Went to the Tyler mall they refused to help me and gave me the run around even after I spoke with customer service AND the store manager, Sylvia, to prearranged my visit. Drove all the way there for no reason!! Called Miss Wendi in the mills store explaining what had just happened and she said come on down I will take care of you!! Got there and every one working there was so polite and respectful. Professional people!! Exchanged my chain for me with 0% hassle! I felt so welcomed and at home there I spent 2 1/2 hours shopping and another $550 with them!! Autumn was wonderful helped me, and my children! Trust me 2 under 2 is no joke while trying to shop. Miss Wendi, that’s my girl, completely worked everything out for me to be able to exchange my chain and was a real pleasure to work with! The store manager Luanne was amazing! Solid people at this location I am grateful for my new pieces of jewelry. I promise to be back! Thanks again ladies!

Great experience! Went for their Friday the 13th special and all the ladies were amazing before and after the process! Jesse was the piercer and was fantastic! Definitely recommend!

Great experience. Jesse was attentive and quick with the piercing which was great for me who gets anxious with the anticipation of the needle. For a piercing that I held back a lot from, it was the smoothest and easiest one Ive had. Highly recommend!
