Donna is absolutely amazing !!My son and I stopped in last minute after grabbing some gas across the street to see about getting his ears pierced.It was a few minutes before close and I didnt want to be that guy to have them stay after.She assured us it was no problem that she would Pierce his ears.Their shop is absolutely beautiful inside.It was so clean that if no one was looking I would have eaten off the floor.My son(12) was a little nervous and Donna was great with him.She explained the process, helped him relax and he felt very comfortable with the piercing.And before you know it the process was over.I highly recommend Mr Bs and Donna for all your piercing needs.Kind courteous and very professionalAs we were walking out the door my son said he wants to come back and get a tattoo now, but I told him he had to wait till he was 18.

Had a great experience. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Both my partner and I got piercings. My partner forgot to eat in the morning and passed out in the chair. The person who was working immediately got water, sugar, and gave us all the time needed to recover. Thank you for being responsible when he forgot!!!Also, SUPER affordable!

This place is great, today was my first time here and even though there was decently long wait the employees were really nice and my piercer did great. I told her I used to have the same piercing I was trying to get and she checked to see if she could just reopen it and didn’t charge me for the piercing just the jewelry so I decided to get my other one fixed too and left spending probably half as much as I thought. Will be back if I ever decide on anymore piercings or maybe a tattoo.

Super quick and pretty much painless. Prices were great, and the walk-in was super fast. Had the piercing for a few months and no complications.

My go to place for piercings, everyone in there is so nice and helpful! They make sure you’re comfortable and are very sanitary. Will definitely be going back for my second tattoo and other piercings

My daith piercing was incorrectly pierced . I was told that it looked fine but I got a professional piercer from somewhere else’s perspective. In reality I don’t have the anatomy for a daith piercing at all. Had to remove it. it’s disappointing since this place was my go to shop :( I wish I can get a refund smh.

We went tonight 1/12/24 to get my 19 month old daughter’s ears pierced and we had a wonderful experience with Donna. She was so sweet and calm and so great with my daughter. The placement was perfect and she was quick, but thorough, which if you have a toddler you know that’s the key to anything! Studio was also very clean and you can tell they take disinfection seriously! We will definitely be recommending Donna & Mr. B’s to everyone! Thank you so much again Donna!

Went to Mr B’s as a walk in for a known extremely sensitive piercing and was promptly helped by Josh. It was a Friday evening and there was no wait at all. Josh was extremely professional throughout the entire process and genuinely must be a magician because the pain was at most a 6/10 max for a piercing I’ve heard countless people not able to follow through with having both done. He was clear about after care instructions and said to come back in 3-6 months to have the bars adjusted free of charge. Highly highly recommend Mr B’s and thanks so much for the positive experience Josh!

I visited Mr. B’s in December of 2023 to have both of my nostrils pierced. Both had been done previously but allowed to close up because they were uneven. I explained the situation to the piercer and he assured me that he could re-pierce both sides and make them even. The process was quick and clean, and he wound up only charging me for one piercing since one of them hadn’t closed up completely after all, which was really cool of him (I knew it hadn’t closed up totally but was still willing to pay for both piercings because I was too chicken to just re-pierce it myself at home, but he insisted on only charging for one). When I got home and had a chance to really check them out in the mirror, they still seemed a bit uneven but were much better than the first time I had them done. As they healed that unevenness normalized and now they’re perfect and exactly what I wanted. Would absolutely return to Mr. B’s for a future piercing and recommend them to everyone.

I had a very nice experience with Mr. Bs tattoos, people are very nice and will work with you to make sure that you will get actually what you want. Their tattoo master Michele is amazing! She takes her time with details and her lines are straight. I really recommend this place and will for sure come back.

My daughter has wanted a septum piercing for months. After reading all of the reviews online we decided to try Mr. Bs, and were really glad that we did. The establishment was clean and the staff was professional. Sara (our piercer), was patient, kind and thorough. She took the time to answer all of our questions honestly, explaining the process, expectations, and aftercare thoroughly. She calmed any anxieties my daughter had, making sure she was comfortable before she proceeded. After all of the horror stories she read online we expected it to hurt, but my daughter was pleasantly surprised (she said her belly button was worse). Sara made sure to hit the sweet spot, bringing the discomfort level to a minimum. There were a few different sizing options for the piercing, and although my daughter had originally wanted something a bit smaller, Sara went with the slightly larger one just to be on the safe side (she discussed this with us beforehand). She let us know that we could come back after the piercing had healed however, and switch it out for free. She gave us a sealed bag of salt for aftercare use, and told us to call or come in if we had any issues. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience. In the future, Mr. Bs is where we will go.

I literally just left and I am in awe of Josh’s exceptional customer service. He made my mother and I feel very comfortable and was very thorough. Mr.B’s is the place to be.

Just got my lobes pierced today!! the man who helped me was so sweet and helpful and even helped me realized my holes werent closed😭 so nice, quick, and efficient - even gave me a bag of salt and directions for saltwater soaks at home :) would def recommend!!!

Im 99% sure it was Josh who pierced my tongue. He was super gentle and friendly, which even for a seasoned face like mine I means a lot. He also took his time making sure everything was lined up perfectly. Best piercing experience Ive had.

I just got a tattoo from Billy Hardy on my spine and I absolutely love it. He had great customer service and this was my second tattoo and I was completely comfortable. My first tattooo was on my chest which was done by Kodi Green who was as so nice to my friends and I. All the staff makes an effort to talk to their customers and make their experience enjoyable.

Mr. Bs is the place for your first or tenth tattoo. The staff is friendly & accommodating and make you feel at home. I travel a lot for work and have had many complaints on my work done at Mr. Bs, John has done all my work and will continue to be my go to guy. John is the type of artist who will do a piece of art that will last a lifetime, and after you could have a drink with him, a down to earth cool dude. Mr. Bs is the place you want to go.

Really easy to go in and get a piercing at a reasonable price. I go to Aldo for all of my tattoos and he does really great work.

I got my nose pierced and the total time from walking in the door to walking out the door finished was less than 10 minutes. The business is extremely clean. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The price was fantastic. I will 100% be using them again and I recommend you do the same.

My daughter got her noise pierced today by Donna she was phenomenal! She answered all of our questions. She talked my daughter through the process. And made sure she was satisfied.My oldest daughter got her first tattoo today as well. The guy Alberto was hands down professional, he answered both our questions, he made my daughter feel comfortable and talked to her the whole time.. Brought my 8yo daughter here to yet her ears pierced (by Sara) a few years ago and just came back to get my septum pierced. Josh did my piercing and it was flawless. He was very gentle, it didnt even hurt, and 14hrs post-piercing Im in no pain. 10/10 would recommend, and Ill definitely be coming back for more piercings and tattoos.

Randomly stopped in for ear piercings. Josh did a Rook and forward helix piercing for me. He was so patient, wanted to make sure I understood everything and that i was comfortable with the placement of my piercings.I had the rook done a year ago and it hurt. Josh did it and it felt like a pinch. I said, wow - that barely hurt. The helix didnt hurt too much either but for both piercings he had me take a deep breath and performed the work. Quick , easy and not painful.He was really personable, almost to the point like he would be someone Id like to hang out with :) but I dont live in the area haha.They take cards and cash. Place was clean. Parking in the back lot. I highly recommend Josh for all of your piecing desires!!!

Chill, comfortable, and clean spot with lots of art; on the walls *and* to choose from to get on your skin. Donna was so kind and gentle with getting my childs ears pierced. Excellent place for kids and children to get their ears pierced.

I came here with my 6 month olds daughter. We came here after going to the mall and talking to every single place/person there and still not feeling comfortable. Not only was Mr. B’s less expensive then the mall it was cleaner, friendlier, and had better quality everything. Donna was our piercer and she was very knowledgeable about every aspect from the type of earrings we should use down to the quickness of the piercing itself. I’m so happy we decided to come see Donna I wouldn’t recommend any other place especially for your precious little 6 month old baby girl. They get 5 stars for everything!!

I had a nostril piercing done by Josh. The staff were friendly and patient. Once I chose a stud they quickly set up a station for me. The gentlemen marked my nose and asked if the placement was good. Once I confirmed the placements, he pierced it. The process was very quick and sanitary. I would definitely recommend this place!

Ive never witnessed any tattoos being done, but the piercings are great. My daughter had her navel and ears done 3 times.

Donna is friendly and very skilled! I’ve gotten two piercings here, done by Donna both times. They care about the client’s healing and tell you to call or visit if there are any complications.

My underage daughter and her two best friends visited Mr. B’s today and we had the pleasure of being serviced by Donna. She was very friendly, helpful and patience for dealing with three loud, giggling, scared teenaged girls. She did a great job and would recommend her. The man at the front desk was also very nice and helpful but didn’t catch his name. Customer service is everything and they definitely took care of us.

I’m not big on giving reviews but this place is amazing. I have gotten 5 piercings here over the past 2 years and Josh has done most if not all of them. He has never let me down and changes my jewelry every time I come in. Everyone in the store is welcoming and kind. Definitely recommend.

Walked in today to get my nose pierced and ask about my 4yr old daughters first ear piercing. Everyone there was amazingly nice and accommodating. It was a very clean, welcoming environment! I got two nose piercings that went so smoothly and wonderfully that I had my husband bring our daughter in! The piercer I believe was Donna and she is so patient and sweet with children, my daughter really liked her and didn’t even flinch when she was pierced! My daughter and I both left happy and had very little redness or swelling! Honestly I’d recommend this place to anyone! I can’t wait to be back!!

Got a belly button piercing here it healed wonderfully. That last place I went to in Towson mall gave me a surface piercing without my consent. And it bothered me because its not what I asked for and not a navel piercing. I let it close went in the guy gave me a longer bar and pierced me correctly now no issues no rejection just all around perfect. ThankS 💖 ( in Pic you can see the scary from where my piercing was incorrectly pierced. And not its in the correct spot)

Ive had a lot of things pierced in different parlors in different states, and nothing compares to Mr. Bs. I made a spur of the moment decision to get my nose pierced, and I was a walk in on a Sunday night, and I was out in 10 minutes! Staff is amazing (Donna is the most adorable and talented piercer!! I love her), the place is super clean... I couldnt be happier. Plus, the prices are amazing. $40 for a nose piercing that includes jewelry? Truly the best piercer around. Love yall, Ill be back!

Awesome experience! We took our 8 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced for the first time. Donna was great with her, she even offered to have another piercer, Jay, to do the other ear at the same time, to make it more comfortable. Everything was super clean, and they sterilized the new earrings in an autoclave. Donna took her time and repositioned her marks a few times to make sure they were perfect, and the piercings turned out great! I highly recommend Mr. Bs over those places at the mall that use piercing guns.

I got my eyebrow pierced there. They were very friendly and clean. I was nervous about getting my first piercing and the piercer made me feel at ease. He gave me clear aftercare instructions and even provided the sea salt. The whole experience was excellent. My brother was so happy with the experience hes getting his done tomorrow there.

I came to Mr. B’s because I was having an issue with my nose piercing done at another shop! I’ve been here before but of course I read reviews before choosing a shop. Shop is always spotless! I walked in and was greeted by a super professional young lady who ended up being my piercer, the wonderful Donna!! She educated me on the placement of my piercing and even reaffirmed some of my initial reasons why I wanted to come in. Turns out I needed to be pierced in the correct spot and she made it very comfortable and now I feel like I’m on the right track to healing! Thank you Donna you’re amazing and such a gem!

Dont need an appointment! Shop was very clean. Piercer was very professional. Didnt have to question whether everything was sterile. I was in an out within what felt like 10 minutes. Everything went as expected. Pricing was expected and reasonable (called beforehand) but it also matched what other people got their quality piercings for elsewhere. They also let you record, which was a plus for me. I was given a quick rundown of the aftercare needed, probably wouldve been better in written form, but 2 weeks later, my piercing is healing beautifully. I love it! This place is great!

This review is long over due! I was trying to find a place to remove my nose ring last year in October/November for an MRI (the nose ring required special tools to remove). I had been to Fidelity Tattoo Co. the year before that a friend mentioned to me so I decided to see if they can remove my nose ring. To my dismay, they told me they can only to tattoo/piercings that is not on the face. I explained that this is a medical procedure that I needed to have done and there is absolutely no other way I can remove the piercing and they told me in almost these exact words you will not find a reputable establishment that will remove your nose ring. I was shocked and appalled at this bold statement and decided I will not return and will tell all my friends about this situation and to never go this that location.Now, when I got off the phone, I googled nearby places and found Mr. Bs Tattoos. I explained my situation and the gentleman over the phone told me to drop in and that he will remove it without a charge. I cannot believe I do not remember the name of the piercer who removed my nose ring, but he was AMAZING!!!! He worked downstairs in the back!! He told me hey this is a medical necessity, I am not going to charge you and then he offered to change out one of my other piercing without a charge!! I had him charge me for something in the store so I can tip big to pay for his service because I was so grateful to him for helping me in a time of need!! I only have good things to say about this place and anyone who is looking for a piercing--THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!!

My sister and I walked in to get our ear lobes pierced and upon entering, I was impressed by the atmosphere and the cleaningless of the shop. I was further impressed by the friendly and professional greeting by Donna the technician who pierced our ears. She made us feel comfortable, and calmed our slight anxiety. The piercing was done quickly and efficiently with only a slight pinch. I and my sister were very pleased with the entire experience.

Each time I’ve been there the staff has always been great. I recently started going there and seeing Michele and she is amazing. Got a tattoo from her last night and it is PERFECT. Line work is great & came out exactly like I showed her and she even made the adjustments to the picture that I requested. I will definitely be back.

Josh the piercer is THE BEST!!! Could not recommend him more. He pierced my cartilage and not only did a fantastic job, but also switched out the jewelry at no extra cost. He has the best energy and I will continue to go back to Mr.B’s because of him!

Donna did a good job with implant piercing. Nose piercing was okay but I removed it because it was off just a little from my other side. Great customer service. Check them out they have been in business for a looonnngg time! They did my first nose piercing and tongue.

I went to get my nipples pierced and the experience wasnt painful at all... i scheduled an appt of course and Donna did my piercings.. The place is clean and She is amazing!!!! When i first got there( came alone) , i was supper scared becasue i was getting my rook and double helix done. the young lady was super sweet and helped me answered all of my questions and we got the piercings done. although was being a baby , i sucked it up afterwards and got it all done ( didnt cry lol). but great setvice and great prices ! will definitely come again!!!

They are very thorough, clean, and even warned me about the potential of the peircing going wrong(due to the style of the ring) However, Dona, who pierced my ear, cleaned me up after and said that it will heal just fine.I have no complaints at all and this place is just amazing. Very clean shop, very informative staff. I had my ears pierced decades ago and wanted them re-pierced. We discovered that only one ear had actually closed up so I was only charged to repierce one ear! Very very positive experience.

I went on 9/1 to Mr B’s for nipple piercings.I was extremely nervous and went alone. The young lady behind the counter greeted me right away and answered all of my questions in a professional and friendly manner. While filling out the form she went to set up the room for me.I immediately assumed that a male piercer was coming to do it. Shame on me but based on my piercings… they were all done by men. I felt relieved that a female was actually piecing my nipples. Sara/Sarah walked me thru all of the steps and after care! She doubled checked the markings multiple times to be sure that the holes lined up straight across.Considering the sensitivity of the nipples, She was quick and gentle at the same time. It was about 4 seconds of pain. Sara explained to me for the 2nd time the after care process and additional Dos/Don’t! She also explained that it takes about 6-12 months to completely heal. I can honestly say… I’m now on Day 3 with minimal pain. I was so lucky to have this young lady as my piercer.Additional Feedback!Shop was clean!Piercer Sara was very clean and used proper supplies needed!I apologize if I spelled her name incorrectly but if you need a piercer. I suggest you call Mr. B’s and ask for Sara/Sarah.Thank You 🤩

My mom, my daughter, and I all had piercings done here with Donna the other day. My daughter is 5 and they made her feel very comfortable. Donna checked several times that they were even and put us all at ease. My mom had her ear lobe done and I had a daith piercing. The front desk was also very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and will be returning!!

I had a great experience getting a piercing here! Prices were very reasonable, the whole building was clean and well kept, and everyone was super friendly. They also have a decent sized selection of jewelry available for purchase. I liked that my piercer took a look at my other piercings and picked out jewelry that would match what I already had; it was a nice touch that showed he was paying attention and giving what I personally liked some consideration.

My wife and girls got their piercings here. The young lady who does the piercings was very patient with both my girls, especially when we both girls needed some encouragement to continue. Had a great experience. Will definitely return.

Originally I was planning on going to another tattoo and piercing place, but then found out the owner was writing fake reviews (happens quite a bit), so I decided to check out other locations and found Mr. Bs. I read the reviews on here and felt really confident this was the place I wanted to get my nipple piercings done. I figured it wouldnt hurt to check it out, and it was only 4 minutes down the road! This has been by far the best experience I had getting a piercing! Al was very calm and patient, and understanding about how nervous I was. He was very thorough with explaining the process and aftercare, and gave very good suggestions of ways to put me at ease during the process. I will absolutely come back in the future! This is an awesome establishment!

I had an accident and needed my lip ring removed from my face ASAP. Piercer at Mr Bs was the only person available in town I could find that day and did a great job figuring out how to cut it out of my lip despite the weirdness of the injury (it basically stapled into my lip) 10/10 so thankful I could do a last minute walk-in and get my face fixed!

I was a walk-in for a piercing today with Josh. Ive never been to the establishment before, but I must say the place is very well kept, clean, and welcoming. I explained the nature of what I wanted and Josh took very good care of me. I decided on a conch piercing. Josh took his time and was very professional. He answered all my questions and allowed me to make my own decision. He didnt influence me based off his own preferences and I really respect that. It was a great experience and I know I will be back if I ever decide to get more piercings.

I got my nose pierced here ages ago. I learned the hard way that changing a nose hoop yourself is not easy, but I had to do it recently for a surgery. Needless to say when I put the hoop back in, I mangled it. Josh was able to shape the hoop back to a perfect circle and close it completely. Best place to get piercings!! Clean environment and employees are super enthusiastic. You do not have to schedule an appointment for piercings etc. Prices are a little high end but are worth it since your piercings won’t get infected. Employees are very comforting and understanding if you are nervous about getting a piercing. Definitely recommend if you want a nose piercing. I really love how they do not use piercing guns because those can get jammed.

I went in to get help changing out my daith piercing and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Donna. She was very friendly and told me right away that she could absolutely help me. She looked at what I wanted done and what jewelry I brought as well as what they had in the store. She gave me multiple options but said she would try my jewelry first. Mine didn’t work so I bought one of theirs for cheap and she put it in with ease. I love it and I’m definitely going back for my next piercing.

It was clean but not consistent and disorganized.The guy at front passed pens and clipboards between multiple patron with out sanitizing them or offering a new pen and also seemed a bit clueless like he had never been up front before. None of the staff were wearing masks. We were taken back on time for piercings (2 in my party made an appointment for 6pm.) Patrons that walked in after us werent wearing masks and werent asked to. There was an issue about who the appointment was for with them in particular. We over heard mainly because it had to do with the girl who was assisting us. Our girl was great as she did lots of explaining and was very patient, nice and made sure everything was clean.(new needles, new gloves between us) She was great and professional up until in the mist of doing my piercing she started screaming at the guy who was supposed to be handling the check-ins about messing up the appointment again. He started going on about it and she walked out to talk with him. She came back in and finished me up and then just complained about the guy. Then as we were walking out the people who had the issue confronted him since they were originally helped by him and he basically took zero responsibility and seemed very apathetic toward the entire situation.Seems a bit bit more disorganized for my liking.Id go back for piercings but I wouldnt get a tattoo done there based on the disorganization alone. (This is in no way a judgment on their skill as I have only gotten a piercing from them once)

I got my nose pierced a year ago and it was a great experience, sadly I forget the girls named but she was very nice and did a great job. A few days later the jewelry got pulled out, but I went back and they put it back in for me and they guy was very nice and made me laugh while he was putting it In! Will definitely be coming my for my next piercing and my boyfriends first.

I used to really like going to this place and drove 40 minutes out of my way just to go there however after having some staff leave and the owners daughter was the person you had to deal with I stopped going. She just had no understanding of what good customer service is and was in many ways rude the way she talks to individuals. Somehow she felt that she was entitled to do whatever she wanted to do or talk to you have if you wanted to because her father owned the shop. However, I guess I mistake was that this is not the only tattoo shop and I can always take my service other places and that is exactly what I did. I will never use the shop and definitely do not recommend it to anyone anymore.

I went in December to get my ears pierced, piercer was super friendly but had i ended up having to get both of my tragus piercings removed as they had both formed Keloids and I have never had keloids form on any of my piercings… Will not be going back

I went to Mr. Bs to get my belly button pierced and had a great experience! Al did my piercing. He was so nice and made me feel very comfortable with getting my belly button pierced (I was nervous leading up to it--especially because I have a low pain tolerance). I had relatively minimal pain while getting the piercing, and six hours later I can barely feel any pain at all. Al did a great job with the piercing, and he made sure after to tell me exactly how to care for it, and to call or come in if I had any concerns. The customer service was amazing! I would definitely recommend Mr. Bs to anyone who is looking to get a piercing.

I went to Mr. Bs today to get my nose pierced, something Ive wanted for some years now. Upon going I was greeted by Al. I signed all the paper work and told him how scared I was, he was so nice and told me he would talk me through it and it would be super quick. He told me the best place he thought I should get it for my nose shape. We agreed on the spot, next think I know, my nose is pierced, it happened so quickly, I felt some pressure, but it wasnt anything to horrible. Really nice guy, clean environment, fast and reasonably priced. I recommend.

My 8yr old daughter got her ears pierced here. The staff was AWESOME! She was really nervous so they explained everything and were super nice & patient. They had 2 people working so they did both her ears at the same time. Equipment & room very clean, staff very professional. Her friends that had their ears done at the mall have dealt with infections but we havent had any problems at all in past 2 months.I highly reccomend Mr.Bs for younger kids ear piercings. It may seem weird going to tattoo parlor with your elementary age kid but they know what theyre doing!!

My 7 year old decided she was ready to have her ears pierced and we chose this shop based on reviews. Everyone was absolutely wonderful, welcoming, and patient with her and tagalong lil brother. They got us in and out super quick, made her comfy, and explained aftercare in great detail. Donna really took the time to place the piercings symmetrical and make sure my little one was at ease through the whole process. They also had a really nice selection of plain or sparkly, silver or gold studs.

I went to get an earlobe piercing a little over a month ago and noticed once I got home that it was crooked (the back was lower than the front). I let it heal because I figured it wouldn’t give me much trouble since I planned on wearing hoops, but my hoop piercing does not fall in place well and the hole is taking longer to heal. The service is fine but I wouldn’t recommend going here to get pierced since it doesn’t seem the piercer has much experience.

Last week I wanted to get my nipples pierced. All the shops close to me were either closed on Sundays, or didnt have piercers available that day, so I decided that I would head to Mr. Bs. They had stunning reviews, and I thought a half hour away wasnt too bad. I walked in and met Al, my piercer. He made me comfortable (I was very shy) and as painless as possible. Everything was clean and new. Him and my boyfriend joked around and he gave me very specific instructions on how to care for my piercing, as well as the supplies to do so. One of the piercings began drifting upward after about 5 days and showing early signs of infection after about a week. Al told me when I was pierced to not hesitate to walk in if there was a problem, so after I noticed the infection I came right in. Al recognized me and took me back. He looked at them and assured me that it was normal, and sometimes piercings can drift. He took out the bar and repierced it with a whole new ring and supplies without charging anything. He then told me that he would give me a free piercing next time I came in for the inconvenience, so instead of waiting I got my belly button pierced as well. He was just as great the second time as the first, and even invited my boyfriend to ride motorcycles with him. He informed me on their group discounts, so next time I get a piercing Ill be bringing friends with me! I cant recommend Al enough!

OMG!!!! This place was beyond professional and punctual! Mr. Rob is AMAZING! He took his time but at the same time was quick. My tattoo was done under his time and the prices are very reasonable! This is one of the most memorable places I have been. They have the nicest people. We come here every birthday for a few years and a few members of the family to get ear piercings. They are extremely clean and beat any other place that pierces ears that I have been too.

I needed to have my helix piercings changed and my daith piercing examined to see if the hoop I had inserted myself was actually ok to keep in. I did not make an appointment. I was seen by Donna right away. I showed her the jewelry I wanted to switch out for my helix (I brought my own). She stated that she did not agree with my jewelry choice and she said the backing would be uncomfortable. Basically she advised against it. I told her I really like the stud and wanted to try it. Well, she was right. The stud was in for less than 48 hours before my ear my uncomfortable. I went back with the jewelry she told me to get in the first place and have her switch it out. I should have listened to her. She cleaned everything up and was very gentle.Fast forward about a month later: I told Donna that I had my tongue piercing for years. She looked at it and said that she might be able to use a taper tool to get a piercing back through. Taper needle didnt work but she tried. I asked her if she could re-pierce it in the same spot. Donna: no problem girl. I got this. Sure enough, she got it in EXACTLY in the same spot. Completely spot on. Perfect piercing. And because she literally got it through the same spot and it was not a completely fresh tongue piercing, the healing was NOTHING like it was the first time. It was uncomfortable but not painful. AND she remembered me from my helix incident and checked my ears to make sure everything look good and was healing. I returned to Donna later to have the long bar switched out to a shorter bar and once again, she was excellent as usual.I would highly recommend Donna. She was knowledgeable, precise, and made me feel comfortable.

Called about a walk in tattoo and they were able to get me in. Clean and professional shop. I did feel kind of rushed by the artist, quick and good tattooing tho. I would say if you’re looking for an artist who is going to chat with you and check in with you throughout the tattoo, maybe look somewhere else. If that stuff doesn’t matter to you then I say go for it.

Went there a couple days ago for the the first time for a tragus piercing. They gave me clear directions of how to take care of my piercing and even offered me to come back if I have any problems with it and they will do everything they can to help me save my piercing. Not only that, they were very professional and the shop was very clean. Looking forward to going back for more piercings.

Booked an appointment yesterday for today and the door was locked with no one inside. They are also conducting piercings, when the Maryland Department of Health is prohibiting it.Since I cannot reply to to the reply below, let me explain below the original message. I had booked an ear piercing appointment on Sunday, August 9th for Monday, August 10th at 6 PM. You clear mentioned that only ear piercings could be done on Monday, which is wait I scheduled for. Also, the reason I know piercings are not being conducted is because I went to a few shops after I was stood up and they all told me the same thing.

Got me septum done here and was terrified. The piercer was very kind and professional and talked me through the whole process and the piercing was done without a hitch! It’s coming on a year now since I’ve had it and it’s healed perfectly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a piercing

Nowhere else was open in Harford County on a Monday & my sister was visiting wanting her nose re pierced. Mr Bs charged double, $40 instead of $20 & didnt provide any paper instructions, although brief exchange on care was recommended. I feel if youre charging more, we should at least have a better experience.

DO NOT GET PIERCINGS OR TATTOOS HERE! I wish I would have not listened to the reviews for this shop. I will never go to another shop where people I know personally have not been. First the appointment my friend and I made was useless and after waiting over 30 minutes with an appointment the tattoo artist we scheduled wasn’t even available. Mr B himself did my friends tattoo and completely screwed it up and followed up with “please don’t give us a bad google review “. The tattoo I got done is also messed up as needle was not pressed hard enough in some places and now half of my tattoo is missing. I got my Tragus pierced and it was rejected by my body after migrating because the piercer was inexperienced and didn’t go through the correct spot according to a seasoned piercer who I had look at it. Not sure if I will ever be able to my Tragus done again due to the poor piercing job.

1/2 review 1/2 question. The young girl who did my nose piercing was so nice and did a great job.My question is, what is the gauge of the cork screw nose stud u have all new piercings use?? I cant get mine back in but I can get a straight stud in, so I want to get a stud that is the same gauge as the corkscrew stud since that is the gauge ur shop recommends.

My tattoo has received so many compliments. I do think they should invest in colors for different skin complexions since theres a thought that colors dont show on melanated skin (not true since I have multiple color tattoos). Although I wouldnt recommend as a first choice I wouldnt not recommend

Very unprofessional.Piercing Day:Walked in and no one greeted me. Person who did greet me (10 minutes after entering) had an attitude. I look at the piercings to see which one I want and there is literally no selection for starter nose piercings. You get one ring or you get nothing. Finally meet the piercer and it seems like i have to pull answers out of him. He was not willing to educate me about the piercing and the healing process at all. Just wanted to get me in and out. Piercing hurt and bled a lot. like a LOT. Gave me a sea salt packet and sent me on my way.3 months post piercing: Ive had 2 keloids, one on the inside and one on the outside. I was able to get rid of the one on the outside but now an ugly gray ring around my nose piercing and crust forming on the inside despite constant cleaning and tea tree oil. I think the jewelry used is contaminated as ive had multiple body piercings and never had a problem, keloid, or infection. I am upset because this is a piercing on my face and it looks disgusting and hideous. I regret getting my piercing done here. In their defense I should have known to walk out after the horrible customer service. Do not come here.

I went to go get my conch pierced. well after she put the needle in but before she put the stud in, the phone rang and she left to go get it. The girl piercing left the needle in my ear without putting the stud in. She was gone for like 3 minutes. Then came back to finish my piercing. Honestly I will never go back.

I went to tattoo artist named Michele to get an easy tattoo but what should of been an easy piece of work quickly turned to a nightmare after I realized the symbolic message I wanted on my back was messed up due to her not realizing she wrote an incorrect word in the quote. I already had a couple of red flags that I should of payed attention to! The main one being that she took several days to respond back to me to verify that I had an appointment with her that week. I had to reach out multiple times and talk to different people on the phone just to get in contact with her. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST GOING TO THIS TATTOO ARTIST BECAUSE NOW I HAVE TO FIND A BRAND NEW ARTIST, SPEND MORE MONEY, AND FIGURE OUT HOW TO COVER UP THIS MISTAKE!!! I took my daughter here to get her ears pierced. Donna was very professional and did a great job with both the piercing and explaining the aftercare for her ears.

So I called ahead of time to let them know that me and my best friend were getting 1 word each. I originally called to ask if they could fit us in today and he said yes. I even mentioned that it would take 43 minutes to get there and he said that it was fine. I’m 12 minutes away and decided to call again to make sure only to hear that they are no longer available. I understand the concept of first come first serve but dude told me ahead of time that he could fit us in for sure.

This was my 3rd tattoo and this was by far the best experience. Staff was so friendly! John did a great job with both my boyfriend and my tattoos. Very clean. I would recommend them to anyone.

One time I was having issues with a nose piercing because I’m allergic to nickel, they gave me a surgical steel stud and took ten minutes putting it in because it was mis-shapen. I developed a keloid from the trauma they inflicted on my piercing AND because surgical steel is in fact NOT hypoallergenic as they claimed. They need to update themselves on what metals are hypoallergenic.

Anytime I get piercings I always come here! They have done both of my daughters and my piercings. They do very well and piercers are very nice and knowledgeable.

So Joe helped me design my new tattoo and add a piece for my Dad who recently passed. It turned out so great I could not have asked for a better tattoo and person to do my tattoo!! Joe is very professional and has over 30 years doing tattoos and drawings! He is one of the best and has many followers and people wanting him to do work on them. Really expensive for work that looks mediocre at best. Have two tats from them and the most recent one (done a month ago) already looks patchy. Tried to get a touch up but the guy said he’d be “busy” for weeks. Touch up would take maybe ten minutes since the tat only took 20 the first time. Don’t waste your time.

Amazing place! I came in a few minutes early for my appointment and they took me in. They were super friendly and welcoming. The woman that pierced me was such a sweetheart!! ( I am SO sorry I cant remember her name) She made me feel so relaxed and explained what was going to happen in enough detail that I was at ease. When it was done she walked me through after care instructions and was quick to compliment me on how it looked! I walked away feeling so happy and excited. I will not need to go anywhere else anymore! I know Im silly in the pictures but Im just so happy!!

I got my bellybutton pierced here about a year ago and they were absolutely amazing it was quick and easy and no pain at all ! In definitely going back to get other piercings !

Great place! I had my earlobes pierced and they were quick and efficient about it and were very kind and helpful in explaining the process so I knew what to expect.

I came here for a tattoo because my grandparents had recommended the place and said they prices fairly. Maybe they only price fairly for fairer skinned people (My grandpa is white. My nana is Puerto Rican)I came to get my first tattoo. Tiny thing. On my wrist. Paid $120 for it. Jay did my tattoo. I got it done less than a year ago and it has already faded tremendously. Very disappointed

They are clean and the receptionist was a sweetheart. My daughter and I got matching tattoos and the artist was very honest with us from the beginning and helped me pick a place for the tattoo that would stay.....instead of on the side of my foot.

I took my 4 year old daughter to get her ears pierced on Sunday. She didnt cry or complain about them hurting once ! Super clean - friendly staff ! Totally recommend them !!!

This has been my go to tattoo place for years. I go to Mike Brennan for all my work now and highly recommend him. This is a very clean studio. The staff members are friendly and professional. Avoid scratchers and go here instead.
