I needed to finish unfinished tattoos on my ribs and pelvic. Fred was very nice and accommodating to finish them up nicely for me. I have tribal tattoos all over my left side and I will be adding more here. Took my 18 year old daughter to get nose pierce. Juan was very friendly and thoroughly explained on what to do. Definitely taking my 16 year old daughter to get a piercing with Juan.

If there’s one thing I absolutely hate is businesses lying about their hours!

They do such a good job with piercings, i’ve gotten all of mine here. I’ve gotten my bridge, labret, and septum done here and they all heal good and the piercers are kind with good prices. The environment is pretty and clean, favorite piercing place to go to.

Terrible customer service wouldn’t recommend.

I personally would never go back here. It was so unprofessional I took my 16-year-old daughter here to get her septum piercing, and he was taking forever to do it as if he had never done it before and then he messed up and slipped and dropped the ring And had her bleeding all over and had to redo it, so had to essentially pierce it twice and then didn’t even offer to let me have it for free or give me a price break or anything he basically just tortured her it seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing at all

Friday 13 2018: Four of us were on a mission to get a deal ($13) on Friday 13th tattoo. Went by 2 places, they were booked. So, we just happened to see, during our adventure, Boulevard Ink/Ontario CA.Only 1 negative...front desk put at least 3 people ahead of us, that wasnt cool. Although, he personally apologized to each of us. I promise you the rest of this review positive, its so positive I could shout it from the hill tops!!None of us went on their website, this was sight unseen & seemed a little expensive but we were going for it anyway.Fast forward....Arrived at 6:30p, left at 1:30a ~ 7hrs later, they were super busy!! Andrew/Artist was AMAZING!! personality, light handed, his lines, circles, shading, colors were precise, very caring as well. We will go to no one else....ever! Very friendly and professional. The shop was very nice and clean. I had my daughters ears pierced. Juan was so patient and took his time. Definitely recommend!

Highly recommend! They pierced my nose, and it healed entirely about a week later. I’ve gotten it pierced 3 times in the past by other places that used a different method, and it never healed over several years.

Me at 73 yrs of age got a beautiful rose, my fiance and son also got tats! Well done and Mr Fred is light hand and quick. Awesome job!

My friend went here to get a sleeve tattoo done and after waiting multiple hours patiently the artist used a home made tattoo needle which ended up leaving scars, horrible lines and in the end they were way overcharged for an unfinished unprofessional piece. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Called for a quote, was told to text a pic and they never got back to me. Then was ask what time I wanted to come in and I never heard back now they don’t even take my call. Very unprofessional would not recommend, I understand people get busy but just like the saying goes to clients don’t hit me up till you’re ready, likewise. Don’t ask about appt times if you ain’t ready

Cool place to get some ink. Just went in looking to see what they offer and talk to the artist. In just a few moments I was ready for some ink. Andrew hooked it up with some fresh ink. Very nice clean place. Staff is cool. Already planning my next tattoo. Blvd ink I will be back!

My first time getting a tattoo, and this place gave me great experience, the staff and the owner are very professional and the place is very clean. The artist that did my tat is Augie, and hes very good, very talented tattoo artist. The place is very neat and sanitary. I would definitely recommend this place and I would definitely come back here.

Made an appointment with this shop and when i went in they said i would have to wait an hour and a half because they were gonna take the person that was a walk in before me. mind you i had an appointment and the guy told me i still had to wait. whats the point of making an appointment if they wont stick to it?

Amazing tattoo parlor ! I have gotten three tattoos from here and the service has been outstanding. So far this shop is my go to shop and I will continue to go here without a doubt.

A friend and I did a walk in for matching tattoos and walked out with perfect tattoos in under 2 hours, we showed him what we wanted he sketched it out and it ended up coming out better than the picture we showed him, THANK YOU FRED!!!!!!!!!!
