The 1st picture is what I wanted and the 2nd picture is what I got. Both my ear piercings were un even and different. My 2nd piercing was way too close to my 1st one, not only that but the placement sucks so bad it looks like a 5 year old did it, I can barely see my 2nd ear piercing, not worth it at all for $40 don’t get fooled by the free pricing thing because you have to pay for the earrings to get a free piercing which is just bull!!

If i could give i will give zero star. I did my 4 month’s baby ear piercing and its very uneven i end up taking out one piercing. The piercing is done by very rude cashier

It’s sad how poor customer service is these days. I can’t believe how rude this cashier was to me and my family in an empty store. The nerve of us to bother you to actually work..

Me and my daughter love Claires SO MUCH!! The prices arent my favorite...but they have so much cute stuff! And Alot of really cute jewelry!

Cute..but very overpriced! Took my 8 yr old granddaughter there to buy some items..the sale buy 3 get 3 free caught my attention. .spent $57 on 4 items. We didnt qualify for the sale. Smh..shopping at walmart next time. They have similar items for far less.

Didnt really like the service i received for my daughters ear piercing,it was put in the wrong place...

Today 09/07/2023 had the worst experience at this store, pure communication, the cashier was so rude, unprofessional watched me waiting for her on the desk and ignored me for 10min then came with terrible attitude

We had an excellent experience twice at this Claires. Both my daughters got their ears pierced on different occasions. The saless girls were so friendly and sweet.

I like this store. I used to shop there alot in my tween years.However I know use a wheelchair..The store is not wheelchair accessible. Aisle are tight and its frustrating

One of the only places I found to get Pusheen stuffed animals spent a lot of money and got a discount for my next purchase Im very satisfied I recommend them to anyone

Got my daughters ears pierced (she is 6 months old) I think I was more nervous then my baby or the girl that pierced her ears. Very friendly and professional staff. Thank you
