Eriquel the assistant manager was amazing! She greeted us with a smile as we approach the kiosk. She quickly got us registered and explained all the promotions for the day. We were able to get our daughters ears pierced and get another set of earrings during our purchase. Eriquel is a great asset to the company. She made us completely comfortable. Kudos to her!

Jasmine and Kiera were absolutely amazing while piercing my great nieces ears. Did both at the same time and was painless!

Had an appointment last week for my 10 month old daughter to get her ears pierced. Shae, the customer rep, was extremely nice and courteous. We had a great experience and my daughters piercings look so cute and symmetrical. They are also healing really well. Would highly recommend.

I wish there was an allowance to give a negative star count. Piercing Pagoda is a SCAM, I paid well over $170 between two piercing sessions for my child, and the final result is that my child does not have pierced ears. The earrings constantly fell out, no matter the efforts to try to keep them in. When getting my childs ears pierced the second time, since I had the warranty, the piercer admitted to the earrings being faulty, and the above being a constant issue. The second time around the earrings literally fell into my childs earlobe, requiring me to dig out the earrings, this could have been disastrous This resulted in blood and many tears, in which my child is no longer interested in earrings. Please DO NOT use their piercing services especially for minors.

Erica who helped me at your White Marsh location was FABULOUS!!! She was knowledgeable, friendly, and a great salesperson.

Be careful when going here. I got my daughters ears pierced at the white marsh location. The piercer offered us insurance on the gold earrings we purchased for my 1 year old. I agreed to the insurance because I figured my 1 year old would most likely lose or damage an earring. The piercer didn’t bother to tell us that the jewelry insurance doesn’t cover lost or damaged earrings. So when I went back a few weeks later for a replacement for a lost earring I was told by the cashier it was nothing she could do. I felt scammed. Also not to mention the terrible attitude of the cashier. If you’re at the mall you’re better off just going to Claire’s for an ear piercing.

This piercing pagoda is amazing! I got my ears done by a girl named Imani a couple weeks ago and she did them perfectly!! It wasn’t too expensive and the customer service was awesome! i highly suggest her! will definitely come get my other cartilage done by her again!

Very rude and unprofessional service provided most of the time. I actually am giving one star because there are two young ladies that are very helpful and professional. I walked to the booth to return items for my nose piercing. After standing there without being helped, reluctantly the manager Candyse M. asked what I needed help and once I confirmed that it was return she went back to assisting her customer and proceeded to handing it off to another employee...they both begin an exchange about how neither one of them wanted to do it, lasted so long that another employee just came around them both and offered to help me with my transaction. Very disappointing and unprofessional. It’s a shame because I love piercing pogoda but experiences like these make me regret that I’ve spent money here.

The store was horrible!!! They pierced mine and my sisters ears crooked. One manager said I could come back and get my ears repierced if I found any issues, then I come back and the manager named Candice was extremely rude to both myself and my sister. She had an extremely smart mouth and was rolling her eyes. Candice who was apparently the manager (how sad) was giving us dirty looks of mockery and treated my younger sister and myself as if we were wrong for coming up to the counter and politely asking questions about their policy. I suggest if you want to get your ears pierced then go to a professional place.

Worst place ever...they lie lie lie!!! I paid for insurance for my 6 month old twins earring. One of my girls lost the earring they wont replace or re-pierce her ears even though I was told thats what the insurance was for. What a scam & rip off im calling corporate & absolutely will never spend a penny with this company again!!! They should be reported to the better business bureau

Ever since my girl Candice quit. This location is horrible. Had anothe Pogoda call and see if they had a pair of earrings I wanted and the I said they did not. Come to the White Marsh location and guess what they had them . Poor customer service ever wont buy ever again 😡😡😡😡!

This location was very nice and professional. They were calm and reassuring as I got my 2 year old daughters ears pierced here.

The lady at this piercing pagoda today March 13th 2018 was so rude and mean to me and scared my daughter off from getting her ears pierced. Beware service was very bad. We had to leave and go to another place. Horrible service!
