Pinky is an amazing human and artist. She really made us comfortable for the whole duration. We came from out of state and almost lost our bus if it werent for her, saving us literally hundreds of dollars with a ride from one of her friends. Pinky is a personable, friendly person and just an amazing artist. Youll know the moment you meet her.

Pinky was incredible! I felt super safe and at home with her while getting my first tattoo. She was accommodating and kind, and I felt so encouraged. Not to mention, my tattoo looks sick as hell. She knows her stuff for sure. Cant wait to finish it up and come back for more!

Pinky was great!! I went to her for a small tat on my wrist but she nonetheless took a lot of time with me to get the design exactly right. I didn’t feel rushed in the least. I have been to Free Agent many times for multiple tattoos. I love Pinkie’s work. She has fixed a really screwed up tattoo I got elsewhere, done a large back piece set of wings and am working on a leg piece that is Disney themed. I even took my dad to get his tattoo here. The shop is nice and clean. But Pinkie is the best ever. I talked to her about what I wanted, we looked at pictures to get a reference, and she gave me suggestions as an artist with tons of experience.

Just had my biggest piece ever done here last night and I am absolutely obsessed with it. Its not finished, its just the outline but I love it already, thank you Pinky for doing this and absolutely CRUSHING it. I highly recommend Free Agent, prices are very fair, and Pinky is so chill, makes you feel so comfortable, and talks to you as if youve been friends forever, which I loved about her atmosphere she is the sweetest person alive. I have really bad anxiety and body dysmorphia and she never once made me feel uncomfortable and actually made me feel better about myself. 10/10 recommend Pinky any day!

I recently got a buncha work done here and hands down one of the best tattoo experiences Ive ever had. Pinky worked with me to make sure I got the perfect tattoos that told my story and they look amazing. I got to choose my music to listen to and was totally at ease the entire time. I just went to Picky and got 4 flash tattoos. Not only has Picky become a friend but she has become someone I trust to create art on my body. This was not my first and not my last time visiting and getting tattooed at Free Agent. You can expect a warm loving safe fun and clean environment with great company!

Took my SO to get work done here after work one day around ~6 pm. We were basically held hostage there until 5 am the following Saturday.Pinky is a seemingly sincere person who will coax you into a false sense of security with her happy go lucky attitude and quirky artist demeanor, but dont be fooled she is not a professional. During our time there she took smoking breaks every 25-30 minutes, multiple times indoors. She admitted to my SO during the session that she is not in fact currently a licensed tattoo artist and is in-between licenses.In the days following, an unusual amount of swelling started on the tattoo, and ultimately an emergency trip to the doctor showed it was indeed infected. (Likely due to the tap water) A couple of weeks later and a ton of antibiotics and they were left with what could pass for decade old work.If that wasnt punishment enough for visiting Pinky, I had left a deposit to get work done before we had known. My SO reached out hoping Pinky would understand and maybe offer a refund for either of us or any sort of condolences. Instead, she ghosted us the second she learned we had gone to a doctor.In the following weeks, weve come to hear quite a few horror stories from other Oneonta locals who fell victim to hackery.Do yourself a favor and visit one of the actual professionals in town.

Pinky is absolutely amazing!!! She has done 3 of my tattoos so far and each experience is even better than the last. She is very easy going and we became quick friends right off the bat. Her tattoo shop is very clean and inviting and she makes you feel welcome the minute you walk in the door. She is extremely thorough and wont let you leave the shop until your tattoo is absolutely perfect. Her prices are very reasonable and youll walk away with an amazing tattoo every time. The main complaint I’ve always had about tattoo shops is their biker-bar decor, whereas in stark contrast Free Agent looks like an art exhibit, with high ceilings and paintings that make me jealous.Additionally, Pinky has a fantastic personality, and it makes sitting through literal needles in your skin feel like having a conversation with a friend.All in all, nowhere could compare. 10/10, would absolutely recommend to anyone in the immediate area.

I am from Philly area and was stopping by to see friends from my old neighborhood long ago. They told me about this place and how they loved their tattoos and the overall art gallery atmosphere and surroundings. I love to collect tattoos on myself from various artists.I love to attend tattoo shows back in Philthahellfienda. This place by far is up there amongst some tattoo parlor gems I have discovered here in Philly and on east coast. Pinkys work was nothing short of phenomenal and complimentary! I not only enjoyed the tattoo experience and was satisfied with her work...I enjoyed the shop slash parlor slash gallery. The place exemplifies artistry...Pinky was great and very accommodating and knowledgeable...and fast! No rushing and even negotiable on her work,(and I DIDNT EVEN HAVE ANY INTENTIONS OF NEGOTIATING A PRICE) I thought price was already pretty reasonable..but she still was willing to make it even more reasonable! I just came acroos a shady review from an irene if thats her real name...stating she was under the influence...in the words of Jay Frank Parnell from the 80s movie REPO MAN ..PERNICIOUS NONSENSE!...AND If would add more to this it would be rather vulgar..so I won t stoop to Irenes negative b.s....the only influence she was under was the influence of her work...and two short smoke breaks...

Ive been tattooed in Oneonta, Texas, Savannah GA and the experience I had at Free Agent was beyond better than the others. 100% comfortable atmosphere. Zero pressure to Hurry up and make up your mind. Very attentive and supportive. Very impressive tattoo work detail. I appreciated Pinky listening to what I wanted and how she worked me with on customizing certain aspects of the tattoo to personalize the design. Highly recommend. Free Agent client for life.

Just got my first tattoo today. It came out better than I could have possibly imagined. I asked for a koi fish tattoo and the detail is incredible. Its the day after Christmas and Pinky opened the shop today when she wasnt planning on coming in just for me and my sister. She is also willing to negotiate prices which is nice.Dont trust the low reviews, I can tell you right now, theyre spewing bs. The proof is in Pinkys portfolio, not in miserable trolls on the internet.

She has great prices and genuinely cares about what you want, and does everything possible to achieve that. She worked me into her schedule within the week of me calling. Shes great and so easy to talk to, makes you feel completly comfortable from start to finish. I forgot to take pictures of my wrist before but it was the world Believe with the B as a heart. The finger tattoo was a 3 time cover up and still looks amazing. I will most definitely be going back for any future work that I want done and you should too.

Yo the art work is amazing shes the only place that I will go to get work done she does an amazing job I suggest coming here. Here commissioned paintings are incredible as well as all aspects of her tattooing, she is always clean, everything she uses is sterile and is a really nice person to be around.

To be honest i got two tattoos from pinky and they came out ok however the rose on my ankle is very sloppy and saturation is not very good. I also had gotten a heart with a rose on my arm for the most part it looks ok however some of the line work is very sloppy. It took an hour and a half to start my tattoo because she lost the sketch for it and constantly started greeting other customers. She had also brought much of her personal life into the session which made me super uncomfortable and made me not trust her as an artist as well as when she was almost falling asleep doing a tattoo that i watched. She said i wanna finish this tommorow because im too tired which is something you never say to a customer. She may have somewhat of a good mindset but as an artist i dont trust her and will be going elsewhere for a touchup and or another tattoo

Doing my third tattoo, she did a hell of job. And it looked badass and I love it! Her new tattoo shop, it was looking great and more room than ever! I’m happy where she works at her new tattoo shop and I’m pretty sure she’s very excited. She’s one of the best and like I said before I’m looking forward for my fourth tattoo! 👍🏻

Pinky is professional, yet makes coming into her shop a fun experience. She will carry on conversation the whole time, and all around is just a person with good vibes.

Disappointed is an understatement. Less than average artwork. I practically had to beg for an appointment. And when she finally made time for me, my time was wasted. I love a good conversation especially during a long session but she talked my ear off for 4 hours with small-town drama and personal problems.. On top of that. My girlfriend couldnt sit with me through the session with me because of the strong mold-like smell in the shop.Oh, and if you know anything about sterilzation and regulatory procedures in the tattoo indsutry- its very important. I didnt see her wash her hands once. Disheveled in appearance.... I will not be returning. Dont be fooled - i wont be letting Pinky let my skin talk in the future.

Went above and beyond, came in with a simple design I found off google, and she sat down and helped me improve on the design, made it a lot nicer, better than I thought, as a person shes really friendly, the session was long, but sitting down having conversations while getting the tattoo done made it feel like it flew by fast. Cant reccomend it enough, cheap price for amazing work!

I gave it a 1 I would have loved to give it a negative 5. That is my absolute opinion.She was an hour and a half late for the appt. She kept me there for 9 HOURS despite my having sent the pattern to her 1 week before. An hour and a half to draw a simple tat. Frequent cigarette breaks. Numerous dramatic boyfriend phone calls. Not to mention poor safety precautions and blood dripping down my arm. Can’t get needles or colors to work.No apprenticeship. No expertise and NO talent.Maybe if you have plenty of time to give it is fine. Maybe if you have no tats and are a freshman who wants a superhero done with the most amateur of skills and the most laissez faire of poor craftsmanship you’ll be satisfied; however- if time means ANYTHING to you - go to Lollipops who decided she was way too much trouble and that she created WAY too many unsatisfied customers.BTW when I complained about her she tried to go all WWF on me and called ALL of my friends she knew of to threaten me.Sure take the discount - just know what you are buying into. No students need this. You’ll just end up getting it redone in the future.Your skin is sacred.Just consider.She responded below and since I cant comment back I am editing.She didnt dispute the time it took.She doesnt recall that the loss happened six weeks before the tat.She doesnt recall I was unhappy after it had healed 6 weeks later.I guess she doesnt remember the phone calls and cig breaks.I am not being mean. I am being real. And Lollipops made it (mostly) right within 30 minutes.Know your worth - and your worth is greater than this.

Clammy, shaking hands.... scratchy line work ;( im sorry to say but she also appeared to be high on something. I tried to talk to her about coming back at a different time when she could be in a better headspace but she didnt listen to me... Very uncomfortable experience overall. Ive talked to many others who have been pulled in as well~ dont let her kindness fool you and certainly do not let her make your skin talk~ you dont want this energy on or near your body.
