My 8 year old niece spent an hour in this store, she loved it. I saw adults shopping here as well, so I guess it is for all ages.

Love the experience of ear piercing for my 8 years old daughter. Very friendly and professional staff. More so is painless that’s what my daughter said.

Store was busy but very clean and employees were not overwhelmed and very attentive to everyone. My son had a very good experience getting his ears pierced. The employee who did it for him was so nice and made my son feel very comfortable. Highly recommend

Upon coming into the store I knew they had a good manager. When I inquired who the manager was she was out stalking and cleaning the store. I would highly recommend coming here if she is still a manager as she was quite nice and everything was in order and clean. You dont always see that with the other Claires stores. The only downside was that they didnt have the plushies we were looking for but it was still nice to look around.

I don’t live in California, just here for work but needed some jewelry items and there was a sale online. Ordered online and they were nice enough to accommodate my tight timeline and prepare my order early! I think her name was Diane. Thank you for the great customer service! :)

They closed 8 minutes early, as we were walking up to the store. I explained that wed driven all the way to the mills just for Claires, for my young daughters. I asked if theyd please make an exception, I pointed out that its not even closing time yet, and the girl did not care whatsoever.Very disappointed. I manage 2 stores in surrounding malls... We make those exceptions all the time. This is just bad customer service from a girl who has no customer empathy.

My kids love this store! Its expensive but sometimes worth the Buy 3, get 3 free deal.

Came today with my 3 month old baby girl to get her ears pierced and it went way better than I expected. Unfortunately I forgot the employees name, but she was great and knowledgeable. Yes my baby did cry, but just for that moment because afterwards she was smiling away like nothing had happened. Glad my husband talked me into bringing her here. Also you do need to make an appointment prior to coming to get your ears pierced FYI.

On Saturday I went to Ontario Mills my daughter loves going to Claire’s. My daughter walked in and I was talking with my husband as to where we were going to meet after we were done I was standing by the entrance and a rude girl that worked there very rude said You need to come in or go out pretty loud embarrassing and rude so we left never experienced bad customer service in these stores before. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or simply didn’t want to be there but that is not the customers fault.

A worker from here pierced my daughters ears today and did an amazing job. The other workers there were so kind. We really appreciate your time and service ladies. Keep up the amazing work. 👍👍

So we finally decided to have my 4 year old daughter have her ears pierced. The person that did her ears was genuinely very kind and fast. So happy she now has her earrings she always wanted.

Danny (Daniel), was such a friendly soul. I persaonlly hate needles no matter the size and i tend to freak out. But this employee deserves a raise because he calmed me down. He is good at destracting his customer from the pinch they are about to endure, by this I mean he talks to you and puts your mind in this comfort state which then prevents you from thinking about the needle LOL. As nervous as i was he did an absoulty beautiful job. Thank you DANIEL I appriciate you and your kindness. Clairs is lucky to have you!!!

My daughter got her ears pieced here and the staff was so great and caring. She said it didnt even hurt! They were amazing

Got my ears Pearced here and the employees were cool but the girl kept flirting so much with me that she pierced them too high, not centered and uneven.

Sucks that when you get excited about the one pair of shoes you want to buy and they do not have your size and bad service to go with it.
