE. I visited a few places but after speaking with Liz (Piercing Pagoda-Greenbrier Mall) recommended Artisan over others. Good price & location (for me). I was very nervous about a nose piercing but I wanted one and I had my squad (hubby &daughter) in tow. Ms. Kat💥 was amazing. She showed care, concern and was so reassuring. I appreciate her patience and I honestly felt nothing. Thank you.💯😊

My daughter and I went in and had matching tattoos done by Brandon. We were both very happy with them. The shop was very clean and the people who work there were very friendly and professional. I found out later that my best friend also goes there and is very happy with her artist also. We will be going back there and having more work done.

I just got my conch pierced today. I didnt catch my piercers name, and I really wish I did. She was amazing. Ive gotten piercings done by a few different people, but she was the only one who took the time to thoroughly explain to me the proper way to care for the piercing and what happens in the healing process and why its important not to change my piercing too early. No one has ever explained this in detail to me. I didnt feel rushed even though there were several people waiting behind me. It was a very quick and easy process. I didnt feel any pain. This was my first time here, but it definitely wont be my last.

V is an excellent, friendly piercer who didnt mind me yelling during my industrial piercing. Shes done four of my ear lobes and a nose ring, all were done quick, and dont hurt at all, and Ive had no issues with healing! The receptionist is wonderful too, absolutely love this place and, V, Im sorry but Im going to get a bunch more piercings done by you!! Sorry for yelling, but if you got zero pain tolerance but love piercings, V is your girl!!

Kyle pierced my navel & third ear holes along with my friend’s, & did an amazing job. he was so knowledgeable & answered all of my friend’s questions. he made the environment super comfortable as well. we wouldn’t have had anyone or any other place do it! wish I could rate higher than 5 stars. would definitely recommend to anyone. ❤️😌

The store was very clean and friendly! The receptionist (I forget her name) was super helpful in helping me pick jewelry for my very sensitive skin! She listened to all my concerns and really helped me make decisions on my best fit. Kyle is an amazing piercer; very personable and friendly! He did a great job with my nose piercing! My stud did get messed up, all on my account only, and Kyle was readily available to see me ASAP, help me with my issues and give me advice! I would go back with anything I need! Great service!

Absolutely love this shop! Ive gotten multiple piercings done here. Ive had both Kyle and Kat and they are both amazing. The staff is always nice and welcoming. The online process makes it super easy and quick during these times of covid. My latest piercing was my Septum and was done by Kat i love it and this shop will be back for sure.

I went to their Virginia Beach location, I love their piercer Kyle. I follow him everywhere, my piercings are NEVER painful with him. Highly recommend piercings from Kyle 10/10!

This place is absolutely amazing, I will never go anywhere else again!! The staff is super pleasant and friendly, and V has to be the best piercer in Virginia. I got my nipples and nose pierced, and the process was both fast and mostly painless! Their prices are super reasonable, and the quality of the work is beyond worth it. The piercing placement is perfect and I felt perfectly comfortable. 100% recommend!

Ive been pushing off my ear piercing and I read the reviews and felt comfortable with the way Kat was described. She was awesome, she took the time to educate me and provided facts and different options I had. I felt comfortable and at ease. My husband got a tattoo with Ashley and she was awesome. I got my belly button pierced here back in august i believe and a playboy bunny tattoo on my hip shortly after. I like the shop and feel comfortable when im there. Both the piercing and the ink looks great and im so happy with them.

Went and got my belly piercing for my birthday a few days ago! I got pierced by V and it was a very comfortable experience! She was quick, professional, and very sweet. My piercing is doing great and I haven’t had any issues! Would definitely go back again :D

Honestly this place scared me. The front receptionist was accommodating but she made light of how nervous I was to finally get a piercing (earlobes) after 28 years. Im afraid of needles, but I finally resolved to get piercings, but the staff here are too intimidating. I made an appointment online, paid the $6 reservation fee and they didnt answer the phone or seem to know I had an appointment, they made me fill out the paperwork I submitted online again. The jewelry they have for new earlobe piercings is very limited, basically either a curved bar with metal or tiny gem beads or shiny studs with metal wingbacks . I came here because my sister, who has multiple piercings, recommended it and the receptionist seemed comfortable with her but I felt belittled and dismissed, like its a hassle to deal with a newbie, which is understandable, I have a legitimate fear of needles. This place just didnt make me feel comfortable, and Im relieved I didnt get my ears done here.

I was a walkin with a 10-15 minute wait. It was very quick and easy my only issue is a very limited selection for males for piercings.

I got my one of my piercings redone from here 2 weeks ago . From the time I walked in to the time we left, the service was AMAZING. The receptionist was so nice( I forgot her name, short hair.light skin) she assisted me with any questions I had. Then it was time for the piercing..... When I say KYLE was AMAZING, that is an understatement. He talked me through the whole process start to finish . He made what could have been an uncomfortable experience the most relaxing. I had went there thinking why am I paying this much to get this done, and after I changed my mind quickly. The service was far greater.

Went to get my septum pierced and I am very pleased! The prices were reasonable and everyone was very friendly. Kat was my piercing artist and she was awesome! I was in and out of that room in probably two minutes and with very minimal pain from the piercing. Definitely recommend this place as I will be returning :)

Kyle did my second nose piercing and he did such a great job! I barely felt it. He was super nice as well. The shop is very clean and the staff is very knowledgeable. Will 10/10 come back for any tattoos or piercings I need in the future!

I had a good experience at this shop getting my tragus pierced. It was clean and the prices were low. I waited 10 minutes max and was out. Kyle was great. The only thing I would change was that I never saw a new needle opened or sterilized. Based on the shop’s reputation and appearance, I’m sure it was. The system they have, you go back and everything is already prepared. It’s just reassuring to see the new needle opened in front of you. Would return & recommend.

Went here to get my first nose piercing over the summer, although having to bring a school id and my birth certificate was a struggle to find... considering i wasent even in school at that time, the staff were nice and very pretty! i will come back very soon for my septum ;), but it was very clean considering the corona virus had been in place! i definitely recommend coming here!

Took my daughter to get her ears pierced. It was a great experience! Artisan is very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We got in quickly. The piercer, V, was amazing! She did a great job. Would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for piercings or tattoos.

I got a tattoo done recently I was happy that I could get in and out quickly but looking at it now my tattoo is rather uneven and there is a black bubble beneath my skin that I have yet to figure out what it is and if it will go away I most likely will not get another tattoo here but from what I was told it was a really good spot not only that but after asking around many people told me I was overcharged on how small of a tattoo I got. After signing everything the tattoo artist did not see the paper and was not told that I was allergic to the latex gloves they were wearing before I said something upon realizing it. I don’t want to be rude or seem that way they just didn’t meet the expectations I had in mind especially with how good some of the reviews are.

Loved the lady who did my piercings! Very friendly and non judgmental environment. It was quick and easy and she was very efficient and kind. Will definitely go back to her again for more piercings and maybefor some tats!!!!

I’ve gotten pierced here like 6 times and every single time was amazing. But yesterday I went with three of my friends so they could get piercings and I ended up almost passing out but the owner (kat) and other staff were so sweet and kicked my feet up and gave me water and cold paper towels to help me feel better and then kat walked me back to my friends car and told me what to do to feel better. I can’t say enough good things about this place and I won’t get pierced anywhere else. And especially shoutout to kat !!!!

I just had my nipples pierced today and it was awesome. The staff were very polite and the shop was clean. V was my piercer and she was so good that there was only a little pressure, no actual pain for the piercing. I will definitely be going back for any other piercing needs.

Jamie’s a kickass mom and super understanding and stellar for traditional work! Love them! Kat, the owner, is an amazing piercer and an awesome person overall. Got two quick piercings - nostril and cartilage. Booking online was super easy and made for quick nearly contactless service! Was able to add the second piercing upon arrival as I realized after booking that I could get two done at the same time. Nearly painless too! Good prices and an easy experience! Super nice people, very clean place, good jewelry. I rated it three because every piercing Ive had done there scarred or healed weird. But the one I got done at vab ink didnt. I dunno what happened, but I dont think Ill be going back for piercings. Thats my personal choice for me though! They are still a great place with amazing prices.

I called this place and was told to arrive by 9:20 to get my piercing. I drove from near the court house in Virginia Beach and made it there before 9:20.... Once I got there the lady at front desk goes in the back and comes back and says that their piercer was gone. Why have someone waste their time coming to your place of business if you can’t make sure your staff is going to be available to render services?! I was really looking forward to leaving a great review about a great piercing instead this review.

Ive been here for 3 piercings- my cartilage, nostril, and now my septum. Ive seen Kyle every time and he always does such a fantastic job. He made me feel extremely comfortable and welcome. Came in to have my nose and helix re-pierced. Customer service from the start was excellent. I only waited about 5 mins and Kyle came and got me. He did such an amazing job. He was nice, had a great personality and the piercings were the best Ive ever received. Im about a week out and my nose doesnt even hurt, its not even been red. My helix had a couple days of clean up to take care of but now it doesnt even hurt. Im following the cleaning regimen he recommended. I will definitely be returning, hopefully for some ink next time but Kyle was so great I would do another piercing as well, just where to get it...hmmmm. HIGHLY RECOMMEND, 5 STARS!!! Thanks Kyle!

Very clean and professional! The staff is awesome, from the front counter to the piercer. V has done both my daughters piercings, nose and navel. She is amazing at explaining the process, aftercare, and making you feel relaxed. This will be where our whole family comes for piercings.

I dont normally write reviews but here goes. I went into Artisan Body Piercing and tattoo to get a piercing removed or hopefully get the jewelry switched out for something non metal if possible. I was nervous because of where it was (nape), and was so relieved and happy with the people here. Right away I knew I came to the right place. Everyone made me feel at ease and showed they actually cared (sometimes rare these days).The owner/piercer Kat was simply amazing! She took time to go over the options I had, and even made personal calls to other piercers to try and get me what I needed in time for my procedure. In the end, due to inventory, I was referred to another shop. However, my experience here and with Kat really stuck with me and when my piercing needs to go back in this is hands down where Im going. I have found a shop that feels like home and cant wait to go back and get something new!Thank you so much Kat!! You went above and beyond and really made me feel special inspite of all the challenges Im currently dealing with. You rock and really brightened my day. Thanks for being amazing and I WILL be back soon!

Ive had 1 tattoo done here, my wife has had a tattoo here, wife and her best friend had piercings, and I just got my 12yo son get both ears pierced here, absolutely amazing work and friendly people. I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for piercings or tattoos. Very professional and down to earth staff!

My wife and I went to Artisan on 2-26-2017 it was in the afternoon around 3pm the place was packed. We walked in and knew what we wanted my wife wanted an eyebrow piercing and I wanted a septum piercing. We filled out the necessary info and gave our drivers license and the very friendly receptionist showed us the different assortment of barbells and colors that we could get. She also told us about how to care for the piercings once we got home and sold us the saline solution that we would need. After we picked out what we wanted we sat and waited. We were later called back and the piercer worked very quickly on the both of us. It was over before I knew it even tho she was walking me through it step by step. I gave her a tip and left happy knowing that I will be back for my next piercing. Im sorry I forgot the young ladys name that did the piercing on us but she was nice and so was the receptionist.

2/3 piercings got bumps, only one healed successfully. I have 6 other piercings (even did 2 myself) and I have NEVER had this many problems. Lobe piercing so far has taken 3 months to heal, still bleeds when I clean it and developed a bump. Would NOT reccomend getting pierced here.

V is super amazing and professional! I got my lobes, nose, and daith pierced, and it didn’t even hurt! All of my piercings are healing very well, and I’ll definitely be coming back. V is good at her job and knows what she’s doing :)

Dylan just did a touch up tattoo for me and 2 friends and also did a new matching tattoos for us, he was so nice Nd patient and answered every question and made us feel so comfortable and the tattoos came out awesome!! We are so happy with the outcome and the experience was great and we had a good time. Highly recommend this place, very clean and the front desk girl Rox was sweet as well

My piercer was the sweetest! He did an awesome job and made me and my best friend so comfortable! I wish I knew his name, he had a septum ring, I LOVE HIMMMM!!! He’s super nice. (And their cheap too) Definitely go there!

I came here with my best friend to get my septum piercing done for my birthday on July 20th. Kyra at the front was super helpful and quick about everything we needed to get filled out and done to get pierced. The shop got really busy after we got there and she seemed to be handling the entire front and her piercing station while still accommodating everyone that came in. “V” pierced my septum! V immediately eased my anxiety and answered everything honestly. The process was super quick and just a pinch, didn’t hurt much at all! She had calming energy and made me feel confident after it was over. Kyra pierced my 2nd lobes for her apprenticeship and she did an amazing job as a new piercer. I love all my piercing I got here and I had an amazing experience. Definitely coming back to get more soon!

Got my nipples done here for a good REASONABLE price, the staff was very pleasant accepting and accommodating- and it was obvious they knew what they were doing. My piercer talked me through the process of it all and made sure I was comfortable and ready before she started. If I could give 10 stars I would.

GO HERE!!! V did such an excellent job with my second time getting my nipples pierced. My first time getting them done was absolutely horrible and this shop showed me that it doesnt have to be like that. I was in and out in 5 minutes and even though the piercing definitely didnt feel good, V was very patient with me and got it done so quickly I didnt even mind. Thank you V!!! These piercings look so much better than the last ones.. Hey and $60 for the piercing, bars, cleaning solution, and a good tip is VERY worth it for a good experience.

Very knowledgeable staff that are very good about sharing what they know about the piercing you are about to get. I was petrified when I walked in, but between the front desk and the piercer, I was put at ease and it was over before I knew it. The piercer did take their time to mark me, but it was my nose, so it looking good was important and they understood that. Will definitely be returning for my piercing needs!!!

This is my go-to for piercings, even now that I live 30 minutes away. The staff there is great and Ive never had a problem with any of the piercings Ive had done by them.

Best shop in the Hampton Roads area. Came here to get my nostril pierced and my wife got her septum pierced. V is hands down the best piercer my wife and I have come across and highly recommend her, although all the piercers we’ve met here have been wonderful. We recommend this shop to all our friends and none of them have had a bad experience.(For people leaving 1 star reviews because your piercing didn’t heal properly or you didn’t have an ID for your 16 year old - grow up. Call the shop back for help with healing instead of complaining online.)Thank you V!!

I have been a customer of Kats for quite some time now, and each piercing shes done for me has healed beautifully! Ive also had tattoos done by Dylan, Ty, and Brandon. I have an appointment with Mikey next week, too! Overall, this shop is very impressive, from its artists, to its pierces, to front desk, to cleanliness. Im happy I started going here!

This was my first time ever getting a body piercing (ear lobes) and the experience was amazing. Customer service was spot on and so patient with me and Kat was amazing helping me how to take care of the piercing. Totally recommend this place for those who want to get a first time piercing.

This place was awesome. My 14 yr old and 19 yr old daughter went today to get their second ear piercing. The staff was super nice and knowledgable. V did both girls piercings and was perfect. Everything was very clean and I was extra cautious watching everything. She made the girls feel at ease and we were in and out. So thankful and highly recommend this place for piercings.

This place is amazing I recently got 3 piercings in my ear at once they are very clean friendly and affordable. Each piercing was only $10, you can’t beat that. Hey i dont have anything bad to say I came here for all my piercings its clean and everyone is nice. However my bellybutton piercing rejected and i was hoping to maybe get some help as to maybe why it rejected and even come back in to maybe get it pierced again. I know i couldve called or just came in but i wanted to give the 5 stars because my other experiences with my 2 nose piercings were great me and my friends come here all the time

Went here here to get my nose redone after it had closed up 2 years ago. The piercer was amazing and professional. He was super quick. I have had no pain unlike the last time it was done. I will definitely be back for both my ink and jewelry. Thank you again.

My sister & I got our belly pierced here last year & staff was friendly and informative a few months later brought my 16 year old to get hers done and it was a great experience and her i am again to get my second hole in my ear and still the staff is so fun and friendly very patient and can answer your questions so easily. I am not from this area and accidentally ripped a piercing out of my ear. I researched for a place with the best recommendations to go to. They have wonderful customer service, a variety of jewelry and products, and the shop is VERY clean and nicely decorated! The piercer was able to get an earring in and recommended tea tree oil to help heal it. My ear has healed very well and I will definitely be going back for further piercing and tattoo needs!!

I’ve been coming here for piercings the past year. This last experience will be my last. Great piercers overall. My septum was pierced and the ball fell out. I came back on my day off and I am told to pay over 8 dollars because of a policy I was unaware of prior to getting it done. I will never be back. I will continue to drive an hour to blue horseshoe in Hampton for anything I need as integrity and transparency are part of their environment there. Highly disappointed

I got my nipples pierced here almost 2 months ago. I think the piercers name was Shelby but Im not 100% certain. It was a very friendly environment. I have several piercings but none in such a revealing area. It was a very professional enviroment, I didnt feel are awkward at all during the experience. The shop was very clean and I am very pleased with my results. Ive had little to no migration, and no infection in either piercing. I was recommended this shop, and I would also recommend to others. Im sure Ill be going back soon.

I got a tattoo with my friends during my vacation at Virginia Beach. I got my septum pierced and I got 2 tattoos. I have several tattoos and I know proper tattoo care and I even followed the specific instructions my tattoo artist gave me on how to take care of the ones I received from her. It has been less than a week and my tattoo has not healed properly. I know it may take longer than a week to heal however my tattoo looks more like a burn than a tattoo. My septum turned out amazing, but my tattoos are not very good at all. I got a small heart behind my ear and it looks like I got branded rather than a tattoo.

The employees here are very nice, and knowledgeable about what theyre doing. They were patient and gentle, friendly, helpful. I had an emergency need to have a piercing put back in, and Im glad I came here. I cant say enough good things, and I will definitely be back! Thank you, Artisan!

Me and my daughter had a great experience with all the staff. From the receptionist to Kat doing my permanent makeup piercing my nose, V doing my daughters eyebrow and Kyle doing my 3rd eye bindi. This place is very clean and very patient with customers. I most definitely recommend this place

Shawn was great and extremely professional. He put his head down and went to work didn’t talk just tattooed which is very different from the artist at 138 who try to run up the clock. He was quick yet detailed. I loved the finished product would recommend to any one!

I had a tattoo done by Shawn today. He did amazing. I had a sternum tattoo of a sword I had been wanting for awhile. He was very nice, and communicated well. He made me feel very comfortable. He was also very attentive to the placement of my tattoo. His work was amazing! I will be coming back to Shawn! He was fun, talented, and professional!

From the time my roommate & I walked in the door, we instantly felt welcomed & comfortable! The receptionist & V were so friendly & answered all of our questions that we had. We both got 4 piercings & will definitely be back in 6 weeks!

The front desk receptionist with the locs was rude. I came in here for a piercings with my niece and her mom and she was giving is a hard time. She acted like she couldn’t understand us and made us go back and fourth to getting information. Her first request was reasonable she said that we needed a school ID for my niece. But her attitude was still rude. But we left to go get one . We came back and then she had a problem with the birth certificate. She did not want to take our copy of my niece’s birth certificate because she said it was a copy and she wanted the original. We got a picture of the original copy and she said the picture didn’t have all four corners of the birth certificate so she couldn’t take it. After that we left out of frustration.

Clean and very friendly environment!! I was well pleased with the service!! It was my first eyebrow piercing! Cat is awesome!! Highly recommended!!

And went back today for a quick nose ring change and she was the nicest, most professional, quick and knowledgeable about what she does. Her twin sister at the front was kind sweet and knowledgeable about everything as well. This will be the only place i get any piercings done.

I got a septum piercing from V. She wasnt all that friendly, but she was cool. She gave me a minute to get myself together when I started freaking out after the clamp, haha. She kind of explained to me how to keep my piercing clean and free from infection. She used sterilized equipment, I didnt have to question anything. Thank you V!It was a guy, (I wont specify) at the front desk, who kept trying to talk me into getting a bigger can of the aftercare spray O_o..... Its not that serious, it was annoying.The place is clean and their procedures are great! No kids allowed!!! I will be back & will refer my friends! Thanks again!

I love these guys so much they’re awesome and actually sit down and throw out ideas to get down to the bottom of things!! I had my angel bites done there and they did an awesome job, however like with some people my lip swoll really bad and almost over the back of the stud but before making accusations I looked around and asked questions and it turns out that some times it just happens and if that happens, catch it fast and have longer studs put in or do what I did, I went back and got a taper service and told them my concerns which they were super understanding and they went ahead and put in bars of the same gauge with beads on both ends to keep my lip from swelling over it and recommend that I use Motrin to reduce the inflammation. It was a great experience and that is a total of 4 piercings I’ve gotten they’re and it was great!!

I had a 2:30 appointment scheduled with a tattooist. I called at 12:30 to see if it would be possible to come in at 1:30, was told the artist was with a client it would be best to keep the 2:30 appointment. I show up at 2:25 to find a sign on the front door stating they are closed for break and will be back at 3:30. I called the shop again at 2:30 and 2:45 with no answer. I am so very upset as I really want another tattoo and thought, based on rave reviews, that I had found a good spot. How unprofessional...you have appointments scheduled and you close without calling SCHEDULED clients. Back to the search for me.

I ONLY get my piercings done at Artisan. I live in Hampton but I make the 20 min drive cause the consistency and knowledge is comforting. My piercer is V. She is beyond cool and know her ish. She will tell you what is best for your body anatomy and not just give you something cause you want it. All the piercer are Great!!!

Yesterday I went to Artisan Body Piercing and had my nipple rings replaced. Kat was such a huge help and answered all of my questions. The staff are INCREDIBLY patient. My daughter threw a fit because she gpt scared of the needle and I was so impressed with how they handled everything. Just returned home from having my ears pierced (second holes in my lobes). The man who pierced them did an amazing job. He walked me through the process and explained everything to me prior to doing anything. I felt very comfortable and the experience wasnt as painful as anticipated. Ill be returning for my 3rd holes eventually!

I’m a nurse and I went in to get my cartilage and tragus done. I had the piercer Kyle. He made me feel 100% comfortable. He not only explained what he was doing step by step, but he explained what I was to do/feel as well. He was kind and personable. Im very happy with the piercing I got at this shop. It was very clean and it only took a few seconds. Everyone there was very polite and new what they were talking about so it got done fast.

Service at the front desk was fine and actually really helpful because I had a few qs about other piercings and she gave me her experience and tips on them and we pretty much talked until I went back to get pierced. Kyle was my piercer and he did an amazing job, most of the time when people get they’re belly buttons pierced it’s not straight. I couldn’t find a single flaw in mine or my tragus. I told him he’s my new piercer and from now on I’ll only go to them for my piercings and I’m the future tattoos.

Went to Artisan Yesterday with a few of my friends to get tattoos. We all had great experiences and will definitely be returning for any future tattoos and piercings. If I could give More stars I would!!! great environment with great people who love what they do!

I got a tattoo here less than three weeks ago and it’s so so so bad and extremely lop sided (it was a super simple design too)…..Moral of the story do more research on the place and the artist because stuff is permanent ://

The work is great. Ben kills it every time. He usually gets me in and out with no problem, he doesn’t charge an arm and a leg, and the tattoo heals well.

Spent less than 10 minutes in this place and I regret every second of it. Only chose this place because my usual tattoo spot was booked and based on the reviews I thought it would be great but I honestly don’t see why they are rated so highly. I took my mother here for a tattoo as her Mother’s Day gift and they almost ruined the whole day. When we walked in, the greeting from the front desk was barely pleasant. She asked what we wanted, we let her know and she directed us to speak to TT for a consultation. Fine, no problem, right? Wrong! TT’s attitude and the way she talks to people is atrocious. We thought during a consultation we could ask questions but instead we were met with “Don’t you have access to the internet” and “my time would be better spent doing other things than this” in a very condescending tone. We did not present anyone with any attitude so we should not have been met with one. We got out of there so fast I think I left my shadow behind! I would NEVER go back to this place again and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Customer service is HORRIBLE and based on the few people I interacted with, they are very unprofessional. Would give it zero stars if I could.

I got my nose piercing done here and lemme tell you, unprofessional.My piercing got infected, I kept it clean and used the spray I was told to use.I waited an hour just for my NOSE piercing. Two people were talked to before me, even though I was there way before them.I got a massive infection around the piercing, had to take out my piercing and have to set an appointment with another piercer.I called about how to get rid of the infection, was told they’d call me; never got a call back.LEMME ADD: THIS WAS NOT A KELOID!!IT WAS AN INFECTION.Also, with requirements set in place due to COVID-19, there were more then 10 people in there waiting for piercings and some employees had their mask down when talking to customers.

I scheduled a appointment to get my septum pierced. The person who pierced me was on schedule. She also was informative and she asked me a couple questions about whether I needed to hide it, so the placement was correct. My piercing was quick and painless.

This is a place Ive come to for my recent 6 piercings, love it here even more after this experience. I had recently gotten my medusa pierced and due to my over excitement I did not realize it was crooked (was more aligned with my nose than my cupids bow) til I got home. I had to go to the shop to get the jewelry taken out since I could not do it on my own. When I asked about how long til I can get it redone, they said a month and they would re pierce it for free! This is always the place I tell people to go and will keep doing so.

This place was awesome! V did my conch piercing. Prices were very reasonable and the service was very quick. I was super nervous but it ended up being completely painless. Would recommend this shop for everyone!

OMG KAT B is Amazing! !!!! My mom and I got our noses pierced for her 55th birthday and Kat was awesome. Kat B was patient, kind, and understanding. My mom was nervous, yet Kat was knowledgeable and very very very nice. Kat was very sanitary and cautious. Please please please support her. Everything you should expect of a professional piercing studio. Clean. Professional. Knowledgeable. It was important to me to choose someone whose job is piercing, not a tattoo artist who also Pierces. I was not disappointed. Im healing well, in no small part due to the excellent experience I had there.

I’ve been coming into Artisan since they opened, (I followed Kat from previous shop). I, myself have had several piercings, including dermals, done here. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. I will continue to ONLY come to them for my piercings. I have also brought friends along with me when they are in town to get their piercings 😁. I only recommend Artisan.

Went there about 2/3 months ago for a nose piercing then just went back today for an Anti-Tragus and Rook piercing. V was my piercer for the second visit and did an amazing job. Told her I wasnt a fan of needles and managed to do my piercings with little pressure. Definitely going back for more piercings!

We walked in and this lady with purple dreads was utterly rude. DONT GO THERE. We walked in with 3 people trying to get 2 nose piercing and 1 belly button and while it was our first time there she rudely keep saying are you gonna sign up or what , then I decided to give it another shot besides the attitude and then every question I asked she it had an attitude. walk out and didnt even get anything, VERY RUDE SERVICE.

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars because it is clean and most of the employees are nice,, however I had a very bad experience with some. I started a big tattoo with one of the artist and he said that i would have to come back to finish the rest. so i agreed but every time i had an appointment with him , he would cancel or not show up for work!! Ive already paid for the tattoo and put a $50 deposit down to save my appointment time, to finish it!! however this certain employee has been arrested and no longer works there so they had me come in to talk to another artist just to get my tattoo done,, now they want me to put another deposit down and pay more money for something Ive already paid for!!! NO THANKS!!! I will gladly go to someone else to fix it so that I dont have to deal with this shop!!!!

Went into get a navel, but walked out with two more piercings. V was VERY patient with me when I was sitting on the decision to get my other two piercing DESPITE THE FACT SHE HAD TO PICK UP HER CHILD!! I appreciate her patience very much and the fact that she didnt pressure me on my decision to get the piercing or not.

I got my nose and tongue pierced today. I was extremely nerves, because I watched YouTube videos. It really was very easy and didnt hurt. I recommend this place to anyone. Its clean and you will understand the procedure and know what to do afterwards.

I’ve had 3 piercings done at Artisan this year. My piercer was very kind and seemed knowledgeable so I felt I could trust her. For my first 2 piercings the room was set up by the time I got into studio, which was not what I’m used to. At other studios I’ve been to everything was opened in front of me. But my piercer seemed nice, and Artisan had so many good reviews I just went with it.Recently, I went in for my 3rd piercing with Artisan. I had a consult first and stepped out while the piercer turned over the room. As I sat in the piercing chair my piercer grabbed the jewelry from a drawer on the shelf dipped it in a solution and proceeded to use that in my fresh piercing. I wasn’t sure what the solution was but I didn’t want to insult my piercer by questioning their practice. Again I was used to jewelry coming out of a sterile package, and that package being opened in front of me.I felt uneasy about it so reached out to the shop. I was told all the jewelry was cleaned in an ultrasonic machine, autoclaved and then had a final “cold sterilization” in a disinfecting solution. I’m assuming this is what my jewelry was dipped in prior to my piercing. Autoclaving jewelry and then putting it loose into a drawer makes that jewelry no longer sterile, and dipping it into a disinfectant does not re-sterilize the jewelry, it disinfects it. Disinfecting is not the same as sterilizing and not using sterile jewelry is not ok. I sincerely hope Artisan reevaluates their procedures and begins autoclaving jewelry prior to each client. Fortunately my piercings do seem to be healing fine so far, but I certainly won’t be back.Update: The shop reached out to me after reading my review and stated that I could have asked to have my jewelry autoclaved. While this is a step forward I dont think it warrants a better review for 2 reasons.1. This service should be offered to every client when they are picking out their jewelry. Not something that is offered only after making a complaint.2. This service shouldnt even need to be offered, sterilizing jewelry should be the standard. Not an option.If you do choose to go to Artisan please ask them to autoclave your jewelry prior to your piercing.

TT was my artist, she did an amazing job with the ark work and the concept I presented to her! Place is clean, and the vibes is just that of a great tattoo shop! Carefully went over and reviewed the work, applied and did the damn thing! Ill be coming back for more work!

This place was BEYOND AMAZING! Idk why some even put 1-3 stars I walked in there so welcoming and me and my husband went to get piercings for our anniversary... I got my septum done I was def nervous but all three piercers were there to welcome me and they gave me a large variety of rings to chose from... I then got called back to a room by KYLE and he made me feel so comfortable and explained every step and he def calmed me down as well lets just say it wasnt painful at all!!!! Yes a quick pink but he hands are golden let me tell ya before I knew it he had me septum ring in and I LOVEDDDD it!! I def will be back again and mind you we were here in Virginia for vacation!! This place is amazing no one will be disappoint and trust me I am very picky there clean, place is very nice, location is amazing bc there is enough parking and staff are BOMB!! Thank you Kyle and the team so much!!!

I went in for a piercing. The staff was nice, the place was clean, they were very informative and reasonably priced. My piercer was Kyle and he was incredibly easy going while maintaining a professional manner.

They refuse to finish my tattoo. The tattoo artist that started it lied to us, made us pay in full, and then left me with a half finished tattoo. They called me regarding the tattoo artist when I stated she wasnt responding to my messages to tell me she had quit two months prior. They are not going to honor the tattoo, even though I paid in full. They are now telling me I have to pay more money to get the tattoo completed by another one of their artists. Now the manager, Victoria, has falsely told me that she has been gone seven months when a family member just got a tattoo for mothers day, a supposed month before she resigned, by the same tattoo artist. They are liars and they do not honor their agreements. And the owner cannot be bothered to deal with the situation, but will gladly take the commission from the services. DO NOT GO TO ARTISAN FOR TATTOOS. DO NOT TRUST THEM.IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS REPLY: I am the one with the tattoo. My mother is not the one reviewing. I am independently stating what I have been told by your shop and what I have been through. Now we have 2 months, 4 months, and 7 months, when I know for a fact that my own mother was in on Tuesday, May 7th. As I am writing this, it is Wednesday, August 14th. My last appointment with her was May 5th. It has been 3 months since my last appointment. Your timeline is messed up and the only way you guys want to work with me is if my mother pays more money to another independent tattoo artist that you make money off of. I find it repulsive that you automatically assumed it was my mother, as if I have no voice in the situation. This is my first tattoo and I trusted your location. And I strongly believe that the only person there that was pleasant and I would talk to again was the front desk girl that helped me with my paperwork.

Got a tattoo here a few weeks ago. Lovely lady did my tattoo and I don’t have anything bad to say about her besides the fact that my healed tattoo turned out really bad. I don’t think she’s very professional but I get that hand tattoos are difficult. I’m gonna get it fixed by my regular artist but pretty disappointed with the quality of my tat. Luckily it wasn’t too expensive.

I visited the shop to purchase a new nose stud seeing how the one I had in before got misplaced. Once I made my purchase the receptionist asked me if I could put the stud in on my own. I confidently told her that I could, and exited the shop. Needless to say once I got in my car and attempted to put the stud in my nose it wouldnt go in. I struggled with the jewlery so much that the stud ended up falling in between the driver and passenger seat of my car. I went back into the shop fully prepared to pay for another stud but the woman said it was on the house, and that this time theyd put it in for me. I was escorted to the back and in a mater of seconds the stud was in my nose. Great customer service!!!

Went in to get my tongue pierced. Never had anything like that done before. Kyle was fantastic, explained the process, and was incredibly professional. My experience was a new one, and thanks to the staff here, it was a great one!

Shawn Havron he works at Artisan Tattoo 5720 Hoggard Rd suite b, Norfolk, VA 23502I paid $600 for this. He tattooed the blue background on my arm(only half was finished because of his poor work). He did it in 2 separate sessions. The 1st session he did the top with dark blue & he didnt leave room between the blue ink and the existing black ink. The 2nd session he did the bottom with lighter blue & he left space between the blue ink and the existing black ink. I talked to a lot of artists and they confirmed this is a horrible tattoo job. I confronted him about it and he said he used two different blues on the bottom during the 2nd session because he was using the last of 2 bottles and thought that it would blend. Then said that now seeing it together his plan of mixing those 2 blues didnt work which left it with a different color blue then the blue on the top. I cant trust him to tattoo on me again. I dont want anybody in his shop to try and fix it because they may retaliate for their fellow artist.Im going to ask for a refund. He denied the refund. I reached out to the owner of artisan body piercing and tattoos which is Katie Schemmel, we spoke back and forth for a few weeks to see about her paying to get it fixed. Now she said shes only going to offer $150 to help finish the tattoo. I told her I wanted to give her a good chance to make things right before I leave a full review of my experience. In the end it seems she does not care and is not going to help pay to get this tattoo fixed and finished.

I went to Artisan for advice on my daith piercing. I had it done at a shop out of state and my piercer there told me that it had bumps because I was wearing my hair down too much 🙄 I cant remember her name, but the woman at Artisan talked to me like a real person and helped me figure out what the problem was. They changed out my hoop for a horseshoe and sold me some tea tree oil for cleaning. The bumps cleared after about two weeks and my piercing is healing beautifully now. No more bumps, crusties or irritation! Thank you, Artisan! 🙏 I will be back!

They put in seamless lip rings by folding them over so they were jabbing the inside of my lip. As a result I had constant pain and irritation. Went to my regular piercer and they said this was insanely botched and had never seen anything like this.

I will never ever get a tattoo in this shop. Service is overpriced($200 for a 4 letter tattoo!!)It was my first tattoo and I’ve decided to start with a 4 lettered word(L;FE). I went inside and this lady at the desk was nice with her colored hair. We talked a bit about the tattoo I want so I told her its just a four letter word. Everything went smooth at first, I filled out all the paper and necessary stuffs. When I handed my card for payment, she said that the card reader machine is not working and that they only accept cash as of the moment and told me theres an ATM inside this gasoline station across the street. She said that its $200 so I was like (WOW! That expensive for a four letter word!!!!??) I told myself that it might just be a hold and they will probably give me back the rest after the price the tattoo artist is set. I came back with the cash and hand her the money. It took 15 mins. Before a tattoo artist (looks amateur) came and talked to me and said that it will be just $20 since it is small and did the tattoo. The whole tattoo process was like 5 mins. And when its done, I went to the desk and all she said was “Thats nice and Have a good day, thanks!” I asked her how much was it and she said $200. My mind was so blown away that I wasnt able to respond. At the same time A guy paid $300 for a close to a half sleeve and I just said WOW! My tattoo is very expensive! She said yeah It is what it is. WT! I just went home and contemplated abt the tattoo for $200!!!!! I will never ever get another tattoo from this shop. Never.

Ive always had a problem keeping piercings. (they would reject or scar like crazy). The piercer suggested Titanium. I have had NO problems at all and the placement is great! They deserve 10 stars

Got dermal piercing on my back. Done by V!Update I had my dermal redone and was charged for a nipple piercing and and get refunded for the incorrect price because I dont have a receipt even they are aware of the over charge.. The proof is in the system!

We walked in for tats, he told us 20 minutes to draw them up. He left the building for an hour then came back and said he was drawing them up now. 30 minutes later still nothing, so Bye! Only positive was the girl at the desk.
