Clean, for the most part organized. Just seems so pricey these days.

Me and my friend went to claire’s and the employees didn’t give my friend a receipt and we came back so she could return it and the manager (blonde hair) started complaining about her own problems… also huge cigarette stench that followed me afterwards. dont go here

When visiting Claires in settlers green the store manager cassidy was very inviting and infornative. The store was very organized and clean. Cassidy was very patient with a little girl she was peircing and overall me and my daughter really enjoyed visitng. We will always choose Claires for our girls days out! Thank you cassidy!

The manager Amanda is absolutely amazing! She is so kind and so helpful! She pierced my ears for the first time and I didn’t even feel it! They feel amazing now and I would recommend it to anyone that is debating where to go.

My nieces and I went in last week. The little one wanted her ears pierced. Cassidy could not have been more patient, kind, professional and full of advice to make sure my niece wasn’t frightened or apt to let her ears close up. All this while my older niece was choosing, then un-choosing, then choosing several sets of earrings for herself. Cassidy was all alone in the store but made us feel like we were the only, best customers she’d ever had. Claire’s should do everything they can to keep this lady in their company!

Staff went above and beyond to help us get what we needed. Love it!

Great little shop and very nice people working there.

I had an amazing experience at Claire’s getting my ears pierced as well as my three best friends. We are 14,14, 16 & 16 years old and were nervous to have a bad experience or develop an infection because of getting our ears pierced. However, we all agreed we had a lovely and sanitary experience! The manager who pierced our ears, Cassidy, was very kind and caring!! Thank you Claire’s!

The manager Amanda is a horrible person. I won’t get into details about what happened but stay away from this store, spend your money at Yankee candle those employees are fantastic!
