Greg was awesome and it was a great experience! He tried to fit myself and a friend in the day before when the shop was closed even- which was awesome and super accommodating of him. Even though that didnt work out I went the next day for some ear piercings and he fit me right in. He was very knowledgeable about piercings and you can tell hes done this for many years. The prices were also fair. It was one of the smoothest piercing experiences Ive had. Definitely recommend!

Josh was INCREDIBLE. My sister and I were walk ins and were lucky enough to get him as our artist. His station was impeccably clean and so was all of his equipment. He took his time with the designs and placements. Truly the lightest hand I have experienced. Awesome vibes and very calming. Will be coming back for the rest of my tats. Stopped in on a whim and was unsure if a tattoo would happen as it was a bit late. Josh was able to see me, and Im SO glad he did!! I have been dreaming of my tattoo for years, I drew very roughly what I wanted and sent it to Josh when I set my appointment. The next day I went back and he created what I was dreaming about and helped with some design adjustments. He was so patient and understanding, I would recommend him to anyone. My best friend decided to get one after me and he squeezed her in and help her with the same care and guidance. I can’t thank this shop and Josh enough! We love our tattoos and our experience!

Came in as a walk in for a tattoo with 2 of my friends. We had the best experience overall in the shop and had Josh as our artist. He was extremely patient with design and placement. He was incredibly conscious about cleanliness and ensuring no cross contamination occurred. All three of us got tattooed and shared so many laughs. Would definitely be interested in coming back in the future.

Went with my 2 best friends. My first tattoo and an ear piercing and it couldnt have gone better. Everyone who worked there were so informative and helpful. The place was a great vibe and they make you feel welcomed right away. Caleb greated us as the counter and got us set up for what we wanted to have done. Greg pierced my ear (hidden helix) and it went perfectly. Josh, who did my first ever tattoo worked with me extensively to make sure my design was done exactly how I wanted it to be. I didnt feel rushed, or like I was waisting his time. We had a great time and felt so comfortable, 10/10 will be coming back for more work. Thank you guys! ff

The conversation was instantly friendly and very reassuring of the process of the piercing I wanted and after care. When I got there filled out the papers and he took me back. I felt completely comfortable, safe, and welcomed. Gave great advice during the process for me to have the best experience during and after. Definitely will be coming back for more!

I got my forward helix done today by Greg. I had such a good experience, I felt comfortable and welcomed, and I couldn’t happier with the outcome. I will definitely be going back when I’m ready for a new tattoo. I highly recommend.

The owner is a creep. I’ve been in getting work done and witnessed Him degrading his employees and being very inappropriate with young girls he was piercing. Super glad my tattoo artist no longer works here and id rather have my nips pierced at Claire’s than have this creeper touch me.

My boyfriend and I just went there yesterday to get tattoos and the service was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Cid and Jazz are one of the most nicest and talented artists I have ever met. Cid did my tattoo (first one) and I’m absolutely in love with it❤️ He made sure I was okay the entire time and let me take a tiny break! Absolute amazing people and artists

Me and fiancé got two tattoos done last night by Josh great artist, great work and super friendly definitely will be seeing him again.

Greg was super chill and calm. I got my nostril re-pierced due to poor placement from a previous establishment and Greg literally measured my nose and talked about the shape of the needle affecting the outcome. He knows what he’s doing and makes the process super painless. In and out. Husband also got ear piercings and said it was also painless. Only downside is a small selection of jewelry for piercings. Will 100% return for many more piercings!

I’ll never set foot in this place again. The owner is just a rotten person. Treats customers and staff Like garbage. Was super rude to me while piercing me. Probably because I’m a 44 year old lesbian and not some young girl he could flirt with as he’s well known for.

I want to put this is the nicest way possible because I enjoyed Lollipops when I went in 2016 for my nose piercing, I had no problems and the person who did it made me feel comfortable and confident and explained things very well and was very honest about the potential risks and infections. (I dont remember the name of the gentleman that did my piercing but I know it was a guy that did it) My nose ring has had no problems at all. I went back in 2019 cause my aunt wanted to get me a birthday piercing, which was my naval. This experience was a little less pleasant, and it was a different person who did it. They were very kind and pleasant to be around at first but as soon as he saw my belly button things changed because he said I didnt have the right anatomy for my naval ring and that my naval piercing would look a little weird due to the shape of my naval, which I told him that it was okay because I really wanted it. I was laid down and my fiance was holding my hand, the piercing portion was really not that bad, I stood up and looked ay my piercing and I liked it, the only problem being was that my piercing sunk into my naval so you couldnt see the bottom of it, just the top. I was then told if I lose a little weight, it would look better... My fiance, and aunt both heard this and there mouths dropped, when he said that, it crushed my self esteem a little bit as I know I have a weight problem (which I cant control). My piercing ended up getting very infected despite my every effort to keep it (which wasnt Lollipops fault) so I had to take it out, I only had it for about a year. The reason Im writing this review now is because I really liked Lollipops when I got my nose ring done as previously stated, and didnt want to hurt them in any way. But I went to a different piercing place a few days ago because my friend was getting her nose pierced there and they took a look at my naval scar where the piercing was and she said that it was pierced a little too shallow and that I used the wrong cleaning method (which was my fault) and that there was nothing wrong with my anatomy, which I was relieved to hear so now Im going to try to get my naval pierced again and see how it goes this time. (Im giving them 3 stars because I do really still like the shop, theyre clean, they use brand new needles, they give you good advice and are very honest and most of the people who work here are amazing, just my experience in 2019 dropped the stars a bit)

I’ve gotten both my belly button and my eyebrow done here and both have been done by members of the store. the owner did my belly button and walked me through it, was very personable, and very helpful with all questions i had. caleb, the one doing my eyebrow, was just as kind. there’s also pretty constant sales, deals, or even free stuff here, that and they’re the most affordable in town. i love going here when i can, and haven’t had a bad piercing experience yet!! :-)

I got an industrial piercing and Andrew was absolutely fantastic! Walked me over the process, answered all my questions, helped me with my nerves, and was extremely professional and nice. Really clean space with people that care for their clients and what they do. Also an excellent price. 100% recommend!

Cid did an amazing job on on my tattoo! It turned out just as i had wanted and imagined. This was my first tattoo so I was a bit nervous but it was such a chill environment that i was fine. He took my friend and I for a walk in and was very nice and friendly throughout the whole thing. The initial price he suggested before we started was $120, then afterwards he dropped it to $100. Great guy, great artist, definitely recommend!!

Stopped in for a free eyebrow peircing from Caleb, he was very kind, accurate, and professional. He may be an apprentice right now but he did an amazing job with my peircing. Highly recommend!

Ive gotten my bridge, both eyebrows, navel, nose, and cartilage done here. The eyebrow and cartilage and nose was done by caleb, one of the apprentices. His piercings are solid, and when hes first piercing them(the first 10 i believe) theyre cheap. But all healed well

Ive wantedy septum pierced for almost 10 years. My birthday was a few days ago, so my brother and I went to Oneonta to spend the day with eachother. I decided, with him by my side, to finally get this piercing done and over with.I have plenty of piercings, so Im not stranger to any of it. The guy in the shop made it so nice for me. He was fast, short, simple, and to the damn point. He didnt hype anything up. He was clear and honest and, again, very fast. I had no time for the anxiety to set it. I will recommend over and over again!

I first had my cartilage done by Greg, it didnt hurt, it was quick and easy. I then had my Septum done by Sid again no problems! I love lollipops and plan to go back to get my bellybutton and tongue done. 10/10 recommend.

I have had 9 out of my 21 piercings done here & my experiences have been pleasant. Greg has done several & each have been done quickly, professionally, & have all healed well. The apprentice, Lily did both of my tragus piercings & she did awesome with both despite being new at tragus piercings. Additionally, Candice pierced my belly button & it was quick, painless, & she made it a very comfortable & worthwhile experience :)

A few weeks ago my 11 year got her second earring (lobes) done. Cid was extremely professional and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He answered all her questions and made sure she was comfortable, confident & relaxed before starting. It was such an enjoyable experience that I went back to see Cid yesterday for my flat piercing!

I get all my work done here by Cid @cidtatz he is amazing and would recommend him as your tattoo artist. He has done all of my work from head to toe literally. and I live all the way across the country. I fly out to New York just to get my work done by him. He does piercings as well. He is quick, professional and super clean. Talented and just an amazing artist all the way around. And he doesnt disappoint you you get what you pay for with him. Ive gotten pierced here two times and everytime they did amazing. Today I had my rook changed because it fell out and the variety of jewelry was amazing along with the service. The change was quick and easy!

The service was quick and they were very kind to me despite my being nervous. He measured everything out and was very professional. Amazing customer service. I went here for my first piercing and was slightly nervous , but as soon as I talked to the girl at the counter and artists i felt comfortable right away . Not only was everything explained to me as we went, but aftercare was also explained thouroughly. My girlfriend needed jewelry as well and they had lots of options for her to choose from. we are also planning to get matching tattoos in the future and we received a free consultation from the new artist who also pierced me, Chris. His artwork looks amazing from what I saw and Im super excited for our first session together !

I got my conch piercing at this shop about a week ago and I had a great experience. I went with a group of friends and the staff was very friendly and helpful in the process. The pricing is reasonable and my piercing is doing well and not hurting at all. I would definitely go back for future piercings.

Greg was amazing, welcoming, precise and extremely sterile with his technique of administering all 3 of my piercings.I had dual nose and my belly button pierced. Greg made sure I was comfortable the entire time explained the entire procedure opened all jewelry, needles, etc. Changed gloves with each procedure.I will definitely be going back for any future piercings and recommending Greg to my friends for piercings.

Ive never had a bad time at Lollipops! Leah is always welcoming with a warm smile, and Chris might just be my favorite tattoo artist. He knows how to make you laugh and his linework is incredible. By far the best shop in town. whether youre looking for a piercing or tattoo, this is the place to go. besides the fact that these guys are great at what they do and have many years experience, this place has a really comfortable environment that felt to me more like I was getting work done at a friends house rather than at a shop. but yet I still had the piece of mind knowing that the person doing my work has the experience and skill to not screw up. Tomestone (their tattoo artist) is great at what he does and seems to have no limitation when it comes to different types of styles of artwork. I will definitely be coming back here for more ink in the future.

Have you ever had an itching for a new piercing out of the blue? I cant be alone when I say this. That was the case for me while finding something to eat in downtown Oneonta. I took to Google, found someone with beautiful work, lovely reviews, and an atmosphere that felt right.I walked in, having no idea what I even wanted. The gal working took the time to check out my ears and figure out how to even out piercings for me and what I could totally rock. (Ill be making a few more trips to finish my ears up, trust me.)We figured out that flats would look awesome. So in walks the man with a plan. He found some BEAUTIFUL jewlery for the flats, and I let him go to work. I trusted his placement, where they would work best, and the outcome was stunning. By far my favorite piercing to date and it was something I had never even considered.If youre itching to get a piercing, this is the place to be. They take care of you and youll leave beyond words happy with the results. Highly recommended!

Favorite shop in town. Prices for everything are awsome. The shop its self has a great vibe, its fun, clean and comfortable but the staff really makes the expierance. Lopsided nipple piercings, somehow messed up an ear piercing. Got a tattoo done there the same day, the linework was so bad I cried. Had to go get it fixed at Oculo Visitant Gallery. GO TO OCULO VISITANT GALLERY PLEASE. I know the minimum is more there, BUT IT IS MORE FOR A REASON, YOU WILL GET SO MUCH MORE QUALITY THERE. I know it is expensive, but you will end up paying double to get it fixed, than if you had just gone somewhere else in the first place.

Pinky, who we all adore and love, is the best tattoo artist within a 100 square mile radius. Her artwork is just so aesthetically pleasing. Im so glad I found her!!! The shop was also super clean, professional atmosphere, all around great experience. Whether its your first or tenth, go see Miss Pinky at Lollipops!

I have been going to Lollipops consistently for about 8 years now. I have never had a bad time, or any issues with any piercings from them. Very clean, I even saw Greg sterilize everything, including the bottle of sanitizer afterwards. He was very helpful with figuring out the exact placement of the hole, and gave us direct attention. Personally from walking into other shops in oneonta, this is the only one that even looked up at us when walking in. All of this is without talking about the fact that everyone that works there always seems happy to see you and nowhere else even smiled half the time.

This place is honestly the worst. Period. The artist Greg is spreading hate about Pinky, (the best artist theyve ever had). This place was great, I got a couple tattoos done with Pinky when she worked there and would highly recommend her, she has moved to Free Agent (14 Dietz street). But Greg is taking her leaving extremely poorly and is acting like a 5 year old. If you want the artist that helped bring this place back from the gutter, go to her new shop!Response to response: then explain why the artist has to talk to police about being harassed and threatened.

I have been here several times in the past month, getting three lobe piercings, and two helix piercings. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to get a piercing in Oneonta. Also, very welcoming to students.

Great experience with cid in the other workers he took time out of his day off to come in for me while explaining he made plans for other people who didn’t show up till 2 hours after there appointment time and knowing the tattoo world that’s unacceptable for the client but I give cid and the other workers a 5 star I highly recommend them

I would greatly recommend.. very fast and amazing work! I got the daith piercing from Craig and I love it I couldn’t be more happy. I won a free piercing thru a contest on Facebook. I got the daith on my left side to help with my migraines. I also got several other piercing from him including my tongue 👅, my nose 👃, my bellybutton.. and he did an amazing job. I wouldn’t go anywhere else except to lollipop 🍭...

My niece just recently had a tattoo done and was so upset with the results. The tattoo got infected and she needed a course of antibiotics. I felt from my own personal experience with tattoos that the work was sloppy and it was to deep. She was offered a touch up but pretty sure somewhere down the line it will need to be a complete cover up.

My overall experience here was nothing but wonderful. The studio is very clean & organized. I got my tragus pierced & it was a quick and easy process. Definitely recommended.

Really id have to say Since Pinkys gone theres no need to go here no one left worth doing ink unless you like first grader style art. But maybe be im being harsh people have bad days and it makes them drink a bit to much or forget to brush thier teeth or even wash . So yea what ever no reason to not clean you damn shop

As a Police Officer and Daughter of a Captain,I am Always suspect. .But we ALL ARE.,I walked into Lollipops 4 Times before i Decided who would Tattoo my Step Daughter.The Owner,or the One who said he was The Owner on 4 Occasions.,Mr.Tombstone,was a Bully and Basically Told Us that what my Stepdaughter wanted couldnt be done,and if so,it would be Very Very Expensive.Which we would of Paid for ,no Problem.Ive had 5 Family Friends get Tattooed there by a Woman named Pinky,and they Cant say enough on to How great their Experience was.I wanted my Step Daughter to get Hers done by Pinky.4 of the 4 Times we were Told by Mr.Tombstone,That she didnt even Work there Anymore,twice by Phone ,Twice in Person, Luckily,my Sister in Law Luckily had Pinkys Cell #.So we Finally got a Hold of her and She Does STILL Work There!!- Later we came to Find that the True Owner is a Gentleman named Greg,and is a Great Friend of Pinkys-It was Truly The Best Tattoo Experience Ive ever Seen in any Tattoo Artist/Shop in Town or on TV .She Stayed Late and made her Tattoo Perfect,and she was a True Professional in Every Sense of the Word-.If You are going to get Tattooed in Oneonta,Mrs. Pinky Ring,or thats what she calls herself,is the Only Person in ALL ONEONTA i would recommend.She gave us not Only the Best of Tattoo Experiences,but She Told Us the Entire History of my Step Daughters Tattoo Design,and as she spoke,i looked it all up.and it was ALL TRUE!!!,Pinky is a Tattoo Doctor Basically,AGAIN A TRUE TATTOO ARTIST- Search no Further,and have Pinky do Your Tattoo-You Simply wont regret a thing,and Learn the Entire History of Your Design,and make a True Personal Connection to the Artist.!A True Pleasure from a True Human Being doing what she loves to DO!Karen Brenner OPD-

Great plays with wonderful people just cant seem to find a good lip jewelry. Tried a plastic one and then a gem just snapped inside. Accidentally bit through it, in less than 3 hours.

They set up and time and did not live up to it then they kept putting people over me when I had already gone there before the people and 2 others people walked in saying they have the same time for an appointment. Get you time schedule together and it’s the reason I’m not going back.

I got my belly button pierced here last year sadly I had to take it out bc I forgot to mention I needed hypoallergenic metal or maybe I didnt clean it right but still really good when yall open up Im gonna get a tattoo here ! 🥳

Would have given no stars the owner Greg has been harassing me and my boyfriend for a couple of weeks by following us and threatening tho beat my boyfriend after getting out of his vehicle in the middle of the road he then yelled at me when I asked him to stop I was supposed to make an appointment for a piercing the next day will not be a customer here again
