23rd Street Body Piercing since 1995

I will preface this with all of my piercings (minus lobes) done here. When I decided to have a chest dermal done they were the only ones I would think to trust.I had the dermal placed Jan 23 on my chest. During the piercing he said the base dropped to the floor and he needed to get another one, no biggie. About six months after the placement I could very clearly feel something protruding under my skin where the lower part of the base should be, when they examined it they said it was just how it was sitting. I have fought with infections since the piercing, which I do understand is a risk with these types of piercings.Fast forward to today when I had my doctor remove it, turns out the original base was never dropped, but rather was placed upside down under a SECOND base placed above which held the jewelry. Im not sure if he didnt want to dig it out or was just in a hurry, regardless, this was not a professional result. So what Ive been feeling was another anchor, which was never going to allow healing to happen and left me with perpetual infections.I called before writing this review, I never really received a response other than they dont keep track of who does the piercing, only who sells the jewelry. Seems like in order to keep proper infection control, you would need to know who sterilized the jewelry, and who placed it. Just all very iffy.For the amount of money charged for piercings and jewelry, I would hope for a better conscience when it comes to leaving foreign bodies and correctly piercing your clients.

I recommend this business. 👍👍We came here on a Saturday. They open at noon, and we arrived less than 10 minutes later. Parking was kinda of a pain, but we didn’t have to walk far.The line was already 15 people deep, but it moved fast with 3 people working the registers. The glass cabinets in the lobby are full of a CRAZY selection of wood, glass, metal and plastic jewelry to fit any and all piercings.We arrived, ordered and chose jewelry, and had 2 people through piercings and finished right at one hour later. I was shocked at the pace. The lobby was packed the entire time we were there, but the line rarely stood still long.This place is staffed with true professionals. As a girl dad, I had no idea what to expect. The folks at the counter were quick to answer my questions and helped us select jewelry that was safe, appropriate, and affordable. I REALLY, REALLY appreciated Yasmeen’s help with this. She was quite patient and understanding with all my questions.When we got called to the back for the procedures, Kayli was our piercer. Another true pro. She was so calm and confident that our entire group was at ease through both sets of piercings. She was quick, clean, accurate, and VERY friendly with my daughter.Thanks Yasmeen and Kayli! My daughter was ecstatic with your work.Strong work all around, and we will use this place again if we need holes poked😀.I could go here just to people watch. The sheer variety of tattoos and piercings I saw in/on the employees here was almost overwhelming. Someone at this store had an example of every piercing I’ve ever seen, and a whole lot I didn’t even know you could do. I mean that as the biggest compliment. Those folks walk the walk. I don’t think I would want anyone else piercing my kid’s ears.***This place is not the cheapest, but I would bet money you will not find a cleaner, more sanitary place to have piercings done outside of a hospital. There is no 17 year old with a squeeze gun. New, sterile equipment and jewelry. Installed by well trained adults. Clean, comfortable, private rooms.

Ashly did an amazing job on my nostril piercing. She was kind, professional, and explained the process and aftercare thoroughly. I’ve been coming to 23rd St Body Piercing for a little over a year and a half. I’ve gotten 8 piercings here and countless more pieces of gold jewelry from them. I’ve been pierced by Ashly and Rob who both blew my expectations out of the water.Before coming to 23rd Street Body Piercing I had a few traumatic experiences whilst getting pierced, but they were quick to comfort and reassure me that it didn’t have to be that way. I am so thankful to have found a forever piercer in Ash, who is super knowledgeable, experienced, and professional! I highly recommend 23rd Street Body Piercing to everyone I speak to about my piercings!

Amazing work as always! Got my flat/cartilage piercing yesterday. Studio was clean and everyone was super helpful and professional. There is a reason this is the only studio Ill ever use!

Ashley was my piercer, she had great bedside manners and was very knowledgeable. Danny is such an awesome artist! My daughter asks for piercings for bday presents, so we come here at least once a year. Danny always does so great. Hes funny and personable, and he really knows his craft. He takes the time to explain the process and answer any questions. Inevitably, I tend to bring in 3 people at a time to get piercings (its like girls going to the bathroom, always in packs, right? 😂) and he takes it in stride (so sorry about that!). Actually, everyone is great here! One of the girls wanted her tongue pierced but wasnt able to due to anatomical issues. (I think India?) talked to her about it and explained why. Thanks for taking the time to explain that to her. She was bummed but knew the reasons why, so that made a world of difference! Yeah, long story short, well keep coming back here. Thanks guys! 💕

Cannot express how thrilled I am with my experience here at 23rd St Body Piercing. First walking into a very welcoming environment. The lady who checked us in was very knowledgeable and helped my friend and I out with all information and aftercare products. For being a walk in the wait time was not long at all given how busy they were on a weekend. Shane did our piercings and he was very professional and clean. All surfaces are cleaned between clients and equipment is sterile and newly opened for each piercing. The experience was very easy, comfortable and quick. All of our questions were answered and aftercare was gone over thoroughly. Needless to say I will be going here for all of my piercing needs from now on. Thank you Shane and staff for a wonderful experience!

I recently got a piercing here and it was phenomenal. My piercer was India and she was awesome! Very professional, nice, calming, and all around a great person to get pierced from. Also, the front staff was great as well. Highly recommend.

I got my septum pierced here, and it was a wonderful experience!The staff was super helpful and kind, the rooms were clean and private, and the jewelry you can choose from is beautiful!They opened new needles and everything in front of me, and told me everything I needed to know. They answered all our questions as well! It took like two seconds to pierce, and around a minute to get the jewelry piece in.My piercing was around $82. The septum piercing fee was $30, my jewelry was around $40, and the aftercare spray was $8.I will definitely come here again for the rest of my piercings I plan to get.

Best piercing experience ever! Incredibly kind staff and welcoming atmosphere. My girlfriend and I got our eyebrows and noses pierced, and it was such an easy, smooth experience. Shane did my nose & my sisters belly button, he did an AMAZING job keeping her calm, making her comfortable & doing a super quick & efficient job. She was terrified going in & he was so patient & kind with her. He also did my nose very quick & smooth, didn’t hurt near as bad as I expected. 10/10 would recommend him & use him again for any piercings!

Always a good experience from the kind folks at the counter, to the piercers (I get piercings, not tattoos) who can be very talkative or about business. Never a bad interaction or made to feel a certain way. The ideas in my head may not work out but the honesty, information and safety is appreciated and taken at 100%. Hours are good. After 5 can be busy and plan to wait. Have your idea and jewelry in your head or have pictures. The jewelry choice are extensive. Pieces can be pricey. Please remember to tip! Yes, tip. I said it and stand by what I said!

Came here a year ago to get my tongue pierced for my 17th birthday. Had the absolute best experience. The guy that did my piercing was super sweet, energetic, and super funny and entertaining. Made the whole experience less stressful and cracked some jokes afterwards. Will 💯% be coming back for all my piercings and tattoos!!

Ive been coming here for years and have several piercings. Always had a great experience. Today, I just went in to get a shorter post for my tragus. The girl who helped me at the front counter asked if I wanted a piercer to put it back in for me and I said yes because I have long nails and its a pain. Danny took me back and got it put in for me, quick and easy. He was so nice and was glad to help even though I wasnt paying for a service that day. Didnt make me feel like a bother at all. While I was there, I asked him about getting my nose pierced. I have a big nose and have always been on the fence because of where I thought it might need to be pierced and if it would look good. He took extra time to show me where he would pierce it and why he would pierce it there. It honestly was the perfect spot so he walked me back up to the front so I could pick out jewelry. Without talking to him, I probably wouldnt have done it today. I wish I had gotten the girls name at the front counter who answered all my questions today because she was so nice and helpful too. When Danny took me back to the room again, he explained everything again to make me feel comfortable. Hes super easy to talk to and that helped the nerves so much. He even explained to me about how their autoclave works which was neat. haha I dont plan to have anything else pierced, at least not for a while. But if I do, Ill definitely ask for him and Ill be recommending him to everyone.

Nice selection of 18K gold body jewellery. I was served very well by Weston, please ask for him if you go in! The have precious gems VS diamonds and other grade AA emeralds, rubies and garnets etc. I’ll be coming back for a few more pieces soon! Thankyou

I took a volleyball to the face, losing the jewel piece of my nose ring (thankfully, the base stayed in). My usual piercing store was closed, because it was Memorial Day.The store had a line, but that didnt bother me. Standard service at the desk, the piercer was nice (everyone was). Nothing negative stood out. I would go there again, they have a really pretty jewelry selection (the biggest Ive seen so far).

I got my bellybutton pierced here a few years ago after being told years previously it was not anatomically correct to pierce. I had since lost weight and wanted to give it a shot. My piercer as well as another staff member assured me that I did have the anatomy for a floating navel and there would not be complications. I ended up paying 110 for it, did all of the aftercare right, and not even 2 months afterwards it had completely rejected and fell out, leaving a gaping hole in my bellybutton. I tried all of the scar creams while it was healing and 3 years later it is still a dark red, protruding scar that has misshaped my bellybutton (it is my biggest insecurity). I regret coming here and having them tell me that it would work when in reality I paid over 100 dollars for a deformed bellybutton that will last a lifetime.

Stopped in while on vacation! They were busy and booked on the weekend and I know why! I stopped back in during the week to get my nose pierced and was greeted and helped with all questions I had about healing and jewelry and the piercing was done perfectly and pain free!! Absolutely stopping back in when I come back to OKC!!! Thanks guys!

Shane was incredibly friendly and very educational about what red flags to look for in piercing procedures from different body shops. This was the first time I had gotten my ears repierced since high school and the knowledge and respect the staff exhibited really eased a lot of any anxiety I had about it. These are true professionals who respect their clientele and go the extra mile to make sure you have a sanitary piercing and that you are happy with the end result. Definitely plan to visit again! Went in for both nostril piercing and my piercer Kait was really nice and professional. she made sure I was happy with the placement and made me feel comfortable, it was so quick! I went in there and it was pretty packed but managed to get out within 30 minutes, however I do feel like the people at the front desk could have better attitudes. except for the guy that helped me which was awesome I believe his name was will? I’m not sure ! But over all very pleasant experience and I’m healing pretty good, I would come back 🥰

Took my teenage daughter her to get her first piercing! The lady at the counter was very knowledge, and answered all our questions. The guy who did the piercing was extremely nice, and understood my daughters fear, he talked her through it, and put her at ease for the piercing. Highly highly recommend!

Danny is amazing. Very handsome too. Everyone should get pierced by him and give him pizza and a high five for being a cool guy. The other piercers are great but Danny is greater.

Due to recent medical ailments I hadnt been able to wear earrings for 5 years, needless to say, all my piercings had closed. I knew several people who had piercings done from 23rd Street BP. The shop was so clean and the staff was so professional. As a nurse, cleanliness and sterile technique is so important to me. The young lady who did my piercings explained step by step what she was doing and used sterile technique every step of the way. I had no concerns getting my ears pierced there and have already planned several more piercings there. Highly highly recommend this shoppe. I will definitely use them again.

Quick, sterile, low-cost piercings! Their piercers are the best around and were super patient with my 15-year-old. They only take walk-ins, no appointment. Parents, if your child is under 18, you must have their original birth certificate in hand for them to get pierced.

I’ve always heard great things about this place, I went to get my nipples pierced and they messed one of them up so I took it out and went up there. Someone repierced it and it was still done wrong. I took them both out after that and haven’t been back since…No compensation or refund for them messing up twice. They didn’t even seem to care.

Shane did an awesome job of explaining everything, being very clean, and doing the piercings with no blood whatsoever. He did my daith and both upper lobes. Great experience. I will be back. And dont grinch about the price, you get what you pay for. I went with simple jewelry for my healing process but they have some pretty neat stuff, all gold or white gold, with titanium posts, or gold posts if youre feeling extra.

I had an appt scheduled with Ashly. She walked me through what I was wanting to know more about very thoroughly and ultimately recommended against stretching my ears due to my profession that requires me take them out daily, so I took her expert guidance. Highly recommend her and the staff at 23rd, they are very professional and good communicators as well!

5 stars earned entirely by Shane Henderson. He was fun to interact with while 3 of us got pierced. We asked 21 questions and he had 22 answers. Minor hiccup at the cash register (wrong jewrley) was caught by Mr. Henderson and was easily rectified. Finally; he was able to determine, at a glance, that my wifes ears were still pierced. A couple tapers later and he proved his experience (again) AND saved us the piercing fee. We will return for more stabs!! Thank you Shane!! 🤙

I walked in yesterday, the 19th of july, and i was pierced by india! she was great and helped me gain my confidence to muster up the courage to get a septum and two of my ears piercing. i’ll definitely be back to get additional piercings.

Okay so first when I went in there there was a whole bunch of people like you couldnt even sit down, Which I thought was a good thing at first. Then we went to the back and the lady was really professional and they did a ok job with the actual piercings. When I went to leave they gave me a pamphlet but didnt really explain what to do for the aftercare, and they do not give you any products for after care. They dont give out the mouthwash or even sell the mouthwash there at all and they dont give you the saline solution or anything at all for after care. Saline solution is bought separately. Every other piercing shop Ive ever went to has gave you a to go bag full of all these aftercare essentials you need to take care of your piercing so it dont get infected. I never go there again.

From the moment you walk in, you know you are in a place that is at the top of its class. I did a lot of searching to find the right place to take my daughter for a nose piercing and the results were amazing 👏. The front desk staff and the piercing artist were 1st class. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made my daughter feel at ease with her jewelry selection. They didnt push for any type of products or make her feel like she was rushed to make a selection. I will be bringing her back here for her future piercings.

It was okay, but the customer service could definitely do better. Shop was nice, selection was good, price was a bit high but its jewelry…the only thing that sucked was the service. The female at the front desk was okay. Not very helpful, but not rude either…the woman who pierced me was pretty bad. Just felt like a very robotic interaction, with no emotion or care, just trying to get me in and out. My questions were answered with no elaboration at all. Just felt like a bother to them that I was there. If you don’t like your job, find another one. Piercing people is a pretty fun career to have, you shouldn’t be bothered to be there. I was very courteous, saying please and thank you, and even left a tip, but honestly regretting it. I think I’ll go elsewhere next time. I won’t name any names, but do better.

I keep giving this shop a chance but every time it turns out bad. I got a nose piercing here and had to go back because the piercer did it too far back. Then I went to get second lobe piercings, they did it terribly as well. The piercers should know where to pierce at. Im not the piercer. Im tired of giving this shop money and too many chances.

Love this place! I have been pierced here several times, always had a good interaction until this time around. That’s why it got 4 stars. The customer service was lacking. The girl checking us in was rude. And talked to us like we were stupid bc we didn’t know the state laws. She started off rude, and I was trying to explain where I was coming from when asking about a minor piercing, she kept talking over me. Eventually bc I was overwhelmed with everything going on in the shop, and then her rude attitude, I snipped a little bit. But realized what I did and was trying to be extra nice to show I was sorry I didn’t mean it. But she was absolutely horrible after that! Also if you’re gonna go talk sh*t about your customers, please go do it out of ear shot, not where they can still hear you. So that just made me feel even worse. But my piercer was fantastic and as usual did a GREAT job! Will of course be back, won’t let one rude girl stop me! 😊

It was all super great! Went smoothly and asked if I was okay multiple times, really chill! Mostly leaving this review cause I tipped my piercer when they were turned around, and they didn’t see it, and I feel like they were waiting for a tip before I left and it’s haunting me. This will keep me awake for weeks.

Danny did an amazing job of explaining and staying in constant communication throughout the entire process. Recommend DANNY to everyone. This is a man who cares about what he does and how he does it.

I’ve purchased multiple rose gold threadless tragus earrings because they have fallen out. Not once did they ever bend the post to secure it. I specifically go in to purchase and have them put it in for the reassurance that it is being placed by a “professional”. I love their selection of BVLA jewelry but I will never spend another dime here just to have to replace my jewelry because it wasn’t placed properly.

One of this worst places to get piercings done, they over charge on everything. And they turned my girlfriend away because they said she was too fat to get pierced. Almost anywhere else is better than this place. Don’t go here just because everyone knows about it, look up some other places. We went to this badass guy named Justin at “tattoos and piercings near me”

Super informative and friendly! Have gotten my nostril (1+ year) and lip (1 week) pierced here. Recently when I went to get my lip done they helped me change my nostril jewelry too. Definitely the most professional and helpful piercing shop in the OKC metro 👍

If you dont make an appt. be prepared to wait. Thats not a hit or dig on the place, just shows how popular they are. Super clean shop and great staff. We drive from Shawnee to go here, so again shows how great this place is.

Frank was my piercer today and he was AWESOME. I drove from Tulsa to OKC to see him for my Jestrum piercing & he made this experience very personable and comfortable, I was not nervous at all. 10/10 visit, I 100% recommend Frank & 23rd St Body Piercing!

Do not pay attention to the hours they have posted - I went in on a Sunday at 5:30 only to be informed that they stop accepting clients 1.5 hours before the store closes (on Sundays this is at 7pm). Double checked their website and instagram and they have nothing posted about this rule. Excited to go to Rowan since they do appointments and do not mislead their clients.

I NEVER leave reviews of places but feel compelled to for this place. Over a year ago I went in to get a triple helix piercing and later to get them downsized. They have still not healed after taking the utmost care of them and sleeping on a travel pillow. I went to a different piercing shop today to have the jewelry removed and found out that all 3 had been pierced at an angle and because they were pierced with flat-backs, they had been digging into the back of my ears at an angle and causing a ton of pain.I probably spent over $200 for the basic jewelry offered and services. Not to mention the front desk girls I interacted with were not kind or easy to talk to and offered very little information. My piercer (male) also cussed the whole time and talked about inappropriate things making me super uncomfortable.SO disappointed with my experience and in my opinion, the high prices and >hour long wait is not worth it. I’m sure other piercings are fine here but I would NOT recommend helix piercings here. I should have had them taken out sooner but still endured over a year of pain and frustration because of this. No mention to me of them being pierced wrong when I had them downsized either and was blamed for the issues I was having.

Absolutely favorite place to come and get a piercing, I’ve came twice to get my nose pierced, twice to get my naval, and just recently had to come get my daith jewelry switched because the place I went to previously pierced with a curved barbell. They are always so nice and helpful! Worth the wait in the very long lines!

I went on Tuesday and the guy there said just bring a I D and we can do her eyebrow piercing then I went back on Saturday and the lady said we need a birth certificate and a state I D and her mother and then we can do the piercing what the hell 2 different stores they need to get their rules together!!!!!!!!

Came in for a quick peircing and I just wanna say that the staff and peircer were very welcoming and professional.The female peircer (kait) that took care of me took the time to explain the peircing I wanted and made sure I was informed on the after care and I do appreciate that a lot. Not a lot of peircer are like that.Over all I recommend this place if you’re feeling nervous or just curious. They will be happy to help you. Very professional and the prices are not bad at all. I had previously written a very positive review, but am revising that after having a couple months to think about my experience here.In my previous review I also noted their lack of reasonably priced jewelry selection.Their jewelry is all “higher end.” With no real “middle ground” price range other than standard surgical jewelry.The person who did my piercings seemed tired, a bit overworked, was short with me when asking questions about healing times, and was borderline rude. Being direct is one thing but tone and delivery are important.It was the end of the day though, and I was anxious and had lots of questions.Nevertheless I was excited to get the piercings and wanted to get it over with while I had the courage so I brushed off the negative vibe I caught and pushed through.Over all the actual piercing experience its self was ok.The piercer apologized for taking so long on the first piercing due to working around anatomy issues, and had to change out the jewelry to a different length before it was all said and done.My piercings have healed well though, and I do love them.Once the piercing high wore off and I had time to reflect on the interaction with the piercer, I realized they hadn’t made me feel as comfortable as I would have liked.These are just my two cents on my experience.

I got my septum re-pierced. My wait was minimal, the piercing turned out great. I paid about $80 for the piercing fee, jewelry, and after care spray. I will go here for my next piercing after trying them today.

Took my daughter here today for a nose piercing.The line was long but it moved along fairly well.We were there about an hour.The gentleman that did her piercing was professional and went over thing really well with her to relieve her anxiety!I highly recommend!!!

Went a few years ago for a lip piercing and the guy piercing me made a weird comment about how he thought it was weird that I wanted his fingers in my mouth. I didnt want any of that to happen. I wanted a lip piercing. What a weird thing to tell someone thats getting pierced. It was the guy with the large stretched ears.

I went in for a lip piercing and single helix. Rob (aka Frank 2) was awesome! He was so fun and real to talk with and great at his job!! No big production that might bring out nerves on someone, just nice and smooth drawing little attention to the actual piercing while he was doing it. Highly recommend and I will be back to see him again!I’ve had other piercings done at 23rd Street and he is definitely one of my favorites!

Nice clean environment...didnt wait long even tho i was a walk-in...they answered all your questions nd give some suggestions too..pricing wasnt too bad...just sucks when u lose ur jewelry the first week u get it nd have to go back nd buy another one

We arrived a little over an hour before close, which is the latest you can get a piercing. The team was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable in helping us with our jewelry selections (it took some time), and our piercer, Ashly, was really great! She put us at ease, made sure we were ready, and made sure we knew everything about aftercare. Overall, it was a really great experience!

I got my belly button repierced a few years ago after letting it close up while I was pregnant with my children. I had also went through a breakup with my kids dad who “didn’t like me having it pierced in the first place” and so getting my belly button redone was going to be a big thing for me. They did a terrible job! I just got it redone bcuz I haven’t worn the dangly jewelry bcuz it just didn’t look right, it sagged and I’m a fairly skinny girl so it honestly added to my insecurity we went to tattoos and piercing and the guy spent a good amount of time judging where to put the holes to give the best look, he did me and my friend and we both felt the confidence you’re supposed to feel after walking out of there!

Great experience, super quick and very clean! Was very informative about aftercare on my piercings and made sure I was happy with placement beforehand! Definitely will come here next time Im getting pierced!

Went in to get a second lobe piercing and maybe a third but decided on just the one after the price. $170 with jewelry I understand the jewelry is quality I picked the cheaper option and still find that to be overpriced in my opinion. I have pretty bad anxiety and the front desk people were nice but my piercer wasn’t very friendly and didn’t make small talk or anything. I don’t like the placing of the piercings there is no room for a third now it was hard to tell with the wall mirror and lighting. I will probably take them out and find somewhere else to have it redone.Overall an awkward and disappointing experience for nothing.

Shane did incredible with navel! I felt almost nothing and the placement and everything was absolutely perfect. 10/10, 100% will be back

Clean, attentive, and very instructive. Lots of jewelry to choose from. After care instructions are presented on a large TV with videos showing what to do and what not to do. Prices seemed a bit high, but you pay for the knowledge and experience. The place is obviously doing a good business. It felt comfortable and not intimidating, like a lot of tattoo shops do.

Horrible experience (my apologies because this happened in may of 2023 and I do not remember names), I went in because my friend needed new jewelry for her septum piercing. I stretch my own ears and I had recently stopped stretching one of my ears. I asked someone at the front desk if i could have someone feel my lobe to check for scar tissue just to make sure it is safe for me to continue stretching my ear. I was told a piercer would meet with me in a few minutes, when the piercer had brought me back I am pretty sure she had absolutely no clue i did not want a piercing and the people at the front desk DID NOT tell this women that. Once I was back there she asked what we were doing and I explained that I wanted her to feel for scar tissue. She goes into her cabinet and grabs 8g-10g taper and put it through my ear with out my knowledge or consent. Neither did she put a plug in afterwards. She just took the taper out and that was that. Super upsetting because I could have received scar tissue and would have not been able to continue stretching that lobe from the store not having great communication. Extremely disappointed.

We had a great experience here. I took my daughter as a surprise for her 10th birthday. Kate was her piercer and she was so patient. She explained everything a couple of times since my daughter was nervous. Kate was so quick that my daughters eyes didnt even water. We will definitely be back.

Years ago this was the best shop around. I went yesterday and was so disappointed with the customer service and the piercing experience! When a place charges as much as they do they should really learn to treat customers better! I left and went down the street to mystical illusions and got my piercing done for almost half the price

We took our 2 daughters (7 and 8 years old) to get their ears pierced. Both were nervous and the piercer took his time explained everything very well in a way they would understand... if I could rate him without rating the business he would get 10 stars!The business is misleading...The price online says one thing but the price once you arrive is significantly more. Online said it would be around $70. Once you stand in line, sign in, and do the paperwork they tell you about the actual pricing...They do not sell earrings in pairs. They sell the backs of the earrings separate from the fronts ($13 each!) $260 later for 2 little girls to get their ears pierced seems extremely high. Now, I do have to say the place is extremely clean. They take pride in the place and they make everyone feel welcome! The 4 star review is because they were not completely open and honest online about the pricing. I hope this helps.

First time coming here to get my cartilage pierced, loved it! Kayli did an amazing job, made me feel safe and secure as she pierced 2 helix piercings on me and 1 lobe. Didnt feel any pain and was super quick. Definitely needs more than just 5 stars!

I got earrings from here. Two sets one I’m fine with. The other is supposed to be alexandrite and opal. I know nothing of stones and assumed sense the opal was real the Alexandrite would be to. I left and was looking at the package. The alexandrite is lab grown. I come into the shop to look for gold/ REAL gemstones. Very unprofessional you should warn customers before selling them fake jewelry. And they don’t accept returns even if you haven’t touched the jewelry, so if you want to get ripped off $400 I suggest you go here but other than that completely incompetent shop. Wouldn’t ever get a piercing from here no telling what your really putting into your body

If I could give this two separate ratings I would.To start off with the good we absolutely LOVED our piercer Shane. He made everyone feel calm and explained everything thoroughly. I learned things I never knew about piercings and this was my 8th one. He was a lot of help and did a fantastic job!But the bad is that we had a TERRIBLE experience with the person at the front. There were 3 people working the front a girl with black hair and super cool eyeliner, a girl with black hair and black glasses, and a guy with blonde hair rocking a crop top. We ended up getting the girl with black hair and glasses and were super disappointed because out of the 3 she was the least friendly, didn’t tell us the prices of anything unless we asked. She didn’t even tell us that the backs cost separately. She didn’t inform us anything about the process. I’m used to getting free aftercare at shops so I didn’t even ask about that but apparently you are supposed to buy it separately there so after we got pierced our piercer had to come out and get some for us. Basically nothing was explained well. I’m sad because the other two working we saw explain everything thoroughly to other people and were super helpful.I really liked the piercer but I probably won’t go back or recommend based on that first experience.

Everyone in here is such a kind soul!! Came in just for ear lobe piercing I’ve been holding off on. Super nice from start to finish. I’m prone to getting light headed and fainting, which of course started to happen at check out. They hooked me up w some candy and water (shout out, Luke? I think) to get me back to normal before leaving! Ashley did my piercing and she made it a fun experience and let me info dump on her and she handled it like a champ 🤣 best place ever!

I got my tongue pierced 3 years ago & took it out. It wasn’t straight. It was slightly to the left. They didn’t mark my tongue when piercing it. I got it re pierced else where.

Came here to get my second lobes and helix done for my 15th birthday after begging to get it done for YEARS. The main area was very clean and decorated in a fun way. We had a bit of a wait for too the all amount of people there. The guy that helped us at the counter was very patient, as it was our first time there, and helped me understand the sizes during picking out the studs for my lobes since you cant touch or get too close. I intended on getting both second lobes and both helix- but since you can only have 3 healing at a time, I got the lobe and my right helix. The man who did the actual piercing was very chill and easy to be around. Sadly, Ive forgotten his name, but he said he has been piercing for a VERY long time. I think around 30 years? He was very quick and knowledgeable and made my first peircings at a tattoo place very easy on me and my anxiety. He had me check the placement of the dots before piercing, and we did end up moving the helix a bit. It didn’t hurt incredibly too bad (no tears were shed, Im very proud of that fact). Left us feeling very well informed and confident.We purchased saline spray and guaze. The saline spray ran out pretty quickly, so Ive just been using tap water. The jewelry themselves were very expensive, and I cant remember the exact cost. The charge for all the pieces on the earrings. However, they are very good quality and look very nice.I had this done in December, and its now been a week over a month. I currently have some pus issue on the back of my helix. I can assure you that it was not due to the place or the quality, just the fact that I didnt properly follow their instructions and couldnt keep my hands off it. Definitely listen to everything they tell you to do 😅Good experience, good place, good people, and Im very pleased with my results thus far!

I had a WONDERFUL experience here. The facility was beyond spotless, everyone was so kind, and tbh it was way more affordable than I thought it would be. My piercer was Francisco who was great- very professional but also fun and kind, and he helped me reconfigure my current piercings to work with what I wanted to get and answered all my questions. He paused to check in with me and my pain level throughout my appointment as well and I felt very cared for. The front desk person who checked me in (I am SO sorry, I’ve forgotten your name!!) was incredibly kind and took a long time with me talking through my options, current and projected piercings, and picking out jewelry. He was knowledgeable and I felt like he and everyone else at 23rd really cared about me and how excited I was for my new look! Thank you everyone!!

I myself did not get a piercing, but I went with my sisters who both got their septum done. They were great at explaining everything pertaining to the piercing they were getting. And there was a line when we got there but once paperwork was done it was in and out.

I got my daith pierced by Francisco & he did amazing! I am scared of needles & was extremely nervous, but everyone was so nice! They explained everything to me! Plus the piercing rooms were very sanitary!

I would not recommend 23rd Street body piercing the customer service is not very good. I wasnt allowed to go back with my young daughter to get her ears pierced and the price was 120. I would suggest going literary anywhere else.

Ive been here twice. Once for my husband and once for myself. Both visits were great. Front staff is helpful and informative. The person who helped me didnt judge me when I asked for lower priced jewelry. The place is very clean and their prep for piercings is very clean as well. Cant say enough good things about this place. I will say, you may have a wait but its definitely worth it.

Just went to this place today, and got my nose pierced. I have a fear of needles, so it was kind of a last hurrah for my 30th birthday, to prove I could. Only complaint is that there was a bit of a wait, due to it being busy. Front desk people were very friendly! No idea why people keep complaining about that. I had no issues! Surprisingly the actual piercing wasnt that painful. Im very happy with the overall service! Ben was my piercer, and I totally recommend him!

I just wanted a nose piercing and was completely happy to wait as long as everyone else was in line. Due to my epilepsy, the fans mixed with bright lights on the ceiling was making me dizzy. I asked for one accomodation, to secure my spot in line, so I could sit and wait somewhere else until it was my turn. They denyed me this accommodation. I wonder how they would respond to someone who came in with crutches and one limb.

The place was very clean, the personnel were great. They made my daughter feel calm and relaxed. Very relaxing atmosphere, would definitely recommend getting any piercings here!!

I went in a few years ago and got my septum pierced while the service was great the piercing came out crooked. I had chosen to use another shop called Tattoos and piercings near me and was blown away with the care and time he took to resolve my fears of having another crooked piece especially being my dimples. Justin at tattoos and piercings near me took my anxiety and scare away and made me feel much more comfortable

We went to SB body piercing instead and were greeted kindly inside the establishment instead of being herded like infected cows outside 23rd street body piercing. The mask sign was posted outside to demonstrate how little they appreciate building relationships with anyone who may or may not be diseased. It is clear they care more about expressing their opinion and less about serving the public.

Theyre pricey. BUT this is my third piercing from 23rd street body piercing and quality costs. I got a septum piercing this time. My piercer was a tiny, cute girl named Ashley from Texas. She was very professional, friendly, made me feel super comfortable and changed gloves about 80 times!! Lol!! VERY clean and sanitary. The initial piercing she did came out a bit crooked. She was NOT gonna let me leave like that and got another professional to come assist in correcting it. Which DID require being repierced. But hey....I appreciared that even that small flaw wasnt acceptable to her. They wanted it to be perfect and beautiful. And it is. 😁😁😁👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

I grew up going here and getting piercings and was always really happy with my experience. yesterday i got my septum pierced by ashley and was not happy with the experience. she was off putting and ended up piercing me crooked and had to redo it. while i appreciate her being honest, it was really painful and not something other folks should have to experience!

So it was a nice clean shop, but I had two problems - first the woman who checked us out told us the cost was 96, but then it turned out to be 196. No biggie, my boyfriend and I just joked our hearing wasnt the greatest.The piercing itself was great, but the aftercare kit and the people who worked there failed to tell us not to remove the piercings to clean them! Chaos ensued at home and I got my nose piercing redone on the other side somewhere else today.We had mentioned I hadnt gotten any piercings since I was seven. It wouldve been nice to have been told not to remove them, even if it was common sense!

Went there on my birthday almost eight weeks ago to get my first piercing a septum. Staff was very friendly and helpful. When it came time for the piercing I was so nervous but the piercer was so kind and understanding. Didn’t rush me to hurry and say it was okay and let me take my time and when we did it it was over so quickly I was shocked. Explained how to clean it properly, healing time and time for when it’s save to switch it out. For my first piercing experience I couldn’t have asked for better results. Will definitely be returning for future piercings!

I got a nose piercing there in March and was going to change the stud out to a hoop just 2 weeks early before the healing period. Im headed on vacation with my husband whos in the military and literally deployed all the time. First I was told that itll be irritated and look bad even though its just 2 weeks out of 6 months. And then I said Im fine with that but since I brought my 2 yr old in the stroller they wouldnt let me because the piercer wouldnt be comfortable with no one there to hold the baby?! I dont live near family, my husbands deployed, I just wanted a quick jewelry change and my baby aka toddler would sit in his stroller for 5 min just fine. He isnt fussy. Just bad business! Already a depressed, military wife/mom just trying to do something small for myself, trying to get out for the day. I hate when businesses limit you because you have a child with you. I wasnt asking for a 5 hour tattoo. Just for them to change a stud into a hoop, damn.​In respnse,Either way, I was discriminated against for bringing my baby. Is that policy too?

I have a unbelievably bad fear of needles. I came here to get my ears pierced and Shane was my piercer. He was so kind and patient with me. I was worried that whoever had to pierce me would get annoyed by my fear but he was so understanding and helped me through the whole thing. He was so gentle and it didnt even hurt like I thought it would! 10/10 recommend him! Thank you Shane!!

I was so impressed with this place! Hygiene and sanitation is a priority. They are very organized and professional in their treatment of all their clients. The actual people who do the piercings are knowledgeable and informative. My 9 year old daughter was put at ease when getting her ears pierced. No issues afterwards. You do have to wait a while because it’s so busy all the time and they don’t do appointments but they keep things moving at a decent pace. Highly recommend.

Ben was a stellar piercer, and my friend was very happy with her experience with him!However, the snoody hipster receptionist/associate at the front counter kept me from making either my intended jewelry purchases, or getting the piercing I wanted. I dont spend money at businesses, even local ones, with employees who talk down to me or my friends.This guy was rude, snobbish, and cared more about the upsell than giving accurate information to a new and inexperienced client. It seemed like he felt superior to us, and needed to make the process seem scarier than is realistic.This was another reason I was thankful for Bens relaxed demeanor and forthright way of doing business; he offered better aftercare information to his newly pierced client, and let her know that she could return to speak with him if she had any concerns.My friend said that her and her partners previous experiences with ginger-hipster-counter-guy on the other side (at the tattoo shop) had been equally as frustrating, and they had privately assigned him a less than flattering nickname after the experience. Seriously, at one point I asked which soap he would reccomend washing her face with (after a nostril piercing, and I expected Dial or a recommendation for a mild antibacterial soap) and he ACTUALLY told her Not to wash her face at all for the first couple of weeks. I have 4 facial piercings and have Never been given that advice. Im not going to argue with a professional, but he (and the shop) lost a lot of credibility with us both in that moment.I was just visiting for the weekend so my lost $100 not spent, but she is a repeat client of the tattoo shop, and loved her nose piercing and is thinking she may want more, as well as talking to her husband about his options. This jerk may have just lost the shop 2 loyal customers. Before we left, we spoke to another associate about jewelry, and she was pleasant and helpful, but Of Course, the bearded lizard just had to butt in and try to play know-it-all.No thanks. My money stayed in my pocket, and I went to another shop.

Im not from Oklahoma but I have a friend who is. Every time I go visit her, I make sure to make a trip to 23rd. Theyre always pretty busy but take the time to attend everyone. Ive gotten multiple piercings there from different piercers and each experience has been wonderful - from the people at the front desk who are very knowledgeable and patient to the actual piercers who are always comforting and helpful. Any questions Ive ever had had been answered kindly and were informative. Very clean place, private rooms, large variety of jewelry and reasonably priced. I wont go anywhere else for a piercing!

I randomly just wanted to get my nose pierced and this establishment popped up first for me. I was able to walk in get my account created and got taken back within 10 minutes. The man who did my piercing was pretty chill. He talked me through everything. Definitely will be going back for more studs and hoops who knows maybe another piercing 😊 money well spent.

The reputation of 23rd Street is definitely well-earned. Friendly staff who are efficient and able to answer questions and concerns. Extremely clean (both lobby and piercing rooms), excellent hygiene is practiced throughout the facility and with all equipment. When I decided to get a piercing, 23rd Street was the only place I trusted.

Kanjei (sp?) Is a gem! I had two old ear piercings that needed to be re-opened and a second that was halfway closed. She was super sweet and got my earrings in super quick and easy. Very pleased with my visit! 🙂

Got my septum pierced here and despite the line they were fast, kind, and super sweet. It was definitely a good choice for my first time in a piercing studio. They were patient with me and explained everything as I needed it. Will probably be back and would highly recommend!!

Former (trying to once again be) heavily pierced. I got my 9mo healed snakebites repierced yesterday here and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a piercing shop. Kate did my piercings and was quick but gentle, and didn’t push. Almost no pain or swelling, and they pierced from the inside! They also have the widest selection of jewelry to get pierced with Ive ever seen. Absolutely recommend this place.

I took my 7 year old daughter to get her ears pierced today. The girl who checked us in was so sweet and her customer service was amazing. She was so friendly and very efficient during the whole sign in process. I didn’t catch her name, but she was great. Ashley did my daughter’s ear piercing, and she was just fantastic. She had amazing attention to detail in making sure the marks were even. She was so patient and explained every step of the process to my daughter. She made her feel very comfortable and was so positive and encouraging. I can’t say enough positive things about her during the whole process!

The guy who did my piercing was really nice, made sure I was comfortable and was quick. but I only give 3 stars because I overheard him telling the lady ‘nobody else would of gave me my industrial’ & that’s not true other places told me I have a great ear anatomy for it. Also I had to have my nose re pierced because they used to small of a needle once i replaced my jewelry my nose piercing hole was to small.

Normally this is the place I go to and recommend for all piercings. However, my daughter’s piercing experience was quite different. We have been here twice (two days in a row) and have yet to get the piercing we want. We came on Sunday and we arrived three minutes too late to get in. I understand there has to a cut off time. We drove up here again today (Monday) and realized we didn’t have one of the pieces of ID we needed. We rush to Walgreen’s to print a picture of her student ID and as I’m waiting to check out I have my husband call them to let them know we will be there in less than five minutes. The gentleman on the line checked with the staff and they replied that they wouldn’t wait. All we have been trying to do is get her nose pierced for her birthday. Beyond frustrating to be turned away not once but twice. I honestly don’t know if we’ll return after this.

I’ve gone here several times for several years and experienced my first bad time here. Front desk lady with long blonde hair slick back into a clip was very very rude. I felt uncomfortable asking questions and getting the jewelry I needed. I was gonna spend a lot more money but decided it’s not worth pissing her off more. She was just flirting w the guy with two tone mulletish hair and not friendly at all

This place was so clean and professional! The staff looked like they thoroughly enjoyed their jobs, and were super communicative and friendly. Danny did my septum piercing and he was super funny and made sure it looked great before I left. It’s only been a day and I’ve gotten so many compliments on how good it looks, despite my deviated septum making things a little complicated. My mom and I went to get piercings together- I got my nose pierced and she got her belly button repierced. Shane Henderson was our piercer and he was amazing! He knew how to answer every question we had and the medical explanations for why certain healing processes happen. The piercings themselves were super quick and relatively painless!! Absolutely recommend him and Ill definitely be asking for him again!

So… I recently just went into 23 piercing today. when I had walked in I asked the girl, because I’ve never been there before “ hey I’m here to get my nose pierced”. & she snaps at me & says the line start right there!” doesn’t say anything else . Keep in mind I’ve NEVER been here before, or even seen a setup like this place!!!( I’ve only heard amazing things from my friends and the reviews! )I then try to ask her a question about my septum piercing before she even finishes me she says “oh your nose ring will be 14 gauge” & basically wants to roll her eyes at me.I then proceeded to tell her “ actually I’m looking for a septum piercing & she said it’ll be a 16.” Then started to do her own thing, so then I kinda look around for a second did not know where the septum rings were because like I said this was my first time here. So finally I find the septum rings were there was a man filling out paperwork for a piercing I guess. I stand on the other side of the case, giving this man enough space. I’m looking when I guess the man is done and he steps back so I go a little more to the left to look & she snaps again!!! “UM, I’m actually going over paperwork with him RIGHT here so I need you to move.” There was literally a whole other side on the cases she could’ve went over to speak to the man or at least asked me nicely I would’ve moved immediately.I swear I literally just walked into the door and this person was so angry with me? I left immediately after that because the way she was talking to me made me uncomfortable. Not good costumer service whatsoever, I’ll try again another day because I’ve never heard bad talk about this place & I hate doing this but wow I’m sorry I didn’t know where the line began or if I was in their way but the way she was speaking to me was just plain mean girl energy.

Front help, black and purple hair, was extremely rude and condescending. Kept rolling her eyes like we were bothering her while asking a few easy questions. Taking my daughter for her first piercing (nose) bday present, plus my wife for 2 new ear holes, and my nipple redone.Felt like wasting her time so canceled ours and just did my daughters. We will go somewhere else. Plus they charged for gem and post!!! Others do not charge for peirce, gem and POST!!Way too much!! Go somewhere else! Especially if youre doing more than one simple piercing!!! Make them see they arent the only place in town or bouige enough even in okc!!

Piercing was great! My artist (Shane I believe) was quick and professional, as well as being very personable. Tipped much higher than I had initially planned to because of his excellent work and attitude.The front desk, however, is a completely different story. There were two people working at the counter while my siblings and I were there, one woman with a very cheerful and bubbly demeanor who was happily helping other customers, and then there was the person we dealt with. (They appeared androgynous so I respectfully wont address them as male or female.)From the moment my sibling and I approached the counter, we both had a fair few questions. I have several metal allergies and hadnt had my ears pierced in 13 years, so I inquired as to whether or not the titanium or steel piercings might give me an infection. They instantly acted offended that I would even suggest such a thing, and scoffed that they only sell luxury items here. While thats true, it did nothing to answer my question. When I joked to my sibling about not being able to afford a gold hoop (prices are high but its understandable, admittedly the quality of their jewelry is very good) I was glared at by the cashier and had to ask to see the steel collections twice before they showed them to me. When I was told I could only have a hoop with a bead on the end for a fresh piercing, I was curious as to why, and I had to ask them THREE TIMES before I got an answer.I understand that it can be frustrating to deal with someone who knows very little about the service you offer, but I wasnt irritated or angry at any point during my questioning. I work customer service and have the utmost respect for people in those positions, so I try my best to go out of my way to be polite. I felt like the attitude my sibling and I received was very unprofessional and almost made us both leave, though I am relieved that we decided against it since Shane did such an excellent job.

My piercer was Ben he did my helix and I had a really good experience here. Pleased with not only the shop but I got to pick put my jewelry and they had the largest selection of body jewelry Ive ever. Liked this place alot and Ill be returning. 😉

If its your first time getting pierced or have anxiety, look elsewhere. They are NOT welcoming or nice.When i walked in I was not acknowledged at all. The guy with two tone hair was busy cleaning the glass cases and did not bother to look up to even say hello or acknowledge that i walked in. After a while of some very awkward silence and tension I said hi to him and he very coldly just said “Ill be right with you”. He didn’t even bother to look up or directly tell me this. As someone with very bad social anxiety this was so off putting and very stressful. I just stood there not knowing what to do or say as i was being ignored and cleaning the glass case obviously took so much more priority.

Got my nipples and nose pierced here, it was a fun and bubbly environment each time. There are really helpful and told me I couldnt pierce my tongue like I wanted to but it was for my own safety bc I didnt have the right anatomy. Ill definitely be back

I will NEVER go anywhere else for my piercing needs! They have the most knowledge, makes me feel very safe and shows/explains everything. They have done over 15 piercings for me over the years. Great jewelry selection also! Very high quality and great pricing!

Cheapest hoop septum was 120!!!!! And 500 if you wanted a clicker….. should’ve asked prices before I went but at least I won’t be going there again🙂

Totally love the professionals that practice here. Great selection of jewelry and quality that comes from the shop. Although they are often busy, I never feel rushed. My questions are always answered and I feel informed enough for all my choices. Trust the people who do it best and go to the studio for all your piercing needs/desires.

Finding parking on a Saturday evening was a bit*h but... worth every moment. Everyone was friendly and professional, the shop was clean, my piercer was AMAZING! They walked me through everything before we got started, changed their gloves about 5 times, walked me through what they were doing as it was happening, and then gave clear after care and follow up instructions. I will be back and recommending this place to everyone.Update: My piercing had more swelling than expected. I went in 4 days after my piercing and they were so amazing at making sure I got the size bar that I needed to accommodate the swelling.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars, wouldn’t recommend any place more than 23rd! I’ve been getting pierced here since I was 14 (19 now) and I’ll never be going anywhere else. Great employees, super friendly and helpful! Specifically want to recommend getting pierced by Shane, I’m not usually comfortable around men but he is such a great person and helps me feel very comfortable. Very understanding about anxiety and will talk you through the entire process/answer any questions you might have and even throws humor into the experience! Amazingly professional place, and even when they’re busy the line goes quick!

Have had my bridge and orbital lobe pierced here.it has a very nice and diverse staff that make you feel welcomed. During busy hours the lobby can be quite excitable and I have had a panic attack due to it but it is not their fault.The body piercers are VERY knowledgeable and I trust them with any of my important or rare piercings as I know they will get it right.I generally spend about $80-100each visit that includes piercing fee($30) and the cost of the initial jewelry (which is very high quality as they use internally threaded implant grade barbells) and finally a $20-$40 tip( which may be above standard but the experience and dedication warrants exceptional compensation)To summarize, amazing & knowledgeable staff, high quality jewelry, very sanitary environment, however I would avoid while busy times if you are neurodivergent as it can be a little overwhelming.Keep up the good work! :)

Took my daughter in to get her ears pierced. They were BUSY (expected on a Saturday) but ALL the staff were SUPER patient with everyone. Answering everyones questions 100% professionally. They were getting people thru the line very quickly. It was a great experience. My daughters piercer (I cant remember his name, sorry) was fantastic. Im SO HAPPY that I ignored her aunt and took her here instead of some place in a mall.

Went to get my Angel Fangs for my birthday. Frank was awesome and good hand. Will definitely recommend and go back soon.

UPDATED TO ADD:Long story short, I’ve gotten my philtrum pierced 5 times by four piercers at three different studios, and Shane Henderson at 23SBP got it 100% right! He’s done several of my piercings and he is right on the money every single time. GOATIve been going to them since 2013 I think? Maybe 2012? And probably more often than I should! lol Sometimes just to buy bigger plugs, and once to have them remove all of my jewelry only to reinsert it all the next day after an MRI. Everyone is super professional, they take safety and health precautions seriously, and I always feel super safe whenever I go in. The shop is cool, and they update it as needed. It went through some massively cool renovations recently and looks fabulous. They have a HUGE selection of jewelry compared to other piercing shops, and if they dont have exactly what youre looking for, they can probably order it. They dont take appointments and theres usually a line, so plan on spending a little more time there than you think, but it is absolutely worth it. Theres a reason theyre always busy! If you dont know any better, they may seem strict, but theyre genuinely trying to make sure they do quality work with quality jewelry to start your piercing off right. The rest is up to you.(All jewelry except the bottom three lobes on each ear came from 23SBP, and the lowest lobes were pierced at Claires like every little girl back in the day)

Had a great experience here highly recommend I came in the night before and was helped by Ashly Riley Jake they were very knowledgeable and realistic. They put me at ease and I came back the next day got my piercing done by Ash. She is an expert it was quick and she put up with my dramatics will be back again for sure!!!

Love this place!!!! It has definitely become my main go to for any piercings! This was my second visit, the first time I got my double stack forward helix done by Ben. He was awesome, professional, friendly, and took my mind off the piercings. This trip Danny did my industrial and tragus, again professional and friendly!! Would absolutely go back and love how easy and calm it is. They work with you walk you through anything you need help or information with, all around clean and professional.

Shane was fantastic with our daughter. She has anxiety and he answered all her questions and made her feel comfortable. Since her piercings shes had zero issues with them. Highly recommended!

I felt like I was inconveniencing them by walking into their studio. No one explained anything or seemed willing to answer questions. I have a number of piercings and have had way better experiences at smaller studios. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and won’t be going again.

Everytime we come here for our piercing fix it is awesome. This is a very classy and sanitary way to get a piercing.They are really careful with placement. I got my septum pierced again after years of it being closed and I know now that it was pierced completely wrong before because it was extremely painful. This time it was almost painless which I am still speechless about. Lol.Very clean, nice selection, nice people, short wait!Also we purchased jewelry for my husbands gauges and they put the jewelry in free.

Got my nose pierced here in 2019. It fell out last year and I decided I wanted it re-pierced. Well let me tell you that my piercer didn’t even have to use a needle. He was able to put a ring back in with NO ISSUE. It’s a little sore, but nothing compared to getting a fresh piercing. This place is definitely a great piercing shop which is why I came here again the second time around. It’s quite a drive for me, but it’s definitely worth it.

Ashly pierced my nose. She was spot on with the Jewelry picked out, she was so kind, walked me through everything. She is so passionate, professional, and knowledgeable. I was so nervous about placement, she placed it perfect on the first try. Definitely coming back to her for my next piercings!!! Ollie also helped, they were really kind too!

Love this place! Took my 12 your old to get a helix piercing and the staff was great. I brought all of the necessary documentation and they checked us in promptly. I highly recommend Rob, he was very patient and told us everything he was doing so there were no surprises. Great after care products and instructions.

So I came in wanted an anti eyebrow ring. I talked to a white guy with two nose rings. Dont know his name. I was told they didnt do anti eyebrow rings. they use a flat service bar ect and showed me the gems. I said that looks like a dermal, I dont want a dermal and he said no its not its a flat service bar. I asked will I be able to take in and out. And he said yea. So I get it done and I find out it was a dermal. And I paid 120$ for it. just to get it removed a month later. From a different pericer. I know I had some stupidity on my part forsure. But I do feel like he was trying to just make a sale even though I wouldve spent money there anyways.

I know the world we live in has us all on edge, but I feel like you need to know. The lady who checked me in tonight was rude and pushy to get me done. Its supposed to be a fun experience. We came in as a family with my 2 sisters and our Mom. I wanted cute jewelry, but just ended up with a silver ball because I was so ready to be done with her. She had a red tattoo on her wrist with layered hair. My 2 sisters dealt with the guy at the counter and he wasnt very nice either. My Mom actually dealt with the nicest lady there. They made her walk outside to breath with her oxygen machine on because she was holding her mask a little away from nose. It was still covering her face. Customer service is extremely important in any industry, but especially this type when your nervous and excited. I was using my Moms card who was there, and she even questioned that too, and not in a nice manor. If it werent for my body piercer being great and how clean the establishment is; I would of just left. Shane Henderson was great though. Very personable. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

I just now figured out how to leave a review lol but I wanted to applaud India, she helped to put my nose piercing back in. She was super sweet and handled everything perfectly. She was very professional but also handled things with care and talked me through the process, I appreciated having her as my helper so much!! She was so kind, and I will definitely be returning soon for another piercing. I hope to have her again!

It was amazing. My 6yr old had been asking to get her ears pierced for a while and I finally brought her. The gentleman piercing her was so kind and made it clear that she was calling the shots and she could change her mind at any time. She didnt change her mind and we walk out of there with a set of orange earrings and not one tear. 🙌🏾

I had helix piercings done here and they were super simple and well done. Kinda expensive at nearly $200 (including 30% tip) for a triple forward helix. Great establishments and well done work with great people too.

I have gotten all of my piercings here and I have never had a problem, everyone is very friendly and happy to serve me. I went in the other day to get my septum pierced and all was well until the piercing took place. My piercer was very kind and warned me from the beginning that septum’s are tricky because she can’t see them and she might have to pierce me twice. I understood the reasoning behind this but I think it could have been handled better. My piercer was very short and I am not, she had me sit up straight and she stood on the step stool, she began to stick the needle half way through my nose then stopped and took it out. She then tried again and and pierced my nose all the way through but said she didn’t do it right. I then laid down backwards on the chair and finally, third times a charm, she liked how it was placed. As an experienced piercer she should have known that laying me down was the better option in order to see where the piercing was going but I had to get stabbed three times to get it right. I’m glad that I got a warning that this might happen but I think her experience as a piercer could have told her the right way to do this. So just a warning if you get a septum piercing you might end up with three holes in your nose.
