Grace is awesome. She keeps it real and always has a new style every time I come see her with my boyfriend to get some more piercings. She has the best prices I’ve seen for piercings.I’m 6 months into my nose piercing and it’s looking good. Thank you for everything. I’ll be back for more (:

First off my star rating and review is not based on the shop as a whole nor against all of the artists!! My rating is based upon my personal experience with the artist who did my work. Me and my 3 sisters all went to get new ink. Kayla was very personable and handled all our stencils. She did an awesome job on my 2 sisters tattoos and her rates were reasonable. The guy who did mine and my other sisters (Sorry, I don’t know his name). As he didn’t tell me. Nor did he say anything except ask about the placement of my stencils. He did my sisters tiny tattoo and didn’t speak to her either. Once he finished her tattoo. He grabbed his backpack and was gonna bounce! I had to stophim to give him a tip . He didn’t speak while doing my tattoos so I didn’t know how much mine were. We figured since we came in as a group we’d pay once everyone was finished. He had to be called to get the price for my less than a size of a fingernail tattoo and a 2 word tattoo that is small as well. No color, no shading, just tracing. He told them for the 30 minutes it took him to do both my tiny tattoos $160. I got a big jellyfish on my other forearm ELSEWHERE that included COLORS, SHADING & the artist adding his own personal touches and conversation the whole hour and half doing that tattoo $120. And I paid $160 tonight. What a rip off!!!!! I’d definitely go back to the shop. But I’d give my business to Kayla. The other 2 guys were very funny and social. Again my review ISIN’T AGAINST the WHOLE SHOP or ANY OTHER ARTISTS in the shop. Go see the artists in there for reasonable prices. If ya wanna get ripped off see the guy who did mine. The fingernail sized palm tree on my finger and the Love you in my deceased father’s writing. $160!! The dolphin on my other forearm $60 and my jellyfish $120 I got from Kosmic tattoo in Fort Lauderdale. You do the math!!

I love this place! They are wonderful people! Have gotten a few tattoos and so did my daughter. Going back for a few more next month. Gotten piercing done as well and my daughter did too. Grace is awesome and so helpful on after care. Strongly suggest this place

GRACE I can’t say enough good about this woman and professional piercer. She took us last minute, walked us thru every step of the way, gave us after care products complimentary, made us feel right at home and comfortable. I live a little ways out but I will never go anywhere else! She made me feel so relaxed. Please don’t go anywhere else go to GRACE AT MERIDIAN LINE TATTOO IN OAK PARK YOULL BE SO GRATEFUL YOU DID . She is beyond the best at her passion.

Walked in for a tattoo coverup, and could not have been anymore delighted. Employees were friendly, price was great and my artist Kayla did a wonderful job with a fine line piece. I recommend to anyone in the area!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND GETTING A TATTOO WITH JOSMER (guy with the curly hair) two weeks ago I walked in and asked for a cherry tattoo which he told me it’s be $40 but the limit to get a tattoo was spending $80 so I’d told him that if I could get the cherry tattoo that same day and I would go for another one in two weeks which we had agreed on a small name and all together it would be $90 so that’s what happened I got my cherry tattoo paid $90 and told him I’d be back in two week he said yes everything was agreed on he said he would remember to not worry. I go back today to get the small name, i walking in saying “hi im back for the name tattoo u got time, u remember I got the cherry tattoo” he says yeah come on in and starts working on the tattoo everything is going good until he’s done and I ask him respectfully “do i owe you anything just to be sure “ he replied,” well yes the tattoo” and I’m like “ what do u mean..,” and I proceeded to explain to him I had already paid him and what we had agreed on that’s when he started acting brand new first he said I just paid for the cherry tattoo and told him I’d be back then he said I didn’t pay him nothing at all and that when I went to get the cherry tattoo I just left without paying. Like be so for real who let’s someone leave without paying for a tattoo .NOBODY . So the I start telling him to please remember to check the cameras everything but he’s just saying I didn’t pay him and well I had to pay $40 more because he kept saying I didn’t paying him nothing. I honestly left this place crying idk if it because I’m about to get my period but I was honestly so upset about this. And totally blame him for the “miscommunication”

Go get an awesome experience and a gorgeous piercing with grace!! She makes absolute sure that youre comfortable and ready, and shes hilarious too, you might have to redo the dots once or twice from laughing lol I cant wait to come back ❤️

I called first, because I wanted to get a price on nose piercing. I Spoke To A Lady named Grace, (Piercings By Grace). I Told her what I wanted to have done and she gave me the Price that I thought was reasonably. When I got there, which was the same day I called and I Asked for Her. Grace was Very Nice and Friendly to talk to. She explained everything to Me. I filled out the form You need , giving Permission and what to expect before and after you have the Piercing done. I just wanted the basic nose piercing. Lastly, Meridian Line Tattoo Studio is A Very Pleasant and Clean Place. And Professional. I Do plan on going back to have a Tattoo done Also. I Wasnt trying to write a novel. LoL! Oh! I Am Very Pleased with My Piercing.

I’ve been to a few tattoo shops and this one is by far the best. Daryl does an awesome job and takes his time. Makes you feel very comfortable like home. Grace is amazing as well. I’ll never go anywhere else!! ❤️

I went here three days ago for my very first piercings (septum first, then regular ear lobes). I was excited and terrified and Grace was incredible. Everything was explained and her tools sanitized. She made me feel safe and comfortable. If I feel brave enough to do another piercing, I would absolutely go to her!

Went to get my nose pierced and learned a lot of new information on piercings and how to make a homemade solution to keep them clean! Going back soon the get the other side of my nose pierced with a Friend!

Was searching for a clean and professional tattoo piercing place and came across this tattoo shop in Berwyn. Grace is the piercer who did my nose piercing. She was amazing! The quality of customer service she provided was outstanding! From the moment that I called the shop to the questions asked and answer were just very professional. I am very pleased with my nose piercing! Will definitely recommend for anyone in the area to stop by make sure you ask for Grace!

I took my daughter for her septum piercing. I was nervous about it but they make you feel comfortable and explain the whole process and answer all and any questions. I will definitely be going back for myself and I recommend this place .

I literally am so happy that I went to this place. The nice woman Named GRACE who did my piercing was so professional and my nose ring didnt even hurt when she pierced it it she did a wonderful job. I accidentally went to a different place around there and got treated horrible I left that place and came here Im so happy I did they are very professional they are very clean I highly recommend this place.I just wanted to add in that Grace told me she has been doing piercings for over 20 years. Its hard to find their office it is not on the corner it is on the streets in the middle its hard to find remember that. Make sure when you go there you tell them that you seen my review and that I said Grace was the most calming and wonderful piercer and person Ive ever came in contact in my life. I accidentally went to the wrong place like I said cuz they moved their location and the guy that was going to do my piercing at the other place scared me to where I ran out and Im so glad that Grace did my piercing. Make sure when you call you actually know that this is m e r i d i a n line tattoo do not go to the other place because you will regret it. This is the best place I ever been to Im going back to get another piercing from her cuz I had such a great experience.

I got my septum done here and the woman was so sweet and talked to me throughout the process. I wish I would’ve gotten her name again but she was so nice and gave me helpful tips on how to care for my new piercing.

Went here today randomly and got my nose pierced and I can’t remember the girl who did it but she was mad dope and was so nice. Didn’t even hurt! I cant wait to come back and get more😏

The lady who does the piercings is a professional she makes sure your comfortable and gets the job done smooth and almost pain free she moves quick so you won’t feel any discomfort and it’s just a nice experience

I am honestly just so disappointed with the work that the piercer, Grace did for me. I went in to get a septum piercing because I had wanted one for years. I lay down on her table, she gets everything ready, and she pierces me with a needle. My dad was there and said he heard a nasty crack. I didnt think anything of it. So she pulled the needle out, and went to put the ring in (apparently theres a way that the ring is supposed to go in with the needle, but no, I got mine done wrong). But she couldnt get it through. So she sat there for over 15 minutes with a finger jammed up each nostril massaging it through while I couldnt breathe because my nose is blocked. She finally gets it through and I get my paper work and my after care instructions and all that. Then she charged me $20 more than 3 people on the staff quoted me. I also saw the septum piercing prices posted all over the shop, and I was ripped off, big time. I didnt say anything because Im a wimp and I just wanted to leave. As its healing, I notice a few things. Theres the tell tale bump on either side of the piercing, which means the piercing went through cartilage (septum piercings are NOT supposed to go through cartilage) and the piercing is at least half an inch farther into my nose than it should be. The crack my dad heard was from the cartilage.The piercing was also crooked. Im just so sad and disappointed because Ive been with this piercing waiting for it to get better for two whole months now and I feel like Ive wasted a lot of time. I was also over charged and now Ill have to take the ring out, wait months for it to heal and pay to have someone else do it right. I feel like Ive been ripped off and duped. Ive already wasted so much time and money on this. Please do not get piercings here. Please do your research and choose a better spot.

Grace took her time in answering all my questions regarding the daith piercing, placed all steril equipment in front of me and opened in front of me! Sterilization of course is a big plus in this industry! Prices are reasonable and talk directly with Grace about all inquiries that you may have prior to having any work performed. The key is to respect the artist and the work they provide so you in turn can leave highly satisfied. Thanks Grace for not only being patient with my nervousness but also being professional every step of the way! YOU ROCK TOOTS!

So I went in today because my cheek piercing that I got somewhere else fell out and the one I had in as replacement was too small.. The lady here was super helpful and switched out my piercing she was soo perfessional and educated me I cannot thank her enough!!

I got a couple of piercings here and I loved everything! From the safety measures to the actual piercings. Grace was wonderful :) will definitely recommend to others or come back myself for more piercings!

Very unprofessional. I messaged then around a year ago saying i was saving up for a tattoo and was looking for a place with an artist who could do detailed work. I wanted to discuss what they recommend for my particular situation. I figured they would at least reply but they never did. I tried again a month or 2 ago on facebook and once again, no reply. Only this time it says that they saw the message and chose to ignore it. I had to write a second review because they just posted on my last that they didnt take me seriously? You should not take then seriously if you want to actually discuss what you want done. I wamted to know how much it was going to be for what i wanted a year ago so i knew what to save up for. Now that i have the money i will be taking it else where. No communicative skills is NOT what you want from a place who needs to listen before permanently marking your body. VERY disappointed.I will post my facebook message below.

Darrell was very professional and meticulous and the price was great. I already have 2 more tattoos in the near future for him to do. I highly recommend his shop.
